请参阅图1-图6,其中,图1为本申请实施例可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时的截面示意图,图2为本申请实施例可折叠显示装置处于90度弯折时的截面示意图,图3为本申请实施例可折叠显示装置处于完全弯折状态时的截面示意图,图4为本申请实施例可折叠显示装置的分解示意图,图5为图4中双轴心旋转机构以及联动机构的示意图,图6为图5所示双轴心旋转机构的第一运动臂和第二运动臂在可折叠显示装置弯折过程中的过程示意图。
可折叠显示装置100包括第一机壳301、第二机壳302、第三机壳303、柔性显示模组20、双轴心旋转机构40以及联动机构50。
第一机壳301和第二机壳302用于支撑柔性显示模组20。第一机壳301具有第一支撑平面301a。第二机壳302具有第二支撑平面302a。第二机壳302与第一机壳301对置。第一机壳301围绕第一旋转中心O1转动,第二机壳302围绕第二旋转中心O2转动。第一机壳301和第二机壳302同步对称旋转。第一机壳301靠近第二机壳302的一端具有第一容置腔301b。第二机壳302靠近第一机壳301的一端具有第二容置腔302b。
第三机壳303用于容置并固定双轴心旋转机构40,且用于容置联动机构50。第三机壳303为具有容纳空腔303a的机壳。第三机壳303设置于第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间。
双轴心旋转机构40包括具有第一旋转中心O1的第一运动臂401、具有第二旋转中心O2的第二运动臂402、具有第一圆弧形槽403a的第一固定滑槽块403以及具有第二圆弧形槽404a的第二固定滑槽块404。第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402同步对称旋转。
第一运动臂401与第一机壳301连接以使第一机壳301围绕第一旋转中心O1转动。第一运动臂401包括第一连接件4011以及连接于第一连接件4011一端的第一圆弧形件4012。第一运动臂401的第一连接件4011远离第一圆弧形件4012的一端固定于第一机壳301内,第一运动臂401的第一圆弧形件4012卡入至第一固定滑槽块403的第一圆弧形槽403a中,第一圆弧形件4012与第一圆弧形槽403a相配合。第一运动臂401的第一连接件4011固定于围合成第一容置腔301b的内壁上。
第二运动臂402与第二机壳302连接以使第二机壳302围绕第二旋转中心O2转动。第二运动臂402包括第二连接件4021以及连接于第二连接件4021一端的第二圆弧形件4022。第二运动臂402的第二连接件4021远离第二圆弧形件4022的一端固定于第二机壳302内,第二运动臂402的第二圆弧形件4022卡入至第二固定滑槽块404的第二圆弧形槽404a中,第二圆弧形件4022与第二圆弧形槽404a相配合。第二运动臂402的第二连接件4021固定于围合成第二容置腔302b的内壁上。第二连接件4021与第一连接件4011相同,两者均为板状。第二圆弧形件4022与第一圆弧形件4012相同。第一固定滑槽块403的第一圆弧形槽403a与第二固定滑槽块404的第二圆弧形槽404a相同。
第一固定滑槽块403以及第二固定滑槽块404均固定于第三机壳303中。
联动机构50用于使第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402同步对称旋转。联动机构50包括第一传动组件501、第二传动组件502以及齿轮503。齿轮503与第三机壳303销接,以使齿轮503能自由旋转。
第一传动组件501包括第一齿条5011以及设置于第一圆弧形件4012上的第一滑块5012,第一齿条5011具有第一端面5011a以及与第一端面5011a垂直的第二端面5011b,第一端面5011a设置有沿传动方向排布的平条齿,第二端面5011b设置有第一滑槽。第一圆弧形件4012上的第一滑块5012卡入于第一齿条5011的第一滑槽中。第一齿条5011沿传动方向排布的平条齿与齿轮503咬合。第一滑块5012与第一齿条5011的第一滑槽相配合。第一滑块5012为圆柱形。第一齿条5011设置于第一固定滑槽块403的第一导向面403b上。
第二传动组件502包括第二齿条5021以及设置于第二圆弧形件4022上的第二滑块5022,第二齿条5021具有第三端面5021a以及与第三端面5021a垂直的第四端面5021b,第三端面5021a设置有沿传动方向排布的平条齿,第四端面5021b设置有第二滑槽。第二圆弧形件4022上的第二滑块5022卡入于第二齿条5021的第二滑槽中。第二齿条5021沿传动方向排布的平条齿与齿轮503咬合。第二滑块5022 与第二齿条5021的第二滑槽相配合,第二滑块5022为圆柱形。齿轮503传动连接第一齿条5011和第二齿条5021。第二齿条5021设置于第二固定滑槽块404的第二导向面404b上。
