进一步,回收通道7的内壁设有多个沿圆周均匀分布的喷头34,且喷头34的所在平面与回收通道7所在平面之间小于九十度的夹角为二十度,支撑柱2的外部安装有清洁水管35,且清洁水管35穿过支撑柱2与喷头34密封固定,底板11内部设置有第一通孔12,第一通孔12设置有若干个,且第一通孔12依次分布,支撑柱2的下方设置有废水通道25,废水通道25设置有地板内部,且废水通道25与回收通道7相连通,喷头34呈一定角度向下方倾斜,并通过清洁水管35对喷头34进行注水,从而使得喷头34将清洗液喷洒在放置板24上方的空餐碟上对其进行简化清洗,残留液体分别通过放置板24上的第二通孔37以及底板11上的第一通孔12流入至废水通道25进行排放,顾客用餐完毕后,工作人员可通过支撑柱2外部的柜门打开回收通道7,对放置板24上的餐碟进行移动。
进一步,AR投影设备28的外部安装有安装架29,且AR投影设备28的两侧与安装架29转动连接,安装架29的一侧固定安装有第二电机30,且第二电机30的输出轴与AR投影设备28通过联轴器传动连接,安装架29的上方安装有电动推杆27,电动推杆27的上端与房顶通过安装座26固定连接,电动推杆27的下端与安装架29通过螺栓固定,电动推杆27与第二电机30均与主机相连接,工作人员通过主机调控电动推杆27和第二电机30,电动推杆27能够对AR投影设备28的高度进行调整,而第二电机30能够对AR投影设备28的垂直角度进行调整,同时配合AR投影设备28的调焦模块,确保在成像清晰的前提下提高投影完整性。
进一步,传动腔21的外部设置有泡沫石棉36,且泡沫石棉36包裹于回收通道7,泡沫石棉36内部的无数通孔能够对第一电机8以及螺杆9产生摩擦的声音进行吸收,从而提高吸音效果。
进一步,AR点菜模块包括点餐客户端、信息管理模块、后台输出模块、AR投影设备28以及音响设备,其中:
点餐客户端:由菜品展示模块、菜品选中模块和菜品支付模块组成,菜品展示模块包括菜品名称、菜品图片、菜品制作用料以及营养配比,菜品选中模块用于对顾客选中的菜品进行标记,便于后续支付使用,菜品支付模块与餐厅的收银系统相连接,用于接收顾客对菜品的支付转账;
信息管理模块:其设置于主机的内部,能够实现逻辑运算的处理单元,用于储存和投影菜品信息的储存单元,并将储存的菜品信息通过AR投影设备28对桌面进行AR投影;
后台输出模块:主体为点菜终端,点菜终端包括安装于厨房的显示器、播放器、定时器,显示器用于对菜品图像进行显示,令厨师快速了解制作菜品的种类,播放器用于提醒厨师顾客的下单指令,定时器用于厨师对烹饪时间的把控;
AR投影设备28:型号为松下AR100,能够接受信息管理模块的信息数据,并向餐桌投射菜品影像,可补充菜品影像的表达方式,例如当顾客支付完成时,以独特的动画体现菜品的制作流程,同时可对时间进行设定,动画展示结束时,厨房工作人员便会将菜品提供于顾客,提高实际体验;
音响设备:主体为音响5,其主要用于配合AR投影设备28提高顾客的用餐体验。
基于AR技术的点菜餐桌的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、工作人员根据实际围坐人数通过主机调控电动推杆27和第二电机30,电动推杆27能够对AR投影设备28的高度进行调整,而第二电机30能够对AR投影设备28的垂直角度进行调整,同时配合AR投影设备28的调焦模块,确保在成像清晰的前提下提高投影完整性,从而保证围坐人数较多对AR投影设备的光源不会产生遮挡;
步骤二、调节完成后,顾客可通过桌台1上的触摸屏33进行点餐,顾客首先通过菜品展示模块能够看到菜品名称、图片、制作用料以及营养配比,当顾客点击菜品时,将数据信息传递至主机,主机内的信息管理模块接收至点餐客户端信息时,将顾客选中的菜品通过AR投影设备28向桌台1进行AR投影,并通过音响5令顾客能够直观的对菜品进行了解;
步骤三、顾客对选中的菜品进行支付时,后台输出端迅速接收来自信息管理模块的点菜信息,并通过点菜终端提醒后厨进行做菜,在这一过程中,顾客将通过AR投影设备28以卡通奇妙的动画的方式对选中的菜品进行制作,制作时间根据厨师实际做菜的时间制定,当动画播放完成后,服务员将做好的菜品摆放于顾客面前,从而提高了顾客的用餐体验;
步骤四、当顾客需要对饮品进行加热时,通过打开切换开关32,将切换开关32转换至加热模式,使得杯座3对饮品进行加热,而内部安装的温度传感器20能对饮品温度进行监测,并通过温度显示器31令顾客进行了解,当顾客需要对饮品进行冷处理或者冷保温时,通过打开切换开关32,将切换开关32转换至制冷模式,实现杯座3对饮品的冷处理或者冷保温;
步骤五、顾客对一个餐碟使用完成后,打开上端的活动板6,活动板6内部设置有与主机相匹配的传感器,打开活动板6时,主机正向驱动两个第一电机8进行同步转动,使得螺杆9带动放置板24抬升至回收通道7上端,以便顾客将空餐碟放于放置板24上,放置完成后,关闭活动板6,在传感器的信息传递下令主机反向驱动两个第一电机8进行同步转动,从而令装有餐碟的放置板24下降,并通过清洁水管35对喷头34进行注水,从而使得喷头34将清洗液喷洒在放置板24上方的空餐碟上对其进行简化清洗,残留液体分别通过放置板24上的第二通孔37以及底板11上的第一通孔12流入至废水通道25进行排放,顾客聚餐完毕后,工作人员可通过支撑柱2外部的柜门打开回收通道7,对放置板24上的餐碟进行移动。