发明涉及窗户技术领域,尤其是涉及一种窗户。
背景技术
相关技术中,考虑到窗户的美观性、成本、以及窗框的宽度,窗口内具有两个轨道,每个轨道供一个窗扇滑动。此种设计方式,窗口的通风开度在百分之五十,已经无法满足用户的需求。
发明内容
发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,发明提出一种窗户,能够使通风窗口的开度提高。
根据发明实施例的窗户,包括:
窗框,限定有通风窗口;
主窗扇组件,所述主窗扇组件包括设置于所述窗框内部的固定窗扇、第一活动主窗扇、和第二活动主窗扇,所述固定窗扇、所述第一活动主窗扇、和所述第二活动主窗扇用于关闭或打开所述通风窗口;所述固定窗扇固定设置于所述窗框内,所述第一活动主窗扇滑动设置于所述通风窗口内并能够与所述固定窗扇重叠,所述第二活动主窗扇滑动设置于所述通风窗口内并能够与所述固定窗扇及所述第一活动主窗扇重叠。
根据发明实施例的一种窗户,至少具有如下技术效果:本实施例中,第一活动主窗扇和第二活动主窗扇滑动于窗框内,可推出窗框采用两个轨道的设计,第一活动主窗扇与第二活动主窗扇分别滑动于一个轨道上。本申请方案中,通过固定窗扇的设置,第一活动主窗扇与第二活动主窗扇能够重叠至固定窗扇的一侧,通风窗口的开度达到了百分之六十六左右,室外空气能够快速的流入室内,从而满足用户的需求。
根据发明的一些实施例,所述通风窗口依次分为第一窗口区、第二窗口区、和第三窗口区,所述第一活动主窗扇能够活动于所述第一窗口区与所述第二窗口 区之间,所述第二活动主窗扇能够活动于所述第二窗口区与所述第三窗口区,所述固定窗扇固定设置于所述第二窗口区。
根据发明的一些实施例,还包括用于驱动所述第一活动主窗扇与所述第二活动主窗扇相对运动的驱动组件。
根据发明的一些实施例,所述窗框内限定有安装腔,所述驱动组件安装于所述安装腔内。
根据发明的一些实施例,所述驱动组件包括:
至少两个皮带轮,转动设置于所述窗框上;
驱动皮带,绕设于所述皮带轮上,所述驱动皮带具有两个驱动部,两个所述驱动部用于驱动第一活动主窗扇与所述第二活动主窗扇相互远离或靠近运动;
电机,用于驱动至少一个所述皮带轮转动。
根据发明的一些实施例,每个所述驱动部通过滑动连接于所述窗框的驱动小车与所述第一活动主窗扇和第二活动主窗扇连接。

根据发明实施例的窗户,参考图1,窗户包括窗框100,窗框100内限定有通风窗口101,通风窗口101内安装有主窗扇组件200,主窗扇组件200用于关闭或打开通风窗口101。
具体的,主窗扇组件200包括固定窗扇210、第一活动主窗扇220和第二活动主窗扇230,固定窗扇210竖直固定设置于通风窗口101内,第一活动主窗扇220滑动设置于通风窗口101内,并能够滑动至固定窗扇210室内的一侧,即,第一活动主窗扇220与固定窗扇210能够重叠;同理,第二活动主窗扇230滑动 设置于通风窗口101内,并能够滑动至固定窗扇210室外的一侧,第二活动主窗扇230与固定窗扇210能够重叠。
主窗扇组件200通过上述设计方式,通风窗口101被打开时,第一活动主窗扇220与第二活动主窗扇230能够同时滑动至固定窗扇210的一侧,此时,第一活动主窗扇220、第二活动主窗扇230、和固定窗扇210处于重叠状态,通风窗口101被打开的开度在百分之六十六左右,外界的新鲜空气能够及时、快速地被输送至室内,改善室内的居住环境,房屋的使用更舒适;并且,可根据环境的需要,对第一活动主窗扇220和第二活动主窗扇230的位置进行调整,并且能够在零至百分之六十六区间内进行通风窗口101开度的调整。
在本实施例中,窗框100内壁的下表面采用两个轨道(图中未示出),第一活动主窗扇220滑动于其中一个轨道上,第二活动主窗扇230滑动另一个轨道上,且固定窗扇210固定于两个轨道之间,因此,第一活动主窗扇220利用轨道能够滑至固定窗扇210室内的一侧,第二活动主窗扇230能够利用轨道滑动至固定窗扇210室外的一侧。可见,本实施例的优势在于,本申请方案采用两个轨道的设计,却使通风窗口101的开度达到了百分之六十六左右,然而,传统推拉窗同样采用两轨道的方式,通风窗口101的开度仅能达到百分之五十,因此,本实施例中的窗户更能满足客户的需求。
此外,在本实施例中,窗户同样采用传统技术中两轨道的设计方式,由此降低了主窗扇组件200的占用宽度,进而使该方案能够安装于墙壁上的开口内。
