本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件。
背景技术
随着互联网时代的到来,移动终端设备的数量不断上升。而在移动设备中,手机无疑是最常见且最便携的移动终端设备,用于播放音乐等声音的发声器件被大量的运用到手机等移动终端设备中。
相关技术发声器件包括盆架、支撑固定于所述盆架的振膜以及盖设于所述振膜并与所述振膜共同围成发声前腔的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通。
技术问题
然而,相关技术中,前盖与盆架的固定效果不好,可靠性较差。
因此,有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可靠性更好的发声器件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种发声器件,其包括盆架、支撑固定于所述盆架的振膜以及盖设于所述振膜并与所述振膜共同围成发声前腔的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通,所述前盖设有向所述盆架方向延伸的定位脚,所述定位脚贴设于所述盆架的外周侧且与所述盆架固定连接。
优选的,所述盆架为金属材料制成,所述定位脚为金属材料制成,所述定位脚与所述盆架通过激光点焊固定。
优选的,所述前盖包括与所述振膜间隔设置的前盖板以及由所述前盖板的周缘向所述盆架方向弯折延伸的围壁,所述出声孔贯穿所述前盖板设置,所述围壁远离所述前盖板的一端压设于所述振膜;所述定位脚由所述围壁远离所述前盖板的一端延伸形成。
优选的,所述定位脚包括由所述围壁的外周侧向外延伸的第一部分以及由所述第一部分沿贴合于所述盆架的外周侧延伸的第二部分,所述第二部分与所述盆架通过激光点焊固定。
优选的,所述第一部分沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向弯折延伸,所述第二部分沿所述振膜的振动方向弯折延伸。
优选的,所述定位脚包括多个且相互间隔设置。
优选的,所述前盖呈带圆角的矩形结构,所述定位脚包括四个且分别设置于所述前盖的四个所述圆角处。
优选的,所述定位脚呈与所述圆角匹配的弧形结构。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述前盖设有向所述盆架方向延伸的定位脚,所述定位脚贴设于所述盆架的外周侧且与所述盆架固定连接;即通过此种结构设置,所述前盖和所述盆架通过定位脚进行定位,然后固定,工艺流程更加简单,固定效果更好,发声器件的可靠性更好。

请参考图1-3所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括盆架1、分别固定于所述盆架1的振动系统2和驱动所述振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3、前盖4,所述磁路系统3具有磁间隙30,盆架1为金属盆架。
具体的,所述振动系统2包括支撑固定于所述盆架1且用于振动发声的振膜21、球顶22、插设于所述磁间隙30以驱动所述振膜21振动的音圈23、弹性导电件24以及骨架25。
所述振膜21包括振动部211、由所述振动部211的周缘延伸并环绕所述振动部211的折环部212、由所述折环部212远离所述振动部211的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架1的固定部213。球顶22贴设于所述振动部211靠近磁路系统3的一侧。
前盖4盖设于所述振膜21并与所述振膜21共同围成发声前腔10,前盖4包括与所述振膜21间隔设置的前盖板42以及由所述前盖板42的周缘向所述盆架1方向弯折延伸的围壁43,所述围壁43远离所述前盖板42的一端压设于所述振膜21的固定部213,前盖板42设有贯穿其上的出声孔420,当然出声孔420也可以根据实际所需贯穿围壁43设置,只要满足出声孔420将所述发声前腔10与外界连通,使得振膜21振动发声能传递至外界即可。
所述前盖4设有向所述盆架1方向延伸的定位脚41,所述定位脚41贴设于所述盆架1的外周侧且与所述盆架1固定连接。即通过此种结构设置,所述前盖4和所述盆架1通过定位脚41进行定位,然后固定,工艺流程更加简单,固定效果更好,发声器件100的可靠性更好。
具体的,所述盆架1为金属材料制成,所述定位脚41为金属材料制成,所述定位脚41与所述盆架1通过激光点焊固定。
