发明所要解决的技术问题
在使用所述接收装置观看广播内容的用户对广播内容中所展现的对象等感兴趣而想要获取该对象等的信息的情况下,用户通过智能手机等终端装置来访问搜索网站,并使用该搜索网站来搜索该对象。因此,存在如下问题:获取与广播内容有关的对象的信息比较麻烦。
本申请所要解决的课题在于,提供一种信息联动系统及服务器,其能够减少用户获取与内容相关的信息所花费的工夫。
用于解决技术问题的技术方案

通信I/F101用于与观看历史管理服务器300和提供信息管理服务器400等其他设备之间进行通信。音频输入部102是麦克风等音频输入设备,接收用户的声音输入。此外,也可以不设置音频输入部102。
显示部104例如是将显示屏104a和触摸面板104b进行组合的触摸屏设备。显示屏104a例如是LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示屏)或者OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等。触摸面板104b用来检测由用户的手指或者触控笔等在显示屏104a的显示画面上触摸的触摸位置。
图形控制器105控制显示部104的显示屏104a。触摸面板控制器106控制显示部104的触摸面板104b,并从触摸面板104b获取表示用户在显示画面上所触摸的触摸位置的坐标数据。
照相机109例如是内置有CCD(Charge Coupled Device,电荷耦合器件)或者CIS(CMOS Image Sensor,CMOS图像传感器)等摄像元件的数码相机。照相机19将包括摄像部14以规定帧率生成的多帧图像的视频或者静止图像的数据作为摄像图像数据而输出。
CPU107通过执行各种计算机程序来控制终端装置100的各部件。存储器108具有ROM(ReadOnly Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、SSD(Solid State Drive,固态驱动器) 等,并存储CPU107的各种运算处理所使用的各种计算机程序和各种数据等。各种计算机程序中包括联动应用程序。
图3是示出实施方式的终端装置100的功能结构的一例的框图。如图3所示,终端装置100具有如下功能部:启动接收部150、图像获取部151、第一显示控制部152、信息发送部153、列表接收部154、第二显示控制部155、选择接收部156、发送部157、接收部158、第三显示控制部159和第四显示控制部160。这些各功能部通过CPU107读取并执行存储于ROM等存储装置的程序来实现。此外,上述功能部的一部分或者全部还可以通过专用的硬件来构成。在后面叙述这些功能部的功能。
接收装置
接着,对实施方式的接收装置200进行说明。图4是示出实施方式的接收装置200的结构的一例的框图。
如图4所示,接收装置200具有输入端子202、调谐器203a~调谐器203g、信号处理部207、图形处理部208、音频处理部209、OSD(On Screen Display,屏幕菜单式调节方式)信号生成部210和图像处理部211。
由地面广播接收天线213接收到的地面数字广播电波被输入到输入端子202。即,输入端子202通过广播电波来接收广播内容。地面数字广播电波通过输入端子202被提供到调谐器203a~调谐器203g。输入端子202是接收部的一例。
调谐器203a~调谐器203g是地面数字广播用的调谐器,并从由输入端子202提供的地面数字广播电波中选择后述的控制部216所指示的频道的广播电波。
另外,接收装置200还可以具有输入由BS/CS数字广播接收天线接收到的卫星数字广播电波的输入端子。卫星数字广播电波通过所述输入端子被提供到卫星数字广播用的调谐器。
信号处理部207从由调谐器203a~调谐器203g提供的广播电波中解调包括数字图像信号和音频信号的广播电波。另外,信号处理部207对包含数字广播电波的图像信号选择性地进行规定的数字信号处理并将其输出到图形处理部208。另外,信号处理部207对包含数字广播电波的音频信号选择性地进行规定的数字信号处理并将其输出到音频处理部209。
信号处理部207连接有多个外部输入端子214a~外部输入端子214d。这些外部输入端子214a~外部输入端子214d能够从作为外部装置的一个例子的DVD(Digital Versatile Disk,数字通用光盘)记录器等输入模似图像信号和音频信号。信号处理部207将由外部输入端子214a~外部输入端子214d输入的模似图像信号和音频信号数字化。另外,信号处理部207对数字化的图像信号进行规定的数字信号处理并将其输出到图形处理部208。 另外,信号处理部207对数字化的音频信号进行规定的数字信号处理并将其输出到音频处理部209。
图形处理部208将由信号处理部207提供的数字图像信号与由OSD信号生成部210生成的OSD信号叠加并输出到图像处理部211。图形处理部208还能够将由信号处理部207提供的数字图像信号和由OSD信号生成部210生成的OSD信号中的任一信号输出到图像处理部211。
