Description

Automatic Antivirus and Antibacterial Machine/Tunnel
TECHNICAL FIELD
The patent model falls within the category of prevention and the category of sanitation of environments, clothing and people.
In particular, the invention is related to an automatic, intelligent and rapid machine/ tunnel that concentrates a series of processes by creating a new protocol for the detection of body temperature, recognition and sanitation and/or disinfection and/or full sanitation of the person.
A professional machine/ tunnel able to sanitize and/ or disinfect and/ or sanitize people and/ or objects and/ or animals and/ prevent infections thus preserving human health.
BACKGROUND ART
Global epidemics/pandemics, in particular the COVID - 19, require those who run public places to put filters in the entrance, thus making it necessary to make available to people, private companies and institutions of efficient and convenient solutions or inventions that help combat viruses and bacteria and prevent any infections, in order to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
It is well known that in public or private areas frequented by several people the concentration of harmful pathogens that can easily contaminate objects, clothing and people is extremely high.
In everyday life, in fact, every person is constantly exposed to microorganisms of all kinds.
Such contamination can cause the onset of viral diseases.
Every environment, means of transport, clothing, food and object in general is pervaded by large quantities of bacteria and/or viruses that find a fertile ground for their proliferation and transmission, especially if the "carrier" is not sanitized and/or disinfected properly.
Nowadays the possibility of transmission of viruses and/or bacteria is much higher than in the past, and in such context all those who have a deficient immune system (children, the elderly and in general subjects with diseases that make the immune system more fragile) are more susceptible to contamination and contagion. Therefore, to avoid infections it is strongly advisable to measure the body temperature at the entrance of public transport, private and public buildings.
The detection of body temperature is crucial, given that fever is the most evident reaction of the development of a viral disease in progress.
In addition to the detection of body temperature and regardless of a fever detection in progress, it is essential to proceed with sanitization and/or disinfection and/or complete sanitization of the subject.
Sanitizers and/or sanitizers and thermoscanners are already on the market, but such equipment is used separately, requiring in most cases higher and more cumbersome timing. This applies in particular to sanitising and/or disinfecting and/or sanitizing machinery.
These machines already existing in the market, have highly complex and impractical structures to be used in public or private areas as well as having very high costs.
Until now the use of professional sanitizing and/or sanitizing machines and/or automatic disinfectants has not been particularly necessary, with the exception of chemical laboratories with high risk of contamination.
Therefore, this invention aims to overcome the inconveniences created by the existing products listed above.
The patented machine/tunnel offers a wide range of applications to fully meet the needs of simultaneous body temperature detection and integral sanitization and/or disinfection of objects and people.
In the case of reaching a temperature threshold above 37.5 degrees Celsius, the machine activates an audible and visual alarm that would effectively prohibit access to the subject detected.
After the detection of the body temperature, the machine proceeds with a complete and integral sanitization/ sanitization and disinfection that runs out in a couple of seconds.
The machine/tu n nel can be insta lled in pu blic areas such as residentia l neighborhoods, schools, hospitals, airports, museums, entertainment venues, restaurants, railway or metro stations, churches and places of worship in general, public or private companies.
The machine/tunnel is simple but particularly accurate, economical and provides easy and quick maintenance, while keeping an always effective and reliable operation.
DISCLOUSURE OF INVENTION The current invention refers to the construction of a machine/tunnel that concentrates a series of processes by creating a new protocol for the detection of body temperature, eventual recognition and disinfection and/or complete sanitization of persons and/or objects through the nebulization of antibacterial/sanitizing liquids, automatically and particularly quickly.
The machine/tunnel is easy to use, mobile and of reduced dimensions and this allows the maintenance of an optimal use and exploitation of all the areas in which it is installed.
The first process (section A) aimed at measuring the body temperature is carried out by means of an infrared camera and thermoscanner automatically when the subject passes through the door/tunnel
CONTENT AND DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
The first process (section A) aimed at measuring the body temperature is carried out by means of an infrared camera and thermoscanner automatically when the subject passes through the door/tunnel.
If the measured temperature is below the allowed limit, the green colour will appear on the screen and the person can continue with sanitization and/or disinfection (section B).
Sanitisation and/or disinfection is carried out quickly and easily and allows the elimination of pathogens that accumulate on the person, on his clothes and/or objects (bags, footwear and accessories in general).
These steps offer to the user the advantage of preventing contamination and possible infections, therefore it allows to welcome the subject in total safety, protecting their health, the health of their employees and in general of all those who have already had access to the premises (including public transport).
Below is a brief description of the drawings attached to the patent application.
