When both the hook 16 and the plate member 30 are attached to the enlarged diameter portion 2c, the screw 15 penetrates the through hole 16a of the hook 16 and the screw insertion hole 34 of the plate member 30 and is screwed into the screw hole portion 2f. The hooked portion 2g is a portion for hooking (locking) the hooking portion 33 of the plate member 30.
The plate member 30 can be used to add various additional functions. 10 and 11 show an example in which the bit holder 17 is provided on the second surface portion 32 of the plate member 30 by utilizing the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 37. The permanent magnet 37 may be integrally provided on the second surface portion 32 of the plate member 30, or may be integrally provided on the bit holder 17, and is separate from the plate member 30 and the bit holder 17 and is a plate member. It may be provided between 30 and the bit holder 17. At least one of the bit holder 17 and the plate member 30 is made of a magnetic material. The bit 18 is held in the bit holder 17. This makes it easier to take the bit 18 and improves workability. As shown in FIG. 12, the bit holder 17 is rotated with respect to the plate member 30. As a result, the operator can hold the bit 18 in the desired direction, and the workability is improved. The permanent magnet 37 may be located on the surface of the first surface portion 31, and the bit holder 17 may be provided on the first surface portion 31.
13 and 14 show an example in which a permanent magnet 37A is provided on the back surface of the second surface portion 32 of the plate member 30 and the bit 18 and the screw 18A are held on the second surface portion 32. The permanent magnet 37A is invisible to the operator. The bit 18 and the screw 18A are attracted to the surface of the second surface portion 32 of the plate member 30 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 37A. This makes it easier to remove the bit 18 and the screw 18A, and improves workability. A permanent magnet 37A may be provided on the back surface of the first surface portion 31 to hold the bit 18 and the screw 18A on the first surface portion 31. Alternatively, a permanent magnet 37A may be provided on the back surfaces of both the first surface portion 31 and the second surface portion 32 to hold the bit 18 and the screw 18A on the surfaces of both the first surface portion 31 and the second surface portion 32. The plate member 30 may hold accessory parts that are magnetic materials, such as a tip tool and fasteners other than the bit 18 and the screw 18A.
FIG. 15 shows an example in which the plate member 30 and the hook 16 are attached to the enlarged diameter portion 2c. The plate member 30 and the hook 16 can be simultaneously attached to the enlarged diameter portion 2c with a common screw 15. An external member can be hooked on the hook 16. It is compatible that the hook 16 is attached to the enlarged diameter portion 2c together with the plate member 30 and that the bit holder 17 is provided on the plate member 30 or the bit 18 or the screw 18A is adsorbed as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14. be. If the bit holder 17 interferes with the hook 16, a smaller size than the bit holder 17 may be selected.
According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the plate member 30 is attached to the surface of the enlarged diameter portion 2c, it does not easily interfere with the operator gripping the handle portion 2b. Since the enlarged diameter portion 2c is on the opposite side of the anvil 8 or the like with the handle portion 2b in between, the plate member 30 does not easily get in the way when the operator sees the tip tool attached to the anvil 8 (it is difficult to get into the line of sight). .. Further, by mounting the plate member 30, the strength of the enlarged diameter portion 2c can be improved.
(2) The plate member 30 is along or in close contact with the outer surface of the enlarged diameter portion 2c. Further, the plate member 30 is located inside the enlarged diameter portion 2c and the outermost surface of the battery pack 20 in the left-right direction. Therefore, it is suppressed that the plate member 30 interferes with the work, and the increase in size of the power tool 1 due to the mounting of the plate member 30 is also suppressed. In addition, damage to the plate member 30 is also suppressed.
(3) By attaching the plate member 30, the operator can easily distinguish his / her own power tool 1 from other power tools of the same type to which the plate member 30 is not attached. The color of the plate member 30 can be selected from a plurality of types, and in this case, the operator can easily distinguish his / her own power tool 1 from the power tool 1 to which the plate member 30 of another color is attached. In addition, the name of the owner can be written on the plate member 30 by laser engraving or the like, or decoration can be added by water transfer, painting, or plating, thereby further enhancing the originality. It is also one of the additional functions of the plate member 30 that the appearance of the power tool 1 can be made unique (easy to distinguish from other power tools of the same type) by the plate member 30. By giving the appearance its own uniqueness, it is possible to meet the demands of workers who want tools with a different appearance from others.
(4) The plate member 30 makes it possible to add various additional functions, which is convenient. For example, accessory parts such as a bit 18 and a screw 18A can be easily stored and held, which is convenient.
(5) The hook 16 can be attached to the enlarged diameter portion 2c together with the plate member 30, which is convenient for the operator who uses the hook 16. Since the common screw 15 and the screw hole portion 2f are used for fixing the plate member 30 and the hook 16, the plate member 30 and the hook 16 can be easily attached, and the enlargement of the diameter-expanded portion 2c can be suppressed.
