Description
本申请要求于2020年7月24日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202010725402.3、发明名称为“固定装置、过滤网及空气净化装置”的专利申请的优先权。
本申请总体来说涉及空气净化技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种固定装置、过滤网及空气净化装置。
过滤滤芯是空气净化器其技术核心部件,传统过滤网制作工序一般过程为:滤纸打折→滤纸上胶→封边→上初效网→固定边框→密封→包装,其中,上胶是为了保证滤纸折叠后的间距,现有过滤网加工工序繁多,且至上胶后耐温性差,滤纸容易变形塌陷,导致过滤风阻变大,严重影响过滤效果及使用舒适度。
发明内容

为了解决过滤网加工工序复杂繁多、滤纸容易变形塌陷、过滤网耐温性差等多个问题中的至少一个技术问题,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种固定装置、过滤网及空气净化装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种固定装置,包括用于夹持滤纸的第一架体和第二架体,第一架体设置有第一梳架,第二架体设置有第二梳架,第一梳架和第二梳 架分别设置有用于伸入滤纸的回折间隙的梳齿。

本实施例中,第二梳架210间隔排列设置有多个,第二架体200对应第一连接结构120设置有多个第二连接结构220,图2中第二加强筋230垂直第二梳架210设置,第二加强筋230长度方向的两端分别连接第二架体200,在本领域技术人员的理解下,为保证第二架体200的结构强度,同时不影响过滤效果,第二加强筋230可以设置多个。
本实施例中,当第一架体100与第二架体200扣合连接后,第一梳架110的梳齿和第二梳架210的梳齿呈错位设置;第一梳架110的梳齿插入滤纸300一侧的回折间隙301内,第二梳架210的梳齿插入滤纸300另一侧的回折间隙301内。
在上述结构和原理的基础上,为实现第一架体100与第二架体200扣合连接,第一连接结构120和第二连接结构220可以具有多种卡接形态,如:纽扣式结构,第一连接结构120为球形凸起,第二连接结构220为与之配合的卡槽。在本申请方案中,第一连接结构120包括设置于第一架体100的插片,第二连接结构220包括设置于第二架体200的插孔,插片朝向第一架体100外的一侧设置有凸起结构,当第一架体100与第二架体200连接时,第二架体200的内壁挤压插片,当 插片移动至插孔处时,凸起结构伸入至插孔内,实现插片与插孔之间的卡接。
结合图1-3所示,本申请方案中,第一梳架110与第二梳架210错位设置,当第一架体100和第二架体200扣合连接后,第一梳架110的梳齿和第二梳架210的梳齿呈错位关系,第一梳架110的梳齿插入滤纸300一侧的回折间隙301中,一个梳齿对应一个回折间隙,第二梳架210的每一个梳齿分别卡入滤纸300另一侧的回折间隙301中,本方案中,回折间隙为滤纸一侧相邻两个折峰的间隙。第一梳架110和第二梳架210夹持滤纸300,第一梳架110的梳齿和第二梳架210的梳齿保证了过滤网的挺度及滤纸300相邻两个回折间隙301的间距。
本实施例中,滤纸300包括两组回折间隙301,两组回折间隙301分别设置在滤纸300的相对两侧;第一梳架110包括多个梳齿,第一梳架110的多个梳齿与滤纸300的第一组回折间隙301中的多个回折间隙301一一对应地设置,以分别插设在该组回折间隙301中的多个回折间隙301内。
本实施例中,第二梳架210包括多个梳齿,第二梳架210的多个梳齿与滤纸300的第二组回折间隙301中的多个回折间隙301一一对应地设置,以分别插设在该组回折间隙301中的多个回折间隙301内。
在本领域技术人员的理解下,第一架体100和第二架体200分别由ABS、PP、PET、PA、不锈钢、铝合金中及竹木类材质的一种加工而成,在本领域技术人员的理解下,也可以采用其它材质加工而成。ABS为塑料是丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯三种单体的三元共聚物,PP为聚丙烯,PET为涤纶树脂,PA为可以是尼龙或聚酰胺形成的塑料,滤纸300可以采用HEPA高效过滤网或夹炭布。本实施例还提供一种过滤网,过滤网包括滤纸300和固定装置,滤纸300打折后,固定装置夹持滤纸300。
本实施例还提供一种空气净化装置,空气净化装置安装有上述过 滤网。
在过滤网加工过程中,首先将滤纸300打折,参考图4,图4为滤纸300结构示意图,按照滤纸300折峰痕迹安装于第一架体100,或者,将滤纸300固定,第一架体100的第一梳架110上梳齿与滤纸300折峰对齐后推入,滤纸300安装于第一架体100后,将第一架体100翻转放置并固定,第二架体200的第二梳架210上梳齿对应折峰后推入,第一架体100与第二架体200通过第一连接结构120和第二连接结构220扣合连接,过滤网装配完成,在本领域技术人员的理解下,过滤网装配形式有多种,比如,也可以先使第二架体200与滤纸300装配,关于装配方式,在此仅用于间接体现本方案中固定装置的实用性,不再过多叙述。
综上,本方案提供一种固定装置、过滤网及空气净化装置,固定装置包括第一架体100和第二架体200,第一架体100与第二架体200扣合连接,第一架体100设置有多个第一梳架110,第二架体200设置有多个第二梳架210,第一梳架110和第二梳架210分别对应滤纸300的折数设置多个梳齿,第一梳架110的每一个梳齿分别卡入滤纸300一侧的回折间隙中,第二梳架210的每一个梳齿分别卡入滤纸300另一侧的回折间隙中,梳齿保证过滤网的挺度及滤纸300相邻两个回折之间的间距,提高了过滤网的稳固性及耐温性,减少过滤网加工工序及物料需求种类,提高过滤网装配效率,节省过滤网加工耗材,过滤网整体风阻降低,性能更好。