图像处理部211将由图形处理部208输入的数字图像信号或者OSD信号转换为可在图像显示部233上显示的格式的模拟图像信号或者OSD信号,并输出到图像显示部233。图像显示部233例如为LCD或者有机EL显示屏等。
音频处理部209将由信号处理部207输入的数字音频信号转换为可在扬声器215播放的格式的模拟音频信号,并输出到扬声器215。
接收装置200还具有控制部216、卡保持器217、各种接口218、219、221和亮度传感器230。控制部216具有CPU216a、ROM216b、RAM216c和非易失性存储器216d。
控制部216总体控制接收装置200的各种操作,例如,接收地面数字广播电波和卫星数字广播电波等广播电波的操作等。另外,控制部216按照来自操作部222的操作信息或者通过接收部223从遥控器224输入的操作信息来控制接收装置200的各部分。
CPU216a通过执行存储于ROM216b的程序来控制接收装置200的整体操作。ROM216b主要存储CPU216a所执行的程序。RAM216c提供CPU216a执行程序时的作业区域。非易失性存储器216d存储接收装置200的各种设置信息和控制信息等。
控制部216通过卡I/F225与可移除地装载存储卡234的卡保持器217连接。据此,控制部216通过卡I/F225能够向安装于卡保持器217的存储卡234发送各种信息或者从其接收各种信息。
控制部216通过通信I/F218与LAN端子226连接。据此,控制部216通过通信I/F218能够向连接于LAN端子226的中继装置(未图示)、LAN的HDD(Hard Disk Drive,硬盘驱动器)等外部装置发送各种信息或者从其接收各种信息。另外,通信I/F218还可以构成为可与外部装置无线连接。
控制部216通过HDMI(注册商标)(High-Definition Multimedia Interface,高清多媒体接口)I/F221与HDMI端子227连接。据此,控制部216通过HDMI I/F221能够向连接于HDMI端子227的外部装置发送各种信息或者从其接收各种信息。
控制部216通过USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)I/F219与USB端子228连接。据此,控制部216通过USB I/F219能够向具有连 接于USB端子228的USB HDD等存储装置200a发送各种信息或者从其接收各种信息。
存储装置200a构成为具有例如HDD、SSD(Solid State Drive,固态驱动器)等,并且配置成将接收装置200所接收到的数字信号作为录像数据来存储。另外,存储装置200a还可以内置于接收装置200中。
由此,包含存储装置200a的接收装置200构成为录像装置。另外,录像装置并不局限于构成为接收装置200,只要具有广播电波的接收功能和广播内容的录像功能,也可以构成为其他存储装置。
图5是示出实施方式的接收装置200的功能结构的一例的框图。如图5所示,接收装置200具有作为功能部的观看历史发送部251和代码符号显示控制部22。这些各功能部通过CPU216a读取并执行存储于ROM216b等存储装置中的程序而实现。此外,功能部的一部分或者全部还可以由专用的硬件构成。对这些功能部的功能在后面进行叙述。
观看历史管理服务器300
接着,对实施方式的观看历史管理服务器300进行说明。图6是示出实施方式的观看历史管理服务器300的结构的一例的框图。
如图6示,观看历史管理服务器300具有通信I/F301、操作部302、CPU303、存储器304和存储装置305。
通信I/F301用于与终端装置100、接收装置200和提供信息管理服务器400等其他设备之间的通信。操作部302具有键盘、鼠标等输入设备和显示屏等显示设备。
存储装置305例如具有HDD、SSD等,并存储各种信息。
CPU303通过执行各种计算机程序来控制观看历史管理服务器300的各部件。存储器304具有ROM、RAM等,并存储CPU303进行各种运算处理所使用的各种计算机程序和各种数据等。

图8是示出存储于实施方式的确定信息管理数据库361的信息的一例的图。如图8所示,确定信息管理数据库361将用于确定接收装置200的接收装置ID和用于确定终端装置100的终端装置ID进行关联并存储。在此,接收装置ID例如由观看历史管理服务器300发行。终端装置ID例如是终端装置100的制造号码或者固有地址等。此外,接收装置ID和终端装置ID并不局限于上述内容。例如,终端装置ID例如还可以是由确定的邮购经销商来设置的ID。另外,终端装置ID还可以是由终端装置100设置的广告ID。该广告ID还可以在安装于终端装置100的多个应用程序中交叉使用。另外,还可以通过网络将与接收装置200相同的IP地址发送给终端装置100,终端装置100与上述IP地址链接。在该情况下,可能存在在接收装置200侧获得发送IP地址的许可的情况和在邮购经销商等合作方侧获得许可的情况。接收装置ID是接收装置确定信息的一例,终端装置ID是终端装置确定信息的一例。
