本实施例的电视本体1可以是OLED屏幕,也可以是LED屏幕,电视本体1的类型可以根据实际选择。

在一些实施例中,气囊2包括下盖21和上盖22,下盖21粘接在电视本体1的后侧壁上;上盖22包括平板部221和连接在平板部221的多个凸起部222,多个凸起部222间隔设置,相邻的两个凸起部222之间形成变形槽。可以理解的是,上盖22的平板部221能够较好地保证和下盖21之间的连接,从而避免了由于上盖22和下盖21连接不稳定导致的气囊2漏气的现象发生。而上盖22 上的多个凸起部222则确保了气囊2膨胀后相邻的两个凸起部222会朝向远离彼此的方向碰撞,确保了气囊2的稳定弯曲,从而保证了电视本体1能够从平面状态切换到曲面状态。
在一实施例中,为了确保气囊2的密封性,上盖22和下盖21之间采用密封胶粘接,避免在使用过程中气囊2漏气失效的现象发生。
在一些实施例中,凸起部222包括顶板2221和多个侧板2222,顶板2221与平板部221间隔设置,多个侧板2222环绕顶板2221设置且与平板部221相连,顶板2221的厚度大于侧板2222的厚度。可以理解的是,侧板2222的厚度较小而顶板2221的厚度较大使得气囊2在充气过程中凸起部222的沿气囊2的长度方向更容易膨胀,使得气囊2的弯曲程度较大,从而保证了电视本体1在曲面状态时的曲率较大,较好地满足了用户对曲屏的需求。
在一些实施例中,侧板2222包括两个沿平板部221的长度方向间隔设置的长板22221和两个沿平板部221的宽度方向间隔设置的短板22222,每个短板22222的相对设置的两侧具有朝向长板22221倾斜设置的倾斜板22223。可以理解的是,倾斜板22223的存在能够减小气囊2充气完成后相邻的两个侧板2222之间的挤压,较好地避免了相邻的两个凸起部222之间的相互影响。倾斜板22223的倾斜角度可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些实施例中,每个气囊2通过管道与充放气机构3相连,可弯曲的电视还包括气压检测机构4,气压检测机构4连接在管道上,气压检测机构4用于检测管道和气囊2中至少之一内的气压。
可以理解的是,气囊2和管道内的不同气压值对应不同的弯曲弧度,在本实施例中,可以根据气压检测结构的检测结果调节气囊2的充气程度,从而控制电视本体1的弧度,以满足不同用户对电视本体1的弧度的需求。与此同时, 当检测到气囊2和管道气压不足时,充放气机构3可以及时补气以确保电视本体1处于曲面状态。
在一些实施例中,气压检测机构4包括多个气压检测件,气压检测件和气囊2一一对应设置。由此,多个气压检测件能够测量多个气囊2内的气压,使得多个气囊2的内的气压大致相等,从而避免因为多个气囊2内气压不同导致的电视本体1在曲面状态时,曲面存在凸包或者凹槽等缺陷。
在一些实施例中,可弯曲的电视还包括侧边加强条5,侧边加强条5连接在电视本体1上,侧边加强条5位于气囊2的两端。可以理解的是,在曲面状态时,可弯曲的电视的位于气囊2两侧的部分基本不发生变化,在气囊2的两端设置侧边加强条5能够起到提升电视本体1强度的作用,避免了电视本体1受到外部作用力极易变形的现象发生。
在一些实施例中,可弯曲的电视还包括中部加强条6,中部加强条6连接在电视本体1上,中部加强条6包括加强件61和连接脚62,加强件61沿电视本体1的宽度方向延伸设置,气囊2位于加强件61和电视本体1的后侧壁之间,连接脚62的第一端连接在加强件61上,第二端连接在电视本体1的后侧壁上。可以理解的是,增设的中部加强条6能够提升电视本体1的刚性,避免了电视本体1受到外部作用力极易变形的现象发生。
实施例:
如图1-图2所示,本实施例的可弯曲的电视包括电视本体1、气囊2和充放气机构3,电视本体1具有平面状态和弯曲状态,气囊2为八个,每个气囊2均沿电视本体1的长度方向延伸。气囊2包括下盖21和上盖22,下盖21粘接在电视本体1的后侧壁上,上盖22包括平板部221和连接在平板部221上的多个凸起部222,多个凸起部222间隔设置,相邻的两个凸起部222之间形成变形槽。 凸起部222包括顶板2221和四个侧板2222,顶板2221与平板部221间隔设置侧板2222,多个侧板2222环绕顶板2221设置且与平板部221相连,顶板2221的厚度大于侧板2222的厚度。四个侧板2222包括两个沿平板部221的长度方向间隔设置的长板22221和两个沿平板部221的宽度方向间隔设置的短板22222,每个短板22222的相对设置的两侧具有朝向长板22221倾斜设置的倾斜板22223。
充放气机构3通过管道与气囊2相连,充放气机构3的气体出口处设有气压检测机构4,充放气机构3用于向气囊2充气或者将气囊2内的气体抽出。电视本体1被配置为在充放气机构3朝向气囊2充气时由平面状态变化为弯曲状态。两个侧边加强条5连接在电视本体1上,两个侧边加强条5位于气囊2的两端。中部加强条6连接在电视本体1上,中部加强条6包括加强件61和连接脚62,加强件61沿电视本体1的宽度方向延伸设置,气囊2位于加强件61和电视本体1的后侧壁之间,连接脚62的第一端连接在加强件61上,第二端连接在电视本体1的后侧壁上。

