请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,包括机箱装置1,机箱装置1的上端摆放有称重器2,用于对物品进行称重,属于现有技术,机箱装置1的上端固定连接有扫码装置3;
机箱装置1包括机箱11、导向孔12、螺纹孔13、通槽14、凹槽15、风机16、箱门17、磁铁18、导杆19、第一弹簧110、主机座111、第一卡槽112、计算机主机113、过滤筒114、圆形槽115和高效过滤网116,机箱11的上端固定连接有风机16,风机16通过导线与外接电源连接,风机16的型号为DHBFG,属于现有技术,用于将机箱11内的空气排出,机箱11铰接有箱门17,箱门17的表面固定连接有磁铁18,磁铁18用于和凹槽15吸合,将箱门17关闭,机箱11内滑动套接有导杆19,机箱11设置有导向孔12,导向孔12内滑动套接有导杆19,导向孔12对导杆19具有导向作用,导杆19的外侧套接有第一弹簧110,第一弹簧110的上端与主机座111的下端接触,第一弹簧110的下端与机箱11接触,第一弹簧110具有减震作用,导杆19的上端固定连 接有主机座111,主机座111内卡接有计算机主机113,主机座111设置有第一卡槽112,第一卡槽112与计算机主机113卡接,用于安放计算机主机113,机箱11设置有螺纹孔13、通槽14和凹槽15,螺纹孔13内通过螺纹连接有过滤筒114,过滤筒114内粘贴有高效过滤网116,过滤筒114设置有圆形槽115,圆形槽115内粘贴有高效过滤网116,对空气中的灰尘具有过滤作用,避免灰尘进入机箱11内,对计算机主机113造成影响;
称重器2设置有显示屏21,称重器2的上端固定连接有传感器22,称重器2内设置有SH79F085单片机,SH79F085单片机与电源电路连接,SH79F085单片机与传感器模块连接,SH79F085单片机与显示电路连接,SH79F085单片机与称重器的键盘电路连接,属于现有技术,传感器22的上端卡接有托盘23,托盘23设置有定位槽24,定位槽24与传感器22卡接,当重物置于托盘23上时,重物在托盘23的承载下对传感器22施加压力,传感器22通过传感器模块将信息传递至SH79F085单片机,SH79F085单片机对信息进行处理,然后通过显示电路使得显示屏21显示称重结果,对称重器2上的键盘输入相关设置,可以通过键盘电路将信息传递至SH79F085单片机,SH79F085单片机再对相关参数进行修改;
扫码装置3包括支撑柱31、固定座32、第二卡槽33、计算机显示器34、支撑架35、通孔36、滑杆37、第二弹簧38、活动卡座39、第三卡槽310和扫码器311,支撑柱31与机箱11固定连接,支撑柱31的左端固定连接有固定座32,固定座32内卡接有计算机显示器34,固定座32设置有第二卡槽33,第二卡槽33与计算机显示器34卡接,用于安装计算机显示器34,支撑柱31的上端固定连接有支撑架35,支撑架35内滑动套接有滑杆37,支撑架35设置有通孔36,通孔36与滑杆37滑动套接,通孔36对滑杆37具有导向作用,滑杆37的外侧套接有第二弹簧38,第二弹簧38的上端与支撑架35的下端接触,第二弹簧38的下端与活动卡座39的上端接触,第二弹簧38具有压缩弹力作用,使得活动卡座39可以卡紧计算机显示器34,滑杆37的下端固定连接有活动卡座39,活动卡座39与计算机显示器34卡接,活动卡座39设置有第三卡槽310,第三卡槽310与计算机显示器34卡接,方便将活动卡座39与计算机显示器34卡紧,支撑架35的下端固定连接有扫码器311,用于对物品进行扫码,属于现有技术。
本发明在具体实施时:当设备工作时,先使得箱门17向右偏转,直至箱门17上的磁铁18与机箱11的凹槽15吸合,即可关闭箱门17,对机箱11进行封闭,接通电 源后,风机16工作,计算机主机113工作,会产生很多热量,在风机16的作用下,可以将机箱11内的空气排出,将热量带走,同时外部空气可依次经过高效过滤网116、过滤筒114和螺纹孔13进入机箱11内,实现换气,避免计算机主机113温度过高影响设备使用寿命,同时灰尘被高效过滤网116过滤,避免灰尘进入机箱11内,对计算机主机113造成影响,当计算机主机113工作时会产生震动,在第一弹簧110的减震作用下,可以降低计算机主机113的震动,降低震动对计算机主机113的寿命的影响;当计算机显示器34发生故障需要拆卸时,向上移动滑杆37,滑杆37沿通孔36向上移动,滑杆37带动活动卡座39向上移动,活动卡座39压缩第二弹簧38,活动卡座39离开计算机显示器34,然后即可将计算机显示器34从固定座32内的第二卡槽33取出,拆卸方便快捷,便于进行检修工作。

