本发明关于一种性需求互动平台系统,尤指一种能用人工智能技术来分析传感器数据,精准反应用户行为与内容的互动效果,享受高质量虚拟性爱;以及产生近乎无穷尽,高质量影像与声音作为系统内容的素材。
背景技术
传统上成人内容如图片、影片通常是单方面呈现,少数内容如游戏只可透过标准人机接口(如键盘鼠标),让用户以有限的方式控制,由于使用过程无法与内容角色进行更直觉的互动,单调乏味无趣。

本发明的主要目的是用以解决上述习知技术的缺失而提供一种性需求互动平台系统,包含:一内容服务器,设有一内容中央处理器及一内容内存,用以提供一人机互动软件,其为可选择的随机内容;一通讯装置,具有一中央处理器及一内存,其中该中央处理器用以执行该人机互动软件,让一用户与执行随选择内容做性需求运动,进而管控该性需求互动平台系统;以及一传感器组件,包含一具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置,其电连接至该通讯装置,该具有3轴以上传感器穿戴于该用户的一活动部位,用以供该用户产生一传感器讯号,将该传感器讯号传送至该通讯装置,透过该人机互动软件的执行,辨识一用户的动作并产生一分类讯号,再将该分类讯号转换成一控制讯号,用以控制该人机互动软件的内容(含角色、场景与对象等),该内容因为该控制讯号所产生的反应,则 传递至该回馈装置,用于回馈该用户动作的结果,其中,该内容服务器与该通讯装置藉由一互联网网络互联。

本发明第一实施例的性需求互动平台系统1,其中该具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置的组件为一第一种传感器组件,透过安装九轴传感器(三轴加速度计、三轴陀螺仪、三轴磁力计)的手 环侦测加速度,移动轨迹与方位,用来做到方向、角度、速度与姿势判断,且拥有控制侦测与手势辨识功能,该回馈装置用于回馈用户动作结果。
本发明第一实施例的性需求互动平台系统1,其中该具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置的组件为一第二种传感器组件,作为AR扩增实境的传感器,于该第二种传感器组件上设置定位记号,以透过手机或平板计算机或电竞计算机或其他显示设备(如AR眼镜)将角色影像带到三次元空间。
本发明第一实施例的性需求互动平台系统1,其中该具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置的组件为一第三种传感器组件,作为VR控制器,其另加入肌电传感器(EMG),藉用人工智能算法分析肌电讯号,实现精细如十根手指动作的多样手势与操作,用于本发明性需求互动平台系统VR版。
如第1图所示,本发明第一实施例的性需求互动平台系统1,在互动模式下,一第一用户81用一具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置的传感器组件1311来操控性需求互动平台系统1,由内容服务器11传递随选性爱内容至第一用户的通讯装置12,让该第一用户81可与呈现的各式角色/影像/软件进行互动。
请参阅第2A图,本发明第二实施例的性需求互动平台系统2,其包括:一内容服务器,设有一内容中央处理器及一内容内存,用以提供一人机互动软件,其为可选择的随机内容;一第一通讯装置21,具有一第一通讯装置中央处理器与一第一通讯装置内存;一具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23,电连接至该第一通讯装置21,用以让男性用户91产生一男性用户传感器讯号,该第一通讯装置中央处理器上将该男性用户传感器讯号转换成一第一动作分类讯号后,再转换成一第一动作控制讯号,以藉用该第一通讯装置21传送至一互联网网络26;一第二通讯装置22,经由互联网网络26连接至该第一通讯装置21,具有一第二通讯装置中央处理器与一第二通讯装置内存;以及一具人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24,电连 接至该第二通讯装置,用于让女性用户92产生一女性用户传感器讯号,在该第二通讯装置中央处理器上将该女性用户传感器讯号转换成一第二动作分类讯号后,再转换成一第二动作控制讯号,以藉用该第二通讯装置22经由互联网网络26传送至该第一通讯装置21,使得该第一通讯装置21可接收女性用户92的该第二动作控制讯号,并经由男性用户的具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23还原该第二用户92的原始动作,反之亦然;此系统用于用户之间的动作细节还原,加强远距互动的真实感。例如,男性用户91配戴具有人工阴道(飞机杯)功能的第一传感器组件23至男性用户的男性性器官27,女性用户92配戴具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24,两个传感器组件(23、24)经由通讯装置(21、22)透过互联网网络26相互链接进行远距性爱,当具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24放进女性用户92的女性性器官25进行操作时,具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23会及时反映女性用户92的女性性器官25对具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24的动作,将动作藉由具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23还原到男性用户91的男性性器官27上,反之亦然。
