一种邮件处理方法、装置、设备、介质、计算机程序产品和计算机程序,方法包括:接收待发送邮件;如果识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;将群组邮件地址作为收件地址,执行待发送邮件的发送操作。上述方案通过邮件服务器接收到邮件客户端发送的邮件时,如果识别到收件人中包括即时通信群组名称,则向群组名称对应的群组地址发送邮件,提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。

本公开实施例涉及计算机数据处理技术,尤其涉及一种邮件处理方法、装置、设备、介质、计算机程序产品和计算机程序。
背景技术
电子邮件和即时通信(Instant Messenger,IM)软件是目前常用的协作软件。在协同工作成为常态的情况下,电子邮件和IM软件均承担了信息交互的功能。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种邮件处理方法、装置、设备、介质、计算机程序产品和计算机程序,以提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种邮件处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收待发送邮件;
如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种邮件处理方法,所述方法包括:
获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识;
基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种邮件处理装置,所述装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收待发送邮件;
地址获取模块,用于如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
第一发送模块,用于向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
第四方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种邮件处理装置,所述装置包括:
标识获取模块,用于获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识;
第二发送模块,用于基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。

本公开提供了邮件处理方法、装置、设备、介质、计算机程序产品和计算机程序,其中所述方法包括:接收待发送邮件;如果识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;将群组邮件地址作为收件地址,执行待发送邮件的发送操作。本公开通过接收到邮件客户端发送的邮件时,如果识别到收件人中包括即时通信群组名称,则向群组名称对应的群组地址发送邮件,提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。

实施例一
图1是本公开实施例一提供的一种邮件处理方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于电子邮件与IM软件的功能结合的情况,该方法可以由邮件处理装置来执行,所述装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。所述邮件处理装置例如可以集成在邮件服务端中。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的邮件处理方法主要包括步骤S11、S12和S13。
S11、接收待发送邮件。
在本实施例中,随着互联网的不断发展,即时通信应用已经成为人们最为广泛应用的沟通方式,并越来越多的应用于日常的移动办公之中。因此,通过将即时通信应用与电子邮件功能相结合,有助于企业工作与管理的移动化发展,并且便于用户在即时通讯与邮件收发之间无缝切换。所述待发送邮件是指需要发送至收件方的电子邮件,所述待发送邮件例如可以由邮件客户端发送。
S12、如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址。
即时通信也称为即时通讯,是指能够即时发送和接收互联网消息等的业务。即时通信通常由即时通信应用来实现。上述即时通信应用可以是企业即时通信应用(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM),也可以是个人即时通信软件。本实施例中并不进行限定。
即时通信群组可以是指即时通讯软件中包含多个群成员的通讯群组。即时通信群组标识可以是用于唯一表示该群组的标识,如,可以与同一IM应用中其它群组相互区分的群组名称,或者,群组ID(Identification)等。
在本实施例中,上述即时通信群组标识的数量可以根据邮件客户端的输入来确定。即时通信群组标识可以是一个也可以是多个。多个即时通信群组标识则表示需要将待发送邮件发送至多个即时通信群组标识中各个成员的成员邮件地址中。
在一些可选的实现方式中,识别所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,包括:在待发送邮件的指定位置进行识别,识别该指定位置是否添加即时通信群组标识。如果在该指定位置中添加即时通信群组标识,则确定识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识。上述指定位置可以是待发送邮件的报文包头中,也可以是邮件主题,邮件正文、邮件收件人等任一位置。本实施例中仅对即时通信群组标识的位置进行说明,而非限定。