- Fig. 1 is a prospective view of the machine/tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant/sanitizer, according to the present invention; Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the antivirus machine/tunnel and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant/sanitizer, according to this invention, at an initial operating position with the presence of a human gauge for a complete understanding of the position of the different accessories; Fig. 3 is a final partial view of the antivirus machine/tunnel and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant, according to this invention, in a second operating position with the presence of a human shape for a complete understanding of the position of the different accessories; Fig. 4 is a schematic view indicative of the route of the user in the machine/tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizing and/or disinfecting and positioning of the nozzles nebulizers but also positions of the tents, according to the present invention, but not limiting.
With reference to the figures mentioned, the machine/tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizing/disinfecting, according to the present invention, outside takes the form of a rectangular space/cabin, although adaptable to other forms (for example, an arc).
It consists of a series of galvanized steel metal panels and/or fixed plastics that cover the iron structure.
The entire machine/tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant/sanitizer, according to the present invention, has 4 wheels (nr. 5, fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig.3) two of which are directional which allows mobility and facilitate its movement.
Inside the machine/tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant, according to the present invention are contained two sections (fig.4) that are called A and B. Division/section A is part 1 of the path that includes the entry and the location of the body temperature.
Division/section B is part 2 of the route that includes the sanitizing/disinfecting/ sanitizing station, according to the present invention and ends with the exit on the final ramp.
On the front (entrance) there is the first mobile ramp (1 dav.), composed of iron and/ or galvanized steel that allows easy use even for disabled people or with reduced mobility, firmly connected to division/ section A.
Section A (Fig.1 and Fig.4) relates to the first sector for the detection of body temperature and for the automatic commissioning of the sanitizing/disinfecting cycle in division/section B by means of the presence detector sensor.
Inside this space there is an advanced optical microwave sensor that recognizes the human presence (nr. 4 fig.1 , fig.2), through a connection to the nebulizer/atomizer that has the function to automatically activate the nebulization/gas process of section B.
Section A contains the infrared thermoscanner (nr. 2 fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 4) and an LCD screen (nr. 3, fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 4).
The infrared thermoscanner (nr .2 fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 4) detects the temperature and the LCD screen (nr. 3 fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 4) visually communicates the measured value.
If the value detects parameters within the standard on the screen the green color will appear.
If the value exceeds the standard limit (37.5 degrees) the red color will appear on the screen and a sound alarm will also be activated (fig.2).
As optional but not limited in section A under the thermoscanner station (nr. 2 fig.2) and the LCD screen (nr. 3, fig. 2) there is a small sanitizing/disinfecting machinery for footwear (nr. 10, fig.2) which aims to proceed with the cleaning of the soles of the user's footwear.
The user (C in fig.2) can proceed to section B following the route of fig.4 in the machine/tu n nel a ntivirus a nd a ntibacteria l sa nitizer/disinfectant, where the nebulization will be activated by means of an ultrasonic atomizer which diffuses the gas using the two nozzles (nr. 9, fig. 1 . fig. 3, fig. 4) connected directly to the reservoir (nr. 8, fig. 1 , fig. 4).
In this way, the user (C in fig.3) is sanitized/disinfected.
Section B is delimited by section A and by the exit through PVC curtains and/or other material present both at the entrance and at the exit (nr. 7, fig. 2., fig. 3, fig. 4). PVC curtains are intended to keep the gas sanitizing/disinfecting nebulized.
Section B also presents a window made of PVC and/or other transparent materials for purely aesthetic purposes to be considered non-essential for the purposes of the invention (nr. 6, fig. 1 , fig .4, fig. 2). The sanitising/disinfecting liquid is taken from a special tank (nr. 8, fig. 3, fig. 4, f i g .1 ) by means of a pump and is pressurised by means of an ultrasonic atomizer (ultrasonic atomizer) and subsequently transmitted in section B in the form of gas/mist, through a series of spray nozzles (nr. 9, fig. 1 , fig. 3, fig. 4), which are adjusted to provide appropriate flow uniformity, so as to facilitate adherence to the user and disinfect/ sanitize it.
On the basis of the above, it is therefore understood, as the automatic machine/ tunnel antivirus and antibacterial sanitizer/disinfectant/sanitizer object of this invention, achieves the purposes and realizes the advantages previously mentioned. Also note that this description has been presented for the sole purpose of illustrating and describing multiple executive forms of the invention and is not intended to limit in any way the purpose of the invention itself, that is related to the invention of a space of any form and/or any material, where take place a set of totally automatic processes (health check, sanitization and/or disinfection of the user).