双方即可感受到对方的性爱行为的刺激,达到近乎真实的远距性爱,其使用方式亦可为广播放送,如一位男性进行使用具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23的直播,由一群女性使用各自的具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24,链接上该具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23,同步感受被该男性虚拟性爱的愉悦;反之也可由一女性搭配具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24,让一群男性使用各自的具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23,链接上该第二传感器组件24,具人工阴道功能的第一传感器组件23会反应该女性对具有人工阴茎功能的第二传感器组件24进行的行为,使该群男性的阴茎体验近乎实时的性爱感受。
请参阅第2B图,本发明第三实施例的性需求互动平台系统3,其包括:一第一通讯装置31或便携式装置32(如手机或平板),具有一第一通讯装置中央处理器与一第一通讯装置内存;在一第一 通讯装置安装一人机互动软件35,并在该第一通讯装置运行一另一软件程序36,一人机互动软件35可以来自网络、光盘、随身碟等任意储存装置,其中一传感器组件34包含一具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置,电连接至该第一通讯装置,用以让一用户33产生一用户动作讯号,传递至通讯装置31或便携式装置32,藉由另一软件程序36辨识该用户33动作后产生一分类讯号,再转换成一控制讯号,控制该人机互动软件35的内容,当内容因为该用户控制而产生回馈时,回馈信息会传递给另一软件程序36,由另一软件程序36转换为对该传感器组件之该回馈装置的控制讯号,用以双向传递控制讯号于该传感器组件34与该人机互动软件35,以达到人机互动之软件35根据结果利用该传感器组件34的该回馈装置回馈该用户33的效果。
第3A图及第3B图为本发明的第一种传感器组件的第一配戴状态示意图,其中该第一种传感器组件(93a、93b)为单手配戴或双手配戴一对,第一配戴状态下配备3轴以上加速器以及振动马达,该振动马达功能为传递系统软件回馈反应,如事件通知,该第一种传感器组件93a为左手配戴,该另一第一种传感器组件93b为右手配戴。
本发明的性需求互动平台系统,其中第一种传感器组件安装一九轴传感器(三轴加速度计、三轴陀螺仪、三轴磁力计)的手环,可以侦测加速度,移动轨迹与方位,用来做到方向、角度、速度与姿势判断,且拥有动作侦测功能,将上述传感器组件佩带于手腕,可计算出手掌或手腕动作(手势判断),成为与该系统随选的内容互动的输入讯号,该传感器可配戴于手腕,如第4A图,亦可利用制具将传感器固定在任一器具,如第4B图所示。
第4A图及第4B图为本发明的第一种传感器组件的第二配戴状态示意图,其中该第一种传感器组件共三个(94a,94b,94c),于第二配戴状态下配备3轴以上加速器以及振动马达,该振动马达功能为传递该人机互动之软件回馈,如角色反应,该第一种传感器 组件(94a,94b,94c)分别装配于左、右手及固定于器具上使用,其中第一第一种传感器组件94a为左手配戴,第二第一种传感器组件94b为右手配戴,左右手作为前戏与角色进行互动控制用;第三第一种传感器组件94c为固定于器具如飞机杯941c使用,作为插入后与角色进行做爱体位等相关互动用。
第5A图及第5B图为本发明的第一种传感器组件的使用状态示意图,当用户的手上佩戴着手环传感器951a且用手握住阴茎952a上做出慢速自慰动作953a或快速自慰动作954a,在计算机显示器957b上的角色958b在慢速自慰动作953a的情况下晃动反应较小,叫床声音较小,如平台女性角色声音示意方块955b所示;若在快速自慰动作954a的情况下,则平台女性角色958b晃动反应较大,叫床声音较大,如平台女性角色声音示意方块956b所示。

如第7A图与第7B图,本发明的性需求互动平台系统,其中第二种传感器组件971a作为AR扩增实境的传感器,于该第二种传感器组件971a上设置定位记号972a,执行本发明的性需求互动平台系统的AR版,如图范例,用户进行手握住阴茎上下活动973a时,经AR扩增实境传感器975a(例如:摄影机)进行拍摄,在AR显示器971b(例如:手机或平板计算机、电竞计算机或AR眼镜等显示设备)透过定位记号972a显示AR对象-AR女性角色972b以骑乘体位出现在屏幕中用户身上,当用户握住阴茎活动时,AR对象-AR女性 角色972b可跟随定位记号972a移动而上下运动973b,彷佛用户真的跟一名女性进行性爱,藉此将影像带到三次元空间,提升用户体验。
如第8A图与第8B图,本发明的性需求互动平台系统,其中该具有3轴以上传感器与振动马达的组件为一第三种传感器组件981a,该第三种传感器组件981a是VR游戏控制器,进一步加入肌电传感器981b,藉用人工智能算法分析肌电讯号,实现精细动作的操作,传统VR控制器为手持式,用户须保留部分手指握住控制器避免其滑落,本发明可让双手十指完全自由,进行全手指的操作,如第8A图,用户穿戴传感器组件981a以及肌电传感器981b,用于本发明的性需求互动平台系统的VR版,在VR显示器981c里呈现出用户的VR手臂982a,即可使用十指碰触抚摸VR女性角色982b,进行精细的手指操作。
