背景技术
宠物玩具是一种用来给宠物玩耍的玩具,是一种基于将宠物作为伙伴关系而衍生的玩具类型,能够增加人与宠物之间的交流和互动。
随着人们对宠物关爱的提升,市场上的宠物玩具也越来越多,目前市场上的宠物玩具可以说是造型各异,但却仍是以静态的磨牙玩具和发光的逗猫玩具等为主流,在玩具的娱乐方式上大都千篇一律没有大的变化,趣味性较单一。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种娱乐方式新颖,具有趣味性的宠物玩具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种宠物玩具,其主体表面开设有若干孔,其特征在于,所述孔不全开设于同一水平面上;所述主体内设置有导轨层,导轨层的形状与主体表面的孔相对应配合;所述导轨层设置有多节杆,所述多节杆与动力单元连接;多节杆在动力单元驱动下配合导轨层,能够在主体表面开设的若干孔中实现伸缩。
通过采用上述技术方案,多节杆设置于导轨层上,所述导轨层的形状与本玩具主体表面的孔相对应配合,当多节杆在动力单元的驱动下运动时,在导轨层的配合下,便会顺其引导,从导轨层相对应配合的孔中实现伸出或缩入;由于本宠物玩具主体表面的孔不全在同一水平面,即可以在主体顶部,亦可以在主体侧面,如此便能够达到多节杆在不同维度的孔中实现伸缩的效果,使本宠物玩具具有趣味性的娱乐模式。
优选的,所述主体设置有外壳。
通过采用上述技术方案,外壳能够对玩具主体起到保护的作用。
优选的,所述多节杆由主杆、二杆以及三杆组成,所述主杆一端与动力单元转动连接,其另一端与二杆的一端铰接,二杆可水平方向实现摆动,所述二杆的另一端与三杆的一端铰接,三杆可垂直方向实现摆动。
通过采用上述技术方案,当动力单元运行时主杆会在动力单元的驱动下以其与动力单元连接的一端为轴心旋转,因为多节杆设置于导轨层上,其能够被导轨层的形状所引导,同时多节杆贴合导轨层,转动时产生一定的摩擦力,当主杆旋转时,二杆便会在导轨层的形状以及摩擦力的影响下水平方向发生改变,三杆便会在导轨层的形状影响下垂直方向发生改变,通过二杆和三杆方向上的变化,主杆整体会发生弯折和笔直的变化,从而达到与导轨层配合实现在各个孔中伸缩的效果。
优选的,所述多节杆设置有装饰物。
通过采用上述技术方案,多节杆设置装饰物,当多节杆在主体表面的各个孔中实现伸缩时,装饰物会随着多节杆在孔中实现伸出缩回,如此增加了本宠物玩具的趣味性。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1-5所示的一种宠物玩具,其主体表面设置有外壳,外壳根据位置可分为上壳体10和下壳体11,能够对主体起到保护作用,所述主体表面与外壳贯通的开设有8个孔1,其中4个孔1开设于主体表面的顶部,其余4个孔1开设于主体表面的侧面,即开设于外壳的顶部和侧面,其相互之间不全处于同一维度;所述主体内设置有导轨层3,导轨层3的形状与主体表面的孔1相对应配合,如图1、图3所示,导轨层3上对应主体表面顶部的孔1设置有向上倾斜的坡,能够和其上方的孔1相对应。
在主体内设置有多节杆2,如图1所示,该多节杆2由主杆201、二杆202以及三杆203组成,主杆201的一端设置于导轨层3的中心位置,并与位于导轨层3下方的动力单元连接,能够在动力单元的驱动下,以导轨层3的中心位置为轴心旋转;所述主杆201的另一端与二杆202的一端铰接,二杆202可沿铰接点水平方向实现摆动;所述二杆202的另一端与三杆203的一端铰接,三杆203可沿铰接点垂直方向实现摆动;在三杆203的另一端可安装装饰物;由主杆201、二杆202以及三杆203组成的多节杆2在本宠物玩具运行时,其运动状态为:以图1作为参照,多节杆2在动力单元的驱动下向顺时针方向旋转,此时主杆201为第一级从动杆,在其带动下与之铰接的二杆202为第二级从动杆,因为多节杆2为贴合导轨层3设置,多节杆2与导轨层3之间有摩擦力,在有摩擦力的情况下,二杆202向顺时针方向转动的角度小于主杆201转动的角度,如此主杆201转动拖动二杆202两者之间发生弯折,在同时,三杆203会在二杆202的带动下从图1多节杆2对应位置的孔1中缩回,缩回后的三杆203会在重力作用下落至与导轨层3贴合,当二杆202和三杆203转动至三杆203的一端对准导轨层3两个坡之间的位置时,动力单元改变转动方向,主杆201在其作用下向逆时针方向旋转,在顺时针方向旋转时,主杆201与二杆202之间的夹角小于180度,当逆时针方向旋转时,同样在摩擦力的影响下两者的夹角开始变大,如此多节杆2逐渐伸直,三杆203便能够从对应的本玩具主体表面侧面的孔1中实现伸出,同样的原理当三杆203对应的孔1开设于主体表面顶部时,其运动中顺着导轨层3的坡便会向上运动,从而达到多节杆2从主体表面顶部的孔1伸出的效果;多节杆2在其它的孔1中实现伸缩也是相同的原理,而当动力单元按照一定的规律顺逆时针旋转,多节杆2便也会 按照一定的规律在对应的各个孔1中实现伸缩,如此便能够达到多节杆2在不同维度的孔1中实现伸缩的效果,使本宠物玩具具有趣味性的娱乐模式。
在本实施例中,所述多节杆2的三杆203一端活动设置有鱼型装饰物,当多节杆在主体的各个孔中实现伸缩时,装饰物会随着多节杆在孔中实现伸出缩回,如此增加了本宠物玩具的趣味性。