图9是示出存储于实施方式的观看历史管理数据库362的信息的一例的图。如图9所示,观看历史管理数据库362存储接收装置ID中的观看历史信息。观看历史信息按每一接收装置ID,存储观看频道、所观看的时间,即观看时间(时间段)、节目名称、播放位置(从节目开始起算的秒精度的节目内经过时间信息或者广播时的日期、时间、分秒信息)的起点和终点。在此,可以存在多个播放位置,在该情况下,上述播放位置的记录存在于不连续的区间。
图10是示出存储于实施方式的兴趣信息管理数据库363的信息的一例的图。如图10所示,按每一接收装置ID存储对遥控器224的兴趣键224a(图1)或者终端装置100的兴趣键502(图20)进行按压(操作)的时间和设备状态相关信息。设备状态相关信息是指用于确定按压时所显示的广播内容的信息。设备状态相关信息例如包括频道和输入信息。输入信息例如是表示对广播内容进行广播时所选择的HDMI号码、BS、CS、数字地面电波等信息。并且,设备状态相关信息还可以存储节目名称或者与HDMI连接的设备等。在用户观看广播内容时,对广播内容中所显示的物品等感兴趣的情况下,通过按压兴趣键224a、兴趣键502,将作为该按压信息的按压时间、频道、输入信息存储于兴趣信息管理数据库363。兴趣键224a、兴趣键502是用于通知对接收装置200上所显示的广播内容感兴趣的按键。另外,兴趣信息管理数据库363还可以存储从按压(操作)兴 趣键502(图20)的时刻到规定时间为止的时间。兴趣键502是选择部的一例。
图11是示出存储于实施方式的场景信息管理数据库364的信息的一例的图。如图11所示,场景信息管理数据库364按每一频道的观看时间(时间段)存储信息,该信息表示作为广播内容的场景所显示的对象或者场所。换言之,场景信息管理数据库364将时刻信息和信息进行关联并存储,该信息表示在时刻信息所表示的时刻作为广播内容的场景显示的对象或者场所。在图11的例子中,表示作为广播内容的场景显示的对象或者场所的信息例示了包的例子,但并不仅限于此。例如,在信息表示作为广播内容的场景显示的对象或者场所的情况下,该信息还可以为地名等或者建筑物的名称等。这些场景信息例如可以由操作者的输入作业来输入。

提供信息管理服务器400
接着,对实施方式的提供信息管理服务器400进行说明。图12是示出实施方式的提供信息管理服务器400的结构的一例的框图。
如图12所示,提供信息管理服务器400具有通信I/F401、操作部402、CPU403、存储器404和存储装置405。

提供信息管理服务器400提供给用户的信息不限于关于所销售的商品的信息,也可以是吸引用户的兴趣并导致购买的信息。例如,提供信息管理服务器400可以是按压兴趣键时所显示的与食物的食谱有关的信息,或者是按压兴趣键时所显示的餐厅介绍和该餐厅的预约网站。并且,提供信息管理服务器400还可以是与按压兴趣键时所显示的画面相关联的度假地介绍、旅行指南、旅馆预订、交通工具的预订、高尔夫球场的预订等。当显示这些信息时,应提供管理用于显示这些信息(例如URL)的信息的数据库,而不是商品管理数据库461。此外,显示这些信息之前的步骤与显示商品之前的步骤相同,因此省略说明。

关联处理
首先,对实施方式的信息联动系统1所执行的关联处理进行说明。图14是示出实施方式的信息联动系统1所执行的关联处理的一例的流程图。图15是示出实施方式的关联处理中的终端装置100和接收装置200的一例的图。
关联处理通过对接收装置200进行规定的操作而开始。
如图14所示,接收装置200将接收装置ID查询信息发送给观看历史管理服务器300(S11)。接收装置ID查询信息包括接收装置200的制造号码和固有地址等。
观看历史管理服务器300在接收到接收装置ID查询信息(S21)时,将接收装置ID发送给接收装置200(S22)。接收装置ID可以在接收到接收装置ID查询信息的情况下生成,或者可以预先分配给每个接收装置200。
当接收装置200接收到接收装置ID(S12)时,代码符号显示控制部252在图像显示部233上显示包括接收装置ID的代码符号500(图15)(S13)。如图15所示,代码符号500例如是QR码(注册商标)。代码符号500例如包括用于与观看历史管理服务器300进行连接的信息。
用户使用终端装置100的照相机109来对显示在接收装置200上的代码符号500进行摄像。据此,如图14所示,终端装置100的获取部151获取由代码符号表示的信息、即代码符号信息(S31)。在终端装置100中,第一显示控制部152将代码符号500和接收装置ID显示在显示部104上(图15)。接收装置ID被显示在显示部104的显示区域501。
接着,终端装置100的信息发送部15将获取到的接收装置ID和该终端装置100的终端装置ID发送给观看历史管理服务器300。
当观看历史管理服务器300从终端装置100接收到接收装置ID和终端装置ID时(S23),关联部351将所接收到的接收装置ID和终端装置ID进行关联并存储于确定信息管理DB(S24)。
通过这种使用代码符号500的联动处理,例如即使在终端装置100和接收装置200不在同一网络上进行连接的情况下,也可以使终端装置100和接收装置200非常容易进行联动。在该情况下,观看历史管理服务器300能够从向终端装置100提供通信服务的移动电话公司获得终端装置100的信息。