本发明的性需求互动平台系统使用的第一种传感器组件系采用AIoT技术,利用人工智能机器学习技术,进行互动手势过程分类,进一步包含一种训练软件,该训练软件系采用生成对抗网络(GAN,Generative Adversarial Network)技术,一内容生成对抗网络模块,产生各式内容与角色,该内容生成对抗网络模块透过大量影像来用于生成内容与角色的训练,该内容生成对抗网络模块包括一无限语音生成子模块,用于采用Cycle GAN语音技术可将A音色的语音,用B音色模仿出来;以及一无限影像内容生成子模块,用于利用GAN生成各式内容;以及人工智能分类技术,而包括一感测讯号分类模块,用于接收到一感测讯号后输入该感测讯号分类模块,利用人工智能深度学习来对于感测讯号分类,以产生一分类讯号;另包含一影像动作分析模块,分析影像中人物性爱动作(如手交、口交与性交),可将性爱动作流程转换成振动马达与动作机构的控制讯号,让组件产生如画面中手交、口交与性交之动作,让用户体验如同画面主角的性爱感受。
关于该无限语音生成子模块的延伸应用是一人分饰多角 色的角色配音子模块,可以一人配音多人演出,应用场景有配音员,说故事者等,该内容生成对抗网络模块是内容素材产生器,可合成出各式各样内容。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一通讯装置,具有一中央处理器及一内存,用以管控该性需求互动平台系统;
    一人机互动软件,用以提供人机接口互动,于加载于该通讯装置时,该中央处理器用以执行该人机互动软件,让一用户与该人机互动软件产生互动;以及
    一传感器组件,包含一具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置,其电连接至该通讯装置,该具有3轴以上传感器穿戴于该用户的一活动部位,用以供该用户产生一传感器讯号,将该传感器讯号传送至该通讯装置,透过该人机互动软件的执行,辨识一用户的动作并产生一分类讯号后,再转换成一控制讯号,用以控制该人机互动软件的一内容,该内容因为该控制讯号所产生的反应,则传递至该回馈装置,用于回馈该用户动作的结果,
    其中该通讯装置与该传感器组件以有线或无线的方式连接。
  2. 一种性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一内容服务器,设有一内容中央处理器及一内容内存,用以提供一人机互动软件,其为可选择的随机内容;
    一通讯装置,具有一中央处理器及一内存,其中该中央处理器用以执行该人机互动软件,让一用户与执行随选择的内容做性需求运动,进而管控该性需求互动平台系统;以及
    一传感器组件,包含一具有3轴以上传感器与至少一回馈装置,其电连接至该通讯装置,该具有3轴以上传感器穿戴于该用户的一活动部位,用以供该用户产生一传感器讯号,将该传感器讯号传送至该通讯装置,透过该人机互动软件的执行,辨识一用户的动作并产生一分类讯号后,再转换成一控制讯号,用以控制该人机互动软件的一内容,该内容因为控制讯号所产生的反应,则传递至该回馈装置,用于回馈该用户动作的结果,
    其中,该内容服务器与该通讯装置藉由一互联网网络互联。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含另一软件程序,用以连接该传感器组件与该人机互动之软件,将该分类讯号转换为一控制讯号,用于传递传感器分类结果对应的该控制讯号给该人机互动之软件以及传递该人机互动之软件的该内容之一回馈信号给该传感器组件,以双向传递于该传感器组件与该人机互动之软件之间,有助于用户达到双边控制的效果。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该人机互动软件来自一网络、一光盘或一随身碟或其他储存装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该人机互动软件为仿真性爱进行运动的软件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一人工智能服务器,电连接至该互联网网络,具有一人工智能中央处理器及一人工智能内存,于该人工智能中央处理器上执行一人工智能训练软件,该人工智能训练软件具有机器学习与深度学习及自然语言与语音交谈训练功能,并将训练好的参数,用于各种平台内容需求;
    一角色生成对抗网络模块,该人工智能训练软件系采用生成对抗网络技术,用于一平台内容生成模块,透过大量的影音数据训练,来生成虚拟角色与内容;
    一人工智能分类技术,其包括一传感器讯号分类模块,在训练阶段收集传感器讯号后,利用人工智能深度学习结果来对该传感器讯号分类,产生一分类参数,用于推论阶段接收该传感器讯号,以得到该用户的行为分类,再将该行为分类与该人机互动之软件的内容结合,以达成互动、直觉的控制方式;以及