在一些可选的实现方式中,识别所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,包括:识别到指定标识后,将所述指定标识之后的群组标识确定为通信群组标识。上述指定标识可以根据实际情况进行设置,例如:在指定标识是第一状态时,将指定标识之后的群组标识确定为通信群组标识。具体的,所述指定标识可以是“1”,或者预设设定的指定字符。本实施例中仅对指定标识进行说明,而非限定。
在本实施例中,即时通信群组标识与群组邮件地址是一一对应的关系,即每个即时通信群组对应一个且仅有一个群组邮件地址。例如:群组标识是“第一项目部”的即时通信群组对应的群组邮件地址为diyixiangmubu@xx.com。即时通信群组标识与群组邮件地址的对应关系可以是第一次进行群组邮件发送时创建,也可以是即时通信群组的管理人员创建,或者在建群时生成。其中,第一次进行群组邮件发送时创建,可以理解为接收到的邮件中包含即时通信群组标识,但是该即时通信群组标识并未存在对应的群组邮件地址,则创建该即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址。这样,检测到即时通信群组标识时,且不存在对应的群组邮件地址的情况下,创建群组邮件地址,避免了为每一个群组标识创建群组邮件地址,导致的邮件地址的浪费。
进一步的,即时通信群组标识与群组邮件地址的对应关系也可以在后续的使用过程中由群组的管理人员等进行修改。
在上述对应关系由邮件服务端创建时,可以创建与邮件服务端所提供的邮件地址类型一致的群组邮件地址。上述类型可以由邮件地址的后缀名称来体现。类型一致可以是邮件地址的后缀名称一致。例如:邮件地址为12345@xx.com时,后缀为“xx.com”。
可选的,所述群组邮件地址是哈希地址。其中,哈希地址是指根据关键字由哈希函数直接得到的地址,也就是说,可以通过关键字与哈希地址的映射关系来快速查找到哈希地址。具体的,所述关键字可以基于群组标识来确定。这样,就可以群组标识快速查询到群组邮件地址,加快群组邮件地址的查找速度。
获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址可以是邮件服务端基于所述即时通信群组标识进行查询,获取查询到的群组邮件地址。若未查询到即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址,可以认为该群组尚未创建群组邮件地址。此时,可以为上述即时通信群组标识创建对应的群组邮件地址。这样,在需要向群组中的成员分发邮件时才为其创建群组邮件地址,是按需创建,可以节省资源(邮件地址资源、存储资源等),同时,也可以提升查询效率。
进一步的,如果识别到所述待发送邮件中不包括即时通信群组标识,则该待发送邮件仅仅是普通的邮件,并不需要进行群组发送。基于待发送邮件的收件方地址执行发送操作即可。
S13、向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,包括:响应于发件人为所述即时通信群组的群成员,阻止向所述发件人发送所述待发送邮件。在这种情况下,若发件人同时为收件方的即时通信群组中的一员,则在其已知晓邮件内容的情况下可以避免对该发件人造成额外的打扰。
本公开提供的邮件处理方法,包括:接收待发送邮件;如果识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;将群组邮件地址作为收件地址,执行待发送邮件的发送操作。本公开通过接收到邮件客户端发送的邮件时,如果识别到收件人中包括即时通信群组名称,则向群组名称对应的群组地址发送邮件,提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。
在一些实施例中,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址可以包括:查询是否存在所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;如果不存在,则为所述即时通信群组创建对应的群组邮件地址。
本实施例中,在识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识时,先查询是否存在即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址,如果存在,则直接获取该即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;如果不存在,则为该即时通信群组标识创建对应的群组邮件地址,并将该即时通讯群组标识与群组邮件地址的对应关系进行存储。这样,在下一次执行该群组的群发邮件时,可以快速查找到该即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址,避免了每次进行邮件群组发送都需要创建群组邮件地址,减少了邮件服务端的运行压力,且在需要向群组中的成员分发邮件时才为其创建群组邮件地址,是按需创建,可以节省资源(邮件地址资源、存储资源等)。
实施例二
图2是本公开实施例二提供的另一种的邮件处理方法的流程图。如图2所示,本实施例提供的邮件处理方法主要包括步骤S21、S22、S23、S24和S25。
S21、接收待发送邮件。
S22、如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址。
S23、向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
S24、如果检测到所述群组邮件地址接收到邮件,根据邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,确定即时通信群组中成员的成员邮件地址。