本申请的可弯曲的电视,由于电视本体后侧设有气囊,且气囊的一侧连接在电视本体上,气囊远离电视本体的一侧具有变形槽,当气囊充气时,变形槽对应的部分发生膨胀带动整个气囊弯曲,使得电视本体发生弯曲,从而使得该可弯曲的电视可以在平面状态和曲面状态之间切换,较好地满足了用户需求。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可弯曲的电视,包括:
    电视本体(1),所述电视本体(1)具有平面状态和弯曲状态;
    气囊(2),所述气囊(2)连接在所述电视本体(1)的后侧壁上,所述气囊(2)的远离所述电视本体(1)的一侧设有沿所述气囊(2)的宽度方向延伸的变形槽;
    充放气机构(3),所述充放气机构(3)与所述气囊(2)相连,所述充放气机构(3)用于向所述气囊(2)充气或者将所述气囊(2)内的气体抽出;其中:
    所述电视本体(1)被配置为在所述充放气机构(3)朝向所述气囊(2)充气时由所述平面状态变化为所述弯曲状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述气囊(2)设有多个,多个所述气囊(2)沿所述电视本体(1)的宽度方向间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述变形槽设有多个,多个所述变形槽沿所述气囊(2)的长度方向间隔分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述气囊(2)包括:
    下盖(21),所述下盖(21)粘接在所述电视本体(1)的后侧壁上;
    上盖(22),所述上盖(22)包括平板部(221)和连接在所述平板部(221)的多个凸起部(222),多个所述凸起部(222)间隔设置,相邻的两个所述凸起部(222)之间形成所述变形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述凸起部(222)包括:
    顶板(2221),所述顶板(2221)与所述平板部(221)间隔设置;
    侧板(2222),所述侧板(2222)设有多个,多个所述侧板(2222)环绕所述顶板(2221)设置且与所述平板部(221)相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述顶板(2221)的厚度大于所述侧板(2222)的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述侧板(2222)包括两个沿所述平板部(221)的长度方向间隔设置的长板(22221)和两个沿所述平板部(221)的宽度方向间隔设置的短板(22222),每个所述短板(22222)的相对设置的两侧具有朝向所述长板(22221)倾斜设置的倾斜板(22223)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,多个所述变形槽均匀间隔分布。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述电视本体(1)在所述弯曲状态时,多个所述气囊(2)内的气压相等。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,每个所述气囊(2)通过管道与所述充放气机构(3)相连,所述可弯曲的电视还包括气压检测机构(4),所述气压检测机构(4)连接在所述管道上,所述气压检测机构(4)被配置为检测所述管道和所述气囊(2)中至少之一内的气压。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述气压检测机构(4)包括多个气压检测件,所述气压检测件和所述气囊(2)一一对应设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲的电视,还包括侧边加强条(5),所述侧边加强条(5)连接在所述电视本体(1)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述侧边加强条(5)设有两个,两个所述侧边加强条(5)位于所述气囊(2)的两端。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲的电视,还包括中部加强条(6),所述中部加强条(6)连接在所述电视本体(1)上,所述中部加强条(6)包括:
    加强件(61),所述加强件(61)沿所述电视本体(1)的宽度方向延伸设 置,所述气囊(2)位于所述加强件(61)和所述电视本体(1)的后侧壁之间;
    连接脚,所述连接脚的第一端连接在所述加强件(61)上,所述连接脚的第二端连接在所述电视本体(1)的后侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲的电视,其中,所述可弯曲的电视还包括气压检测机构(4),所述气压检测机构(4)被配置为检测所述气囊(2)的气压。
