本发明实施例的一种咖啡机的牛奶容器,与咖啡机内的奶路清洗装置连接,并且可通过奶沫器的负高压作用将牛奶从牛奶容器中吸入到奶路清洗装置,并在奶路清洗装置中与咖啡机的蒸汽汇合进行牛奶加热,并将加热后的牛奶通过管路输送到咖啡机的奶沫器中流出。请参阅图1,本发明的咖啡机的牛奶容器包括:插头组件、奶管1、套设于插头组件外围的插头组件固定座2以及奶瓶组件,插头组件与插头组件固定座之间设置有弹力件6,具体的,弹力件为复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端顶在插头组件固定座上,另一端顶在插头组件滑动护罩上,插头组件包括:牛奶容器插头3、奶管导向固定罩4及插头组件滑动护罩5,奶管的一端从奶管导向固定罩内穿过插设于牛奶容器插头上,并通过奶管导向固定罩夹紧固定于牛奶容器插头内,另一端延伸至奶瓶组件内,牛奶容器插头3尾部延伸的两第一弹力夹片31分别位于奶管的两侧,插头组件滑动护罩套设于奶管导向固定罩外并在奶路清洗装置上传动组件的推动下实现轴向滑动,迫使牛奶容器插头上的两第一弹力夹片在第一方向上夹紧奶管,奶管导向固定罩4上的第二弹片41可以帮助奶管恢复正常状态,可防止长时间夹紧奶管,奶管无法自动恢复的问题,排除了咖啡机在切换回路时出现管路堵死无法恢复的风险。
如图2所示,牛奶容器与咖啡机连接示意图,其中0为牛奶容器、7为咖啡 机前壳、8为咖啡机奶沫器,本发明的牛奶容器与咖啡机的奶路清洗装置配合使用,还可以实现奶路清洗功能,此时在奶路清洗装置的传动组件推动下插头组件滑动护罩运动,先夹紧奶管,然后再将清洗蒸汽和热水输送到奶路清洗装置中,并通过图2所示虚线流到咖啡机奶沫器8中流出。
如图4-1至4-4所示,插头组件滑动护罩5内侧凸出形成筋位51,第一弹力夹片一体成型于牛奶容器插头的尾部,并在第一方向上分别位于奶管的两侧,插头组件滑动护罩轴向滑动时,筋位与第一弹力夹片相配合在第一方向上夹紧或放松所述奶管;奶管导向固定罩4上设置有第二弹片41,第二弹片一体成型于奶管导向固定罩的内侧,包括两片并在第二方向上分别位于奶管的两侧,插头组件滑动护罩轴向滑动时,筋位与第二弹片相配合并在第二方向对奶管施加压力以帮助奶管恢复正常状态,第一方向上和第二方向相互垂直。
当奶路清洗装置开启清洗奶路系统程序后,奶路清洗装置滑动座15会先在传动组件驱动下运动,从而迫使插头组件滑动护罩向奶瓶侧滑动,此时插头组件滑动护罩内的筋位会向内侧压牛奶容器插头的第一弹力夹片,牛奶容器插头的第一弹力夹片便向内侧挤压奶管,使得奶管封闭不会从奶路清洗装置中流进水蒸汽或热水,如图4-1所示,需要说明的是,传动组件的结构不局限于本实施例,任何可以迫使插头组件滑动护罩向奶瓶侧滑动的传动组件的结构均适用于本发明。
而在与第一方向垂直的第二方向的截面,奶管会向外膨胀并推动奶管导向固定罩上的第二弹片向外侧变形,如图4-2中所示,当奶路清洗装置进入从牛奶容器中吸奶制作牛奶饮品程序后,奶路清洗装置滑动座会先在传动组件驱动下复位,此时插头组件滑动护罩便在复位弹簧的弹力作用下复位,插头组件滑动 护罩内的筋位不再对牛奶容器插头的第一弹力夹片施加压力,牛奶容器插头的第一弹力夹片不再向奶管施加压力,奶管在截面第一方向松开,如图4-3所示。
但是牛奶管在长时间按压后,即使去除压力,奶管也不会自动恢复,这是因为奶管内已经在压力作用下达到一种压力平衡,单纯去除压力无法破坏这种压力平衡,这便是“粘管”问题,本发明提供了一种可以防止粘管的解决方案,当牛奶容器插头的第一弹力夹片不再向奶管施加压力时,在与第一方向垂直的第二方向的截面位置上,插头组件滑动护罩上第二方向的筋位会给仍处于向外侧变形状态奶管导向固定罩上的第二弹片向内侧的压力,使得奶管导向固定罩上的第二弹片给仍处于变形膨胀的奶管向内侧的压力,奶管在外力的作用下,其内的压力平衡被破坏,奶管便会自动恢复正常状态,从而实现了自动夹奶管、奶管自动恢复的效果,防止出现“粘管”影响咖啡机正常制作牛奶饮品。
优选的,本发明中第一弹力夹片、第二弹片为弹性塑料件,利用塑胶件的弹性变形实现夹管动作,利用复位弹簧的弹性变形为插头组件滑动护罩提供复位动力,再次利用塑胶件的弹性变形实现松开奶管的动作,并达到防止奶管“粘管”。
进一步的,奶瓶组件包括奶瓶本体9、奶瓶下盖10、奶瓶中盖11及奶瓶上盖12,奶瓶下盖嵌设于奶瓶本体中,奶瓶中盖盖合在奶瓶下盖上,奶瓶上盖盖合在奶瓶中盖上,插头组件固定座将插头组件固定于奶瓶中盖上,本发明的牛奶容器的奶瓶本体采用双层保温,可以有效的保持牛奶容器内的牛奶长时间处于低温状态,从而不用在咖啡机旁放置一个小冰箱,极大地减小了整个咖啡机的作业平台;本发明的牛奶容器可以和咖啡机的奶路清洗装置配合使用,使得牛奶饮品可以和咖啡同侧出口流出,使得咖啡机的外观得到了很大提升,用户在制作奶咖时不用兼顾咖啡杯是否能够同时接到牛奶出口的牛奶和咖啡出口的咖啡,用户更加方便接饮品。