在通过上述处理使终端装置100和接收装置200进行关联之后,当在终端装置100中启动联动应用程序时,在终端装置100上显示如图16~图20所示的图像。下面对这些图像进行说明。此外,在用户按压由启动接收部150在终端装置100的显示部104上显示的启动键503的情况下,启动联动应用程序。即,启动接收部150接收联动应用程序的启动请求。

如图16中(a)所示,当启动联动应用程序时,在终端装置100的显示部104上显示信息列表600A。详细而言,显示部102上显示有关于已经与终端装置100联动完成的接收装置200的画面中所显示的内容的信息列表600A的元素。信息列表600A根据表示由接收装置200接收到的广播内容的观看历史记录的观看历史信息生成,该接收装置200与该终端装置100进行联动,且通过广播电波接收广播内容。所述生成方法在后面进行叙述。信息列表600A将与所观看的广播内容有关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表。各项目的选择通过用户按压(操作)触摸面板104b来进行。
具体而言,信息列表600A包括日历区域601、节目信息区域602、演出者信息区域603、商店区域604、第一商品区域605、第二商品区域606、位置区域607和广告区域608。这些显示元素能够根据用户的使用历史记录或者邮购经销商的意图,以任何组合或者排列方式显示,例如有时像商品C、商品D那样来增减同一类别。节目信息区域602、演出者信息区域603、商店区域604、第一商品区域605、第二商品区域606、位置区域607 和广告区域608分别设置有指向规定页面的链接。即,根据内容设置有指向规定的外部服务的链接或者在终端装置100的内部准备的链接。
日历区域601显示当前的时间。此外,能够通过规定的操作来变更日历区域601的时间。
节目信息区域602显示节目信息。当选择节目信息区域602时,如图16中(b)所示,显示有表示推荐节目的页面。
商店区域604中显示有在节目中显示的商店的信息。当选择商店区域604时,显示有表示该商店的详细信息的页面的图像(未显示)。该商店作为场景信息登记于场景信息管理数据库364。

位置区域607中显示有在节目中显示的场所的信息。当选择位置区域607时,如图16中(d)所示,显示有表示在该位置区域607显示的场所的搜索结果的页面的图像。该页面例如是该场所的住宿设施的搜索结果。在用户预订搜索结果中的某一住宿设施的情况下,通过从该页面跳转至预定页面能够预订该住宿设施。该场所作为场景信息登记于场景信息管理数据库364。

具体而言,与图16的例子相同,信息列表600D包括日历区域601、节目信息区域602、演出者信息区域603、商店区域604、第一商品区域605、第二商品区域606、位置区域607和广告区域608。但是,日历区域601、节目信息区域602、演出者信息区域603、商店区域604、第一商品区域605、第二商品区域606、位置区域607和广告区域608所表示的信息是与最后的节目、即最近观看的节目相关联的信息,在各区域设置有与该信息相关联的链接。因此,当选择节目信息区域602时,如图19中(b)所示,显示表示推荐节目的页面。另外,当选择第一商品区域605时,如图19中(c)所示,显示表示第一商品区域605所示的商品的详细情况的页面的图像。另外,当选择位置区域607时,如图19中(d)所示,显示表示在该位置区域607显示的场所的搜索结果的页面的图像。
此外,在图19的例子中,如图17的例子所示,在未将观看中的节目的场景信息登记于场景信息管理数据库364的情况下,可以使信息列表600D的显示内容与图17的信息列表600B的内容相同。后面有时使用信息列表600来统称信息列表600A~600D。
图20是示出在实施方式的终端装置100上显示有兴趣键502的一例的图。如图20所示,在终端装置100上,在显示有信息列表600的图像中,当进行规定的操作时,第四显示控制部160将兴趣键502显示于显示部104。此外,兴趣键502可以与信息列表600一起显示。
观看历史信息存储处理
接着,对观看历史信息存储处理进行说明。图21是示出实施方式的信息联动系统1所执行的信息列表生成处理的一例的图。
在图21的例子中,在接收装置200中,在某一时刻公开了广播内容的观看之后,在某一时刻变更频道,在某一时刻按压遥控器224的兴趣键224a,在某一时刻在终端装置100中按压兴趣键502,在某一时刻结束观看。
如图21示,在接收装置200中,当开始观看时,观看历史发送部251将观看开始信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300(S111)。观看开始信息包括接收装置ID、表示开始观看的信息、开始观看的频道和观看开始时间。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收观看开始信息,并将该观看开始信息登记于观看历史管理数据库362(S121)。
接着,在接收装置200中,当变更频道时,观看历史发送部251将频道变更信息发送给观看历史管理服务器300(S112)。频道变更信息包括接收装置ID、变更后的频道和变更时间。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收频道变更信息,并将该频道变更信息登记于观看历史管理数据库362(S122)。