  1. 一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,包括机箱装置(1),其特征在于:所述机箱装置(1)的上端摆放有称重器(2),所述机箱装置(1)的上端固定连接有扫码装置(3);
    所述机箱装置(1)包括机箱(11)、导向孔(12)、螺纹孔(13)、通槽(14)、凹槽(15)、风机(16)、箱门(17)、磁铁(18)、导杆(19)、第一弹簧(110)、主机座(111)、第一卡槽(112)、计算机主机(113)、过滤筒(114)、圆形槽(115)和高效过滤网(116),所述机箱(11)铰接有箱门(17),所述箱门(17)的表面固定连接有磁铁(18),所述机箱(11)内滑动套接有导杆(19),所述导杆(19)的上端固定连接有主机座(111),所述主机座(111)内卡接有计算机主机(113),所述机箱(11)设置有螺纹孔(13)、通槽(14)和凹槽(15),所述螺纹孔(13)内通过螺纹连接有过滤筒(114),所述过滤筒(114)内粘贴有高效过滤网(116);
    所述称重器(2)设置有显示屏(21),所述称重器(2)的上端固定连接有传感器(22),所述传感器(22)的上端卡接有托盘(23),所述托盘(23)设置有定位槽(24),所述定位槽(24)与传感器(22)卡接;
    所述扫码装置(3)包括支撑柱(31)、固定座(32)、第二卡槽(33)、计算机显示器(34)、支撑架(35)、通孔(36)、滑杆(37)、第二弹簧(38)、活动卡座(39)、第三卡槽(310)和扫码器(311),所述支撑柱(31)与机箱(11)固定连接,所述支撑柱(31)的左端固定连接有固定座(32),所述固定座(32)内卡接有计算机显示器(34),所述支撑柱(31)的上端固定连接有支撑架(35),所述支撑架(35)内滑动套接有滑杆(37),所述滑杆(37)的下端固定连接有活动卡座(39),所述活动卡座(39)与计算机显示器(34)卡接,所述支撑架(35)的下端固定连接有扫码器(311)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述机箱(11)的上端固定连接有风机(16),所述风机(16)通过导线与外接电源连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述机箱(11)设置有导向孔(12),所述导向孔(12)内滑动套接有导杆(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码 一体机,其特征在于:所述导杆(19)的外侧套接有第一弹簧(110),所述第一弹簧(110)的上端与主机座(111)的下端接触,所述第一弹簧(110)的下端与机箱(11)接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述主机座(111)设置有第一卡槽(112),所述第一卡槽(112)与计算机主机(113)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述过滤筒(114)设置有圆形槽(115),所述圆形槽(115)内粘贴有高效过滤网(116)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述固定座(32)设置有第二卡槽(33),所述第二卡槽(33)与计算机显示器(34)卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述支撑架(35)设置有通孔(36),所述通孔(36)与滑杆(37)滑动套接,所述滑杆(37)的外侧套接有第二弹簧(38),所述第二弹簧(38)的上端与支撑架(35)的下端接触,所述第二弹簧(38)的下端与活动卡座(39)的上端接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震防尘智能机箱的传感数显式称重扫码一体机,其特征在于:所述活动卡座(39)设置有第三卡槽(310),所述第三卡槽(310)与计算机显示器(34)卡接。
