Description
A BLOCK EMBODIMENT
Technical Field
The invention relates to a block embodiment for use in furniture design, game and activity sector, landscaping, greenhouse, all modular and prefabricated structures and reducing heat, light, air penetration and thus providing insulation, capable to do electric and water transfer between structures.
Present State of the Art
In block systems used at present, said blocks are put in order side by side and on top of each to create structures such as walls, corners etc. In such structures, electric cables are extended upward through hollow in the mid-part of the block and lightening can only be made from the very top part of the structure. Since cable passing is only from mid area and upward, the structure is not very convenient for a new light source to be placed onto wall sections of the structure in terms of structure design. Cabling from inside of the building is needed again. Another disadvantage of such structures is when the blocks are put side by side, even small space forming between two blocks side by side increases heat, light and air penetration, which is an aspect not desired for structures. It reduces heat and light efficiency of building. Also existing systems have resistance, corner return parts missing, no canal structure and other similar problems.
When literature is searched, American patent application numbered “US10196826” is encountered. Abstract of said invention states as: “a elevated floor system comprises floor modules having each first second module surface and module ribs. The first module surfaces can be rigid or may have drainage holes. Module ribs provide structural support and separates at least one module are accessible from second module surface. Blocks comprise extensions extending from second block surface and are sized to fit into a module taking area corresponding to it. Each block comprises block ribs providing support and defining at least one block taking space accessible from second block surface. Interface members comprise a body sized to fit into a block taking space and another body extending from the body and sized to fit into a hole on a first module surface. Floor modules can be joined in adjacent form and interface members, blocks and floor modules can be piled in a way to provide modular and customizable floor system of different and varying heights.” When figures 5 and 6 of said application are examined, it is seen that the shown block has above mentioned disadvantages. An electric transmission can be provided by a cable extending through middle of said block, and heat and light insulation can not be provided due to small spaces occurring when put side by side.
As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.
Purpose of the Invention
Differently from the existing related art, the invention aims to disclose an embodiment having different technical features providing a new solution.
Main purpose of the invention is to disclose a block embodiment for use in furniture design, game and activity sector, landscaping, greenhouse, all modular and prefabricated structures and reducing heat, light, air penetration and thus providing insulation.
Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a block embodiment capable to provide electric and water distribution as desired by means of facilitating transmission of electric cables or water pipes, as the case may be, by means of said new canal structure and spaces.
A further purpose of the invention is to disclose a block embodiment of universal block designing and usable for all sectors listed above and wherein resistance is enhanced, heat, light and air insulation is provided.
Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a block embodiment providing insulation in corner turns easily just as in other zones by help of new corner parts not available in existing system.
In order to achieve the above mentioned purposes, the invention is a block embodiment for use in furniture design, game and activity sector, landscaping, greenhouse, all modular and prefabricated structures and reducing heat, light, air penetration and thus providing insulation, capable to do electric and water transfer between structures, and comprises at least one cable/hose passing canal formed between connection extensions to provide cabling between the blocks, at least one cable/hose passing hole formed in a manner to correspond to lower level of the cable/hose passing canals, at least one sealing extension formed on one of the block corners in order to provide heat and light from spaces that might form between blocks during placement of the blocks side by side, at least one sealing space providing fixing said sealing extension to other block put side by side and providing resistance between blocks.
In an alternative embodiment, the invention comprises an inner part formed under said block.
In an alternative embodiment, invention comprises an insulation material placed into said block inner part and providing heat insulation of block.
In an alternative embodiment, said block can be of wood, plastic, pvc, metal, bricks form.
The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations. 1.7 Block Inside Section Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.
With reference to Figure 1 , the invention comprises connection extensions (1.1) on the block (1). In the present related art products, connection extensions (1.1) are wider and are not of structure allowing passage of any cable or hose through. In block structures made by putting on top of each, side by side, if a lamp is to be used, cabling is made by means of laying cable through a cable passing space (1.6) placed in a manner to form a tunnel in block (1) inside part. In our invention, connection extensions (1.1) are divided into at least two in order to achieve said cabling operation, and it can passes through this cable/hose passing canals (1.3) by help of canal structure formed by space forming between them. In order to provide continuation of cabling in blocks (1) joined on one another or side by side, cable/hose passing holes (1.2) are provided in lower section of the block (1). Thus, with reference to figure 5, a place for cable/hose passing is provided between blocks (1) mounted on top of each or side by side. In said invention, reason to call cable/hose is because a structure is formed when said block (1) embodiment is mounted in normal way (flat) and when turned upside down, it may become an irrigation system for greenhouses. A hose is placed between cable/hose passing holes (1 .2) formed on the block (1) and holes for irrigation are formed on hose by help of the hose and thus plants that can be placed in block inside section (1.7) can be irrigated. Since a lightening system is needed and resistant structure is desired in said block (1) embodiment, insulation of light in outside environment and heat should be provided. In order to prevent reflection of light on front surface of the block (1) to rear environment, sealing extension (1 .4) is formed on corner parts of said block (1). Said sealing extension (1.4) goes into a sealing space (1.5) also formed on a different block (1) and thus light from outer environment is prevented to reach inner environment. In order to provide continuation in block (1) joining, said sealing extension (1.4) and sealing spaces (1.5) are designed in a manner to be in each block (1) (See figures 1 , 2, 3, 4) and thus all blocks are interconnected uninterruptedly. Also since resistance on corner sections are enhanced after interconnection of blocks by help of said sealing extension and sealing space, the structure to be formed is also a structure of enhanced resistance. Furthermore, heat insulation of the structure can be provided by means of an insulation material that can be placed in inside section (1.7) of the said blocks thereafter.