结合图5和图4所示,第一运动臂401通过沿第一圆弧形槽403逆时针旋转45度时,第一运动臂401上的第一滑块5012通过第一齿条5011上的第一滑槽配合推动第一齿条5011向右滑移,第一齿条5011带动齿轮503开始旋转。而齿轮503的旋转将带动第二齿条5021相对第三机壳303向左滑移,第二齿条5021向左滑移又将通过第二齿条5021上的第二滑槽和第二滑块5022配合带动运第二运动臂402相对向左移动,从而使第二运动臂402亦相对第三机壳303顺时针旋转45度。第一运动臂401带动第一机壳301逆时针旋转45度,第二运动臂402带动第二机壳302顺时针旋转45度。可折叠显示装置整体形成对称的关系,防止可折叠显示装置在一侧机壳转动而另一侧机壳不旋转相同角度时,柔性显示模组弯折成不对称的形状而产生较大的应力。第一运动臂401继续沿着第一旋转中心O1旋转,第二运动臂402将随之旋转相同角度。将第一运动臂401与第二运动臂402分别固定在第一机壳301与第二机壳302上,则第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402的运动轨迹完全反映在第一机壳301和第二机壳302上,当第一机壳301、第二机壳302联动旋转至尾部相靠时,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的弯折区让出楔形空间使柔性显示模组形成类光滑的弧形,补偿了机构弯折后与柔性显示模组之间的尺寸差。如图7所示,其为图4所示柔性显示模组的截面示意图。柔性显示模组20包括后盖板201、柔性显示面板202、偏光片203以及保护盖板204。后盖板201、柔性显示面板202、偏光片203以及保护盖板204依次叠置。后盖板201靠近第一机壳301和第二机壳302设置。后盖板201用于保护柔性显示面板202的出光面的背面。后盖板201与柔性显示面板202通过透明胶粘层连接。偏光片203用于提高柔性显示面板202显示时的对比度。偏光片203与柔性显示面板202之间通过透明胶粘层连接。保护盖板204用于保护偏光片203以及柔性显示面板202。
如图8所示,其为图7所示柔性显示面板的示意图。柔性显示面板202包括柔性衬底2021、有机发光二极管阵列层2022、薄膜封装层2023。薄膜封装层2023包括有机绝缘层以及无机绝缘层。无机绝缘层的制备材料选自氮化硅或氧化硅。有机绝缘层的制备材料选自聚丙烯酸酯等。柔性衬底2021为聚酰亚胺层。有机发光二极管阵列层2022包括多个阵列排布的有机发光二极管。
在可折叠显示装置折叠过程中,柔性显示面板在折叠过程中发生失效的类型有薄膜封装层2023与有机发光二极管阵列层2022之间发生剥 离以及薄膜封装层2023的断裂。薄膜封装层2023与有机发光二极管阵列层2022之间发生剥离是由于位于薄膜封装层2023与有机发光二极管阵列层2022之间界面的法向应力F1作用。薄膜封装层2023的断裂是由于薄膜封装层2023内的切应力F2作用。
如图9所示,其为第一旋转中心和第二旋转中心的正投影在xoy坐标平面的示意图。以可折叠显示装置100处于展平状态时位于第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的中间位置且垂直于第一机壳301和第二机壳302所在平面的直线为y坐标轴,且以可折叠显示装置100处于展平状态时与第一机壳301和第二机壳302靠近柔性显示面板202的表面位于同一水平面且相交的直线为x坐标轴,x坐标轴与y坐标轴共平面且垂直相交,x坐标轴与第一机壳301和第二机壳302上对称两点的连线平行。x坐标轴和y坐标轴的交点为坐标原点o。x坐标轴、y坐标轴以及坐标原点o构成xoy坐标平面。第一旋转中心O1在xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(x1,y1),第二旋转中心O2在xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(-x1,y1)。
可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的夹角为180度。第一机壳301和第二机壳302均转动90度后,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的夹角为0度。第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的夹角为0度时,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的距离的二分之一等于预定值R。由于第一机壳301围绕第一旋转中心O1旋转,通过几何关系可知,x1+y1=R,即x1与y1之和等于预定值R。
在本实施例中,预定值R为0.5毫米-3毫米。预定值R太小,可折叠显示装置完全折叠后,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的间隙太小,不利于柔性显示模组折叠后收容于第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的间隙中;预定值R太大,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的间隙太大,可折叠显示装置100折叠后的外观不符合要求。例如预定值R为1毫米、1.2毫米、1.5毫米、1.8毫米、2.0毫米、2.5毫米或者3.0毫米。