在一些具体实施例中,窗框100包括下框110、上框120、和横梁130,下框110与上框120竖直安装,横梁130水平安装于下框110与上框120之间,且通风窗口101形成于下框110与横梁130之间;同时,横梁130与上框120之间形成有窗头窗口102,窗头窗口102内安装有窗头窗扇组件300,窗头窗扇组件300用于打开或关闭窗头窗口102。
在一些具体实施例中,通风窗框101自左到右依次分为有第一窗口区、第二窗口区和第三窗口区,一轨道设置于第一窗口区与第二窗口区之间,另一轨道设置于第二窗口区与第三窗口区之间,第一活动主窗扇220利用轨道滑动于第一窗口区与第二窗口区之间,固定窗扇210固定于第二窗口区,第二活动主窗扇230利用轨道滑动于第二窗口区与第三窗口区之间。
可以理解的是,固定窗扇210设计于第二窗口区,第二窗口区位于第一窗口区和第三窗口区之间,由此,缩短第一活动主窗扇220与第二活动主窗扇230的调节范围,进而使第一活动主窗扇220与第二活动主窗扇230调节更方便;此外,缩短了轨道的设计长度,节约了成本,降低了窗框100的加工难度。
在进一步实施例中,参考图1和图2,下窗框100与横梁130之间竖直固定有两个支柱211,各支柱211的下端固定连接于下框110上,各支柱211的上端固定连接于横梁130上,其中一个支柱211设置于固定窗扇210的内侧并抵接于固定窗扇210的内部侧壁上,另一个支柱211设置于固定窗扇210的外侧,并抵接于固定窗扇210的外部侧壁上,两个支柱211不与第一活动主窗扇220与第二活动主窗扇230的滑动相干涉。
进一步的,两支柱211具有与固定窗扇210侧壁相抵接抵接面,抵接面均通过玻璃胶与固定窗扇210的侧壁相粘合,从而使支柱211对固定窗扇210的固定更稳定。
在一些具体实施例中,窗头窗口102自左到右依次分为第一风口区、第二风口区、第三风口区,第一风口区与第一窗口区对应设置,第二风口区与第二窗口区对应设置,第三风口区与第三窗口区对应设置;同时,窗头窗扇组件300包括固定窗头窗扇310、两个活动窗头窗扇,两个活动窗头窗扇分别为第一活动窗头窗扇320和第二活动窗头窗扇330,第一活动窗头窗扇320滑动设置于第一风口区与第二风口区之间,固定窗头窗扇310固定于第二风口区,第二活动窗头窗扇330滑动设置于第二风口区与第三风口区之间。
具体的,当窗头窗口102打开时,第一活动窗头窗扇320重叠至固定窗头窗扇310的内侧,第二活动窗头窗扇330能够滑动至固定窗头窗扇310的外侧,由此,第一活动窗头窗扇320、第二活动窗头窗扇330和固定窗头窗扇310能够重叠设置,窗头窗口102被打开的开度在百分之六十六左右,外界的新鲜空气能够及时、快速地被输送至室内,改善室内的居住环境,房屋使用更舒适;并且,可根据环境的需要,对第一活动窗头窗扇320和第二活动窗头窗扇330进行调整,进而实现通风窗口101的开度在零至百分之六十六区间内的调整。
在一些具体实施例中,参考图3和图4,横梁130的上表面沿其长度方向开设有一个条形的下U型槽132,该下U型槽132位于第一风口区与第二风口区之 间,上框120内壁的上顶面水平开设有一个上U型槽121,该上U型槽121开设于第一风口区与第二风口区之间,并与上述下U型槽132相对设置,第一活动窗头窗扇320沿上U型槽121与下U型槽132水平滑动;同理,横梁130与上框120之间分别设置有其它下U型槽132和上U型槽121,从而供第二活动窗头窗扇330滑动。
可以理解的是,通过采用上U型槽121和下U型槽132的设置,活动窗头窗扇230滑动沿下U型槽132与上U型槽121水平滑动,从而对窗头窗口102进行打开或关闭。因此,此种方案解决了窗头窗口102的高度空间较窄,窗头窗口102内无法布设路轨、与路轨相契合的窗扇玻璃框或其它问题。
在一些具体实施例中,第一活动窗头窗扇320和下U型槽132的连接方式与第二活动窗头窗扇330和下U型槽132的连接方式一致,现仅对第一活动窗头窗扇320与下U型槽132的连接方式进行分析,具体如下:下U型槽132的底部滑动嵌设有两个承载小车600,分别为左承载小车610和右承载小车620,左承载小车610用于承载第一活动窗头窗扇320左端部的下侧,右承载小车620用于承载第一活动窗头窗扇320右端部的下侧,第一活动窗头窗扇320利用两个承载小车在下U型槽132内滑动。