在本实施例中,成员邮件地址是指即时通信群组中每个成员各自的电子邮件地址。本实施例中,对成员邮件地址的类型没有任何限制,只要是用户绑定至自身的任何合法的邮件地址,均可以作为成员邮件地址。其中,用户绑定至自身的邮件地址可以是用户自己绑定的邮件地址,也可以是群组管理员分配的,或者系统自动生成后通知给用户的。
其中,成员邮件地址可以是用户在邮件服务端注册生成,其类型可以由该邮件地址的后缀来体现。成员邮件地址也可以是服务端接收到的该成员为自身绑定的邮件地址。 这样,通过对各种类型的邮件地址的兼容,可以提升用户的选择自由度,使用户获得更好的使用体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,群成员绑定的成员邮件地址,是与IM群组服务器关联的邮件服务器(例如,IM服务的提供方和邮件服务的提供方属于同一厂商)对应的邮件地址,从而可以保证发给IM群的邮件,都能够自动发送给特定的邮件服务器对应的邮箱,保证信息安全性,比如,都发送到公司邮箱,而非个人邮箱。其中,成员邮件地址,可以是IM服务器自动为群成员分配的,或者是群成员已有的与邮件服务端类型一致的邮件地址。
在一个实例中,确定即时通信群组中成员的成员邮件地址可以是基于即时通信群组标识向即时通信的服务端请求该群组内所有成员的成员标识,基于上述成员标识确定各个成员的成员邮件地址。这样,可以实时获取群组内的成员标识,尽可能地确保获取到的群组成员信息是最新的。
在另一个实例中,确定即时通信群组中成员的成员邮件地址也可以是邮件服务端查询预先在本地保存的该即时通信群组中各个成员的成员邮件地址。具体的,在邮件服务端基于即时通信群组标识向即时通信服务端请求该群组内所有成员的成员标识,基于上述成员标识确定各个成员的成员邮件地址后,将该群组的所有成员邮件地址以群组的形式进行保存,以便下一次进行群组邮件发送时,可以直接获取该群组的成员邮件地址。
进一步的,即时通信服务端在群组成员发生更新时,向邮件服务端同步成员更新的情况,以使邮件服务端可以根据上述成员更新情况更新该群组的成员邮件地址。
S25、将所述接收到邮件发送至所述成员邮件地址。
在本实施例中,确定成员邮件地址之后,将群组邮件地址接收到的邮件分发至每个成员邮件地址中,使得该群组中的各个成员均可以收到该邮件。
在这里,将群组邮件地址接收到的邮件分发至每个成员邮件地址,可以理解为,将该邮件从群组邮件地址“传递至”群成员邮件地址。在分发的过程中,不会对邮件的任何信息进行修改,也即,邮件的发件人仍然是原始发件方邮件地址,邮件的收件方仍然是群组邮件地址。
在本实施例中,通过群组邮件地址将邮件向成员邮件地址分发,可以保留原始发件方信息,使群成员收到邮件之后,明确知道发件方的具体信息,避免成员无法获取到邮件发件方的信息。
在上述实施例的基础上,根据邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,确定即时通信群组对应的至少一个成员邮件地址包括:根据邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,向即时通信服务端发起群成员查询请求;接收所述即时通信服务端反馈的即时通信群组包括的成员标识;根据所述成员标识确定即时通信群组中成员的成员邮件地址。
在本实施例中,邮件服务端确定邮件中携带的即时通信群组标识之后,需要向即时通信服务端发起群成员查询请求,以确定该群组中具体包括哪些成员,即待发送邮件需要发送给哪些人。即时通信服务端接收到邮件服务端发送的成员查询请求之后,获取该即时通信群组标识对应的所有成员的成员标识,并反馈至邮件服务端。
邮件服务端可以根据接收到的成员标识确定各个成员的成员邮件地址,然后将邮件发送至各个成员邮件地址。本实施例中,向即时通信服务端发起群成员查询请求,进而根据成员标识来确定成员邮件地址,可以使得每次邮件发送时,可以发送至当前群组内所有的成员,避免遗漏某些刚加入群组的成员,或者将邮件发送至已不再群组中的成员,提供邮件收件方的准确度。
实施例三
图3是本公开实施例三提供的一种邮件处理方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于电子邮件与IM软件的功能结合的情况,该方法可以由邮件处理装置来执行,所述装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。所述邮件处理装置例如可以集成在邮件客户端中。
如图3所示,本实施例提供的邮件处理方法主要包括步骤S31和S32。
S31、获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识。
在本实施例中,所述收件方标识是指可以唯一标识邮件收件方的标识,所述收件方标识可以是一个或多个通信群组标识,也可以由一个或多个通信群组标识,以及个人邮件地址构成。
在本实施例中,如果所述收件方标识的数量为多个,则各所述收件方标识所属的邮件服务端相同或不同。在本实施例中,当收件方标识的数量是多个个人邮件地址的情况下,个人邮件地址的类型没有任何限制,只要是用户绑定至自身的任何合法的邮件地址,均可以作为成员邮件地址。
在一个实施例中,接收输入的收件方标识,可以是接收用户在收件方地址框中输入的完整的即时通信群组标识或个人邮件地址。
在另一实施例中,接收输入的收件方标识,还可以是基于用户输入的字符联想到的收件人栏输入群组名称的字符,采用联想输入方式,可根据用户输入的部分字符,实时的向IM服务端发送查询请求,以查询满足部分字符的群组名称或个人名称,并反馈给邮件客户端进行显示,供用户选择输入。
S32、基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。
在本实施例中,邮件中携带收件方标识;所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识。
在一个可选的实现方式中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件。
