Referring to FIG. 1 , although it is shown as an example that the cable tray 100 having a one-touch assembly structure according to the present invention is installed to be excessively bent and angled in the illustration, the cable tray to fit the environment in the actual installation example. (100) is a natural fact.
As shown, the cable tray 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention largely includes a side panel 110 , a support panel 120 , and a connector 130 for angle adjustment.
The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail as follows.
First, the side panel 110 may be spaced apart from each other to face both sides of the cable along the longitudinal direction in which the installation target cable (not shown) is laid.
* The side panel 110 may be standardized to a predetermined length, and may be divided into a plurality of pieces for easy installation.
These side panels 110 may be installed in succession along the longitudinal direction of the cable through various types of connectors 130 , 140 , 150 to be described later.
Referring to FIG. 2 , first and second fastening holes 113a and 113b are formed at both ends of the side panel 110 in the longitudinal direction so that they can be continuously connected via connectors 130 , 140 , 150 having various structures to be described later. to form
In addition, both sides of the support panel 120 are coupled between the opposing surfaces of the pair of side panels 110 to provide a receiving space S having an open upper side at least to accommodate and support the cable.
Preferably, referring to FIG. 3 , protrusions 111 protruding upward so that the support panel 120 can be seated are formed on the opposite surface of the side panel 110, respectively, and protrusions ( A groove 121 coupled to the corresponding 111 may be provided.
In this case, the protrusion 111 is formed to have a corresponding length in the longitudinal direction of the side panel 110 , and the support panel 120 is slidably coupled along the protrusion 111 .
Accordingly, the mounting position of the support panel 120 may be installed while moving along the longitudinal direction of the side panel 110 in some cases.
In addition, the support panel 120 is formed with a plurality of through-holes 123 in the vertical direction in the main body. Therefore, it is possible to ensure that the inside of the receiving space (S) can be smoothly ventilated, and accordingly, it is prevented that dust settles or foreign substances are accumulated in the receiving space (S).
Then, the angle adjustment connector 130 serves to continuously connect the side panel 110 along the curved longitudinal direction of the cable.
To this end, the angle adjustment connector 130 is fitted to the end of the side panel 110 in a snap-fit method, as well as to enable vertical angle adjustment of the adjacent side panel 110 . It may be hinge-coupled via the hinge shaft 135 .
Referring to FIG. 4 , the angle adjustment connector 130 includes a first member 131 provided with a first coupling part 131a elastically fitted and fixed to one end of the side panel 110 , and the first member A second coupling part (133a) that is coupled to be pivotable up and down via the 131 and the hinge shaft 135 and elastically fitted to the other end of another side panel disposed adjacent to the side panel 110 in succession. It includes a second member 133 provided with.
In a specific embodiment, the first coupling part 131a has a flat cross-section formed in a 'C' shape so that it can be fitted in a shape surrounding one end of the side panel 110 , and one side of the side panel 110 . A first fastening protrusion 131b is provided on one inner side so that it can be elastically fitted to the first fastening hole 113a provided at the end.
In addition, the second coupling part 133a has a flat cross-section formed in a 'C' shape so that it can be fitted in a shape surrounding the other end of the side panel 110, and the second coupling part 133a is provided at the other end of the side panel 110. A second fastening protrusion 133b is provided on one side of the inner side so that it can be elastically fitted into the second fastening hole 113b.
The first coupling part 131a constituting the angle adjustment connector 130 is connected to and coupled to the adjacent both side panels 110 using the above-described angle adjustment connector 130, and only the fitting operation is performed on both side panels. The first fastening protrusion 131b and the second fastening protrusion 133b of the second coupling part 133a are coupled to the first fastening hole 113a and the second fastening hole 113b of the corresponding side panel 110 .
And by adjusting the angle via the hinge shaft 135 of the angle adjustment connector 130 to form an inclined surface with respect to the side panel 110 in one direction, the opposite direction may be formed to be stepped.
In addition, the first and second coupling parts 131a and 133a have a cut-out groove 137 with an opening in the fitting direction so that elastic force can be applied to the first and second fastening protrusions 131b and 133b on one inner side surface of the first and second coupling parts 131a and 133a. Each of these can be formed.
