随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们的生活也随之改变,例如,网上约车服务,使人们的日常生活越来越便捷。为了保证乘车人的安全,网上约车平台需要对驾驶员进行严格的管控,因此驾驶员在网上约车平台的注册过程照片中,需要上传大量的证件图片以及填写大量的文本信息。
在上传大量的证件图片以及填写大量的文本信息的过程中,经常会出现证件图片的拍摄错误以及文本信息的填写错误,导致驾驶员注册失败。
发明内容

举例说明,当第一图像为驾驶证时,用户需要在交互界面中驾驶证初次领证日期填写对应的文本内容,具体如图2所示,交互界面的上半部分是用户上传的驾驶证正面图像,交互界面下半部分为需要填写的驾驶证初次领证日期和驾驶证有效期,用户可以在驾驶证初次领证日期和驾驶证有效期对应的填写框位置填写文本内容。
在一种可能的实现方式中,用户终端可以根据用户上传的驾驶证正面图像自动识别出驾驶证初期领取日期和驾驶证有效期,并自动填写到交互界面中相应的位置,但是由于自动识别出的驾驶证初期领取日期和驾驶证有效期可能不正确,因此需要用户手动点击已自动填写的驾驶证初期领取日期或驾驶证有效期进行修改,具体如图3所示,交互界面的上半部分是用户上传的驾驶证正面图像,交互界面下半部分为驾驶证初次领证日期和驾驶证有效期以及对应的已完成填写的文本内容,用户点击上述文本内容即可对本文内容进行修改。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述识别框和虚拟人像框可以通过蓝色显示,也可以通过橙色显示,还可以选择其他颜色显示,本说明书实施例对其不做限定。
步骤S801、根据所述采集的图像识别待拍摄物体。
例如,根据采集的包含图像识别“身份证人像面”。
步骤S802、响应于识别成功,在识别显示界面显示识别成功标识,获取所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像。
具体的,所述识别成功别表示可以为“信息采集中,请勿晃动手机”如图11所示,并且为了保证真实性,在采集图像的过程中可以采集设定时长的包含所述待拍摄物体的视频,将所述视频中任一帧对应的图像确定为所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像;假设,所示设定时长为3秒,所示图11中还可以表示倒计时数字“3”、“2”、“1”,由于采集的拍摄物体为视频,后台进行人工审核的过程中,可以方便工作人员判断真假。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述动态网格可以通过蓝色网格显示,也可以通过其他颜色显示,起到进一步提示用户的作用。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述视频中任一帧对应的图像确定为所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像后,显示如图12所示的图像,交互界面左侧显示候选图像,右侧显示“请确认是否使用该图片”,以及“使用当前照片”可点击框以及“重新拍摄”可点击框,用户若点击“使用当前照片”可点击框则发出图像确认指令,使用左侧候选图像作为最终的图像,用户若点击“重新拍摄”可点击框,则发出重新拍摄指令,需要返回步骤S800重新获取图像。

假设第二类失败原因为强提示原因,例如:待识别物体错误,如需要获取身份证人像面图像但将驾驶证放入了摄像装置拍摄的范围内,聚焦失败等,则在识别显示界面通过悬浮窗口显示如何解决识别失败的方法,并在悬浮窗口中设置提示指令框,其中,所述提示指令框用于接收提示操作指令,例如图16所示“请放入身份证人像面”或如图17所示“请尝试重新聚集,避免图片模糊”,也可以直接显示识别失败的原因,用户获知提示后,可以点击提示指令框“知道了”,发出提示操作指令,用户终端接收到提示操作指令后,重新进行拍摄。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述强提示原因还可以是由于识别行驶证信息时,确认车辆为公司车辆,因此通过图18显示“暂不支持公司车辆加盟”,以及具体原因,或者“不支持该人加盟”以及具体原因;其中,图18显示“暂不支持公司车辆加盟”的下方还可以设置“修改车辆标识代码”可点击框,以及“提交申诉”可点击框,若用户点击“修改车辆标识代码”可点击框,用户终端接收到车辆标识代码修改请求,显示如图19所示的交互界面,在交互显示界面的“请输入”处可输入需要改后的车辆标识代码,在所述“请输入”处下方设置“取消修改”和“确认修改”,若用户点击“取消修改”则取消对车辆标识代码的修改,若用户点击确认修改”,则将用户输入到“请输入”处的车辆标识代码提交到后台系统进行审核。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种数据处理的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    获取第一图像;
    接收到文本填写请求,其中,所述文本填写请求用于在交互界面中填写所述第一图像中的文本内容;
    显示所述文本内容在所述第一示例图像中的位置,其中,所述第一示例图像为所述第一图像所属的图像类别的示例;
    响应于接收到文本填写确认指令,上传填写的文本内容,其中,所述文本填写确认指令用于完成所述文本内容在所述交互界面的填写。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一图像审核失败,在所述交互界面显示所述第一图像审核失败类别,其中,所述审核失败类别用于表示所述第一图像审核失败的原因;
    接收到示例查看请求,其中,所述示例查看请求用于查看所述第一图像所属的图像类别对应的至少两张第二示例图像;
    显示所述至少两张第二示例图像。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两张第二示例图像包括至少一张正确示例图像以及至少一张错误示例图像。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述文本内容在所述第一示例图像中的位置,具体包括:
    将所述文本内容在所述第一示例图像中的位置通过显示框进行显示,并且通过文字标注所述显示框内的文本内容。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,显示所述至少两张第二示例图像,具体包括:
    显示至少一张正确示例图像以及至少一张错误示例图像,并且显示所述至少一张正确示例图像对应的文字标注以及至少一张错误示例图像对应的文字标注。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一图像,具体包括:
    获取摄像装置采集的图像;
    根据所述采集的图像识别待拍摄物体;
    响应于识别成功,在识别显示界面显示识别成功标识,获取所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像;
    接收图像确认指令,其中,所述图像确认指令用于确认所述候选图像为所述待拍摄物体对应的图像;
    将所述候选图像确认为所述第一图像。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像,具体包括:
    采集设定时长的包含所述待拍摄物体的视频;
    将所述视频中任一帧对应的图像确定为所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    响应于识别失败,在识别显示界面显示识别失败原因,其中,所述识别失败原因包括第一类失败原因和第二类失败原因。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于识别失败,在识别显示界面显示识别失败原因,具体包括:
    响应于第一类失败原因识别失败,在所述识别显示界面采用局部显示框显示第一类失败原因对应的文字标注。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于识别失败,在识别显示界面显示识别失败原因,具体还包括:
    响应于第二类失败原因识别失败,在所述识别显示界面通过悬浮窗口显示第二类失败原因对应的文字标注,其中,所述悬浮窗口完全覆盖所述失败显示界面。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮窗口中设置提示指令框,其中,所述提示指令框用于接收提示操作指令。
  12. 一种数据处理的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    获取单元,用于获取第一图像;
    接收单元,用于接收到文本填写请求,其中,所述文本填写请求用于在交互界面中填写所述第一图像中的文本内容;
    显示单元,用于显示所述文本内容在所述第一示例图像中的位置,其中,所述第一示例图像为所述第一图像所属的图像类别的示例;
    处理单元,用于响应于接收到文本填写确认指令,上传填写的文本内容,其中,所述文本填写确认指令用于完成所述文本内容在所述交互界面的填写。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元还用于:
    响应于所述第一图像审核失败,在所述交互界面显示所述第一图像审核失败类别,其中,所述审核失败类别用于表示所述第一图像审核失败的原因;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收到示例查看请求,其中,所述示例查看请求用于查看所述第一图像所属的图像类别对应的至少两张第二示例图像;
    所述显示单元还用于,显示所述至少两张第二示例图像。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少两张第二示例图像包括至少一张正确示例图像以及至少一张错误示例图像。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元具体用于:
    将所述文本内容在所述第一示例图像中的位置通过显示框进行显示,并且通过文字标注所述显示框内的文本内容。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元具有用于:
    显示至少一张正确示例图像以及至少一张错误示例图像,并且显示所述至少一张正确示例图像对应的文字标注以及至少一张错误示例图像对应的文字标注。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    获取摄像装置采集的图像;根据所述采集的图像识别待拍摄物体;响应于识别成功, 在识别显示界面显示识别成功标识,获取所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收图像确认指令,其中,所述图像确认指令用于确认所述候选图像为所述待拍摄物体对应的图像;
    所述处理单元还用于,将所述候选图像确认为所述第一图像。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    采集设定时长的包含所述待拍摄物体的视频;
    将所述视频中任一帧对应的图像确定为所述待拍摄物体对应的候选图像。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元还用于:
    响应于识别失败,在识别显示界面显示识别失败原因,其中,所述识别失败原因包括第一类失败原因和第二类失败原因。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元具体用于:
    响应于第一类失败原因识别失败,在所述识别显示界面采用局部显示框显示第一类失败原因对应的文字标注。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元具体还用于:
    响应于第二类失败原因识别失败,在所述识别显示界面通过悬浮窗口显示第二类失败原因对应的文字标注,其中,所述悬浮窗口完全覆盖所述失败显示界面。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述悬浮窗口中设置提示指令框,其中,所述提示指令框用于接收提示操作指令。
  23. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述计算机程序指令在被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法。
  24. 一种电子设备,包括存储器和处理器,其特征在于,所述存储器用于存储一条或多条计算机程序指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机程序指令被所述处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-11任一项所述的步骤。