接着,在接收装置200,当按压兴趣键224a时,观看历史发送部251将兴趣信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300(S113)。兴趣信息包括接收装置ID、表示按压了兴趣键224a的信息和按压时间。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,兴趣信息接收部353从接收装置200接收兴趣信息,并将该兴趣信息登记于兴趣信息管理数据库363(S123)。
接着,在终端装置100中,在按压了兴趣键502、即选择了兴趣键502的情况下,发送部157将表示对广播内容感兴趣的兴趣信息发送给观看历史管理服务器300。兴趣信息包括终端装置ID、按压了兴趣键502即表示对广播内容感兴趣的信息、和按压时间。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,兴趣信息接收部353从终端装置100接收兴趣信息(S124),并将包含于该兴趣信息的终端装置ID转换为接收装置ID(S125)。具体而言,兴趣信息接收部353将该终端装置ID转换为接收装置ID,该接收装置ID在确定信息管理数据库361中与该终端 装置ID相关联。然后,兴趣信息接收部353使用转换后的接收装置ID将在S124中接收到的兴趣信息登记于兴趣信息管理数据库363。
接着,在接收装置200中,当观看结束时,观看历史发送部251将观看结束信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300(S114)。观看结束信息包括接收装置ID、表示观看结束的信息和观看结束时间。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收观看结束信息,并将该观看结束信息登记于观看历史管理数据库362。
在上述处理步骤中,对观看者实时观看的情况进行了说明。但是,在本实施方式中,并不限于实时观看的情况,即使在接收装置200播放已录像的节目信息的情况下,也能够提供与图21所示的服务相同的服务。
例如,在接收装置200响应来自遥控器224的操作播放节目信息的情况下,观看历史管理服务器300从终端装置100接收表示已按压了兴趣键502的兴趣信息。在这样的情况下,观看历史管理服务器300将与当前播放的节目信息有关的查询发送到由与终端装置100的终端装置ID联动的接收装置ID所表示的接收装置200。
然后,接收装置200的观看历史发送部251响应该查询,根据与当前播放的节目有关的信息和与播放该节目后的经过时间有关的信息,将用于确定已按压了兴趣键502的场景的信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300。
例如,接收装置200存储与当前播放的节目有关的属性信息。该属性信息包括频道、录像开始时刻、录像结束时刻、节目名称等。因此,接收装置200能够从播放该节目之后的经过时间和录像开始时刻确定播放按压了兴趣键502的场景的时刻。然后,接收装置200将确定的时刻设置为按压时间,之后将按压时间、频道等发送到观看历史管理服务器300。
此外,将该处理作为一例进行表示,但并不限于观看历史管理服务器300进行查询的手法。例如,在接收装置200开始播放已录像的节目的情况下,接收装置200可以将与播放的节目有关的属性信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300。然后,可以在观看历史管理服务器300侧进行按压时间的确定。
信息提供处理
接着,对信息提供处理进行说明。图22是示出实施方式的信息联动系统1所执行的信息提供处理的一例的流程图。在图22的例子中,在终端装置100中,用户在按压了联动应用程序的启动键503之后,选择终端装置100上所显示的信息列表600的某一项目。
如图22所示,当终端装置100的启动接收部150接收了联动应用程序的启动请求时(S211),启动联动应用程序,并将包括终端ID和启动信息的联动应用程序的启动通知发送到观看历史管理服务器300(S212)。
在观看历史管理服务器300中,启动接收部354从终端装置100接收联动应用程序的启动通知(S221)。
列表生成部355在启动接收部354接收到启动通知的情况下,将包含于启动通知的终端ID转换为接收装置ID。转换方法与上述方法相同。然后,列表生成部355根据观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收到的观看历史信息,来作成信息列表600(S223),该接收装置200由转换后的接收装置ID、即在确定信息管理数据库361与用于确定终端装置100的终端装置ID相联动的接收装置ID确定。信息列表600将与所观看的广播内容有关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表。信息列表600包括能够根据观看历史信息和兴趣信息中所表示的用户对广播内容感兴趣的时刻,来选择与用户感兴趣的广播内容有关的信息的项目。另外,信息列表600包括能够在用户显示出兴趣的时刻,根据观看历史信息、兴趣信息中所表示的用户对广播内容感兴趣的时刻和场景信息管理数据库364,来选择与作为广播内容的场景而显示的对象或者场所有关的信息的项目。信息列表600中例如含有在根据由发送部157发送的兴趣信息来选择兴趣键502的时刻附近,表示与对象有关的信息的项目,该对象放映于接收装置200所显示的广播内容的场景中。具体而言,对象例如为包等商品。列表发送部356将生成的信息列表发送到终端装置100(S224)。