在一个可选的实现方式中,所述向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:响应于发件人为所述即时通信群组的群成员,阻止向所述发件人发送邮件。在这种情况下,若发件人同时为收件方的即时通信群组中的一员,则在其已知晓邮件内容的情况下可以避免对该发件人造成额外的打扰。
向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件的方法具体可参照上述实施例一和二中所述的邮件处理方法,本实施例中不再赘述。邮件服务端基于个人邮件地址发送邮件的方法可参照现有的邮件发送方法,本实施例中不再赘述。
本公开提供的邮件处理方法,包括:获取输入的收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识。通过邮件服务端向收件方发送所述邮件。邮件接收端接收邮件客户端传输的待发送邮件;如果识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;将群组邮件地址作为收件地址,执行待发送邮件的发送操作。本公开通过接收到邮件客户端发送的邮件时,如果识别到收件人中包括即时通信群组名称,则向群组名称对应的群组地址发送邮件,提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。
在一个实施方式中,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:基于所述收件方标识,向所述多个即时通信群组标识中群组标识所指示的群成员发送邮件,或者,向所述至少一个即时通信群组标识所指示的群成员以及所述个人邮件地址发送邮件。基于所述收件方标识,向多个即时通信群组标识所分别指示的群成员发送邮件。
在一个可选的实现方式中,基于所述收件方标识,向多个即时通信群组标识所分别指示的群成员发送邮件,可以理解为并行执行两个以上的单个IM群组的邮件发送。
在一个可选的实现方式中,基于所述收件方标识,向即时通信群组标识所指示的群成员,以及以所述个人邮件地址所指示的收件方,发送所述邮件。本实施例中,IM群组的邮件发送过程与个人邮件发送地址的发送过程并行,也就是说,后台有两个程序分支在执行,这样方便用户一次性向不同类型的收件人发送邮件,减少操作成本。
在一个实施方式中,向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件包括:向所述邮件服务端发送所述邮件,以使所述邮件服务端根据所述即时通信群组标识确定群组邮件地址,向所述群组邮件地址发送所述邮件,并向即时通信群组的成员邮件分发所述邮件。
实施例四
图4是本公开实施例四提供的另一种邮件处理方法的流程图。如图4所示,本实施例提供的优化后的邮件处理方法主要包括步骤S41、S22、S23、S24和S25。
S41、获取用户实时输入的收件方标识的字符。
所说收件方标识的字符可以是指收件方标识中的任意字符。例如,可以是个人邮件地址中的任一字符,也可以是即时通信群组标识中的任一字符,本实施例中不进行限定。
进一步的,获取用户通过邮件客户端的输入装置在收件人框中输入的收件方标识字符。
S42、根据用户输入的字符,请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询,以请求所述即时通信服务端查询包括所述输入字符的群组标识或用户标识。
在本实施例中,基于用户输入的字符实时向即时通信服务端请求,请求查询包含该字符的所有的群组标识或者用户标识。即时通信服务端将查询到的群组标识或者用户标识反馈至邮件客户端。
S43、获取所述即时通信服务端反馈的群组标识或用户标识,并与用户输入位置关联显示(比如在收件方输入栏的关联位置进行显示)。
邮件客户端基于所述即时通信服务端反馈的群组标识或用户标识,并与用户输入位置关联显示,以供用户进行选择。
S44、获取到用户的选择指示,则将用户选择的群组标识或用户标识作为所述收件方标识。
所述用户的选择指示可以是用户点击显示的群组标识或用户标识。获取到用户的选择指示可以是获取用户点击的群组标识或用户标识,将用户点击的群组标识或用户标识作为收件方标识。
如果未获取到用户的选择指示,则获取用户后续输入的收件方标识的字符,与历史输入的收件方标识的字符组合,并返回执行请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询的操作。
在本实施例中,如果未获取到用户的选择指示,则表示即时通信服务端反馈的群组标识或用户标识没有用户想要发送邮件的收件方,则继续获取用户后续输入的字符,与历史输入的收件方标识的字符组合,并返回执行请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询的操作。
如果检测到用户持续预设时长未输入字符,且根据输入的字符即时通信服务端也未能反馈群组标识或用户标识,则提醒用户未能识别到群组标识或用户标识,是否继续使用输入的字符作为收件方标识。如果检测到用户确定继续使用已输入字符的字符作为收件方标识,则执行邮件的发送操作。
在本实施例中,用户向收件人栏输入群组名称的字符,采用联想输入方式,可根据用户输入的部分字符,实时的向IM服务端发送查询请求,以查询满足部分字符的群组名称或个人名称,并反馈给邮件客户端进行显示,供用户选择输入。进一步地,可以响应于用户输入特定的提示符,唤起自动推荐组件,通过自动推荐组件基于用户的输入自动推荐候选的群组标识,以供用户选择输入。这样,可以帮助用户快速准确的输入收件方标识,减少用户输入完整收件方标识的时间,且提高输入速度。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述方法还包括:获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群邮件地址,并在所述邮件中显示所述群邮件地址。
