대장균을 LB-broth에서 24 시간 배양하고 접종용 용액 (PBS용액= 1:100)에 균을 접종하였다. 그리고 상기 각 실시예 및 비교예에 따른 실리콘 고무를 3×3cm로 절단하여 시료를 준비하고, 상기 균 접종액 0.2 ml을 놓고 그 위에 4×4cm로 자른 PE film 을 덮었다. 접종 후 시료는 유리 PLATE에 넣어 습도를 유지 하도록 하였고, 37 ℃에서 24 시간 배양 한 후에 균을 추출하였다. 정해진 시간 후에 꺼내진 시료는 2.4 ml의 식염수 (0.005% Tween #80 포함)를 이용하여 추출하고, 추출액 및 희석액 1.0 ml를 평판 배지에 도말 접종하였다, 접종된 배지는 다시 37 ℃에서 배양 되고, 24 시간 후에 균 수를 측정하였으며, 그 결과는 아래 [표 1]에 나타내었다.E. coli was cultured in LB-broth for 24 hours, and the bacteria were inoculated in the inoculation solution (PBS solution = 1:100).
