Description
本申请涉及灯具,尤其涉及一种具有杀菌功能的灯具。
UVC-LED作为热门的新型深紫外光源,其释放的波长200-280nm的深紫外线能直接破坏细菌和病毒的DNA或RNA,起到快速、安全无副作用的杀菌效果,但同时会破坏辐射范围内的氧气空气与植物及水果饭菜成分。紫外线消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线能够破坏微生物机体细胞中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构,造成生长性细胞死亡和(或)再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。紫外线消毒技术是基于现代防疫学、医学和光动力学的基础上,利用特殊设计的高效率、高强度和长寿命的UVC波段紫外光照射流水,将水中各种细菌、病毒、寄生虫、水藻以及其他病原体直接杀死,达到消毒的目的。
现有的UVC(ultraviolet C,使用短波紫外线)杀菌灯,其在杀毒过程中对人体产生辐射,尤其对眼睛、皮肤等部位的侵害很大。使用者在开关灯过程会被辐射侵害人类健康,导致辐射范围内的食品和植物等变质营养成分破坏丢失。UVC-LED作为热门的新型深紫外光源,其释放的波长200~280nm的深紫外线能直接破坏细菌和病毒的DNA或RNA,起到快速、安全无副作用的杀菌效果、但同时会破坏辐射范围内的氧气空气与植物及水果饭菜成分。
本申请要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有杀菌功能的灯具。

一种具有杀菌功能的灯具,包括外壳、灯芯组件和电源控制模块,所述灯芯组件设置在所述外壳内,所述灯芯组件包括光学透镜、散热器和灯板,所述灯板设置在所述散热器上,所述光学透镜罩设在所述灯板上,所述灯板包括线路板和设置在所述线路板上的LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠包括长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED,所述电源控制模块和所述线路板电连接,所述电源控制模块用于分别控制所述长波紫外线LED、所述短波紫外线LED和所述普通照明LED。
上述灯具,所述长波紫外线的波长为320-420nm,所述短波紫外线的波长为200-280nm。

本申请实施例提供的具有杀菌功能的灯具,由于灯板包括线路板和设置在线路板上的LED灯珠,LED灯珠包括长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED,电源控制模块和线路板电连接,电源控制模块用于分别控制长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED,通过分别控制长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED的照射时间,如可在下班后1小时启动长波紫外线LED,上班前1小时启动短波紫外线LED,上班时启动普通照明LED,一灯多用,方便了使用者,又可根据需要灵活启动LED灯珠,不仅减少了对人体、环境和植物等的伤害,又起到了灭菌杀菌的作用。

实施例一:
如图1至图5所示,本申请实施例提供的具有杀菌功能的灯具,其一种实施方式,包括外壳100、灯芯组件200和电源控制模块300。灯芯组件200设置在外壳100内,灯芯组件200可以包括光学透镜210、散热器220和灯板230。灯板230设置在散热器220上,光学透镜210罩设在灯板230上,灯板230可以包括线路板231和LED灯珠232,LED灯珠232设置在线路板231上。在一种实施方式中,线路板231可以使用多种材料制成,如PCB板、铝板等,在本实施方式中,线路板板231为铝板。LED灯珠232包括长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED,其中长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED的数量均可以有一个或多个,具体可以根据需要进行设置。在一种实施方式中,壳体上可设有卡簧110。电源控制模块300和线路板231电连接,电源控制模块300用于分别控制长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED。在一种实施方式中,长波紫外线的波长为320-420nm,短波紫外线的波长为200-280nm。
由于UVA-LED只要是抑制细菌和分解部分弱分子DNA,可以使40%以上的细菌在环境空间DNA分解死,60%抑菌不会对人体和植物,果实,空气氧气,营养细胞产生不良只会抑制细菌不会再生,即保护了本性的营养成分又控制了细菌的侵害,可减少对人体、食品和植物的危害。
本申请的灯具,还可以包括旋转固定架400,灯芯组件200包括两个第一转轴240,两个第一转轴240对称,灯芯组件200通过第一转轴240可转动地设置在旋转固定架400上,灯芯组件200通过旋转固定架400设置在外壳100内。
进一步地,旋转固定架400包括两个第二转轴420、支架410和限位槽430,限位槽430设置在支架410上。第二转轴420分别与第一转轴240配合,将灯芯组件200可转动地设置在旋转固定架400上。在一种实施方式中,第一转轴240可以包括螺杆,第二转轴420可以包括内螺纹圆柱销,或者第一转轴240可以包括内螺纹圆柱销,第二转轴420可以包括螺杆。
进一步地,限位槽430环绕灯芯组件200,在一种实施方式中,限位槽430包括360度环形开口。当限位槽430为360度环形开口时,支架410被分成上下两部分,图2中的440为连接支架上下两部分的连接件。此时,通过转轴与限位槽420的配合,可将灯芯组件200在水平面旋转360度。
在一种实施方式中,光学透镜210包括第一透镜211。在另一种实施方式中,光学透镜210还可以包括第二透镜212和螺纹焦距调节环213,第一透镜211和第二透镜212分别固定在螺纹焦距调节环213的两端,用于对普通照明LED发出的光线进行调焦。
进一步地,电源控制模块400可用于分别连接三路调光开关和市电,即长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED分别通过一路光开关进行控制。在一种实施方式中,电源控制模块400包括五位端子台和电源线快速链接对插端子,五位端子台分别连接火线、零线、地线、DIM+和DIM-,电源线快速链接对插端子分别是用于三路调光对插和AC链接对插。

- 一种具有杀菌功能的灯具,包括外壳、灯芯组件和电源控制模块,所述灯芯组件设置在所述外壳内,其特征在于,所述灯芯组件包括光学透镜、散热器和灯板,所述灯板设置在所述散热器上,所述光学透镜罩设在所述灯板上,所述灯板包括线路板和设置在所述线路板上的LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠包括长波紫外线LED、短波紫外线LED和普通照明LED,所述电源控制模块和所述线路板电连接,所述电源控制模块用于分别控制所述长波紫外线LED、所述短波紫外线LED和所述普通照明LED。
- 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述长波紫外线的波长为320-420nm,所述短波紫外线的波长为200-280nm。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的灯具,其特征于,还包括旋转固定架,所述灯芯组件包括两个对称设置的第一转轴,所述灯芯组件通过所述第一转轴可转动地设置在所述旋转固定架上,所述灯芯组件通过所述旋转固定架设置在所述外壳内。
- 如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述旋转固定架包括两个第二转轴、支架和设置在所述支架上的限位槽,所述第二转轴分别与所述第一转轴配合,将所述灯芯组件可转动地设置在所述旋转固定架上。
- 如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述限位槽环绕所述灯芯组件。
- 如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述限位槽包括360度环形开口。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述光学透镜包括第一透镜。
- 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述光学透镜还包括第二透镜和螺纹焦距调节环,所述第一透镜和所述第二透镜分别固定在所述螺纹焦距调节环的两端。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电源控制模块用于分别连接三路调光开关和市电。
- 如权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电源控制模块包括五位端子台。