进一步设置,参考图4和图5,左承载小车610的顶部开设有定位槽630,该定位槽630与左承载小车610的顶部及右侧壁相通,该定位槽630刚好供第一活动窗头窗扇320的左边角嵌入;同理,右承载小车620的顶部也开设有定位槽630,该定位槽630与右承载小车620的顶部及左侧壁相通,该定位槽630刚好供第一活动窗头窗扇320右边角的嵌入,如此,第一活动窗头窗扇320利用两个定位槽630抵接于左承载小车610与右承载小车620之间。为了使左承载小车610与右承载小车620稳定抵接于第一活动窗头窗扇320上,左承载小车610与右承载小车620之间绑定有紧固绳640,紧固绳640限定左承载小车610与右承载小车620之间最大距离范围,由此,使左承载小测与右承载小车620分别稳定抵接于第一活动窗头窗扇320的左边角处与右边角处。
具体绑定方式如下,左承载小车610上开设有连接孔,右承载小车620也开设有另一连接孔241,两个连接孔相对设置;同时,紧固绳640由钢丝制成,紧固绳640的一自由端穿过一连接孔,紧固绳640的另一自由端穿过另一连接孔, 并对紧固绳640的两个自由端进行绑定,从而使左承载小车620与右承载小车620稳定抵接于第一活动窗头窗扇320的边角处。
可以理解的是,采用紧固绳640进行左承载小车610与右承载小车620的紧固,左承载小车610与右承载小车620稳固性较高,相比传统的塑胶胶合的方式,左承载小车610与右承载小车620能够长期被使用,并且左承载小车610和右承载小车620拆卸、安装方便。
在一些实施例中,参考图3和图4,在设计第一活动窗头窗扇320时,第一活动窗头窗扇320高度均小于或等于下U型槽132开口与上U型槽121开口之间的距离,从而方便将第一活动窗头窗扇320与第二活动窗头窗扇330竖向放置至于下U型槽132开口与上U型槽121开口之间;同时,由于第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部在左承载小车610、右承载小车620的支撑下,第一活动窗头窗扇320的顶部嵌设于上U型槽121内,并沿上U型槽121的侧壁滑动;又由于左承载小车610、右承载小车620均滑动嵌设于下U型槽132内,第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部嵌设固定于两定位槽630内,固定窗头窗扇310的底部能够沿下U型槽132水平稳定滑动。
在进一步实施例中,参考图2和图6,第一活动窗头窗扇320与第二活动窗头窗扇330的连接结构一致,现对第一活动窗头窗扇320的结构进行分析,由于第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部在左承载小车610与右承载小车620的支撑下,第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部处于悬空状态。基于此种情况下,下U型槽132的底部滑动嵌设有用于对第一活动窗头窗扇320限位的保险条700,保险条700的左端部抵接于左承载小车610上,保险条700的右端部抵接于右承载小车620上;同时,保险条700的顶部开设有条形U型槽,条形U型槽的一端与保险条700的左端部相通,从而与相应的定位槽630相通;条形U型槽的另一端部与保险条700的右端部相通,从而与另一定位槽630相通,第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部能够活动嵌设于条形U型槽内,此时,下U型槽132的侧壁对保险条700的侧壁进行限位,保险条700通过条形U型槽对第一活动窗头窗扇320的侧壁进行限位,从而使第一活动窗头窗扇320的安装更稳定。
更进一步实施例中,条形U型槽的底部与保险条700外部的底部之间的距离为X,第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部与下U型槽132的底部之间的距离为Y,且X 的距离小于Y的距离,因此,保险条700具有上下滑动的空间,避免保险条700增加第一活动窗头窗扇320的滑动摩擦力。
此外,第一活动窗头窗扇320具体安装方式如下:
步骤1、将第一活动窗头窗扇320竖向放置于下U型槽132与上U型槽121之间;
步骤2、将左承载小车610嵌入下U型槽132内,并滑至第一活动窗头窗扇320左边角处,第一活动窗头窗扇320的左边角嵌入左承载小车610上的定位槽630内;此时,第一活动窗头窗扇320在左承载小车610的支撑下,第一活动窗头窗扇320的顶部嵌入上U型槽121内。