在本实施例中,向邮件服务端请求获取该即时通信群组标识对应的群邮件地址,获取到邮件服务端发送的即时通信群组标识对应的群邮件地址后,在邮件中显示群邮件地址。这样,可以使得用户能够清楚的看到该群组对应的群邮件地址,以供用户审核该群组邮件地址是否正确,避免群组邮件地址错误,导致邮件发送错误,提升用户的使用体验。
实施例五
在上述实施例的基础上,提供另一种邮件处理方法。本实施例提供的邮件处理方法对重复的收件地址进行去重操作。所述去重操作可以由邮件服务端来执行,也可以由邮件客户端来执行。
在本实施例中,基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送邮件包括:对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,向去重后的收件地址发送所述邮件。
所述去重操作是指存在多个相同的收件地址的情况下,仅向其中一个收件地址发送邮件。
在本实施中,收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识时,多个即时通信群组可能会存在相同的群成员,即一个群成员可能同时在多个即时通信群组中。
当一个群成员在多个即时通信群组中时,为避免每个群组邮件都向其对应的成员邮件地址分发邮件,需要执行去重操作。即当一个群成员在多个即时通信群组中时,仅有一个群组邮件地址向其分发邮件。
进一步的,分发邮件的群组邮件地址可以根据具体情况进行设定。例如:分发邮件的群组邮件地址可以是群组中成员较少的群组标识对应的群组邮件地址。再如:也可以是收件方标识中排列位置靠前的群组标识对应的群组邮件地址。
在一个可选的实现方式中,对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,包括:根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;基于所述成员的成员标识确定成员邮件地址。对所述成员邮件地址进行去重操作,得到去重后的成员邮件地址。
在本实施例中,基于确定的成员邮件地址进行去重操作,是指确定的成员邮件地址存在重复,仅选择其中一个成员邮件地址发生邮件。
在一个可选的实现方式中,对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作包括:根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;基于所述成员的成员标识进行去重操作;基于去重后的成员标识确定成员邮件地址。
在本实施例中,基于IM服务端反馈的成员标识进行去重操作。如果反馈的成员标识存在重复的,则仅保留一个成员标识。
根据去重后的成员标识确定成员邮件地址,可以避免相同的成员标识重复确定成员邮件地址,这样,可以减少确定成员邮件的时间,减少资源的浪费。

在上述实施例的基础上,提供一种邮件处理方法的交互过程,图5是本公开实施例六提供的邮件处理方法的交互图,如图5所示,

本公开提供的邮件处理方法,邮件服务端接收邮件客户端传输的待发送邮件;如果识别到待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;将群组邮件地址作为收件地址,执行待发送邮件的发送操作。本公开通过接收到邮件客户端发送的邮件时,如果识别到收件人中包括即时通信群组名称,则向群组名称对应的群组地址发送邮件,提升电子邮件和IM软件的功能结合程度,提供更丰富的协同办公功能。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,如果在邮件正文中包含即时通信群组标识,则将即时通信群组标识指示的群组邮件地址添加到所述收件地址中。本申请实施例中仅对即时通信群组标识的位置进行说明,而非限定。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,在用户输入过程中,可以基于用户的输入自动推荐候选的即时通信群组标识。进一步地,可以响应于用户输入的特定的提示符,唤起自动推荐组件。进一步地,可以响应于用户输入特定的提示符,唤起自动推荐组件,通过自动推荐组件基于用户的输入自动推荐候选的群组标识,以供用户选择输入。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,候选的即时通信群组标识具有表征即时通信群组的显示信息。该表征即时通信群组的显示信息可以进一步将即时通信群组与其他收件方(例如单个收件人、邮件组)区分开来。具体地,在一些应用场景中,若在收件方(例如邮件主题、邮件正文、邮件收件人等任一位置)输入某个收件用户的身份标识(例如,姓名),则可能通过推荐组件呈现该收件用户的邮件地址以及包含该收件用户的即时通信群组。而此时因为有了表征即时通信群组的显示信息,可以将该个人与该群组区分开来。
对于以上任一实施例,所述即时通信群组标识可以为与发件方用户具有关联关系的群组的标识。所述关联关系可以解释为对相应群组(包括但不限于群成员、群主、群管理员等等)具有一定的操作权限。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,群组邮件的地址可以是哈希(随机生成)地址、与群组标识对应的关键字或二者的组合。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,群组邮件地址可以是与通信群组标识一一对应的群组邮件地址,也可以是基于即时通信群组标识所获取的群成员的邮件地址集合。若群组邮件地址为与即时通信群组标识一一对应的群组邮件地址,则可以获得不向收件方暴露群组内其他群成员的个人邮箱地址,从而有利于隐私保护的技术效果。
对于以上任一实施例,在一些可选的实现方式中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:基于所述即时通信群组标识查询群成员标识,基于查询得到的群成员标识确定群成员邮件地址,向群成员邮件地址发送邮件。