在本实施例中,x1大于0,y1大于-0.3毫米且小于或等于1毫米,以避免柔性显示面板202出现剥离或者断裂,特别是避免有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间出现剥离,且避免薄膜封装层2023出现断裂。y1小于或等于1毫米时,有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间的法向应力小于0.6MPa,且薄膜封装层2023内部的切应力小于500MPa,能避免有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间发生剥离,且避免薄膜封装层2023出现断裂。y1大于或等于-0.1毫米,以进一步地减小有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力以及薄膜封装层2023内部的 切应力。或,y1小于或等于0.5毫米,以进一步地减小有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力。
在本实施例中,y1大于或等于-0.1毫米且小于或等于0.3毫米,以使得可折叠显示装置弯折过程中有机发光二极管阵列层和薄膜封装层之间界面的法向应力小于0.1MPa,避免有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间出现剥离,且使得可折叠显示装置100弯折过程中薄膜封装层2023内部的切应力小于245MPa,避免薄膜封装层2023断裂。
在本实施例中,柔性显示面板包括有机发光二极管阵列层2022,有机发光二极管阵列层2022在可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时至第一机壳301和第二机壳302靠近柔性显示面板202的表面的距离大于或等于0.1毫米且小于或等于0.3毫米。例如为0.12毫米、0.15毫米、0.18毫米、0.2毫米、0.25毫米以及0.28毫米。
在本实施例中,在可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时,在y坐标轴的方向上,
第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2位于有机发光二极管阵列层2022的下表面靠近第一机壳301和第二机壳302的一侧,且第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2至有机发光二极管阵列层2022的下表面的距离大于或等于0毫米且小于或等于0.243毫米,或,
第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2位于有机发光二极管阵列层2022的下表面远离第一机壳301和第二机壳302的一侧,且第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2至有机发光二极管阵列层2022的下表面的距离大于0毫米且小于或等于0.157毫米,有机发光二极管阵列层2022的下表面为有机发光二极管阵列层2022靠近第一机壳301和第二机壳302的表面。
在本实施例中,第一机壳301围绕第一旋转中心O1转动的半径为1毫米-10毫米,第二机壳302围绕第二旋转中心O2转动的半径为1毫米-10毫米,即第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402的半径为1毫米-10毫米,第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402的半径小于1毫米会增加可折叠显示装置的制造难度,第一运动臂401和第二运动臂402的半径大于10毫米不利于可折叠显示装置的薄化。半径可以为2毫米、3毫米、4毫米、5.5毫米或8毫米。
请参阅图10以及图11,图10为预定值R为2毫米且x1和y1不同取值时柔性显示装置弯折过程中有机发光二极管阵列层和薄膜封装层之间的法向应力随时间变化的示意图,图11为预定值R为2毫米且x1和y1不同取值时柔性显示装置弯折过程中薄膜封装层内的切应力随时间变化的示意图,其中,可折叠显示装置100从展平状态折叠至完全折叠(楔形折叠)的弯折时间为1s,有机发光二极管阵列层 2022至处于展平状态的可折叠装置100的第一机壳301和第二机壳302靠近柔性显示面板202的表面的距离为0.143毫米,薄膜封装层2023的厚度为0.01毫米。
由图10可知,可折叠显示装置从展平状态弯折至完全折叠状态的过程中,有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力在不断变化。在可折叠显示装置100弯折过程中,预定值R为2毫米时不同(x1,y1)对应的有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力最大值如下表1。