步骤3、将保险条700嵌入下U型槽132内,并通过第一活动窗头窗扇320的右侧将保险条700滑入第一活动窗头窗扇320底部的下侧,第一活动窗头窗扇320的底部嵌设于条形U型槽内。
步骤4、将右承载小车620嵌入下U型槽132内,并滑至第一活动窗头窗扇320右边角处,第一活动窗头窗扇320的右边角嵌入右承载小车620上的定位槽630内。
步骤5、紧固绳640的两个活动端分别活动穿过两个连接孔,并对紧固绳121的两个自由端进行绑定,从而使第一活动窗头窗扇320的左边角处通过左承载小车610的定位槽630进行稳固,同步的,第一活动窗头窗扇320的右边角通过右承载小车620的定位槽630进行稳固,因此左承载小车610与右承载小车620被稳定安装。
在一些实施例中,参照图6至图7,横梁130至少由两个长条的型材组装而成,横梁130内形成有安装腔131(参考图3),安装腔131与横梁130的两个端相通;同时,安装腔131内设置有驱动组件400,驱动组件400驱动第一活动主窗扇220与第二活动主窗扇230相对滑动,从而打开或关闭通风窗口101,同步的,驱动组件400驱动第一活动窗头窗扇320与第二活动窗头窗扇330相对滑动,从而打开或关闭窗头窗口102。
可以理解的是,通过安装腔131的设置,驱动组件400被隐藏至安装腔131内,保证了窗框100的美观性,且方便驱动组件400的安装。
具体的,驱动组件400包括皮带轮410、驱动皮带420和电机430,皮带轮410的数量为两个,一个皮带轮410转动设置于安装腔131内并靠近安装腔131的一端,另一个皮带轮410转动设置于安装腔131内并靠近安装腔131的另一端,两个皮带轮410的转动轴为竖直状态。驱动皮带420绕设于两个皮带轮410的侧壁上,电机430竖直固定,并用于驱动一个皮带轮410转动,从而带动驱动皮带420左右往复运动。
可以理解的是,驱动皮带420可分为两段驱动部,分布于两个皮带轮410连线的两侧,两个驱动部在驱动轮的作用下,相互靠近或远离运动。其中一驱动部驱动第一活动主窗扇220与第一活动窗头窗扇320同步滑动,另一个驱动部驱动第二活动主窗扇230和第二活动窗头窗扇330同步滑动。
在进一步实施例中,横梁130上滑动设置有两个驱动小车500,两个驱动小车500分别与两个驱动部固定连接,驱动小车500的滚轮滚动于安装腔131内,驱动小车500具有延伸部501(参照图10),延伸部501水平延伸至安装腔131的外侧,并沿横梁130的侧壁水平滑动,进而对第一活动窗头窗扇320和第一活动主窗扇220进行驱动,或对第二活动窗头窗扇330和第二活动主窗扇230进行驱动。
在一些实施例中,参考图7和图8,由于两个驱动小车500结构一致,现对其中之一的驱动小车500进行分析,同理可得另一个驱动小车500的结构,具体连接方式如下:
参考图7和图8,驱动部具有第一咬合部421,第一咬合部421具有并列设置的若干第一咬合齿422;同时,驱动小车500上设置有第二咬合部520,第二咬合部520具有并列设置的若干第二咬合齿521,第一咬合齿422与第二咬合齿521相互咬合,由此,驱动皮带420和驱动小车500的连接比较牢靠,避免了小车发生打滑,保证了通风窗口101和窗头窗口102稳定被打开或关闭。
在一些具体实施例中,参照图7和图9,驱动小车500的上形成有U形的坑槽510,坑槽510贯穿驱动小车500的左右两端,第一咬合部421与第二咬合部520活动嵌设于坑槽510内,第一咬合部421的背面朝向坑槽510的一侧壁,第二咬合部520的背面朝向坑槽510的另一侧壁,第一咬合齿422与第二咬合齿521相互咬合;同时,坑槽510靠近第二咬合部520的侧壁上螺纹连接有锁紧件 530,锁紧件530的自由端抵接于第二咬合部520的背面,第一咬合部421稳定咬合于第二咬合部520上,第一咬合部421的背面抵接于坑槽510远离锁紧件530的侧壁上。当驱动皮带420与驱动小车500安装至一起时,第一咬合部421与第二咬合部520相互咬合,并同时嵌入坑槽510内,并通过锁紧件530使第一咬合部421与第二咬合部520固定稳定咬合,由此,驱动小车500与驱动皮带420相对固定,且驱动小车500和驱动皮带420的安装较方便。
