Description

Container and display method

The present invention relates to a container and an exhibition method.

As a method of displaying products at retail stores, a method of providing a through hole in the container containing the product and inserting a rod-shaped support extending from a wall surface or a shelf through the through hole to suspend the container is used. General purpose. As a container suitable for such an exhibition method, for example, the package disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-54628 (Patent Document 1) is provided with a circular through hole. Further, in the package disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2014-506547 (Patent Document 2), a through hole of the same type is configured to have a wide portion and a substantially semicircular portion provided on the upper portion of the wide portion. ing.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 2014-506547

In order to enhance the appealing effect of the product at the store, it is desirable that the product is displayed with the front of the container on which the product name etc. is written facing the customer. However, when a container provided with a through hole as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 is suspended on a columnar support, the container may vibrate when an external force is applied to the container, and the posture of the container may be tilted. there were. At this time, it may be difficult for the customer to visually recognize the front surface of the container.

Therefore, it is required to realize a container and an exhibition method that make it easy for the exhibited products to maintain a front-facing posture.

The container according to one aspect of the present invention includes a through hole portion having a thickness of 2 mm or less through which a columnar support can be inserted, and an accommodating portion capable of accommodating an inmate, and the single columnar support. A part of the peripheral edge portion of the through-hole portion is configured as a cut line provided in the base material of the container, and the other portion of the peripheral edge portion of the through-hole portion is used. Is configured as a connecting portion that connects the separation portion separated from the base material by the cut line and the remaining portion of the base material, and the connecting portion is the accommodating portion of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion. It is characterized by being provided on the side.

Further, the exhibition method according to one aspect of the present invention includes a through-hole portion having a thickness of 2 mm or less and an accommodating portion capable of accommodating an object to be accommodated, and a part of the peripheral portion of the through-hole portion is a container. The other portion of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion is configured as a cut line provided in the base material of the above, and connects the separation portion separated from the base material by the cut line and the remaining portion of the base material. The connecting portion is configured as a connecting portion, and the connecting portion includes an accommodating step of accommodating the contained object in a container provided on the accommodating portion side of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion, and a columnar support. Including a suspension step of inserting the container into the through hole portion and suspending the container to the columnar support, in the suspension step, at least one point of the peripheral edge portion of the separation portion is attached to the columnar support. It is characterized by abutting.

According to the present container and the present exhibition method, when the container is suspended on the columnar support, the columnar support and the through hole are brought into contact with each other on the upper side of the columnar support, and the lower side of the columnar support is contacted. The columnar support and the separation portion can be brought into contact with each other. As a result, the container exerts both a downward force due to gravity and an upward force due to the elasticity of the separation portion on the columnar support. That is, the force exerted by the container on the columnar support acts so as to sandwich the columnar support in the vertical direction. Therefore, the relative movement of the container with respect to the columnar support is regulated, which makes it easy for the exhibited products to maintain a front-facing posture. Further, since the portion (separated portion) separated from the base material for providing the through hole portion is not separated from the container, it is possible to prevent the separated portion from being generated as dust and the trouble of processing the dust.

As another configuration, the through-hole portion includes a first portion through which the columnar support can be inserted and a second portion connected to the first portion on the opposite side of the first portion from the accommodating portion side. It is preferable that the width of the boundary portion between the first portion and the second portion is smaller than the diameter of the columnar support.

In this way, both ends of the boundary between the first portion and the second portion of the through hole are suspended from the columnar support in a posture of being in contact with the columnar support. Here, when an external force is applied to the container and the posture of the container is tilted from the front direction, the container is placed at a position higher than the stable state, and the potential energy rises. After that, a force (gravity) that tries to restore the elevated potential energy acts on the container, and the container tries to return to the front-facing posture, which is the state where the potential energy is the smallest within the movable range. That is, even if the container is tilted due to an external force, it naturally returns to the front-facing posture, which is the most stable in terms of potential energy. This makes it easier for the exhibited products to maintain a front-facing posture.

As another configuration, it is preferable that at least a part of the peripheral edge portion of the separated portion facing the connecting portion is formed in a convex curved shape toward the inside of the separated portion.

In this way, the curved portion of the separation portion abuts on the columnar support in a posture along the side surface of the columnar support, or a plurality of points of the portion of the columnar support are formed. Since it abuts on the side surface, it is easier to regulate the relative movement of the container with respect to the columnar support.

An embodiment of the container and the exhibition method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Hereinafter, an example in which the container according to the present invention is applied to the container 1 that accommodates the interdental cleaning tool group Da and can be displayed at the store will be described.