在终端装置100,列表接收部154从观看历史管理服务器300接收信息列表600(S213)。列表接收部154为接收部的一例。
终端装置100的第二显示控制部155将由列表接收部154接收到的信息列表600显示于显示部104(S214:例如图16中(a)所示)。即,在启动接收部150接收了联动应用程序的启动的情况下,第二显示控制部155将由列表接收部154接收到的信息列表600显示于显示部104。作为包含于信息列表600的项目,第二显示控制部155可选择地显示广播内容中所显示的对象(例如包等)的信息。第二显示控制部155显示包含于信息列表600的、与于选择了兴趣键502的时刻附近的场景的对象(商品)有关的信息。第二显示控制部155为显示控制部的一例。
终端装置100的选择接收部156接收对包含于信息列表600的项目的选择,例如商品信息(S215)。发送部157例如将商品页面信息请求作为与选择接收部156接收了选择的项目(商品信息)相关联的信息的发送请求发送到提供信息管理服务器400(S216)。在此,商品页面信息例如为表示图16中(c)所示的商品页面的信息,即可购买商品(对象)的页面信息。
在提供信息管理服务器400中,发送请求接收部451从终端装置100接收商品页面信息请求,即可购买该商品(对象)的页面信息的发送请求 (S231),该终端装置100接收了表示商品(对象)的信息的选择。然后,在发送请求接收部451接收了商品页面信息请求的情况下,页面信息发送部452将可购买该对象的页面信息发送给终端装置100。
终端装置100的接收部158从提供信息管理服务器400接收商品页面信息(S217),该商品页面信息作为与选择接收部156已接收选择的项目相关联的信息。第三显示控制部159使在接收部158所接收到的商品页面信息中表示的商品页面显示于显示部104(S218:例如图16中(c)所示)。
如上述所示,在实施方式中,信息联动系统1由接收装置200、观看历史管理服务器300(服务器)构成。接收装置200具有输入端子202(接收部)和观看历史发送部251(发送部)。输入端子202通过广播电波接收广播内容。观看历史发送部251将表示广播内容的观看历史记录的观看历史信息发送到观看历史管理服务器300。观看历史管理服务器300具有确定信息管理数据库361(确定信息存储部)、观看历史接收部352、启动接收部354和列表发送部355。确定信息管理数据库361将接收装置ID(接收装置确定信息)和终端装置ID(终端装置确定信息)进行关联并存储,该接收装置ID用于确定接收装置200,该终端装置ID用于确定能够向可在接收装置200观看广播内容的用户显示信息的终端装置100。观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收观看历史信息。列表发送部355在启动接收部354接收到启动通知的情况下,将信息列表600发送到终端装置100,信息列表600是根据观看历史接收部352从接收装置200接收到的观看历史信息而生成的,并且将与所观看的广播内容有关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表。该接收装置200由确定信息管理数据库361中的与用于确定终端装置100的终端装置ID相关联的接收装置ID确定。
根据这样的结构,能够通过终端装置100向用户提供与广播内容有关的信息,因此能够减少用户获取广播内容所花费的工夫。
在此,显示于接收装置200的图像上不能设置通过触摸操作来显示网站的页面的链接、即不能设置可选择与广播内容有关的信息的项目。相对于此,在本实施方式中,将信息列表600发送到终端装置100,且该信息列表600由终端装置100显示,该信息列表600将与接收装置200上所显示的广播内容有关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表。因此,能够选择与广播内容有关的信息。
另外,在本实施方式中,观看历史管理服务器300(服务器)还具有兴趣信息接收部353,该兴趣信息接收部353从接收装置200或者终端装置100接收表示对广播内容感兴趣的兴趣信息。列表发送部355根据观看历史信息和兴趣信息所示的用户对广播内容感兴趣的时刻,将信息列表 600发送到终端装置100,该信息列表600包括作为可选择的项目的与用户感兴趣的广播内容有关的信息。
根据这样的结构,能够将与用户感兴趣的广播内容有关的信息作为可选择的项目提供给用户。