由表1可知,x1和y1之和为2毫米时,y1小于-0.3毫米会导致有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力最大值大于0.6281MPa,会导致有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间出现剥离的风险。y1为0.5毫米时,有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力最大值为0.2648MPa,y1大于或等于-0.1毫米且小于或等于0.3毫米时,有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力最大值均小于0.1MPa,完全可以避免有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间出现剥离。y1值的变化对有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力最大值的影响较大。由图11可知,可折叠显示装置从展平状态弯折至完全折叠状态的过程中,薄膜封装层2023内部的切应力在不断变化。在可折叠显示装置弯折过程中,预定值R为2毫米时不同(x1,y1)对应的薄膜封装层内部的切应力最大值如下表2。

由表2可知,x1和y1之和为预定值2毫米时,y1小于-0.3毫米会导致薄膜封装层2023的内部的切应力大于582.6MPa,切应力大于582.6MPa会导致薄膜封装层出现断裂的风险。y1从0.5毫米减小至-0.1毫米过程中,薄膜封装层2023内部的切应力在240MPa左右变化,未发生明显变化。
由图10和图11可知,预定值R为2毫米时,y1在-0.1毫米至0.3毫米的范围内变化,有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力的最大值、薄膜封装层2023内部切应力的最大值均较低,故可折叠显示装置弯折过程中有机发光二极管阵列层2022和薄膜封装层2023剥离的风险以及薄膜封装层2023断裂的风险较低。
请参阅图12,其为预定值R为2毫米时相同时刻不同(x1,y1)时柔性显示模组折叠形状的示意图。A为x1为1毫米且y1为1毫米时柔性显示模组的折叠形状的示意图,B为x1为1.7毫米且y1为0.3毫米时柔性显示模组的折叠形状的示意图,C为x1为1.9毫米且y1为0.1毫米时柔性显示模组的折叠形状的示意图,D为x1为2.0毫米且y1为-0.1毫米时柔性显示模组的折叠形状的示意图,E为x1为2.3毫米且y1为-0.3毫米时柔性显示模组的折叠形状的示意图。在相同时刻,在旋转初期,y1值较大,例如x1为1毫米且y1为1毫米时,第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的间距较大时,柔性显示模组20容易受到拉扯;y1值较小时,例如x1为2.3毫米且y1为-0.3毫米,旋转初期第一机壳301和第二机壳302之间的间距较小,柔性显示模组20容易受挤压。y1值较小或较大均会导致柔性显示模组20弯折过程中的应力增加。
在可折叠显示装置100折叠过程中,柔性显示面板202作为最关键的功能层,其在弯折过程中所受应力的控制是关键点。特别是有机发光二极管阵列层2022与薄膜封装层2023之间界面的法向应力以及薄膜封装层2023内部的切应力。在可折叠显示装置100处于展平状态时有机发光二极管阵列层2022至第一机壳301和第二机壳302的距离为0.1毫米-0.35毫米,通过控制第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2至处于展平状态的可折叠显示装置100的第一机壳301和第二机壳302靠近柔性显示面板202的表面的距离,以控制柔性显示模组20在完全折叠过程中的形状,从而使得柔性显示面板202在弯折过程中的应力减小,避免柔性显示面板202出现失效的风险。
由于柔性显示模组20内在有机发光二极管阵列层2022以下的膜层变 化较多,预定值R限制在0.5毫米-3毫米且本申请实施例中柔性显示模组20的有机发光二极管阵列层2022距离可折叠显示装置20处于展平状态时的第一机壳301和第二机壳302的上表面(靠近柔性显示模组的表面)的距离为0.143毫米时,最佳第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2的正投影的纵坐标y1在-0.1毫米至0.3毫米的范围内变化,最佳第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2设置在距离有机发光二极管阵列层2022下表面(有机发光二极管阵列层2022靠近第一机壳和第二机壳的表面)靠近第一机壳和第二机壳一侧的0毫米至0.243毫米的范围内,或,最佳第一旋转中心O1和第二旋转中心O2设置在距离有机发光二极管阵列层2022下表面远离第一机壳和第二机壳一侧的0毫米至0.157毫米范围内。

    所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳用于支撑所述柔性显示面板,所述第一机壳与所述第二机壳对置,所述第一机壳围绕第一旋转中心转动,所述第二机壳围绕第二旋转中心转动;