    一影像动作分析模块,分析影像中人物性爱动作,可将性爱动作流程转换成该振动马达与该动作机构的控制讯号,让该传感器组件 产生性爱的动作,让用户体验如同画面主角的性爱感受。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该角色生成对抗网络模块进一步包括:一无限语音生成子模块,采用Cycle GAN语音技术而将第一音色的语音用一第二音色模仿出来;以及一无限影像角色生成子模块,用以生成各式系统所需角色。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一影像动作分析软件,任何性爱影像如影片、直播经此该影像动作分析软件分析后,在分析范围内的性爱行为都可透过此该影像动作分析软件控制合适的该传感器组件实时的还原性爱动作,让该用户性器官体验如影片主角般真实的感受。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一智能数字镜头,电连接至该人工智能服务器,用于人脸辨识,情绪辨识,行为辨识与年纪辨识,而产生一多模态输出值,且利用该人工智能服务器内一过去影像数据做人工智能计算后产生一最佳生理动作条件讯号。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一智能音箱装置,电连接至该人工智能服务器,该智能音箱装置自该人工智能服务器接收用户音频交谈讯号后与用户交谈后做人工智能计算后产生一第一多模态输出值与一第一辨识音频交谈讯号。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一用户偏好习惯辨识服务器,电连接至该人工智能服务器,具有一用户偏好习惯辨识中央处理器及一用户偏好习惯辨识内存,于该用户偏好习惯辨识中央处理器上执行一用户偏好习惯辨识软件,用于记录用户行为后做人工智能计算后产生一用户性爱偏好习惯辨识讯号,使该用户偏好习惯辨识服务器是针对用户的偏好习惯来产生推荐系统。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一医师机器人计算机装置,电连接至该用户偏好习惯辨 识服务器,具有一医师机器人中央处理器及一医师机器人内存,用于管理监控该性需求系统,同时监控用户生理医疗数据,以做人工智能计算后产生一医师机器人诊疗讯号,可透过该智能音箱装置告诉该用户性爱健康诊断结果。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,进一步包含一影音播放软件,用以将影音数据与分类参数储存在该通讯装置上,配戴该传感器组件时,藉由发送该传感器讯号至该影音播放软件,进行手势/控制辨识,达到与影片提高互动的效果。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该传感器组件为一第一种传感器组件,安装一九轴传感器,用以侦测加速度,移动轨迹与方位。
  15. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该传感器组件为一第二种传感器组件,作为AR扩增实境的传感器,设置一定位记号,以透过该通讯装置将影像带到三次元空间。
  16. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该传感器组件为一第三种传感器组件,进一步包含一肌电传感器,藉用一人工智能算法分析该肌电传感器的肌电讯号,实现精细如手指动作的多样手势。
  17. 根据权利要求9或10中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该些多模态输出值为人脸辨识状态、情绪辨识状态、行为辨识状态或年纪辨识状态的输出值。
  18. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,其中该用户身上带着该传感器组件时,电连接至一用户个人健康状况数据服务器,用于将该传感器组件所感测的用户生理数据传送至该用户个人健康状况数据服务器。
  19. 一种性需求互动平台系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一内容服务器,设有一内容中央处理器及一内容内存,用以提供 一人机互动软件,其为可选择的随机内容;
    一第一通讯装置,具有一第一通讯装置中央处理器与一第一通讯装置内存,其中该第一通讯装置中央处理器用以执行该人机互动软件,进而管控该性需求互动平台系统;
    一第一传感器组件,其包含一第一具有3轴以上传感器、一第一振动马达与一第一动作机构,电连接至该第一通讯装置,该具有3轴以上传感器穿戴于一第一用户的活动部位,用于供该第一用户产生一第一用户动作讯号,在该第一通讯装置的该中央处理器上将该第一用户动作讯号转换成一第一动作分类讯号后,再转换成一第一动作控制讯号,以藉用该第一通讯装置传送至一互联网网络;
    一第二通讯装置,电连接至该第一通讯装置,具有一第二通讯装置中央处理器与一第二通讯装置内存,其中该第二通讯装置中央处理器用以执行该人机互动软件,进而管控该性需求互动平台系统;以及
    一第二传感器组件,其包含一第二具有3轴以上传感器、一第二振动马达与一第二动作机构,电连接至一第二通讯装置,该具有3轴以上传感器穿戴于一第二用户的活动部位,用于供该第二用户产生一第二用户动作讯号,在该第二通讯装置中央处理器上将该第二用户动作讯号转换成一第二动作分类讯号后,再转换成一第二动作控制讯号,以藉用该第二通讯装置传送至该互联网网络,
    其中该第一通讯装置从该互联网网络接收该第二动作控制讯号后,经由该第一动作机构还原该第二用户的原始动作;或该第二通讯装置从该互联网网络接收该第一动作控制讯号后,经由该第二动作机构还原该第一用户的原始动作,
    其中该内容服务器、该第一通讯装置与该第二通讯装置藉由该互联网网络连接。