在本实施例中,所述动力单元由电机4、电池组8以及MCU微控制单元6组成,所述电机4、电池组8以及MCU微控制单元6均位于导轨层3与对应下壳体11部分的主体之间,如图3、图4所示,电机4设置于导轨层3底面,MCU微控制单元6也设置于导轨层3的底面,其与电机4控制连接;所述电池组8通过电路与电机4以及MCU微控制单元6电连接。
在本实施例中,所述电机4设置有减速机构,减速机构介于电机4与多节杆2之间,起到减速的作用,具体如图3所示,减速机构为皮带轮7,该组皮带轮7其中一个设置于导轨层3中心位置,与导轨层3正面的多节杆2相对应配合,其转动能够带动多节杆2的主杆201转动,该组皮带轮7中,最小的皮带轮7设置于电机4上,其与电机4配合,当电机4转动,其便会跟随电机4转动,而后在皮带的传动下,其余的皮带轮7便会随之转动,最终便通过皮带轮7将驱动力传递至了多节杆2,而由于驱动力经过了皮带轮7的减速,也就达到了降低多节杆2转动速度的效果。
在本实施例中,所述MCU微控制单元6能够预设程序,其对电机4控制连接,能够使得电机4间歇的有规则的顺时针、逆时针转动。
在本实施例中,所述电池组8可拆卸,如图4所示,在主体底部对应下壳体11的底面,设置有电池盖板9,电池盖板9可拆卸的设置于主体底部,通过打开电池盖板9能够将电池组8暴露出来,达到对其拆卸更换的目的。
在本实施例中,所述主体表面设置有开关5,其与动力单元控制连接,具体如图4所示,所述主体表面顶部,即外壳顶部开设有洞,与该洞相对应设置有开关5,开关5可从该洞贯穿而出露出于主体表面,所述开关5一端安装于导轨层3上,导轨层3的背面与开关5相对应的为MCU微控制单元6,开关5通过导轨层3与MCU微控制单元6控制连接,如此通过操作开关5便能够对MCU微控制单元6实现控制,进而通过MCU微控制单元6对动力单元整体进行控制,从而达到了通过开关5控制本宠物玩具开启、关闭的效果。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,导轨层3上设置有导轨片301,导轨片301的位置与各个孔1相对应配合,垂直设置于导轨层3,其能够在水平方向上进一步的对多节杆2起到干预的作用,使得多节杆2的伸缩在其干预下对应位置更加精准,能够更有效的在孔1中实现伸缩。
在本实施例中,如图1-4所示,在主体对应上壳体10、下壳体11的内面,导轨层3的正反面,均设置有定位柱12以及与定位柱12对应的定位孔13,通过定位柱12与定位孔 13的配合,本宠物玩具在组装后能够确保结构的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述多节杆2伸直状态的长度为伸出距离导轨层3中心点最远距离的孔1后超出0.5CM;需要说明的是,当主体对应上壳体10部分高度较高时,开设于主体顶部边缘的孔1与导轨层3中心点之间的距离会长于主体侧面开设的孔1到导轨层3中心点之间的距离。

在本实施例中,所述多节杆2伸出孔1的一端活动设置有羽毛装饰物,羽毛装饰物对猫具有较大的吸引力,同时伸缩也增加了趣味性。
实施例3
本实施例在实施例1的基础上有所不同的是,在本实施例中,所述多节杆2伸直状态的长度为伸出距离导轨层3中心点最远距离的孔1后超出0.2CM。
在本实施例中,所述多节杆2伸出孔1的一端活动设置有动物形状装饰物,同时伸缩也增加了趣味性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种宠物玩具,其主体表面开设有若干孔(1),其特征在于,所述孔(1)不全开设于同一水平面上;所述主体内设置有导轨层(3),导轨层(3)的形状与主体表面的孔(1)相对应配合;所述导轨层(3)设置有多节杆(2),所述多节杆(2)与动力单元连接;多节杆(2)在动力单元驱动下配合导轨层(3),能够在主体表面开设的若干孔(1)中实现伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述主体设置有外壳。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述多节杆(2)由主杆(201)、二杆(202)以及三杆(203)组成,所述主杆(201)一端与动力单元转动连接,其另一端与二杆(202)的一端铰接,二杆(202)可水平方向实现摆动,所述二杆(202)的另一端与三杆(203)的一端铰接,三杆(203)可垂直方向实现摆动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述多节杆(2)设置有装饰物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述动力单元包括电机(4)、电池组(8)以及MCU微控制单元(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述电机(4)设置有减速机构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述电池组(8)可拆卸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述主体表面设置有开关(5),开关(5)与所述动力单元控制连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具,其特征在于,所述导轨层(3)设置有导轨片(301)。
