With the advancement in the communication technology, the communication device or user equipment with various new/advanced features is used for a variety of tasks such as for entertainment purpose, for communication purpose, for capturing pictures and the like. Further, these days, the communication device is being widely used for capturing media such as pictures, taking selfies, photos, group pictures, videos and the like. Most of the users try to capture as many moments as they can using their communication device and then later on either store the media in the communication device or may share the media with their friends/group. Currently, the captured media is shared with the other users through conventionally available systems like social platforms, messengers, sharing applications. However, the conventional available systems for sharing the media such as photos/pictures are not much efficient as one has to manually select one or more photos or videos of the media first and then send the captured media to other users with whom the user want to share the captured moments. Further, in few of the conventionally available systems, the quality of the media degrades while sharing the media with other users. Further, in case of group photos, the user clicking the photos or owner of the photos spent too much time in sharing these photos repeatedly with every member of the group. Also, few of the available systems require the presence of all users at a fixed place or in a particular range for the sharing of photos and videos.
Thus, in view of these and other existing limitations, there arises an imperative need to provide a solution to overcome the limitations of prior existing solutions and to provide a more efficient method and system for the instant sharing of media to other members of the group.

The present disclosure is further explained in detail below with reference to the diagrams. FIG. 1 illustrates a system [100] for instant sharing of media, in accordance with exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 1, the system [100] comprises at least one Processing Unit [102] , at least one Camera Unit [104] , and at least one Storage Unit [106] , wherein all the components are assumed to be connected to each other unless otherwise indicated below. Also, in Fig. 1 only one Processing Unit [102] , only one Camera Unit [104] , and only one Storage Unit [106] is shown, however the system [100] may comprise multiple such units and modules or  the system may comprise any such numbers of said units and modules, as may be required to implement the features of the present disclosure. Also, there may be one or more sub-units of said units and modules of the system [100] and the same is not shown in the Fig. 1 for the purpose of clarity.
The system includes the Processing Unit [102] . The Processing Unit [102] is configured to create a group of at least two users for the instant sharing of media. Generally, a group is defined as the interaction of at least two users for a certain task. Further, the Processing Unit [102] allows a user having the user equipment to create the group through the login credentials. After successfully login the account through the login credentials, the user can send the invitation to other users to join the group and based on the successful acceptance of the user invitation, other users can be the part of the group. As used herein, “user” refers to a person or individual creating the group and sharing the media. As used herein, “other users” refer to those persons or individuals receiving the media shared by the user. The group can include at least two users for the instant sharing of the media. The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to manage the group by performing one or more tasks associated with the group. The one or more tasks are performed based on the user input. The one or more tasks includes creation of group, sending invitation to users for joining the group, authentication of the users joining the group, removing one or more users from the group. Further, the user input may be received from at least one user of the group for the management of the group.
For instance, any user of the group can add one or more other users into the group through invitation or any user of the group can quit the group at any time based on the self-decision. Further, the user who created the group only have the authority to remove other users from the group.
The system includes the Camera Unit [104] . The Camera Unit [104] is configured to capture the media such as one or more photos or one or more videos. The media is captured based on an input by one of the at least two users of the group. The user input may refer to capturing of media through one of clicking of a capturing button on the user equipment, through voice command, through gesture and the like. In an example, any interested user of the group can capture the media such as individual photos, group photos, selfies, group selfies and the like using camera of the user equipment/communication device. The media captured by the Camera Unit [104] is passed to the Processing Unit [102] for the analysis only in an event the instant share mode gets activated by the user. The instant share mode determines whether the user capturing the media wants instant sharing of the media with the group or just want to keep the media secret. Thus, the instant sharing of the media with other users is performed based on the input of the user with respect to the activation of the instant sharing mode. The activation of the instant sharing mode allows automatically instant sharing of the media after capturing the media.
The Camera Unit [104] is interconnected with the Processing Unit [102] for  sharing/transferring of the media for analysis. The Processing Unit [102] of the system [100] is configured to analyse the media captured by one of the at least two users through the Camera Unit [104] . Further, the Processing Unit [102] analyse the media in an event the instant share mode is enabled by the user of the group capturing the media. The media is analysed using Face Recognition techniques.
As used herein, the “face recognition technique” refer to the recognition of one or more faces based on the mapping and comparing of the facial features with a database of known faces. In an example, the face recognition technique may identify the facial features of a user from the photograph or video and then can compare these features with the features of the user stored in the database.