所述定位脚41由所述围壁43远离所述前盖板42的一端延伸形成,其包括由所述围壁43的外周侧向外延伸的第一部分411以及由所述第一部分411沿贴合于所述盆架1的外周侧延伸的第二部分412,所述第二部分412与所述盆架1通过激光点焊固定。即第一部分411和第二部分412共同形成一个定位台阶,在工艺流程中可使得盆架1与前盖4快速定位,提高效率,同时第二部分412与盆架1激光点焊形成固定,其固定效果更好,当然定位脚41也不限于此结构。
优选的,所述第一部分411沿垂直于所述振膜21的振动方向弯折延伸,所述第二部分412沿所述振膜21的振动方向弯折延伸,即定位脚41采用此种结构,结构简单,工艺流程简单。
本实施例中,所述定位脚41包括多个且相互间隔设置。具体的,所述前盖4呈带圆角的矩形结构,所述定位脚41包括四个且分别设置于所述前盖4的四个所述圆角处,所述定位脚41呈与所述圆角匹配的弧形结构。定位脚41均匀的分布在前盖4和盆架1结合处的四周,且与所述圆角匹配,更加牢固的同时节省材料,成本降低;当然定位脚不限于四个,也可以是一个,此时定位脚41呈环状,环设于盆架1的外侧。
所述音圈23插设于所述磁间隙30内且呈跑道形。
弹性导电件24包括两个,且分别设置于所述音圈23的相对两侧且与所述音圈23电连接。其包括弹臂241、由所述弹臂241的相对两侧延伸形成的第一连接臂242和第二连接臂243,所述第二连接臂243固定于所述盆架1远离振膜21的一侧。
骨架25夹设于所述球顶22和所述音圈23之间,所述骨架25包括贴设于所述球顶22的骨架主体部251、由所述骨架主体部251向靠近所述音圈23方向弯折延伸的第一延伸壁252,所述第一延伸壁252远离所述骨架主体部251的一端抵接固定于所述音圈23,即所述音圈23通过骨架25固定至球顶22,通过骨架25将音圈23悬置在磁间隙30内,可靠性更好。
具体的,所述骨架主体部251呈跑道形,所述第一延伸壁252呈环状,所述骨架25还包括由所述第一延伸壁252的相对两侧分别弯折延伸形成的两个第二延伸壁253,第一连接臂242固定于所述第二延伸壁253。
所述磁路系统3包括磁碗31、固定设置于所述磁轭31上的磁钢组件32,磁钢组件32与磁碗31间隔形成磁间隙30。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述前盖设有向所述盆架方向延伸的定位脚,所述定位脚贴设于所述盆架的外周侧且与所述盆架固定连接;即通过此种结构设置,所述前盖和所述盆架通过定位脚进行定位,然后固定,工艺流程更加简单,固定效果更好,发声器件的可靠性更好。

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、支撑固定于所述盆架的振膜以及盖设于所述振膜并与所述振膜共同围成发声前腔的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通,其特征在于,所述前盖设有向所述盆架方向延伸的定位脚,所述定位脚贴设于所述盆架的外周侧且与所述盆架固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架为金属材料制成,所述定位脚为金属材料制成,所述定位脚与所述盆架通过激光点焊固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述前盖包括与所述振膜间隔设置的前盖板以及由所述前盖板的周缘向所述盆架方向弯折延伸的围壁,所述出声孔贯穿所述前盖板设置,所述围壁远离所述前盖板的一端压设于所述振膜;所述定位脚由所述围壁远离所述前盖板的一端延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位脚包括由所述围壁的外周侧向外延伸的第一部分以及由所述第一部分沿贴合于所述盆架的外周侧延伸的第二部分,所述第二部分与所述盆架通过激光点焊固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一部分沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向弯折延伸,所述第二部分沿所述振膜的振动方向弯折延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位脚包括多个且相互间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述前盖呈带圆角的矩形结构,所述定位脚包括四个且分别设置于所述前盖的四个所述圆角处。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位脚呈与所述圆角匹配的弧形结构。