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,包括桌台(1)和AR点菜模块,其特征在于:所述桌台(1)的上端设有多个沿圆周均匀分布的杯座(3),所述杯座(3)的后端分别设置有温度显示器(31)和切换开关(32),所述杯座(3)的一侧均安装有触摸屏(33),所述桌台(1)下端的中间位置处固定设置有支撑柱(2),所述桌台(1)内部的中间位置处设置有回收通道(7),且回收通道(7)延伸至支撑柱(2)的内部,所述回收通道(7)的上端安装有活动板(6),且活动板(6)与桌台(1)通过转轴转动连接,所述回收通道(7)的内部安装有放置板(24),所述回收通道(7)的底部固定设置有底板(11),所述桌台(1)下端的两侧均安装有音响(5),且音响(5)与桌台(1)通过螺丝固定,所述桌台(1)上方的一侧安装有AR投影设备(28),所述AR点菜模块通过主机进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述杯座(3)位于桌台(1)内部一端的内壁设置有导热壁(18),所述导热壁(18)的外部安装有加热丝(19),加热丝(19)与导热壁(18)相贴合,且加热丝(19)与导热壁(18)之间设置有绝缘层,所述加热丝(19)与切换开关(32)电性连接,所述杯座(3)内部的一侧固定安装有温度传感器(20),且温度传感器(20)与温度显示器(31)电性连接,所述杯座(3)上端的内壁安装有LED灯(13),且LED灯(13)与切换开关(32)电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述杯座(3)的底部固定设置有导热片(14),所述导热片(14)的下端设置有半导体电子制冷片(15),且半导体电子制冷片(15)与导热片(14)通过硅胶粘粘固定,所述半导体电子制冷片(15)与切换开关(32)电性连接,所述半导体电子制冷片(15)的下端设置有散热片(16),且散热片(16)与半导体电子制冷片(15)粘粘固定,所述散热片(16)底部的中间位置处固定安装有散热扇(17),所述杯座(3)的下端设置有风道(4),且散热扇(17)与风道(4)相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述回收通道(7)的两侧均设置有传动腔(21),所述传动腔(21)的内部均安装有螺杆(9),所述螺杆(9)的上端与桌台(1)通过转动座(22)转动连接,所述螺杆(9)的下方安装有第一电机(8),且第一电机(8)的输出轴与螺杆(9)通过联轴器传动连接,所述第一电机(8)与主机相连接,所述螺杆(9)的外部均安装有滑块(23),且滑块(23)与螺杆(9)相适配,所述滑块(23)之间安装有放置板(24),所述传动腔(21)靠近回收通道(7)的一侧均设置有滑动槽(10),且滑块(23)的一侧穿过滑动槽(10)与放置板(24)固定连接,所述放置板(24)的内部设置有第二通孔(37),第二通孔(37)设置有若干个,且第二通孔(37)依次分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述回收通道(7)的内壁设有多个沿圆周均匀分布的喷头(34),且喷头(34)的所在平面与回收通道(7)所在平面之间小于九十度的夹角为二十度,所述支撑柱(2)的外部安装有清洁水管(35),且清洁水管(35)穿过支撑柱(2)与喷头(34)密封固定,所述底板(11)内部设置有第一通孔(12),第一通孔(12)设置有若干个,且第一通孔(12)依次分布,所述支撑柱(2)的下方设置有废水通道(25),废水通道(25)设置有地板内部,且废水通道(25)与回收通道(7)相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述AR投影设备(28)的外部安装有安装架(29),且AR投影设备(28)的两侧与安装架(29)转动连接,所述安装架(29)的一侧固定安装有第二电机(30),且第二电机(30)的输出轴与AR投影设备(28)通过联轴器传动连接,所述安装架(29)的上方安装有电动推杆(27),所述电动推杆(27)的上端与房顶通过安装座(26)固定连接,所述电动推杆(27)的下端与安装架(29)通过螺栓固定,所述电动推杆(27)与第二电机(30)均与主机相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述传动腔(21)的外部设置有泡沫石棉(36),且泡沫石棉(36)包裹于回收通道(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于AR技术的点菜餐桌,其特征在于:所述AR点菜模块包括点餐客户端、信息管理模块、后台输出模块、AR投影设备(28)以及音响设备,其中:
    点餐客户端:由菜品展示模块、菜品选中模块和菜品支付模块组成,菜品展示模块包括菜品名称、菜品图片、菜品制作用料以及营养配比,菜品选中模块用于对顾客选中的菜品进行标记,便于后续支付使用,菜品支付模块与餐厅的收银系统相连接,用于接收顾客对菜品的支付转账;
    信息管理模块:其设置于主机的内部,能够实现逻辑运算的处理单元,用于储存和投影菜品信息的储存单元,并将储存的菜品信息通过AR投影设备(28)对桌面进行AR投影;

  9. 基于权利要求1-8任意一项所述基于AR技术的点菜餐桌的使用方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    步骤一、工作人员根据实际围坐人数通过主机调控电动推杆(27)和第二电机(30),电动推杆(27)能够对AR投影设备(28)的高度进行调整,而第二电机(30)能够对AR投影设备(28)的垂直角度进行调整,同时配合AR投影设备(28)的调焦模块,确保在成像清晰的前提下提高投影完整性,从而保证围坐人数较多对AR投影设备的光源不会产生遮挡;