The Face Recognition technique facilitates in detecting the number of faces present in the media such as the number of faces detected in the one or more photos. Further, the Face Recognition technique is utilised to recognize the individual faces of the users in an event the number of faces detected in the media in equal or less than two. Moreover, when the number of faces detected in the media is more than 2, the Processing Unit [102] consider said media as a Public media, otherwise the media is considered as a Private media.
The Processing Unit [102] is configured to share the media with other users of the group based on the number of faces detected in the media. The Processing Unit [102] share the media with every user of the group in an event the media is a public media. The Processing Unit [102] share the media only with the users present in the media in an event the media is private media.
In an example, the user A clicked a group photo of user B, user C, user D and user E. The Face Recognition technique will detect the number of faces present in the group photo clicked by the user A as 4 (B, C, D, E) and thus consider this photo as a Public photo due to having the number of faces more than 2 and will share to each member of the group i.e., to user B, user C, user D, user E.
In another example, the user A clicked a group photo of a couple i.e., user B and user D. The Face Recognition technique will detect the number of faces present in the group photo clicked by the user A as 2 (B, D) and thus consider this photo as a Private photo due to having the number of faces equal to 2 and will share this private photo to only user B and user D after recognising the face of the users (B and D) present in the grouped photo.
The captured media is instantly shared with other users of the group using one of cloud-based data sharing mechanism and WLAN/P2P networking-based data sharing mechanism.
As used herein, the “cloud-based data sharing mechanism” refers to the use of cloud  server for the sharing of media. Further, the cloud-based data sharing mechanism involve the use of storage space available on the cloud server to upload or download the media over the Internet. The cloud-based data sharing mechanism allow the user to upload or download the data files with any internet-capable device from any location. Moreover, the quality of the data shared using the cloud-based data sharing mechanism remains unaffected.
As used herein, the “WLAN/P2P networking-based data sharing mechanism” refers to the user of the local area network for sharing of the media. The WLAN/P2P networking-based data sharing mechanism utilizes radio, infrared and microwave transmission to transmit information from one device to another device. Further as used herein “WLAN” refers to a wireless network that links two or more devices using wireless communication.
Further, each of the analysed media contain data related to the media with the ID’s of the other users /target members of the group. The data may include but not limited to the owner of the media, date and time of clicked media.
The cloud-based data sharing mechanism involves a cloud server as the Storage Unit [106] . The Processing Unit [102] is configured to upload the media on the cloud server using the internet connection of the user clicking/sharing the media. The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to upload the media on the cloud server using the Internet connection of the one of the other users of the group in an event the user capturing the media does not have a good internet connection. In an example, the user who is capturing the media has slow internet connection or no internet, then the photo will be shared locally to a target user or any specific user of the group having an active internet connection. Then, the media get uploaded on the cloud server through the internet connection of the target member so that other users of the group can download the media from there.
The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to share the media using both sharing mechanism (cloud sharing and local sharing) parallelly to fasten the sharing process. In an example, the user capturing the media can share the media locally to another user of the group having a fast internet connection and then the media can be uploaded on the cloud server using the internet connection of another user of the group for instant and fast sharing of media.
The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to prevent uploading of the media on the cloud server in an event the identical media (for e.g., the same photo) is already available on the cloud server. Further, the Processing Unit [102] with the help of file hashing technique checks whether the captured media is already shared to the other users using local sharing mechanism and in case, the media is already shared with the other users then the Processing Unit [102] prevents downloading of the same media to save data of the other users.
The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to notify other users of the group for  downloading the media from the cloud server. Further, the Processing Unit [102] may be configured to allow downloading of the media from the cloud server automatically or manually. The Processing Unit [102] may check the speed of the internet connection of the other users and based on the speed of the internet connection of the other users, the processing unit may allow downloading of the media from the cloud server. The Processing Unit [102] further checks the availability of the media at the cloud server and based on the availability of media, the media is automatically downloaded in the devices of the other users.
The Processing Unit [102] is further configured to notify the user of the group capturing the media for re-capturing of the media in an event the media captured by the user is not liked by other users. Further, the Processing Unit [102] notifies the user of the group capturing the media for re-capturing of the media in an event the media is not liked by the other users after downloading the media in their communication devices. In an example, the other users may provide their inputs on the quality of the media captured by the user or may rate the media captured by the user for the purpose of re-capturing of the media.