On the other hand, preferably, referring to FIG. 5 , the hinge shaft 135 connecting the first coupling part and the second coupling part may be configured as a fastening structure of a bolt 135a and a nut 135b, and accordingly the side arranged in succession. After the angle adjustment of the panel 110 is finally completed, the position of the angle adjustment connector 130 may be fixed by tightening the nut 135b to the bolt 135a.
The angle of the side panel 110 can be freely adjusted using the angle adjustment connector 130 of this structure, and the cable tray 100 can be adjusted in FIGS. 6 and 7 through the angle adjustment of the angle adjustment connector 130 . It can be manipulated in the same way as
8 and 9, the cable tray having a one-touch assembly structure according to the present invention can use the straight section connector 140 when forming a straight section using the side panel 110 and the support panel 120. .
Specifically, the straight section connector 140 has one end of the side panel 110 and the other end of another side panel 110 disposed in series, that is, the first and second fastening holes 113a and 113b (see FIG. 3 ). ) may be provided with a 'C'-shaped coupling portion 141 on both sides in the longitudinal direction to be fitted in a snap-fit method, respectively.
In this case, the structure in which the straight section connector 140 is elastically fitted may be formed in the same structure as the above-described angle adjusting connector 130 .
10 to 13 , the cable tray having a one-touch assembly structure according to the present invention may use the cross section connector 150 when forming the cross section using the side panel 110 and the support panel 120 .
Specifically, the cross section connector 150 snap-fits to one end of the side panel 110 and the other end of the other side panel 110 disposed in series, that is, the first and second fastening holes 113a and 113b, respectively. A 'C'-shaped coupling part 151 (refer to FIG. 13 ) may be formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction to be fitted in a (Snap-fit) manner.
In addition, when viewed in a plan view, the center of the cross section connector 150 may be bent at a right angle.
In this cross section connector 150, four side panels 110 are installed per cross section, so that the cable tray as a whole can form a cross section of a (+) shape.
In this case, the structure in which the cross section connector 150 is elastically fitted may be formed in the same structure as the above-described angle adjustment connector 130 .
On the other hand, the above-described cross section connector 150, with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12, further includes a protrusion plate 152 formed horizontally with a set size in a direction opposite to the center bent at a right angle.
As shown in FIGS. 10 to 11 , a support panel 120 for accommodating and supporting a cable is coupled between the side panel 110 and the opposite surface of the side panel 110 to form an intersecting section, (+) It is preferable to position the support panel 120 also at the center of the cross section of the shape.
At this time, the protrusion plate 152 formed in the above-mentioned cross section connector 150 serves to support the support panel 120 at the center of the cross section, and when the user looks at the cable tray from the bottom, it occurs in the cross section. It plays a role of covering so that there is no visual blank section.
이상과 같은 구성의 본 발명에 따른 원터치 조립구조를 갖는 케이블 트레이(100)는, 케이블이 포설되는 길이방향으로 사이드패널(110)을 원터치 방식으로 간단하게 조립할 수 있으며, 별도의 체결부재를 구비하지 않고도 굴곡진 설치대상 공간에 대응되게 사이드패널의 각도를 용이하게 조절해가며 설치할 수 있다(도 1 참조).The cable tray 100 having a one-touch assembly structure according to the present invention having the above configuration can simply assemble the side panel 110 in a one-touch method in the longitudinal direction in which the cables are laid, and does not include a separate fastening member. It can be installed by easily adjusting the angle of the side panel to correspond to the curved installation space without the need for installation (refer to FIG. 1).
Specifically, when the bending section of the cable tray 100 is formed, the installation angle can be adjusted by assembling the side panels 110 one after another using the angle adjustment connector 130 .
In addition, when the straight section of the cable tray 100 is formed, the side panel 110 can be sequentially installed along the longitudinal direction using the straight section connector 140 .
In addition, when forming the cross section of the cable tray 100, the cross section connector 150 can be used to assemble the cross section of the side panel 110 in a (+) shape.
As such, the installation angle of the side panel 110, the length of the straight section, the cross section, etc. can be easily and easily assembled in a one-touch method through the plurality of connectors 130, 140, 150 as described above, so the cable tray 100 installation efficiency can be increased, and labor costs can be lowered.
The present invention described above is limited to the above-described embodiment and the accompanying drawings because various substitutions and modifications are possible within the scope of the present invention for those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. it's not going to be