对于以上任一实施例,接收待发送邮件可以是指邮件客户端在用户编辑邮件的过程接收编辑内容,也可能是接收其它人发送的邮件。
对于以上任一实施例,所述“识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识”,识别的时机不限,可以随着接收过程识别、完成编辑后识别、或者响应于某个触发操作 识别。如果是接收他人发送的邮件的场景,可以通过对邮件预设位置(正文、标题等)进行识别,以判断其中是否包含群组标识。实施例七
图6是本公开实施例七提供的一种邮件处理装置的结构图,本实施例可适用于电子邮件与IM软件的功能结合的情况,所述装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。所述邮件处理装置例如可以集成在邮件服务端中。
如图6所示,本实施例提供的邮件处理装置主要包括接收模块61、地址获取模块62和第一发送模块63。
接收模块61,用于接收待发送邮件;
地址获取模块62,用于如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
第一发送模块63,用于向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址包括:
查询是否存在所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
如果不存在,则为所述即时通信群组创建对应的群组邮件地址。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,所述方法包括:
获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识;
基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置,系统,上述方法中,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
基于所述收件方标识,向所述多个即时通信群组标识中群组标识所指示的群成员发送邮件,或者,向所述至少一个即时通信群组标识所指示的群成员以及所述个人邮件地址发送邮件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,获取输入的收件方标识包括:
获取用户实时输入的收件方标识的字符;
根据用户输入的字符,请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询,以请求所述即时通信服务端查询包括所述输入字符的群组标识或用户标识;
获取所述即时通信服务端反馈的群组标识或用户标识,并与用户输入位置关联显示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,与用户输入位置关联显示之后,所述方法还包括:
如果获取到用户的选择指示,则将用户选择的群组标识或用户标识作为所述收件方标识;
如果未获取到用户的选择指示,则获取用户后续输入的收件方标识的字符,与历史输入的收件方标识的字符组合,并返回执行请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询的操作。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,如果所述收件方标识的数量为多个,则各所述收件方标识所属的邮件服务端相同或不同。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,所述收件方标识包括即时通信群组标识,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件,包括:
向所述邮件服务端发送所述邮件,以使所述邮件服务端根据所述即时通信群组标识确定群组邮件地址,向所述群组邮件地址发送所述邮件,并向即时通信群组的成员邮件分发所述邮件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,所述方法还包括:获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群邮件地址,并在所述邮件中显示所述群邮件地址。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送邮件,包括:
对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,向去重后的收件地址发送所述邮件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作包括:
根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
基于所述成员的成员标识进行去重操作;
基于去重后的成员标识ID确定成员邮件地址。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、系统,上述方法中,对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作包括:
根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
基于所述成员的成员标识确定成员邮件地址;
对所述成员邮件地址进行去重操作,得到去重后的成员邮件地址。

Claims (42)

  1. 一种邮件处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收待发送邮件;
    如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