[Container configuration]

First, the configuration of the container 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the container 1 has a blister B made of a synthetic resin film (example of a base material) having a thickness of 0.3 mm and a sealing seal S for sealing the back surface side of the blister B. Have. The blister B is provided with a through hole portion 2 and an accommodating portion 3. The container 1 in which the interdental cleaning tool group Da (an example of the house to be housed) is housed in the housing part 3 is suspended and displayed on the columnar support in a manner in which the columnar support is inserted through the through hole portion 2. .. In the following description, the vertical direction is defined based on the posture of the container 1 in the exhibited state. That is, the side of the container 1 where the through hole 2 is provided is defined as "upper".

The through hole portion 2 is provided as a through hole that penetrates the blister B. Therefore, the thickness of the through hole portion 2 is 0.3 mm, which corresponds to the thickness of the synthetic resin film constituting the blister B. Further, the through hole portion 2 has a first portion 21 formed as a part of a circle having a radius R1 of 4.0 mm and a second portion 22 formed as a part of a circle having a radius R2 of 2.5 mm. .. The second portion 22 is connected to the first portion 21 on the upper side of the first portion 21 (that is, on the opposite side of the accommodating portion 3 side).

The boundary 23 between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 is the intersection 23a of the circle having a radius R1 defining the peripheral edge portion of the first portion 21 and the circle having a radius R2 defining the peripheral edge portion of the second portion 22. It is defined as a line segment connecting 23b. In the present embodiment, the width W of the boundary 23 is 4.9 mm. That is, the width W of the boundary 23 is smaller than the opening dimension of the first portion 21 in the width direction of 8.0 mm (twice the radius R1), and more specifically, the width W of the boundary 23 is the width of the first portion 21. It is 61% of the opening size in the direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the through hole portion 2 is formed in such a manner that the cut line 24 is provided in the synthetic resin film constituting the blister B. Therefore, a part of the peripheral edge portion of the first portion 21 and the entire peripheral edge portion of the second portion 22 (a part of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion 2) are configured as the cut line 24. Since the cut line 24 does not form a closed curve, the separation portion 25 separated from the synthetic resin film by the cut line 24 is not completely separated and is connected to the synthetic resin film main body via the connecting portion 26. Here, the connecting portion 26 is provided on the lower side of the first portion 21 (that is, on the side of the accommodating portion 3), and the length L of the connecting portion 26 along the peripheral edge portion of the first portion 21 is 3 mm. Since the width of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion 2 is 8 mm, the ratio of the length L of the connecting portion 26 to the width of the peripheral edge portion is 37.5%.

The accommodating portion 3 is configured by bending the synthetic resin film constituting the blister B, and forms a space capable of accommodating the interdental cleaning tool group Da. The back surface side of the accommodating portion 3 is open, and after accommodating the interdental cleaning tool group Da from the opening, the opening is closed by the sealing seal S.

[Exhibition method]

Next, a method of displaying the interdental cleaning tool group Da using the container 1 will be described. The exhibition method according to the present embodiment includes a storage step of accommodating the interdental cleaning tool group Da in the container 1 and a suspension step of suspending the container 1 accommodating the interdental cleaning tool group Da on a columnar support. However, the method of accommodating the interdental cleaning tool group Da in the container 1 in the accommodating step is as described above.

The container 1 containing the interdental cleaning tool group Da is suspended on a columnar support P installed on a product shelf of a retail store or the like. More specifically, in a mode in which the columnar support P is inserted through the through hole portion 2, the container 1 is suspended on the columnar support P with the through hole portion 2 as the support portion of the entire container 1 (FIG. 3).

Here, the diameter Dp of the columnar support P is 6.1 mm. That is, the diameter Dp of the columnar support P is larger than the width W of the boundary 23 between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22. Due to the above-mentioned magnitude relationship between the diameter Dp and the width W, the container 1 is most in the posture in which both ends 23a and 23b of the boundary 23 are in contact with the columnar support P in a state where the container 1 is suspended from the columnar support P. It will be a stable posture.

Further, since the separating portion 25 is connected to the synthetic resin film constituting the blister B via the connecting portion 26, the separating portion 25 penetrates when the columnar support P is inserted through the through hole portion 2. It may block all or part of the hole 2. In this case, the tip of the columnar support P is pressed against the separation portion 25 to push down the separation portion 25, or the separation portion 25 is bent in advance at the connecting portion 26 to secure an opening in the through hole portion 2. It is necessary to insert P. As a result of such an insertion operation, as shown in FIG. 4, in a state where the container 1 is suspended on the columnar support P, the far end portion 25a of the peripheral edge portion of the separation portion 25 is under the columnar support P. It abuts on the side point Pc. This is because the separating portion 25 bent by the connecting portion 26 acts to return to the through hole portion 2 side by the elastic force caused by the elasticity of the synthetic resin film.