另外,在本实施方式中,观看历史管理服务器300(服务器)还具有场景信息管理数据库364(场景信息存储部),该场景信息管理数据库364将时刻信息和表示在由时刻信息所示的时刻显示的作为广播内容的场景的对象或者场所的信息进行关联并存储。列表发送部355根据观看历史信息、由兴趣信息表示的用户对广播内容感兴趣的时刻和场景信息管理数据数据库364,在用户感兴趣的时刻,将信息列表600发送到终端装置100,该信息列表600包括作为可选择的项目的与作为广播内容的场景来显示的对象或者场所有关的信息。

另外,信息联动系统1具有提供信息管理服务器400(第二服务器)。提供信息管理服务器400具有发送请求接收部451(接收部)和页面信息发送部452(发送部),其中,该发送请求接收部451从接收了表示对象的信息的选择的终端装置100接收可购买该对象的页面信息的发送请求;该页面信息发送部452在发送请求接收部451接收到发送请求的情况下,将可购买该对象的页面信息发送给终端装置100。
根据这样的结构,能够比较容易地购买与用户感兴趣的广播内容有关的对象。
另外,在本实施方式中,终端装置100具有显示部104、第一显示控制部152、列表接收部154(接收部)和第二显示控制部155。第一显示控制部152使用于确定接收装置200的接收装置ID(接收装置确定信息)显示于显示部104上。列表接收部154接收信息列表600,第二显示控制部155使列表接收部154接收到的信息列表600显示于显示部104,该信息列表600是根据表示由接收装置200接收到的广播内容的观看历史的观看历史信息而生成的,并将与所观看的广播内容有关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表。

另外,在本实施方式中,在终端装置100中,第二显示控制部155可选择地显示作为包含于信息列表600的项目的广播内容中所示的对象的信息。发送部157在选择接收部156已接收表示对象的信息的选择的情况下,将可购买该对象的页面信息的发送请求发送到提供信息管理服务器400。发送请求接收部451从提供信息管理服务器400接收可购买该对象的页面信息。第三显示控制部159显示可购买该对象的页面信息。
根据这样的结构,用户能够比较容易地购买上述对象。
另外,在本实施方式中,终端装置100还具有显示兴趣键502(选择部)的第四显示控制部160,该兴趣键502用于通知对接收装置200上所显示的广播内容感兴趣这一情况。在选择了兴趣键502的情况下,观看历史发送部251将表示对广播内容感兴趣的兴趣信息发送给观看历史管理服务器300。
根据这样的结构,能够高精度地确定用户的兴趣对象。
另外,在本实施方式中,列表接收部154接收信息列表600,该信息列表600含有如下项目:在根据由发送部157发送的兴趣信息而选择了兴趣键502的时刻附近,表示与于接收装置200所显示的广播内容的场景中的对象有关的信息的项目。第二显示控制部155显示包含于信息列表600的、与于选择了兴趣键502的时刻附近播放的场景中的对象有关的信息。
根据这样的结构,能够将与选择了兴趣键502的时刻附近的场景中播放的对象有关的信息提供给用户。
此外,由终端装置100、接收装置200、观看历史管理服务器300和提供信息管理服务器400执行的程序(包括联动应用程序)作为可安装的格式或者可执行的格式的计算机程序产品而提供。即,程序以包含于计算机程序产品的状态而提供,该计算机程序产品具有CD-ROM、软磁盘(FD)、CD-R、DVD等非易失性的计算机可读取的存储介质。

另外,在节目是棒球节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接入场券预订页面的项目。在节目是直播节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接演唱会门票预订页面的项目。在该情况下,可以显示基于用户的喜好的直播的种类和艺术家这些项目。在节目是音乐节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接所广播的乐曲的音乐分发页面。在该情况下,可以显示基于用户的喜好的音乐的种类和艺术家这些项目。在节目是电视剧或者动漫节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接原文、主题曲、原声音乐商品、视频分发等项目。在该情况下,可以显示在其他季节广播的电视剧或者动漫节目、关联作品、同一演出者的信息。在节目是拉面专题节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接推荐的拉面邮购或者店铺的页面的项目。在节目是电影节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于链接指向VOD(Video on Demand,视频点播)的引导信息、原文、主题曲、原声音乐商品的项目。在节目是邮购节目的情况下,信息列表可以显示用于引导下载提供该节目的邮购运营商的应用程序的项目。
