Definitions
- the third aspect is the aspect described in the second aspect.
- the number of optotypes presented at one time includes multiple times, and when the subject taps all the optotypes presented, the answer is considered correct.
- the fourth aspect is the aspect according to any one of the first to third aspects.
- the response time limit is variable depending on the response time required by the subject in the past.
- the sixth aspect is From the start to the end of the test, the target is presented to the subject on the touch screen with the fixed target on the touch screen displayed, and the target is shown within the response time limit.
- This is a visual test program that allows the computer to function so that the time limit for responding to the subject when presenting the optotype multiple times is variable each time from the start to the end of the test.
- the number of optotypes displayed on the touch screen at one time may be one or multiple. From the start to the end of the examination, when presenting the optotypes to the subject multiple times, the number of optotypes displayed at one time may be changed at least once. On the other hand, from the start to the end of the examination, the number of optotypes may remain one or a plurality, for example, the number of optotypes at the time of the first presentation of the optotype is one, two. The number of optotypes may be varied from the start to the end of the examination, such that the number of optotypes at the third time is two and the number of optotypes at the third time is three. These patterns may be combined. When a plurality of targets are presented to the subject at once in a predetermined time, it is preferable to consider all the presented targets as correct answers when the subject taps them.
- the fixation target may always be displayed on the touch screen or may be blinking.
- the "state in which the fixation target is displayed” includes any state. After all, there is no limitation on the display mode of the fixation target as long as the subject can fix the fixation target when the subject taps the target.
- the visual test device has a touch screen that presents the target to the subject and taps the target within the response time limit, and then the test starts and ends.
- the response time limit given to the subject when presenting the optotype multiple times is variable for each time.
- the response time limit may be variable according to the number of optotypes presented at one time in each time.
- FIG. 3 is a block diagram including a configuration of a control system of the visual inspection device of the present embodiment.
- the control unit 30 includes a fixation target display unit 40, an optotype display unit 50, a tap detection unit 60, a calculation unit 70, and an adjustment unit 80 as an example of a function (means) realized by executing the above program.
- the tap detection unit 60 is a part that detects a tap when the subject taps the optotype, and may adopt the pressure sensitive function of the existing tablet type terminal.
- the technical idea of the present embodiment is not limited to the visual inspection device having the touch screen as a part of the configuration.
- a known tablet-type terminal may be made to exhibit each of the above functions by a visual inspection system connected by a wired or wireless network.
- the technical idea of the present invention is reflected in the program for operating a computer (for example, a tablet terminal) and its storage medium so as to exert each of the above functions.
- the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but also includes a form in which various changes and improvements are made to the extent that a specific effect obtained by the constituent requirements of the invention and the combination thereof can be derived.
- a hand standby position mark is provided to encourage the subject to return the hand to the position of the mark.
- the shape of the standby position mark on the hand is arbitrary. It may be in the shape of a hand, or it may simply be a straight line or the like.
- the hand standby position mark may be attached to a separately prepared plate-shaped member. In that case, the tip of the plate-shaped member may be bent to serve as a stand for maintaining the tilted posture of the tablet-type terminal. In that case, the tilt angle of the tablet terminal can be fixed. Further, if the jaw rest is provided on the plate-shaped member, the positional relationship between the eyes of the subject and the touch screen of the tablet-type terminal can be fixed.
