背景技术
金属骨架座椅上的腰调,通常不具有上下调节的功能,不能灵活适应身高或者坐姿不同的使用者,减少了舒适性或者具有设置较为复杂的腰靠调节机构,制造成本高且使用可靠性低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中金属骨架的座椅的腰背缺少简单可调的机构的缺陷,提供一种腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
一种腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,包括金属骨架本体和腰靠,金属骨架本体上固定有导轨,导轨的表面呈起伏的波浪形,腰靠的两端设置有具有镂空结构的安装板,安装板的末端设置有若干个波浪形突起,腰靠通过安装板插入金属骨架本体两侧的导轨后,安装板上的波浪形突起卡入导轨中,与导轨表面的波谷紧配合。
进一步的,导轨包括前导轨和后导轨,前导轨和后导轨通过螺丝锁紧后,具有波浪形的导轨面成C型槽状,C型槽的槽口小于安装板的长度。
进一步的,在金属骨架本体上设置有导轨的安装孔,导轨的背面通过铆钉固定在金属骨架本体上。
进一步的,腰靠采用具有一定弹性的材料制成。
进一步的,导轨的材质为PA66,腰靠材质为PP。
进一步的,安装板上的波浪形突起的个数为2~6个。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:本实用新型在腰靠的两端设置有具有镂空结构的安装板,安装板的末端设置有若干个波浪形突起,镂空的设计可以保证在安装板与导轨波浪形配合卡紧的同时具有弹性,在受到外力的作用下确保腰靠在波浪形的导轨的上更容易上下移动,不会有卡死的感觉,提升上下调节腰靠时的舒适感。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
实施例1
如图1-5所示,一种腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,包括金属骨架本体1和腰靠2,金属骨架本体1上固定有导轨3,导轨3的表面呈起伏的波浪形,腰靠的两端设置有具有镂空结构23的安装板21,安装板21的末端设置有若干个波浪形突起22,腰靠2通过安装板21插入金属骨架本体1两侧的导轨3后,安 装板上的波浪形突起22卡入导轨3中,与导轨3表面的波谷紧配合。
导轨3包括前导轨31和后导轨32,前导轨31和后导轨32通过螺丝5锁紧,方便导轨与骨架之间的安装,金属骨架本体1上设置有导轨的安装孔,先将导轨组合在骨架上并且孔位对准,铆钉4从前侧插入孔位穿入,在后侧用铆钉枪铆紧,导轨即可锁紧在骨架上,具有波浪形的导轨面33为C型槽,C型槽33的槽口小于安装板21的长度,从而确保腰靠两端的安装板从导轨上插入导轨后不易钻出。
导轨的材质为PA66,腰靠材质为PP安装板上的波浪形突起的个数为4个。
腰靠的两端设置有具有镂空结构的安装板,安装板的末端设置有若干个波浪形突起,镂空的设计可以保证在安装板与导轨波浪形配合卡紧的同时具有弹性,在受到外力的作用下确保腰靠在波浪形的导轨的上更容易上下移动,不会有卡死的感觉,提升上下调节腰靠时的舒适感。需要调节腰靠的高度时,机械外力上下拉动腰靠,先将腰靠的波浪形突起从导轨的波谷处拉出,然后找到合适的位置后卡紧即可。

  1. 一种腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,其特征在于,包括金属骨架本体和腰靠,金属骨架本体上固定有导轨,导轨的表面呈起伏的波浪形,腰靠的两端设置有具有镂空结构的安装板,安装板的末端设置有若干个波浪形突起,腰靠通过安装板插入金属骨架本体两侧的导轨后,安装板上的波浪形突起卡入导轨中,与导轨表面的波谷紧配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,其特征在于,导轨包括前导轨和后导轨,前导轨和后导轨通过螺丝锁紧后,具有波浪形的导轨面成C型槽状,C型槽的槽口小于安装板的长度。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,其特征在于,在金属骨架本体上设置有导轨的安装孔,导轨的背面通过铆钉固定在金属骨架本体上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,其特征在于,腰靠采用具有一定弹性的材料制成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的腰靠可调节的座椅金属骨架,其特征在于,导轨的材质为PA66,腰靠材质为PP。