[Stabilization of exhibition posture]

Finally, it will be described that when the interdental cleaning tool group Da is displayed using the container 1, the display posture is stable. As described above, when the container 1 is suspended on the columnar support P, both ends 23a and 23b of the boundary 23 are stabilized in a posture of being in contact with the columnar support P (FIG. 5A). Further, the far end portion 25a of the peripheral edge portion of the separation portion 25 is in contact with the lower point Pc of the columnar support P (FIG. 4).

At this time, the force exerted by the container 1 on the columnar support P is a downward force (due to gravity) at points 23a and 23b, and an upward force (due to elastic force) at points 25a. That is, since the force applied to the columnar support P by the container 1 acts so as to sandwich the columnar support P in the vertical direction, the relative movement of the container 1 with respect to the columnar support P is restricted. This effect prevents the container 1 from tilting. Further, the container 1 is suspended from the columnar support P in a posture in which the three points 23a, 23b, and 25a are in contact with the columnar support P, which also contributes to suppressing the inclination of the container 1.

Of the above three points Pa, Pb, and Pc on the side of the columnar support P, the distance between the two points Pa and Pb is equal to the width W of the boundary 23. Further, the straight line connecting the two points Pa and Pb is orthogonal to the axis X of the columnar support P. Here, it is assumed that some external force is applied to the container 1 and the posture of the container 1 is tilted from the front direction (tilt angle θ) (FIG. 5 (b)). At this time, the columnar support P abuts at two points Pa'and Pb', and the distance between them is equal to the width W of the boundary 23. Here, since the straight line connecting the two points Pa'and Pb' is inclined with respect to the axis X of the columnar support P, the heights of the two points Pa'and Pb' whose separation distance is equal to the width W Hb is higher than the heights Ha of the two points Pa and Pb when the posture of the container 1 is facing forward. Therefore, the container 1 is arranged at a position higher than the stable state, and the potential energy rises. After that, a force (gravity) that tries to restore the increased potential energy acts on the container 1, and the container 1 tries to return to the state where the potential energy is the smallest within the movable range, that is, the front facing posture. .. Therefore, even if the container 1 is temporarily tilted, it returns to the front facing posture by itself.

In this way, the container 1 can maintain a front-facing posture, that is, a posture in which the interdental cleaning tool group Da can be displayed most optimally to the consumer.

[Deformation example of through hole]

Here, a modified example of the through hole portion will be described. In any of the modified examples, the separated portion is not completely separated and is connected to the synthetic resin film main body constituting the blister B via the connecting portion provided on the accommodating portion 3 side.

The through hole portion 4 shown in FIG. 6 has a shape in which a circle having a radius of 4.0 mm and a circle having a radius of 1.5 mm are connected by two straight lines. That is, the first portion 41 is configured as a part of a circle having a radius of approximately 4.0 mm, and the second portion 42 is configured in a shape in which a triangle having a semicircle having a radius of 1.5 mm as an apex is connected. The width of the boundary 43 between the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 is 4.9 mm as in the above embodiment.

When the container 1 provided with the through hole portion 4 shown in FIG. 6 is suspended from the columnar support P, when the posture of the container 1 is tilted from the front, the distance between the contact point between the columnar support P and the container 1 increases. become longer. That is, the position of the contact point in the container 1 is lower than that in the case of facing the front. At this time, since the position of the columnar support has not changed, the container 1 is in a higher position than in the case of the front facing posture, and a force (gravity) that tries to restore the increased potential energy acts on the container. 1 tries to return to the state where the potential energy is the smallest in the movable range, that is, the posture facing the front. Therefore, as described for the above embodiment, the container 1 returns to the front facing posture by itself.

In the through hole portion 5 shown in FIG. 7, the first portion 51 is configured as a part of a circle having a radius of 4.0 mm, and the second portion 52 is configured as a rounded quadrangle having a width of 4.7 mm and a height of 2.5 mm. ing. The width of the boundary 53 between the first portion 51 and the second portion 52 is 4.9 mm as in the above embodiment.