Claims (13)
- 一种固定装置,其特征在于,包括用于夹持滤纸(300)的第一架体(100)和第二架体(200),所述第一架体(100)设置有第一梳架(110),所述第二架体(200)设置有第二梳架(210),所述第一梳架(110)和所述第二梳架(210)分别设置有用于伸入所述滤纸(300)的回折间隙(301)的梳齿。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一架体(100)排列设置有多个所述第一梳架(110)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二架体(200)排列设置有多个所述第二梳架(210)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一梳架(110)与所述第二梳架(210)之间错位设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一架体(100)与所述第二架体(200)扣合连接,所述第一架体(100)设置有第一连接结构(120),所述第二架体(200)设置有用于与所述第一连接结构(120)扣合连接的第二连接结构(220)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于,当所述第一架体(100)与所述第二架体(200)扣合连接后,所述第一梳架(110)的梳齿和所述第二梳架(210)的梳齿呈错位设置;所述第一梳架(110)的梳齿插入所述滤纸(300)一侧的回折间隙(301)内,所述第二梳架(210)的梳齿插入所述滤纸(300)另一侧的回折间隙(301)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构(120)包括多个设置于所述第一架体(100)的插片。
- 根据权利要求7所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接结构(220)包括用于与所述插片卡接的插孔,所述插孔开设于所述第 二架体(200)并对应所述插片设置有多个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一架体(100)设置有与所述第一梳架(110)连接第一加强筋(130),所述第二架体(200)设置有与所述第二梳架(210)连接的第二加强筋(230)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述滤纸(300)包括两组回折间隙(301),两组所述回折间隙(301)分别设置在所述滤纸(300)的相对两侧;所述第一梳架(110)包括多个梳齿,所述第一梳架(110)的多个梳齿与所述滤纸(300)的第一组回折间隙(301)中的多个回折间隙(301)一一对应地设置,以分别插设在该组所述回折间隙(301)中的多个回折间隙(301)内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二梳架(210)包括多个梳齿,所述第二梳架(210)的多个梳齿与所述滤纸(300)的第二组回折间隙(301)中的多个回折间隙(301)一一对应地设置,以分别插设在该组所述回折间隙(301)中的多个回折间隙(301)内。
- 一种过滤网,包括滤纸(300),其特征在于,所述过滤网还包括权利要求1至11中任一所述的固定装置。
- 一种空气净化装置,其特征在于,安装有权利要求12所述的过滤网。