另外,在上述实施方式中,示出了内容是广播内容的例子,但并不局限于此。例如,内容还可以是视频分发服务所提供的视频内容。在该情况下,视频内容例如经由网络从视频分发服务器分发。视频内容例如还可以是提供联动应用程序的运营商的合作方的非广播内容或者软件包。在此,为了确定分发内容是什么,例如提供联动应用程序的运营商和视频分发服务的运营商签订业务合同。并且,通过将提供联动应用程序的运营商侧的 兴趣信息、接收装置200的ID(确定信息)和操作时间信息这些组合信息与视频分发服务的运营商侧的视频内容和时间信息的组合信息进行匹配,来确定分发内容是什么。另外,作为确定分发内容是什么的另一方法,通过在接收装置200侧实现诸如ACR之类的用于图像识别的机制,以与确定广播内容的方法相同的方法来确定分发内容。
另外,可以如下使用兴趣键224a、兴趣键502。在按压兴趣键224a、兴趣键502时的场景是广告的情况下,则可以识别广告,而不是包或者旅行目的地。在该广告是与广告商等一起进行的活动对象的情况下,可以给予用户获得优惠券、自动积累积分等具有货币价值的等价物的优惠。据此,联动应用程序的运营商能够通过下述方式进行促销,即:作为联动应用程序的运用,联动应用程序的运营商与其他运营商合作,向对广告感兴趣的人的手机或者PC等终端装置100发送广告邮件,或者在该广告邮件中提供折扣优惠券,或者推荐注册会员等。另外,除了如上所述的广告邮件、优惠券、通过系统自动累积积分等方法之外,还可以在接收装置200显示关联广告弹窗、通知子画面(可由此切换至全画面)、视频广告等。即,在接收装置200上显示在终端装置100上显示的广告区域608。

  1. 一种信息联动系统,其由接收装置和服务器构成,所述接收装置具有接收部和发送部,其中,
    所述接收部用于接收内容;
    所述发送部,用于将表示所述内容的观看历史记录的观看历史信息发送到所述服务器;
    所述服务器具有确定信息存储部、观看历史接收部、启动接收部和列表发送部,其中,
    所述确定信息存储部,用于将接收装置确定信息和终端装置确定信息进行关联并存储,该接收装置确定信息用于确定所述接收装置,该终端装置确定信息用于确定能够向可在所述接收装置上观看所述内容的用户显示信息的终端装置;
    所述观看历史接收部,从所述接收装置接收所述观看历史信息;
    所述启动接收部,从所述终端装置接收规定程序的启动通知;
    所述列表发送部,在所述启动接收部接收到所述启动通知的情况下,将信息列表发送到所述终端装置,其中,所述信息列表是基于所述观看历史接收部从由所述接收装置确定信息确定的接收装置接收到的观看历史信息而生成的,并将与所观看的内容相关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表,所述接收装置确定信息在所述确定信息存储部中与用于确定终端装置的终端装置确定信息相关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息联动系统,其中,
    所述服务器还具有兴趣信息接收部,该兴趣信息接收部从所述接收装置或者所述终端装置接收表示对所述内容感兴趣的兴趣信息,
    所述列表发送部,根据所述观看历史信息和所述兴趣信息所示的用户对所述内容感兴趣的时刻,将所述信息列表发送给所述终端装置,其中,所述信息列表包括作为可选择的项目的与所述用户感兴趣的内容有关的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息联动系统,其中
    所述服务器还具有场景信息存储部,该场景信息存储部将时刻信息与表示在由时刻信息所示的时刻显示的作为所述内容的场景的对象或者场所的信息进行关联并存储,
    所述列表发送部,根据所述观看历史信息、由所述兴趣信息表示的用户对所述内容感兴趣的时刻和所述场景信息存储部,在所述用户感兴趣的时刻将所述信息列表发送到所述终端装置,其中,所述信息列表包括作为 可选择的项目的与作为所述内容的场景而显示的对象或者场所有关的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的信息联动系统,其中,
    所述内容包括广播内容和视频分发服务所提供的视频内容中的至少一项。
  5. 一种服务器,其具有确定信息存储部、观看历史接收部、启动接收部和列表发送部,其中,
    所述确定信息存储部,将用于确定接收内容的接收装置的接收装置确定信息与终端装置确定信息进行关联并存储,该终端装置确定信息用于确定能够向可在所述接收装置上观看所述内容的用户显示信息的终端装置;
    所述观看历史接收部,从所述接收装置接收表示所述内容的观看历史记录的观看历史信息;
    所述启动接收部,从所述终端装置接收规定程序的启动通知;
    所述列表发送部,在所述启动接收部接收到所述启动通知的情况下,将信息列表发送到所述终端装置,其中,所述信息列表是基于所述观看历史接收部从由所述接收装置确定信息确定的接收装置接收到的观看历史信息而生成的,并将与所观看的内容相关的信息表示为可选择的项目一览表,所述接收装置确定信息在所述确定信息存储部中与用于确定终端装置的终端装置确定信息相关联。