进一步的,在牛奶容器插头3的头部设置有定位PIN32和环形凹槽33,本发明提供了与一种奶路清洗装置连接的实施例,具体实施方案如下:手动将牛奶容器插头插入到奶路清洗装置的插口处,此时设置在奶路清洗装置两侧的弹性夹扣13会压缩挤压弹簧14使得牛奶容器插头能够更加深入插进奶路清洗装置中,当牛奶容器插头上的环形凹槽到达弹性夹扣所在位置,挤压弹簧便回弹使得弹性夹扣夹紧牛奶容器,在旋转一定角度后可使得牛奶容器插头上的定位PIN与奶路清洗装置中的定位槽固定,使得其牛奶容器失去沿着插头轴向旋转自由度,如图3-1所示,此时,定位PIN还可触发牛奶容器插入后的检测装置,检测牛奶容器是否安装到位。
同时为了保证奶路清洗装置在清洗时牛奶容器不会被用户拔出,排除咖啡机内蒸汽外露危害用户的风险,本发明还提供了一种锁死牛奶容器的实施例,即在奶路清洗装置切换到清洗回路时,奶路清洗装置中的传动组件运动会使得夹紧牛奶容器插头的两个弹性夹扣嵌在奶路清洗装置滑动座15凹槽中,此时挤压弹簧暂时失去可供变形的行程,从而使得弹性夹扣紧紧夹住牛奶容器插头,牛奶容器无法拔出,达到了自锁的效果,保证了用户使用安全。如图3-2所示。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种咖啡机的牛奶容器具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明有效地解决了市场上咖啡机普遍采用外接奶管吸奶进行牛奶饮品制作,影响咖啡机外观的问题,本发明的牛奶容器直接连接在咖啡机的奶路清洗装置上,与咖啡机本体融为一体,提升了咖啡机的美观;
(2)可以与奶路清洗装置连通将制作好的牛奶饮品输送到与咖啡饮品同侧出口,方便用户接饮品,简化了市场上需要单独设牛奶饮品出口的牛奶容器结构;
(3)本发明提供了与一种奶路清洗装置连接的设计方案,既方便牛奶容器安装,又保证在使用过程中安全可靠;
(4)本发明提供一种自动夹奶管、奶管自动恢复的设计方案,可以实现多回路切换的效果;本发明提供了一种防止长时间夹紧奶管,奶管无法自动恢复的解决方案,排除了咖啡机在切换回路时出现管路堵死无法恢复的风险,本发明与市场上的牛奶容器相比,结构更加简单,外形也更加简约美观。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其它相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡机的牛奶容器,与咖啡机内的奶路清洗装置连接,其特征在于,所述的牛奶容器包括:插头组件、奶管、套设于插头组件外围的插头组件固定座以及奶瓶组件,所述插头组件与插头组件固定座之间设置有弹力件,所述插头组件包括:牛奶容器插头、奶管导向固定罩及插头组件滑动护罩,所述奶管的一端插设于牛奶容器插头上并且通过奶管导向固定罩夹紧固定于牛奶容器插头内,另一端延伸至奶瓶组件内,所述牛奶容器插头尾部延伸的两第一弹力夹片分别位于所述奶管的两侧,所述插头组件滑动护罩套设于奶管导向固定罩外并在奶路清洗装置上传动组件的推动下实现轴向滑动,迫使牛奶容器插头上的两第一弹力夹片在第一方向上夹紧奶管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述插头组件滑动护罩内侧凸出形成筋位,所述插头组件滑动护罩沿轴向滑动时,所述筋位与所述第一弹力夹片相配合在第一方向上夹紧或放松所述奶管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述第一弹力夹片一体成型于牛奶容器插头的尾部,并在第一方向上分别位于所述奶管的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述奶管导向固定罩上设置有第二弹片,所述插头组件滑动护罩沿轴向滑动时,所述筋位与所述第二弹片相配合在第二方向上对所述奶管施加压力迫使变形的奶管复位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述第二弹片一体成型于奶管导向固定罩的内侧,所述第二弹片包括两片,并在第二方向上分别位于所述奶管的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述第一方向上与第二方向相互垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述奶瓶组件包括奶瓶本体、奶瓶下盖、奶瓶中盖及奶瓶上盖,所述奶瓶下盖嵌设于奶瓶本体中,所述奶瓶中盖盖合在奶瓶下盖上,所述奶瓶上盖盖合在奶瓶中盖上,所述插头组件固定座将所述插头组件固定于奶瓶中盖上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述奶瓶本体为双层保温结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述弹力件为复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与插头组件固定座相抵,另一端与插头组件滑动护罩相抵。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的牛奶容器,其特征在于,所述牛奶容器插头的头部设置有定位PIN和环形凹槽。
