Abstract

Disclosed are a personal content sales method and system using an advertisement insertion function. The present embodiment provides the personal content sales method and system using the advertisement insertion function for, when a personal clip image is generated by clipping a part of an image provided by a moving image service providing company, receiving an advertisement possessed by the moving image service providing company and inserting same into the personal clip image, while assigning a copyright (the right of use) of original content to a creator who generates the personal clip image, and paying advertisement fees to a moving image content provider and a personal clip image producer or distributing advertisement earnings by applying a tracking characteristic of blockchain to the personal clip image and counting the number of reproductions after the personal clip image is distributed.

Method and device for selling personal content using advertisement insertion function

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and system for selling personal content using an advertisement insertion function.

The content described below merely provides background information related to the present embodiment and does not constitute the prior art.

As smart phones and tablet computers become more popular, the importance of content including applications used in corresponding devices is increasing. In addition, the importance of content is increasing not only in portable terminals but also in a general personal computer (PC) environment.

The contents of smart phones and tablet computers can be installed on the device in various ways, but many users access the market where the contents are uploaded, search for the contents, and download and install the contents.

In a general content market system, a method in which a user directly uploads personal content (video, photo, sound source, etc.) written by a user to the corresponding content market and then consumes the corresponding content, provided a method in which the consumed cost or advertising income is distributed.

However, from the point of view of a user who writes personal content, there is an inconvenience of having to upload personal content to various markets suitable for each purpose, and there is a problem that the profit that can be distributed is small if their content is not exposed.

In this embodiment, when a personal clip image is generated by clipping a portion of an image provided by a video service provider, an advertisement owned by the video service provider is received and inserted into the personal clip image, while copyright (right of use) for the original content is given to creators who create personal clip images, and by applying the tracking characteristics of the block chain to individual clip images, after individual clip images are distributed, the number of playbacks is counted to pay advertising fees to video content providers and individual clip image producers. An object of the present invention is to provide a method and system for selling personal contents using an advertisement insertion function to distribute advertisement revenue.

After creating a personal clip image in the device 110, it may be manually uploaded to the SNS server, but may be automatically uploaded to a pre-registered server according to settings. The device 110 applies a block chain to prevent charging and reproduction of personal clip images. The advertisement management server 130 extracts content including a specific key value from the Internet and counts the number of times it is consumed, and reports the count result to the advertisement billing server 120 . The advertisement content server 140 transmits the advertisement content in the form of a file or URL to the device 110 .

The block chain server 150 gives only an identifier or a key value when creating a block chain so that it is used to check whether it is distributed or damaged. The blockchain ledger can be updated whenever one individual clip image is played. That is, it can be used to count the number of playbacks after a personal clip image is distributed by applying the tracking characteristic of the block chain. Personal clip images include content, advertisement, and blockchain.

The block chain server 150 creates a block chain including a key value and a ledger. The blockchain server 150 uses all or part of the content to generate a key value (content security/ID). The block chain server 150 records content exposure information in the ledger (advertisement statistics) in a form similar to a virtual currency.

The block chain server 150 configures a block chain of a fixed size, and updates information inside the block chain to function as a chain. The blockchain server 150 ensures that a large number of existing media clips have the same fixed blockchain component, and at the same time updates a specific location to preserve existence/consumption/distribution-related information without hacking. The blockchain server 150 is operated in the form of a virtual chain of a fixed length regardless of the number of media.

The block chain server 150 fixes the book length of the block chain, allows the reproduction history to be reflected, and matches all the books of the same content.

The device 110 according to the present embodiment includes an image receiving unit 210 , an image clipping unit 212 , an advertisement storage unit 214 , an advertisement insertion unit 216 , a copyright relay unit 218 , and a block chain generation unit 220 . ), including a personal clip uploader unit 222, a statistics management unit 224, and a cost settlement unit 226.
