一种室内装饰用隔音板 技术领域
本实用新型涉及室内装饰技术领域,具体为一种室内装饰用隔音板。
背景技术
装修用板材是房屋建筑的重要组成材料之一,具有自重轻,安装快、施工效率高,可提高建筑物的抗震性能,增加建筑使用面积,节省生产、使用能耗,装饰性强等优点,倍受建筑业和房地产业的重视和欢迎,隔音板是一种作用于隔音效果的版块,有建筑物隔音与构筑物隔音分类,隔音板并不是所有频率的声音都能阻隔,物体都有固有共振频率,接近物体共振频率的声音,隔音板的隔音效果显著降低,隔音板有隔空气声与振动声的区别,空气声隔音板,即阻隔的是在空气中传播声音的板材,现有的装饰板材隔音性能较差,且长时间使用后内部容易产生腐蚀脱落,影响装饰板材的使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种室内装饰用隔音板,具备隔音效果好和防腐蚀的优点,解决了现有的装饰板材隔音性能较差,且长时间使用后内部容易产生腐蚀脱落的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种室内装饰用隔音板,包括板体,所述板体的外面粘合连接有防水板,所述防水板的一侧粘合连接有吸音层,所述吸音层的一侧粘合连接有防腐蚀层,所述防腐蚀层的一侧粘合连接有基板。
优选的,所述吸音层的内部粘合连接有吸音板,所述吸音板的上下两侧均开设有吸音孔,所述吸音孔的内部填充有吸音棉。
优选的,所述板体的左侧并位于基板的内部开设有安装孔,所述板体的右侧上下两端均固定安装有安装块。
优选的,所述防水板的表面涂覆有防火漆,且防火漆的表面作防水处 理。
优选的,所述防腐蚀层由聚乙烯材料制成,所述基板的内部设置有玻璃纤维材料。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:
1、本实用新型通过在基板与防水板之间增加吸音层能提高该板材的吸音性能,而在吸音层的内部设置吸音板不但能加强板材的结构强度还能利用内部的吸音孔与吸音棉起到更好的吸音降噪效果,防腐蚀层采用聚乙烯材料制成具有较强的耐腐蚀能力,长期使用内部不会产生腐蚀破裂,有效的提高板材吸音和防腐蚀性能,同时解决了现有的装饰板材隔音性能较差,且长时间使用后内部容易产生腐蚀脱落的问题。
2、本实用新型通过在防水板的表面喷涂防火材料能提高板材的耐火性能,而防水板能防止外部的湿气渗入板材内部,两侧的安装孔与安装块能对外部的板材进行拼接,安装牢固方便。

请参阅图1-3,一种室内装饰用隔音板,包括板体1,板体1的左侧并位于基板5的内部开设有安装孔6,板体1的右侧上下两端均固定安装有安装块7,板体1的外面粘合连接有防水板2,防水板2的表面涂覆有防火漆,且防火漆的表面作防水处理,通过在防水板2的表面喷涂防火材料能提高板材的耐火性能,而防水板2能防止外部的湿气渗入板材内部,两侧的安装孔6与安装块7能对外部的板材进行拼接,安装牢固方便,防水板2的一侧粘合连接有吸音层3,吸音层3的内部粘合连接有吸音板8,吸音板8的上下两侧均开设有吸音孔9,吸音孔9的内部填充有吸音棉,吸音层3的一侧粘合连接有防腐蚀层4,防腐蚀层4由聚乙烯材料制成,基板5的内部设置有玻璃纤维材料,防腐蚀层4的一侧粘合连接有基板5,通过在基板5与防水板2之间增加吸音层3能提高该板材的吸音性能,而在吸音层3的内部设置吸音板8不但能加强板材的结构强度还能利用内部的吸音孔9与吸音棉起到更好的吸音降噪效果,防腐蚀层4采用聚乙烯材料制成具有较强的耐腐蚀能力,长期使用内部不会产生腐蚀破裂,有效的提高板材吸音和防腐蚀性能,同时解决了现有的装饰板材隔音性能较差,且长时间使用后内部容易产 生腐蚀脱落的问题。
本申请文件中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,本申请文件中所有的部件,根据说明书和附图的记载均可以进行订制,本申请文件中各层之间的连接关系和具体结构均采用现有技术,诸如通过机械方法、通过粘合剂、通过各种焊接方法诸如热焊接、超声焊接、熔剂、焊接、以及融合压接在此不再作出具体叙述。
使用时,通过在基板5与防水板2之间增加吸音层3能提高该板材的吸音性能,而在吸音层3的内部设置吸音板8不但能加强板材的结构强度还能利用内部的吸音孔9与吸音棉起到更好的吸音降噪效果,防腐蚀层4采用聚乙烯材料制成具有较强的耐腐蚀能力,长期使用内部不会产生腐蚀破裂,有效的提高板材吸音和防腐蚀性能。

  1. 一种室内装饰用隔音板,包括板体(1),其特征在于:所述板体(1)的外面粘合连接有防水板(2),所述防水板(2)的一侧粘合连接有吸音层(3),所述吸音层(3)的一侧粘合连接有防腐蚀层(4),所述防腐蚀层(4)的一侧粘合连接有基板(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装饰用隔音板,其特征在于:所述吸音层(3)的内部粘合连接有吸音板(8),所述吸音板(8)的上下两侧均开设有吸音孔(9),所述吸音孔(9)的内部填充有吸音棉。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装饰用隔音板,其特征在于:所述板体(1)的左侧并位于基板(5)的内部开设有安装孔(6),所述板体(1)的右侧上下两端均固定安装有安装块(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装饰用隔音板,其特征在于:所述防水板(2)的表面涂覆有防火漆,且防火漆的表面作防水处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装饰用隔音板,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀层(4)由聚乙烯材料制成,所述基板(5)的内部设置有玻璃纤维材料。