    其中,以所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时位于所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳之间的中间位置且垂直于所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳所在平面的直线为y坐标轴,且以所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时与所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳靠近所述柔性显示面板的表面位于同一水平面且相交的直线为x坐标轴,所述x坐标轴与所述y坐标轴共平面且垂直相交,所述x坐标轴和所述y坐标轴的交点为坐标原点o,所述x坐标轴、所述y坐标轴以及所述坐标原点o构成xoy坐标平面,所述第一旋转中心在所述xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(x1,y1),所述第二旋转中心在所述xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(-x1,y1);

    所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心位于所述有机发光二极管阵列层的下表面靠近所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的一侧,且所述第一 旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心至所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面的距离大于或等于0毫米且小于或等于0.243毫米,或,
    所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心位于所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面远离所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的一侧,且所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心至所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面的距离大于0毫米且小于或等于0.157毫米,所述有机发光二极管阵列层的下表面为所述有机发光二极管阵列层靠近所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的表面。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳同步对称旋转,所述可折叠显示装置包括双轴心旋转机构,所述双轴心旋转机构包括具有第一旋转中心的第一运动臂、具有第二旋转中心的第二运动臂、具有第一圆弧形槽的第一固定滑槽块以及具有第二圆弧形槽的第二固定滑槽块,
    所述第一运动臂包括第一连接件以及连接于所述第一连接件一端的第一圆弧形件,所述第一运动臂的第一连接件远离第一圆弧形件的一端固定于第一机壳内,所述第一运动臂的所述第一圆弧形件卡入至所述第一固定滑槽块的所述第一圆弧形槽中,所述第一圆弧形件与所述第一圆弧形槽相配合;

  10. 一种可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置包括第一机壳、第二机壳以及柔性显示面板,
    所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳用于支撑所述柔性显示面板,所述第一机壳与所述第二机壳对置,所述第一机壳围绕第一旋转中心转动,所述第二机壳围绕第二旋转中心转动;
    其中,以所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时位于所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳之间的中间位置且垂直于所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳所在平面的直线为y坐标轴,且以所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时与所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳靠近所述柔性显示面板的表面位于同一水平面且相交的直线为x坐标轴,所述x坐标轴与所述y坐标轴共平面且垂直相交,所述x坐标轴和所述y坐标轴的交点为坐标原点o,所述x坐标轴、所述y坐标轴以及所述坐标原点o构成xoy坐 标平面,所述第一旋转中心在所述xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(x1,y1),所述第二旋转中心在所述xoy坐标平面的正投影的坐标为(-x1,y1);
