2、本发明实施例提供的第二安装机构中,通过第二操作组件带动支撑转轴旋转,进而能够带动偏心轮做偏心旋转,从而能够使得偏心轮的一侧抵于与其对应的弧形槽内,从而实现伸入容纳腔内的LED灯座进行支撑固定的效果;在第二支撑弹簧的弹性支撑作用下,能够推动第二方形滑块在第二旋转筒内运动至使得第二限位凸齿与第二限位齿槽相啮合,从而达到限制支撑转轴旋转的效果,当需要利用第二操作组件使得支撑转轴旋转时,只需拉动第二操作手柄至第二限位凸齿与第二限位齿槽相分离,即可利用第二操作手柄带动第二旋转筒和支撑转轴同步旋转。

实施例1
如图1-5所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,一种便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,包括安装座1安装在所述安装座1上的LED本体,所述LED本体包括LED灯座3以及固定安装在所述LED灯座3底端的LED灯体2,所述安装座1上开设有容纳腔4,伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3通过第一安装机构进行定位,且伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3通过第二安装机构进行固定。
具体的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述安装座1的两侧均开设有第一矩形腔8,所述第一安装机构包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的第一操作组件,所述第一安装机构还包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的安装丝杆14,所述安装丝杆14与所述第一操作组件同轴连接,所述第一安装机构还包括水平滑动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的第一矩形块13,所述第一矩形块13通过其上开设的螺纹槽16螺纹连接套设于所述安装丝杆14上,所述第一矩形块13上还固定安装有安装柱15,伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3外壁开设有与所述安装柱15相对应的安装槽17,在本发明实施例提供的第一安装机构中,通过第一操作组件带动安装丝杆14旋转,进而根据安装丝杆14的旋转方向,能够调整第一矩形块13在第一矩形腔8内所处的位置,进而能够使得安装柱15嵌入与其对应的安装槽17内,达到对伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行支撑定位的效果。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述LED灯体2的外圈顶面固定设置有定位柱6,所述安装座1的底面设置有与所述定位柱6相对应配合的定位槽5,通过定位槽5和定位柱6的相互配合,能够对伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行初步的定位。
请继续参阅图1-5,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述LED灯座3上开设有第二矩形腔11,所述第二安装机构包括转动设于所述第二矩形腔11上的第二操作组件,所述第二安装机构还包括旋转设于所述第二矩形腔11内的支撑转轴21,所述支撑转轴21与所述第二操作组件同轴连接,所述LED灯座3的两侧均转动设置有联动轴28,联动轴28上偏心固定设置有偏心轮18,所述联动轴28与所述支撑转轴21之间通过齿轮啮合方式传动连接,其中,所述支撑转轴21上同轴固定安装有主动齿轮30,所述联动轴28上固定安装有与所述主动齿轮30相啮合的从动齿轮29,所述容纳腔4的内壁上开设有与所述偏心轮18相对应配合的弧形槽19,在本发明实施例提供的第二安装机构中,通过第二操作组件带动支撑转轴21旋转,进而能够带动偏心轮18做偏心旋转,从而能够使得偏心轮18的一侧抵于与其对应的弧形槽19内,从而实现伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行支撑固定的效果。
实施例2
如图1-5所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,一种便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,包括安装座1安装在所述安装座1上的LED本体,所述LED本体包括LED灯座3以及固定安装在所述LED灯座3底端的LED灯体2,所述安装座1上开设有容纳腔4,伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3通过第一安装机构进行定位,且伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3通过第二安装机构进行固定。
具体的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述安装座1的两侧均开设有第一矩形腔8,所述第一安装机构包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的第一操作组件,所述第一安装机构还包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的安装丝杆14,所述安装丝杆14与所述第一操作组件同轴连接,所述第一安装机构还包括水平滑动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的第一矩形块13,所述第一矩形块13通过其上开设的螺纹槽16螺纹连接套设于所述安装丝杆14上,所述第一矩形块13上还固定安装有安装柱15,伸入所述容纳腔4内的LED灯座3外壁开设有与所述安装柱15相对应的安装槽17,在本发明实施例提供的第一安装机构中,通过第一操作组件带动安装丝杆14旋转,进而根据安装丝杆14的旋转方向,能够调整第一矩形块13在第一矩形腔8内所处的位置,进而能够使得安装柱15嵌入与其对应的安装槽17内,达到对伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行支撑定位的效果。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述LED灯体2的外圈顶面固定设置有定位柱6,所述安装座1的底面设置有与所述定位柱6相对应配合的定位槽5,通过定位槽5和定位柱6的相互配合,能够对伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行初步的定位。
