背景技术
市场上现有的使用水雾喷射来清洁牙齿的洁牙器,这种洁牙器原理是利用液体与气流接触时,高速气流作用于液体迫使其从喷嘴喷出形成水雾;高速气流来源于诸如盛装筒的压缩气体来提供气流所需的能量;这种盛装筒气源有安全上的局限性,需要频繁替换,使用不便也不环保。
中国专利CN102271661B公开了用于在洁牙用具中生成液滴的非加压系统,包括洁牙用具,其具有主体部分和喷嘴部分,液体储存器以及系统,系统利用充分的力朝向喷嘴近端驱动柱塞或活塞元件,使得由柱塞或活塞元件所作用的空气以高速率被驱入或被释放到喷嘴部分内,从而足以在移动空气与液体形成接触时产生液滴喷射。液体储存器中的液体通过泵或抽吸移动到孔口附近,驱动齿轮具有开放空间,使得当开放空间临近该柱塞或活塞上的齿轮齿条时,断开啮合连接释放柱塞,在压缩弹簧作用下驱动柱塞朝孔口高速释放,从而驱动腔室内的空气通过该孔口。这种生成液滴的非加压系统替代了盛装筒气源结构,从而避免替换和安全局限,但是需要输液和输气两套机构同步运作,且雾化生成效果受到喷嘴规格限制,无法独立使用喷液或喷气模式,且输出量不可调节。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构合理,雾化效果、输出方式和输出流量灵活可调的可洁牙器的水雾生成结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明所述的一种洁牙器的水雾生成结构,包括喷嘴和泵压装置,所述泵压装置的输出端与喷嘴连接,泵压装置的输入端上分别连接有供水机构和供气机构,所述供水机构上设有水阀控制器,供气机构上设有气阀控制器;所述泵压装置具有负压吸入和增压排出两个行程构成动作循环,泵压装置在负压吸入行程中,供水机构和供气机构可分别提供相应量的水和空气,泵压装置吸入水和空气后进入增压排出行程,水和空气在快速增强的压力作用下通过喷嘴喷出产生雾化水汽,且泵压装置的行程动作高速循环且连续不断,从而使洁牙器输出脉冲式的增压水雾。所述水阀控制器和气阀控制用于调节脉冲水雾的输出量,还可以实现洁牙器输出水雾的大小控制或单独输出脉冲气体或单独输出脉冲水流。
根据以上方案,所述泵压装置包括活塞泵和电机,活塞泵上设有驱动其活塞运动的曲柄连杆,所述电机的输出端上设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮上与曲柄连杆一端配合连接,所述喷嘴与活塞泵连接进而连通其内腔;所述电机通过传动齿轮驱动曲柄连杆摆动,带动活塞在活塞泵内往复运动以改变其内部压强。所述活塞泵的内压变小时处于负压吸入行程,活塞泵的内压变大时处于增压排出行程。