    所述x1和所述y1之和为预定值,所述x1大于0,所述y1大于-0.3毫米且小于或等于1毫米,所述预定值大于0。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述y1大于或等于-0.1毫米。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述y1小于或等于0.5毫米。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述y1大于或等于-0.1毫米且小于或等于0.3毫米。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述预定值为0.5毫米-3毫米。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述x1为1.9毫米,所述y1为0.1毫米。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板包括有机发光二极管阵列层,所述有机发光二极管阵列层在所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时至所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳靠近所述柔性显示面板的表面的距离大于或等于0.1毫米且小于或等于0.3毫米。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,在所述可折叠显示装置处于展平状态时,在所述y坐标轴的方向上,
    所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心位于所述有机发光二极管阵列层的下表面靠近所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的一侧,且所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心至所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面的距离大于或等于0毫米且小于或等于0.243毫米,或,
    所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心位于所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面远离所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的一侧,且所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋转中心至所述有机发光二极管阵列层的所述下表面的距离大于0毫米且小于或等于0.157毫米,所述有机发光二极管阵列层的下表面为所述有机发光二极管阵列层靠近所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳的表面。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一机壳围绕第一旋转中心转动的半径为1毫米-10毫米,所述第二机壳围绕第二旋转中心转动的半径为1毫米-10毫米。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳同步对称旋转,所述可折叠显示装置包括双轴心旋转机构,所述双轴心旋转机构包括具有第一旋转中心的第一运动臂、具有 第二旋转中心的第二运动臂、具有第一圆弧形槽的第一固定滑槽块以及具有第二圆弧形槽的第二固定滑槽块,
    所述第一运动臂包括第一连接件以及连接于所述第一连接件一端的第一圆弧形件,所述第一运动臂的第一连接件远离第一圆弧形件的一端固定于第一机壳内,所述第一运动臂的所述第一圆弧形件卡入至所述第一固定滑槽块的所述第一圆弧形槽中,所述第一圆弧形件与所述第一圆弧形槽相配合;
    所述第二运动臂包括第二连接件以及连接于所述第二连接件一端的第二圆弧形件,所述第二运动臂的第二连接件远离第二圆弧形件的一端固定于所述第二机壳内,所述第二运动臂的所述第二圆弧形件卡入至所述第二固定滑槽块的所述第二圆弧形槽中,所述第二圆弧形件与所述第二圆弧形槽相配合。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置还包括联动机构以及第三机壳,所述第三机壳设置于所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳之间,所述第一固定滑槽块和所述第二固定滑槽块固定于所述第三机壳内,所述联动机构包括第一传动组件、第二传动组件以及齿轮,
    所述第一传动组件包括第一齿条以及设置于第一圆弧形件上的第一滑块,所述第一齿条具有第一端面以及与所述第一端面垂直的第二端面,所述第一端面具有沿传动方向排布的平条齿,所述第二端面设置有第一滑槽,所述第一圆弧形件上的所述第一滑块卡接于所述第一滑槽,所述第一齿条设置于所述第一固定滑槽块的第一导向面上;
    所述第二传动组件包括第二齿条以及设置于第二圆弧形件上的第二滑块,所述第二齿条具有第三端面以及与所述第三端面垂直的第四端面,所述第三端面设置有沿传动方向排布的平条齿,所述第四端面设置有第二滑槽,所述第二圆弧形件上的所述第二滑块卡接于所述第二滑槽,所述第二齿条设置于所述第二固定滑槽块的第二导向面上;所述齿轮转动连接于所述第三机壳上,所述第一齿条沿传动方向排布的平条齿与所述齿轮咬合,所述第二齿条沿传动方向排布的平条齿与所述齿轮咬合。
