The present invention relates to a cleaning machine (1), which is used in cleaning process of vehicles (A), comprising at least one dryer (2) used to dry the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and comprising an air pump (21) for pumping air, at least one hose (22) that is connected to the air pump (21) and is extendable to different areas of the vehicle, and at least one head (23) at the end of the hose (22) that has a tapering form in order to increase the velocity of the air coming from the hose (22), a cleaner (3) which comprises a liquid pump (31) that is used for disinfecting the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and used for pumping liquid, at least one flexible pipe (32) that is connected to the liquid pump (31) and is extendable to different parts of the vehicle, at least one nozzle (33) at the end part of the pipe (32) for spraying liquid.

Description

A VEHICLE (AUTOMOBILE) DRYING AND DISINFECTING MACHINE
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a drying system which is used in drying process of vehicles and is also capable of disinfecting at the same time.
Background of the Invention
In the current technique, the process of washing vehicles is carried out in the form of car washing machines (car wash machines) or washing with pressurized water after applying a detergent. Car wash companies prefer not to use pure (deionized) water when washing vehicles due to its high cost. The tap or well water which is preferred to be used creates an appearance on the vehicle similar to a lime stain when it dries on the vehicle. To prevent this stain, a process of drying with a cloth or a rinse aid is applied and then air-drying is carried out.
Since 100% cleaning cannot be achieved with pressurized water, especially in the winter months, in the process of drying with a cloth, the dirt remaining on the surface of the vehicle acts as a scouring powder during the drying with the cloth and scratches the vehicle. In this application, most of the time, the actual cleaning is done while drying with a cloth. It is possible to easily see oval scratch marks when one looks at any vehicle from the right angle. If you look at 2-3 years old or older dark colored vehicles in a sunny weather, these marks can be seen much more easily.
The dryers used in the current technique are in the form of a structure with pole having an inverted U letter on a ground surface so that the vehicle can pass therethrough, and the drying process is carried out by means of the blowers present on this structure while the vehicle is passing through this structure. In another system, the structure with the inverted U letter moves linearly and the vehicle is passed under it. On the other hand, these systems cannot be used at places where the height of the ceiling is insufficient, they create a high level of noise, the vehicle needs to be moved back and forth, and if the heights of the vehicle and the device cannot be adjusted, drying cannot be carried out sufficiently. Therefore parts of the vehicle remain wet. When all technical problems are considered, there is a need for a dryer which is financially accessible to small and medium-sized washers that wash 10-30 vehicles a day, whose performance is efficient and which can operate without scratching the vehicles.
In the current technique, depending on the use of the vehicle, there can be virus/bacteria/germ etc. inside the vehicle. Therefore, if the consumer also demands disinfection of the vehicle as well as cleaning the vehicle, an additional spraying system is required.
Turkish Patent application no 2015/07786, an application known in the state of the art, relates to a car wash system comprising a framework surrounding the vehicle which is used for non-contact cleaning of the vehicle and at least two upper washing units on the framework which carry out the washing, rinsing and drying processes of the vehicle by spraying soap, water, air onto the vehicle.
Summary of the Invention
The objective of the present invention is to perform the drying process of vehicles in an easy and electricity-efficient way.
The objective of the present invention is to provide a drying and disinfecting system that can perform the drying and disinfection of vehicles. The objective of the present invention is to provide a drying system which can reach all parts of the vehicle and which can dry areas that even mobile dryers cannot completely dry.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The drying and disinfecting system provided in order to achieve the objectives of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is the side and detailed view of the drying and disinfecting system of the present invention.
Figure 2 is the side and detailed view of an embodiment of the drying and disinfecting system of the present invention applied to the interior of the vehicle.
Figure 3 is the side and detailed view of an embodiment of the drying and disinfecting system of the present invention applied on the vehicle.