    向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,包括:
    如果检测到所述群组邮件地址接收到邮件,根据邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,确定所述即时通信群组中对应的至少一个成员的成员邮件地址;
    将所述接收到邮件发送至所述成员邮件地址。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,确定所述即时通信群组对应的至少一个成员的成员邮件地址,包括:
    根据所述邮件中携带的所述群组邮件地址对应的即时通信群组标识,向即时通信服务端发起群成员查询请求;
    接收所述即时通信服务端反馈的即时通信群组包括的成员标识;
    根据所述成员标识确定所述即时通信群组中所述成员的成员邮件地址。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,包括:
    对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,向去重后的收件地址发送所述邮件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,包括:
    根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
    基于所述成员的成员标识进行去重操作;
    基于去重后的所述成员标识确定成员邮件地址。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述即时通信群组标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,包括:
    根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
    基于所述成员的成员标识确定成员邮件地址;
    对所述成员邮件地址进行去重操作,得到去重后的所述成员邮件地址。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址,包括:
    查询是否存在所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
    如果不存在,则为所述即时通信群组创建对应的群组邮件地址。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,所述向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,包括:
    响应于发件人为所述即时通信群组的群成员,阻止向所述发件人发送所述待发送邮件。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,还包括:如果在邮件正文中包含所述即时通信群组标识,则将所述即时通信群组标识指示的群组邮件地址添加到所述收件地址中。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法,还包括:在用户输入过程中,基于所述用户的输入自动推荐候选的即时通信群组标识。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括:响应于用户输入的特定的提示符,唤起自动推荐组件,所述自动推荐组件基于用户的输入自动推荐候选的即时通信群组标识,以供用户选择输入。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述候选的即时通信群组标识具有表征即时通信群组的显示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法,其中:
    所述即时通信群组标识为与发件方用户具有关联关系的群组标识。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述群组邮件地址是哈希地址、与群组标识对应的关键字这二者中的至少一个。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述群组邮件地址是与所述通信群组标识一一对应的群组邮件地址,或者是基于所述即时通信群组标识所获取的群成员的邮件地址集合。
  16. 一种邮件处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识;
    基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
    基于所述收件方标识,向所述多个即时通信群组标识中群组标识所指示的群成员发送邮件,或者,向所述个人邮件地址以及所述至少一个即时通信群组标识所指示的群成员发送邮件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取收件方标识包括:
    获取用户实时输入的收件方标识的字符;
    根据用户输入的字符,请求即时通信服务端进行标识查询,以请求所述即时通信服务端查询包括所述输入字符的群组标识或用户标识;
    获取所述即时通信服务端反馈的群组标识或用户标识,并与用户输入位置关联显示。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与用户输入位置关联显示包括:
    在收件方输入栏的关联位置进行显示。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述与用户输入位置关联显示之后,还包括:
    如果获取到用户的选择指示,则将用户选择的群组标识或用户标识作为所述收件方标识;
