具体地,弹片能够由容置腔延伸至插槽1210内,弹片能够在可转动插头92插入插槽1210内时与可转动插头92弹性抵接,并在与可转动插头92弹性抵接时与可转动插头92电连通。弹性抵接可使得弹片与可转动插头92在一定误差范围内保持抵接状态,避免与可转动插头92连接不良的情况。
请参照图3,为进一步限制电连接器与外部电源适配器90的分离,连接座10还包括设于插接件12的第一滑接结构122,第一滑接结构122用于在插接件12与可转动插头92插接时与外壳91滑接。这样便提高了电连接器与外壳91的连接稳定性,减小对可转动插头92的施力,延长了可转动插头92的使用寿命。其中,第一滑接结构122优选为滑道,一插接块121设置一滑道,两滑道分别设于两插接块121相面对的两侧。
请参照图3,在本实施例中,导向板11还可设有第二滑接结构123,第二滑接结构123用于在插接件12与可转动插头92插接时与外壳91滑接。第二滑接结构123使得导向板11能够与外壳91相连,进一步限制了导向板11相对于外壳91的运动,也就进一步限制了可转动插头92的转动,提高了电连接器与外部电源适配器90的连接稳定性。
外部电源适配器90在安装槽901内通常设有安装块,第二滑接结构123可设于两插接块121之间,以便与安装块滑接。请参照图3,在本实施例中,第二滑接结构123为滑槽,以便与安装快配合滑接。
请参照图3,为限制电连接器在与可转动插头92插接后分离,连接座10还包括设于导向板11并用于与外壳91卡接的卡接结构124。卡接结构124能够在可转动插头92与连接座10插接时与外壳91卡接,这样在没有外力推动的情况下电连接器能够与外部电源适配器90稳定连接。
请参照图3,具体地,卡接结构124为凸块,凸块位于两插接块121之间。凸块的设置增强了连接时的操作手感,形成卡点,防止用户过度按压。
请参照图5,为提高电连接器的适用性,电连接器还包括可拆卸连接于底座21的可换插头40。可换插头40可预备多个,多个可换插头40可以为不同型号,以满足不用用户及场合的需求。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电连接器,用于与外部电源适配器及外部电源电连接,所述外部电源适配器包括外壳以及转动连接于所述外壳的可转动插头,其特征在于,所述电连接器包括:
    连接座,包括导向板以及连接于所述导向板的插接件,所述插接件用于与所述可转动插头插接,以与所述外部电源适配器电连通,所述导向板具有与所述外壳的一表面适配的导向面,所述导向面用于与所述外壳抵接以限制所述可转动插头的转动;
    连接头,用于与外部电源电连接;
    连接线,其一端连接于所述连接座且其另一端连接于所述连接头,以使得所述插接件与所述连接座电连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述插接件设于所述导向面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述导向板具有容置腔,所述连接座还包括设于所述容置腔内的控制板,所述控制板与所述连接线电连接,所述插接件包括用于与所述可转动插头插接的插接块,所述控制板能够在所述插接块与所述可转动插头插接时与所述可转动插头电连通。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述插接块开设有与所述容置腔连通并与所述可转动插头适配的插槽,所述插接块能够在所述可转动插头插入所述插槽时与所述可转动插头插接配合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接座还包括电连接于所述控制板的弹片,所述弹片延伸至所述插槽内,所述弹片能够在所述可转动插头插入所述插槽内时与所述可转动插头弹性抵接,并在与所述可转动插头弹性抵接时与所述可转动插头电连通。
  6. 如权利要求3至5任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述插接块设有两个,两所述插接块平行且间隔设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接座还包括设于所述插接件的第一滑接结构,所述第一滑接结构用于在所述插接件与所述可转动插头插接时与所述外壳滑接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述导向板设有第二滑接结构,所述第二滑接结构用于在所述插接件与所述可转动插头插接时与所述外壳滑接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述第二滑接结构设于两所述插接块之间。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一滑接结构为滑道,所述第二滑接结构为滑槽。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接座还包括设于所述导向板并用于与所述外壳卡接的卡接结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述卡接结构为凸块,所述凸块位于两所述插接块之间。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接头为两相插头或三相插头。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接头包括底座以及转动连接于所述底座的本体插头。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接器还包括可拆卸连接于所述底座的可换插头。