A cleaning machine (1), which is used in cleaning process of vehicles (A), comprises at least one dryer (2) used to dry the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and comprising an air pump (21) for pumping air, at least one hose (22) that is connected to the air pump (21) and is extendable to different areas of the vehicle, and at least one head (23) at the end of the hose (22) that has a tapering form in order to increase the velocity of the air coming from the hose (22), wherein there is at least one keypad (24) which is preferably provided on the head (23) on the dryer (2) and which is used for turning on (operating) or off the air pump (21).
The cleaning machine (1) of the present invention is used for drying the interior and exterior parts of the vehicles (A) after washing, and the air pumped through the pump reaches the head (23) upon passing through the hose (22) and exits from the tapering structure in the head (23) by its velocity being increased. The cleaning machine (1) hose (22) can reach the desired parts on the vehicle (A) with its flexible structure and carries out the drying process by the compressed air transferred from the head (23) part. The hose (22) can dry the parts of the vehicle that can never be dried such as the parts like closed rear- view mirrors. In this way, both stains (water stains) are prevented and the vehicle is dried without scratching. When the user goes to the area to be dried, they operate the air pump (21) with the keypad (24) provided in the said cleaning machine (1), and in this way excessive electricity consumption is reduced and unnecessary operation of the system is prevented. Similarly, when the drying process is completed, the user (operator) turns off the air pump (21) by pressing the keypad (24) and can also turn off the air pump (21) without going near the air pump (21), thereby providing ergonomic benefits to the user and preventing the system from working unnecessarily.
In one embodiment of the present invention, there is at least one handle (grip) (25) on the head (23) that is used for the user to easily hold the head (23).
In an embodiment of the invention, the end part of the head (23) which is the air outlet is formed by connection of the inclined surfaces from the two sides of the head (23).
A cleaning machine (1), which is used in cleaning process of vehicles (A), comprises at least one dryer (2) used to dry the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and comprising an air pump (21) for pumping air, at least one hose (22) that is connected to the air pump (21) and is extendable to different areas of the vehicle, and at least one head (23) at the end of the hose (22) that has a tapering form in order to increase the velocity of the air coming from the hose (22), and a cleaner (3) which comprises a liquid pump (31) that is used for disinfecting the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and used for pumping liquid, at least one flexible pipe (32) that is connected to the liquid pump (31) and is extendable to different parts of the vehicle, and at least one nozzle (33) at the end part of the pipe (32) for spraying liquid.
The cleaning machine (1) of the present invention is comprised of a dryer (2) used in liquid drying and a cleaner (3) used in disinfectant spraying. In the said dryer (2), the air pumped through the air pump (21) passes through the hose (22) and reaches the head (23) and exits from the tapering structure in the head (23) part with increased velocity. Likewise, by means of the liquid pump (31), the flexible pipe (32) and the nozzle (33) provided in the cleaner (3) in the cleaning machine (1), the disinfectant is pumped to the pipe (32) from a tank with a pump, and it is transferred to the desired part of the vehicle through the nozzle (33). Thanks to the flexible structure of the said hose (22), the pipe (32) can easily be carried to the desired location in the interior of the vehicle (A). With the said cleaning machine
(1), firstly the disinfectant is sprayed into the interior or exterior of the vehicle (A) by the cleaner (3) and then the disinfectant is dried without staining by the dryer
(2) provided in the same system.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the dryer (2) and the cleaner (3) are connected to each other. The hose (22) and the pipe (32) are connected to each other, the nozzle (33) and the head (23) are located on a single structure (main head), and the liquid and air outlets open towards the same direction. In this way, it can be reached to the desired part of the vehicle by a single structure which is combination of the hose (22) and the pipe (32), and spraying disinfectant or drying process with compressed air can be carried out through a single structure depending on the operation required to be performed. In another embodiment of the invention, there is a main hose which receives the flexible pipe (32) and the hose (22) therein and prevents damage to these structures. The flexible pipe (32) and hose (22) pass through this main hose and there are nozzle (33) and head (23) parts provided on the main head located at the end of the main hose.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is a keypad provided on the main head, and the air pump (21) or the liquid pump (31) is enabled to be turned on or off with the keypad.
In an embodiment of the invention, there is a main body (4) on which the air pump (21) and/or the liquid pump (31) is/are provided and which includes therein the necessary components (socket, electrical wiring, cable, ventilation hole, liquid tank, etc.) required for the operation of the air pump (21) and the liquid pump
(31). In an embodiment of the invention, there is at least one remote control which is used to enter commands for the operation of the liquid pump (31) and/or the air pump (21). In this way, there is no need for the user to go to the main body (4) and operate the pumps one by one.
In one embodiment of the invention, there is an activation trigger (34) in the cleaner (3), which is used for the nozzle (33) to allow the liquid passage, and which enables the spraying to be started when pulled by the user. In one embodiment of the invention, the flexible pipe (32) is connected onto a tank in which the disinfectant is placed. In another embodiment of the invention, the tank is provided on the main body (4).

Claims

1. A cleaning machine (1), which is used in cleaning process of vehicles (A), characterized by at least one dryer (2) used to dry the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and comprising an air pump (21) for pumping air, at least one hose (22) that is connected to the air pump (21) and is extendable to different areas of the vehicle, and at least one head (23) at the end of the hose (22) that has a tapering form in order to increase the velocity of the air coming from the hose (22), at least one keypad (24) which is provided on the head (23) on the dryer (2) and which is used for turning on (operating) or off the air pump (21).
2. A cleaning machine (1), which is used in cleaning process of vehicles (A), characterized by at least one dryer (2) used to dry the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and comprising an air pump (21) for pumping air, at least one hose (22) that is connected to the air pump (21) and is extendable to different areas of the vehicle, and at least one head (23) at the end of the hose (22) that has a tapering form in order to increase the velocity of the air coming from the hose (22), a cleaner (3) which comprises a liquid pump (31) that is used for disinfecting the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle (A) and used for pumping liquid, at least one flexible pipe (32) that is connected to the liquid pump (31) and is extendable to different parts of the vehicle, at least one nozzle (33) at the end part of the pipe (32) for spraying liquid.
3. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by at least one handle (grip) which is provided on the head (23) and which is used for the user to easily hold the head (23).
4. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the head (23) whose air outlet part is formed by connection of the inclined surfaces extending from the lower and upper surface edges.
5. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the hose (22) and the pipe (32), which are interconnected, and whose nozzle (33) and head (23) parts are located on a single structure (main head).
6. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 5 characterized by a main hose which receives the flexible pipe (32) and the hose (22) therein and prevents damage to these structures.
7. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 2 or 5 characterized by at least one keypad which is located on the main head and which is for turning on or off the air pump (21) and/or the liquid pump (31).
8. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 5 characterized by a main body (4), on which the air pump (21) and/or the liquid pump (31) is/are provided, and which includes therein the necessary components required for the operation of the air pump (21) and the liquid pump (31).
9. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by at least one remote control which is used for the user to enter commands for the operation of the liquid pump (31) and/or the air pump (21).
10. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 2 or 5 characterized by an activation trigger (34), which is used for turning on/off the liquid passage of the nozzle (33), and which enables the spraying to be started when pulled by the user.
11. A cleaning machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by a tank in which the disinfectant is placed and which is connected onto the pipe (32).