    如果未获取到所述用户的选择指示,则获取用户后续输入的所述收件方标识的字符,与历史输入的收件方标识的字符组合,并返回执行请求所述即时通信服务端进行标识查询的操作。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述收件方标识的数量为多个,则各所述收件方标识所属的邮件服务端相同或不同。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
    向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
    基于所述即时通信群组标识查询群成员标识,基于查询得到的群成员标识确定群成员邮件地址,向群成员邮件地址发送邮件。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述即时通信群组标识所指示的群组邮箱发送邮件,以使所述群组邮箱向所述即时通信群组的成员邮件地址分发邮件,包括:
    向邮件服务端发送所述邮件,以使所述邮件服务端根据所述即时通信群组标识确定群组邮件地址,向所述群组邮件地址发送所述邮件,并向即时通信群组的成员邮件分发所述邮件。
  25. 根据权利要求16-24中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群邮件地址,并在邮件中显示所述群邮件地址。
  26. 根据权利要求16-25中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送邮件,包括:
    对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,向去重后的收件地址发送所述邮件。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操,作包括:
    根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
    基于所述成员的成员标识进行去重操作;
    基于去重后的所述成员标识确定成员邮件地址。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述收件方标识所指示的收件地址进行去重操作,包括:
    根据所述即时通信群组标识确定所述即时通信群组包含的成员;
    基于所述成员的成员标识确定成员邮件地址;
    对所述成员邮件地址进行去重操作,得到去重后的所述成员邮件地址。
  29. 根据权利要求16-28中任一项所述的方法,所述向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件,包括:
    响应于发件人为所述即时通信群组的群成员,阻止向所述发件发送邮件。
  30. 根据权利要求16-29中任一项所述的方法,还包括:如果在邮件正文中包含所述即时通信群组标识,则将所述即时通信群组标识指示的群组邮件地址添加到所述收件地址中。
  31. 根据权利要求16-30中任一项所述的方法,还包括:在用户输入过程中,基于所述用户的输入自动推荐候选的即时通信群组标识。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,还包括:响应于用户输入的特定的提示符,唤起自动推荐组件,所述自动推荐组件基于用户的输入自动推荐候选的即时通信群组标识,以供用户选择输入。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中所述候选的即时通信群组标识具有表征即时通信群组的显示信息。
  34. 根据权利要求16-33中任一项所述的方法,其中:
    所述即时通信群组标识为与发件方用户具有关联关系的群组标识。
  35. 根据权利要求16-34中任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述群组邮件地址是哈希地址、与群组标识对应的关键字这二者中的至少一个。
  36. 根据权利要求16-35中任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述群组邮件地址是与通信群组标识一一对应的群组邮件地址,或者是基于即时通信群组标识所获取的群成员的邮件地址集合。
  37. 一种邮件处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收待发送邮件;
    地址获取模块,用于如果识别到所述待发送邮件中包括即时通信群组标识,获取所述即时通信群组标识对应的群组邮件地址;
    第一发送模块,用于向收件方标识所指示的收件地址发送所述待发送邮件,其中,所述收件地址包括所述群组邮件地址。
  38. 一种邮件处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    标识获取模块,用于获取收件方标识;其中,所述收件方标识包括多个即时通信群组标识,或所述收件方标识包括个人邮件地址和至少一个即时通信群组标识;
    第二发送模块,用于基于所述收件方标识,向所述收件方标识所指示的收件方发送邮件。
  39. 一种设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-36中任一项所述的邮件处理方法。
  40. 一种介质,其特征在于,所述介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-36中任一项所述的邮件处理方法。
  41. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-36中任一项所述的邮件处理方法。
  42. 一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-36中任一 项所述的邮件处理方法。