进一步的,参照图9和图10,驱动小车500外侧竖直穿设固定有驱动杆540,驱动杆540的底部延伸至第一活动主窗扇220的一侧,第一活动主窗扇220的侧壁上固定有第一抵接部240,第一抵接部240上具有贯穿第一抵接部240上下两侧的第一抵接槽,第一抵接部240远离第一活动主窗扇220的一侧具有与第二抵接槽相通的开口,驱动杆540的底部通过上述开口穿设于第一抵接槽内;驱动杆的顶部开设有第二抵接槽,第二抵接槽贯穿驱动杆540的侧壁及顶部,承载小车600的侧壁上固定有片状的第二抵接部550,第二抵接部550活动穿设于第二抵接槽内,并与第二抵接槽的两侧壁相抵接。
具体的,驱动小车500驱动相应的驱动杆540进行水平往复运动,驱动杆540通过第一抵接部240和第二抵接部550同步驱动第一活动主窗扇220和第一活动窗头窗扇320进行运动;同理,另一个驱动小车500利用另一个驱动杆540驱动第二活动主窗扇230和第二活动窗头窗扇330同步运动。

Claims (10)

  1. 窗户,其特征在于,包括:
    窗框,限定有通风窗口;
    主窗扇组件,所述主窗扇组件包括设置于所述窗框内部的固定窗扇、第一活动主窗扇、和第二活动主窗扇,所述固定窗扇、所述第一活动主窗扇、和所述第二活动主窗扇用于关闭或打开所述通风窗口;所述固定窗扇固定设置于所述窗框内,所述第一活动主窗扇滑动设置于所述通风窗口内并能够与所述固定窗扇重叠,所述第二活动主窗扇滑动设置于所述通风窗口内并能够与所述固定窗扇及所述第一活动主窗扇重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的窗户,其特征在于,
    所述通风窗口依次分为第一窗口区、第二窗口区、和第三窗口区,所述第一活动主窗扇能够活动于所述第一窗口区与所述第二窗口区之间,所述第二活动主窗扇能够活动于所述第二窗口区与所述第三窗口区,所述固定窗扇固定设置于所述第二窗口区。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的窗户,其特征在于,
    还包括用于驱动所述第一活动主窗扇与所述第二活动主窗扇相互远离或靠近的驱动组件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的窗户,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:
    至少两个皮带轮,转动设置于所述窗框上;
    驱动皮带,绕设于所述皮带轮上,所述驱动皮带具有两个驱动部,两个所述驱动部用于驱动第一活动主窗扇与所述第二活动主窗扇相互远离或靠近运动;
    电机,用于驱动至少一个所述皮带轮转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的窗户,其特征在于,
    每个所述驱动部通过滑动连接于所述窗框的驱动小车与所述第一活动主窗扇和第二活动主窗扇连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的窗户,其特征在于,
    所述驱动部具有第一咬合部,所述第一咬合部具有第一咬合齿;
    所述驱动小车设置有第二咬合部,所述第二咬合部具有与所述第一咬合齿相咬合的第二咬合齿。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的窗户,其特征在于,
    所述驱动小车开设有坑槽,所述第一咬合部与所述第二咬合部活动嵌设于坑槽内,所述坑槽的侧壁可拆卸连接有用于使所述第一咬合部与所述第二咬合部相互咬合的锁紧件。
  8. 根据权利要求3至7任一项所述的窗户,其特征在于,所述窗框内限定有安装腔,所述驱动组件安装于所述安装腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的窗户,其特征在于,所述窗框包括:
    下框,
    上框,固定连接于所述下框上;
    横梁,固定连接于所述下框与所述上框之间,所述通风窗口形成于所述横梁与所述下框之间,且,所述横梁与所述上框之间形成有窗头窗口,所述窗头窗口内设置有用于打开或关闭窗头窗口的窗头窗扇组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的窗户,其特征在于,所述窗头窗扇组件包括:
    固定窗头窗扇,固定设置于所述横梁上;
    活动窗头窗扇,所述活动窗头窗扇的数量为两个,两个所述活动窗头窗扇位于不同平面上,两个所述活动窗头窗扇能够与所述固定窗头窗扇重叠;
    其中,所述驱动组件设置于所述横梁,用于驱动两个所述活动窗头窗扇相互靠近或远离运动。