The system [100] includes the Storage Unit [106] . The Storage Unit [106] is configured to store the media captured by the users of the group. The Storage Unit include but not limited to cloud server, local server and the like. The Storage Unit [106] is configured to store any such data which can be used to enable the functioning of the present disclosure.
Referring to Fig. 2, an exemplary method flow diagram [200] , depicting method of instant sharing of media, in accordance with exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. As shown in Fig. 2, the method begins at step [202] .
At step [204] , the method comprises creating, by a Processing Unit [102] , a group of at least two users for instant sharing of media. The group includes at least two users. In an embodiment, the group includes a plurality of users. Any user of the group has the authority to invite or add other users into the group. Further, the user creating the group is referred as the group owner and has the authority to remove any member from the group. Moreover, the group owner also has the authority to delete the group. In an example, user X plans to go on a trip with user Y and user Z. Thus, user X can create a group inviting user Y and user Z into the group to share the media instantly.
At step [206] , the method comprises capturing, by a Camera Unit [104] , media based on an input of one of the at least two users of the group. For example, any user of the  group can capture the photos using camera unit of their respective communication device.
Next, at step [208] , the method comprises analysing, by the Processing Unit [102] , the media using Face Recognition techniques. The Face Recognition technique facilitates in detecting the number of faces present in the media. Further, the media is analysed in an event the instant share mode is enabled by the user of the group capturing the media. The Face Recognition technique is further triggered to recognize the individual faces of the users in an event the number of faces detected in the media is equal or less than two. Moreover, when the number of faces detected in the media is more than 2, the Processing Unit [102] consider the media as a Public media, otherwise the media is considered as a Private media.
Next, at step [210] , the method comprises sharing, by the Processing Unit [102] , the media with other users of the group based on the number of faces detected in the media. The media is shared with every user of the group in an event that media is a public media i.e., the number of faces detected in the media is more than two. The Processing Unit share the media only with the users of the group present in the media in an event the media is private media i.e., the number of faces detected is less than or equal to 2.
The media is instantly shared with at least two users of the group using one of cloud-based data sharing mechanism and WLAN/P2P networking-based data sharing mechanism. The media is first uploaded on the cloud server using the internet connection of the user capturing the media and then downloaded in the user device of the other users of group from the cloud server. In an event, the owner of the media does not have a good internet connection, then the media is transferred locally (for example Bluetooth) to one of the other users and then uploaded on the cloud server using the internet connection of that user.
In an example, the user G clicked a first photo, the first photo will get analyse using face recognition technique and based on the number of faces detected in the photo, it will get share with other members/users of the group. Thus, the present disclosure provides an instant sharing of the photos. Further, a photo credit watermark is also added on each of the clicked photos to know the name of the user who has clicked the photos. After sharing the photos with other users of the group, the method terminates at step [212] .
FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary use case of the present disclosure, in accordance with exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 3 display sharing of the media with other users using a cloud-based data sharing mechanism. Fig. 3 include a user [304] , a user [310] , a user [314] , a user [318] , a user device [302] , a user device [308] , a user device [312] , a user device [316] , and a cloud server [306] . Further, the user device [302] is associated with the user [304] , the user device [308] is associated with the user [310] , the user device [312] is associated with the user [314] , and the user  device [316] is associated with the user [318] . Each of the user device includes a camera unit and a processing unit, however for the sake of clarity, the camera unit [104] and the processing unit [102] is only shown in the user device [302] . The user [304] provide an input on the user device [302] to capture media (e.g., a selfie) with the user [310] , the user [314] , and the user [318] using the camera unit [104] of the user device [302] . The camera unit [104] is configured to transmits the captured media to the processing unit [104] . The processing unit with the help of the face recognition technique detects that the number of faces in the selfie is 4 i.e., more than 2. Thus, the processing unit after determining the number of faces present in the media, automatically uploads the media on the cloud server [306] for sharing of the media with the user [310] , the user [314] , the user [318] . Next, the user device [308] , the user device [312] , and the user device [316] automatically downloads the media from the cloud server [306] . Thus, the media captured by the user [304] gets instantly shared with the user [310] , the user [314] , and the user [318] . In another exemplary use case, the media captured by the user [304] may get instantly shared with the user [310] , the user [314] , and the user [318] using local sharing data mechanism such as Bluetooth.