In the through hole portion 6 shown in FIG. 8, the shape of the first portion 61 is the same as the shape of the first portion 21 in the embodiment described in detail above. On the other hand, the upper peripheral edge portion 62a of the second portion 62 is formed in a convex curved shape on the through hole portion 6 side. Correspondingly, the far end portion 65a of the separation portion 65 is formed in a convex curved shape toward the inside of the separation portion 65. Therefore, when the columnar support P is inserted through the through hole portion 6, the separation portion 65 that tends to return to the through hole portion 6 side by elastic force has a curved far end portion 65a that supports the columnar support. It abuts on the columnar support P in a posture along the side surface of the body P, or a plurality of points on the far end portion 65a abut on the side surface of the columnar support P. As a result, the effect of suppressing the inclination of the container 1 is further enhanced as compared with the above-described embodiment in which the far end portion 25a comes into contact with the columnar support P at one point.

In any of the above modifications, when the container 1 is suspended from the columnar support P in a manner in which the columnar support P is inserted through the through hole, the boundary between the first portion and the second portion is the columnar support. The container 1 is stabilized in the posture of being in contact with the body P. Therefore, the effect of stabilizing the exhibition posture described above is exhibited by any of the above-mentioned modifications. As described above, when the first portion and the second portion are provided in the through hole portion in the present invention, the shape of the first portion and the second portion is such that the width of the boundary portion between the first portion and the second portion is the first portion in the width direction. It can be arbitrarily selected as long as it is smaller than the opening size.

A modified example in which the through hole portion does not have the first portion and the second portion will also be described. The through hole portion 7 shown in FIG. 9 is formed in a circular shape having a radius of 4.0 mm. In this modification, when the container 1 is suspended on the columnar support P, the upper peripheral edge portion 71 of the through hole portion 7 comes into contact with the upper side of the columnar support P. Further, the far end portion 75a of the separation portion 75 abuts on the lower side of the columnar support P due to the action of the separating portion 75 bent by the connecting portion 76 to return to the through hole portion 7 side by the elastic force. As described above, as in the above embodiment, in this modification as well, the force applied to the columnar support P by the container 1 is a downward force (due to gravity) at the peripheral edge portion 71 and an upward force at the far end portion 75a. Force (due to elastic force). Therefore, as in the above embodiment, the force applied to the columnar support P by the container 1 acts so as to sandwich the columnar support P in the vertical direction, so that the relative motion of the container 1 with respect to the columnar support P Is regulated.

In addition, it is possible to further modify the modification shown in FIG. 9 so that the upper peripheral edge portion 71 of the through hole portion 7 is formed as a convex curve on the through hole portion 7 side. At this time, similarly to the modification shown in FIG. 8, the far end portion 75a of the separation portion 75 is formed in a convex curved shape toward the inside of the separation portion 75, and thus the deformation shown in FIG. As in the example, the effect of suppressing the inclination of the container 1 is further enhanced.

[Other embodiments]

Finally, other embodiments of the container and the display method according to the present invention will be described. The configurations disclosed in each of the following embodiments can be applied in combination with the configurations disclosed in other embodiments as long as there is no contradiction.

In the above embodiment, an example in which the blister B provided with the through hole 2 is made of a synthetic resin film has been described. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the through-hole portion can also be provided in a container made of a material such as paper, a piece of wood, or metal as long as the thickness is 2 mm or less. The thickness of the through hole portion can be appropriately selected according to the elasticity of the selected material as long as an elastic force that causes the separation portion to abut against the columnar support can be generated. For example, the thickness is 0. It can be 2 mm or more.

In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the ratio of the length L of the connecting portion 26 along the peripheral edge portion of the first portion 21 to the width of the peripheral edge portion is 37.5% has been described as an example. However, the length of the connecting portion in the direction along the peripheral edge portion of the through hole portion is not particularly limited. However, from the viewpoint of preferably generating an elastic force that brings the separated portion into contact with the columnar support, the length is preferably 20 to 40% of the width of the peripheral portion.

In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the width W of the boundary 23 between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 of the through hole portion 2 is 4.9 mm has been described as an example. However, when the first portion and the second portion are provided in the through hole portion, the width of the boundary between the first portion and the second portion is not particularly limited as long as it is smaller than the diameter of the columnar support that suspends the container. However, considering that the diameter of the columnar support used in retail stores is typically 5 to 7 mm, the width of the boundary between the first portion and the second portion is 1.0 mm or more and 4.9 mm. The following is preferable. Further, considering that the columnar support can be inserted through the first portion, if the width of the boundary between the first portion and the second portion is 80% or less of the opening dimension in the width direction of the first portion, the first portion and the first portion Since the width of the boundary with the second portion tends to be smaller than the diameter of the columnar support, the effect of stabilizing the exhibition posture is more likely to be exhibited.