请继续参阅图1-5,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述LED灯座3上开设有第二矩形腔11,所述第二安装机构包括转动设于所述第二矩形腔11上的第二操作组件,所述第二安装机构还包括旋转设于所述第二矩形腔11内的支撑转轴21,所述支撑转轴21与所述第二操作组件同轴连接,所述LED灯座3的两侧均转动设置有联动轴28,联动轴28上偏心固定设置有偏心轮18,所述联动轴28与所述支撑转轴21之间通过齿轮啮合方式传动连接,其中,所述支撑转轴21上同轴固定安装有主动齿轮30,所述联动轴28上固定安装有与所述主动齿轮30相啮合的从动齿轮29,所述容纳腔4的内壁上开设有与所述偏心轮18相对应配合的弧形槽19,在本发明实施例提供的第二安装机构中,通过第二操作组件带动支撑转轴21旋转,进而能够带动偏心轮18做偏心旋转,从而能够使得偏心轮18的一侧抵于与其对应的弧形槽19内,从而实现伸入容纳腔4内的LED灯座3进行支撑固定的效果。
具体的,在本发明实施例提供的第一操作组件中,所述第一操作组件包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔8内的第一旋转筒9,所述第一旋转筒9内通过第一支撑弹簧26支撑滑动设置有第一方形滑块27,所述第一方形滑块27上固定安装有第一操作轴25,延伸至所述第一旋转筒9外的第一操作轴25端部同轴固定连接有第一操作手柄10,朝向所述安装座1的第一操作手柄10表面设置有第一限位凸齿23,与所述第一操作手柄10同侧的安装座1表面开设有与所述第一限位凸齿23相对应配合的第一限位齿槽24,在第一支撑弹簧26的弹性支撑作用下,能够推动第一方形滑块27在第一旋转筒9内运动至第一限位凸齿23与第一限位齿槽24相啮合,从而达到限制第一旋转筒9旋转的效果,当需要利用第一操作组件使得安装丝杆14旋转时,只需拉动第一操作手柄10至第一限位凸齿23与第一限位齿槽24相分离,即可利用第一操作手柄10带动第一旋转筒9和安装丝杆14同步旋转。
进一步的,在本发明实施例提供的第二操作组件中,所述容纳腔4的顶板上开设有与所述第二操作组件相对应的操作窗口7,所述第二操作组件包括转动设于所述第二矩形腔11内的第二旋转筒20,所述第二旋转筒20内通过第二支撑弹簧32支撑滑动设置有第二方形滑块31,所述第二方形滑块31上固定安装有第二操作轴22,所述第二操作轴22的顶端固定安装有第二操作手柄12,朝向所述LED灯座3的第二操作手柄12表面同轴设置有第二限位凸齿33,与所述第二操作手柄12同侧的LED灯座3上开设有与所述第二限位凸齿33相对应配合的第二限位齿槽34,因此,在第二支撑弹簧32的弹性支撑作用下,能够推动第二方形滑块31在第二旋转筒20内运动至使得第二限位凸齿33与第二限位齿槽34相啮合,从而达到限制支撑转轴21旋转的效果,当需要利用第二操作组件使得支撑转轴21旋转时,只需拉动第二操作手柄12至第二限位凸齿33与第二限位齿槽34相分离,即可利用第二操作手柄12带动第二旋转筒20和支撑转轴21同步旋转。

  1. 一种便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,包括安装座(1)安装在所述安装座(1)上的LED本体,所述LED本体包括LED灯座(3)以及固定安装在所述LED灯座(3)底端的LED灯体(2),所述安装座(1)上开设有容纳腔(4),伸入所述容纳腔(4)内的LED灯座(3)通过第一安装机构进行定位,且伸入所述容纳腔(4)内的LED灯座(3)通过第二安装机构进行固定; 所述安装座(1)的两侧均开设有第一矩形腔(8),所述第一安装机构包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔(8)内的第一操作组件,所述第一安装机构还包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔(8)内的安装丝杆(14),所述安装丝杆(14)与所述第一操作组件同轴连接,所述第一安装机构还包括水平滑动设于所述第一矩形腔(8)内的第一矩形块(13),所述第一矩形块(13)通过其上开设的螺纹槽(16)螺纹连接套设于所述安装丝杆(14)上,所述第一矩形块(13)上还固定安装有安装柱(15),伸入所述容纳腔(4)内的LED灯座(3)外壁开设有与所述安装柱(15)相对应的安装槽(17); 所述LED灯座(3)上开设有第二矩形腔(11),所述第二安装机构包括转动设于所述第二矩形腔(11)上的第二操作组件,所述第二安装机构还包括旋转设于所述第二矩形腔(11)内的支撑转轴(21),所述支撑转轴(21)与所述第二操作组件同轴连接,所述LED灯座(3)的两侧均转动设置有联动轴(28),联动轴(28)上偏心固定设置有偏心轮(18),所述联动轴(28)与所述支撑转轴(21)之间通过齿轮啮合方式传动连接,所述容纳腔(4)的内壁上开设有与所述偏心轮(18)相对应配合的弧形槽(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,所述支撑转轴(21)上同轴固定安装有主动齿轮(30),所述联动轴(28)上固定安装有与所述主动齿轮(30)相啮合的从动齿轮(29)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯体(2)的外圈顶面固定设置有定位柱(6),所述安装座(1)的底面设置有与所述定位柱(6)相对应配合的定位槽(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,所述第一操作组件包括转动设于所述第一矩形腔(8)内的第一旋转筒(9),所述第一旋转筒(9)内通过第一支撑弹簧(26)支撑滑动设置有第一方形滑块(27),所述第一方形滑块(27)上固定安装有第一操作轴(25),延伸至所述第一旋转筒(9)外的第一操作轴(25)端部同轴固定连接有第一操作手柄(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,朝向所述安装座(1)的第一操作手柄(10)表面设置有第一限位凸齿(23),与所述第一操作手柄(10)同侧的安装座(1)表面开设有与所述第一限位凸齿(23)相对应配合的第一限位齿槽(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,所述容纳腔(4)的顶板上开设有与所述第二操作组件相对应的操作窗口(7),所述第二操作组件包括转动设于所述第二矩形腔(11)内的第二旋转筒(20),所述第二旋转筒(20)内通过第二支撑弹簧(32)支撑滑动设置有第二方形滑块(31),所述第二方形滑块(31)上固定安装有第二操作轴(22),所述第二操作轴(22)的顶端固定安装有第二操作手柄(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便于安装的智能家用变色LED灯,其特征在于,朝向所述LED灯座(3)的第二操作手柄(12)表面同轴设置有第二限位凸齿(33),与所述第二操作手柄(12)同侧的LED灯座(3)上开设有与所述第二限位凸齿(33)相对应配合的第二限位齿槽(34)。
