一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,包括用于连接气弹簧的托盘和用于安装椅子坐垫的椅座连接件,所述椅座连接件与所述托盘固定连接或者活动连接;所述托盘具有第一铰接点和第二铰接点;所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背连接件,所述椅背连接件的一端为第一铰接部,所述椅背连接件的另一端为用于安装椅子的靠背的自由部;所述椅背连接件的中部上端还设置有第二铰接部,所述第一铰接部与所述托盘的第一铰接点铰接,第二铰接部通过一个连杆和一个三角调节件与所述的第二铰接点铰接;所述连杆具有第一端和第二端,所述三角调节件具有呈三角形分布的分别是位于顶部的第一铰接位点、位于下部前端的第二铰接位点和位于下部后端的第三铰接位点;所述第二铰接部与所述连杆的第一端连接,连杆的第二端与所述三角调节件的第一铰接位点铰接,三角调节件的第二铰接位点与所述的托盘的第二铰接点铰接;
所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背松紧控制组件,所述椅背松紧控制组件包括以转动方式进行调控的控制手柄、万向节、传动杆、第一伞齿轮、第二伞齿轮、升降件、升降件的安装座和松紧调节杆;
所述的第一伞齿轮具有第一伞齿部和安装部,所述安装部与所述的传动杆的一端固连,传动杆的另一端跟万向节的第一端固连,万向节的第二端跟所述的控制手柄固连;
所述的第二伞齿轮具有第二伞齿部和平齿部;所述的第二伞齿部与所述的第一伞齿轮啮合;
所述的升降件具有齿轮部、螺纹部和承载部;所述的平齿部与所述升降件的齿轮部啮合;所述升降件通过其螺纹部可升降的安装在所述的安装座上;
所述的松紧调节杆的一端与一横杆固接,另一端设置在所述的托盘内;所述横杆的中部承载在所述的承载部上,其两端分别通过第一铰接臂和第二铰接臂与所述的三角调节件的第三铰接位点铰接;并且,所述的横杆靠近所述的第二铰接点铰接设置。
作为优选,所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背倾仰控制组件,所述椅背倾仰控制组件包括与所述椅背连接件固连的连接板、倾仰调节件、倾仰拉绳和倾仰调节手柄,所述倾仰拉绳一端与所述倾仰调节件连接,另一端与所述倾仰调节手柄连接;
所述连接板具有多排孔;
所述倾仰调节件具有相对所述多排孔进行嵌入或者脱出的活动插销、控制所述活动插销嵌入或者脱出的作动件,所述作动件具有用于跟所述的倾仰拉绳的一端固连的连接端和用于控制所述的活动插销的状态并与之配合连接的控制部;所述拉绳的另一端与所述的倾仰调节手柄固连;所述倾仰调节件还包括作用于所述作动件并使之在对所述活动插销进行控制时产生复位作用的第一复位弹簧。
作为优选,所述椅座连接装置还包括升降调节组件,所述升降调节组件包括升降手柄、升降拉绳、气弹簧拨片和拨片安装座,所述气弹簧拨片包括用于将所述气弹簧拨片安装到所述拨片安装座的铰接部和用于控制气弹簧的拨动部;所述升降拉绳一端与所述的气弹簧拨片固连,用于控制所述的气弹簧拨片的状态,另一端与所述的升降手柄连接;所述的升降调节组件还包括作用于所述气弹簧拨片并使之在对所述气弹簧控制时产生复位作用的第二复位弹簧或复位弹片。
作为优选,所述椅座连接装置还包括椅座调节组件,所述椅座调节组件包括安装在所述椅座的控制手轮、调控齿轮和调控齿条,所述调控齿轮和调控齿条配合连接,并且所述的调控齿条相对所述的托盘固定连接。
作为优选,所述椅座调节组件还包括限制控制手轮转动的限位壳和传动条;所述控制手轮具有呈台阶式分布的手握段、控制段和定位段,所述手握段靠外设置,所述控制段居中设置,所述定位段靠内设置;所述控制段的外侧壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凸条,所述限位壳的内壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凹槽,所述转动限位凸条和所述转动限位凹槽配合连接;所述传动条具有内外两端,内端与所述的调控齿轮固定连接,外端与所述的控制手轮轴向滑移套接;所述椅座调节组件还包括定位钢珠、定位弹簧和钢珠导套,所述定位钢珠通过所述定位弹簧可弹性伸缩地设置在所述的钢珠导套内;所述控制手轮的定位段的外侧壁上设置有多个在轴向上具有不同位置的定位槽,所述定位钢珠与所述定位槽弹性抵压配合连接。
作为优选,所述的传动条的外端还设置有限制所述控制手轮因滑移而脱出的限位端头。
作为优选,所述椅座调节组件还包括轴套,所述轴套设置在所述的限位壳和传动条之间,所述传动条通过所述轴套相对于所述限位壳可转动连接。
有益效果
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明所述的椅背松紧调节是指人们在需要调节椅背的倾仰角度时,调节椅背所需的力的大小,如所需的力较大表示椅背较紧,如所需的力较小则椅背较松;椅背的所需松紧跟使用者的体型有关,故不同的使用者往往需要对椅背的松紧进行合适的调节;本发明采用了万向节替换为原有的拉绳来进行传动,提高了产品在调节椅背松紧时的力传递的响应及时性;也提高了对于椅背松紧调节的精确性和可操控性;同时相对采用拉绳调节的方式也有效改善了力臂的大小,改善了产品在调控时的力传递的大小,改善了对力传递大小的需求,降低了对使用者的力量要求,有效降低了产生产品在调节时因输入的力过大而导致调节机构损坏的可能性,从而提高了产品的使用寿命。
2、本发明所述的椅背倾仰调节是指人们在使用椅子时,对椅背的倾仰角度进行的调节;而本发明所述的椅背倾仰控制组件,是指对椅背的倾仰调节进行控制的组件,即,控制所述椅背是否能够被调节,当所述的椅背处于不可被调节的状态时,还可以决定所述的椅背处于何种倾仰角度。本发明通过具有多排孔的连接板、倾仰调节件、倾仰拉绳和倾仰调节手柄来对椅背进行倾仰控制调节,区别于上述椅背松紧控制组件需要通过较大的驱动力来进行调节,椅背倾仰控制组件相当于作为控制开关存在,仅需较小的力就能实现控制,故采用了倾仰拉绳作为控制媒介,具有结构简单,使用方便的特点;
3、本发明所述的升降调节是指人们在使用椅子时,对椅座的高度进行的调节;本发明的升降调节是在使用气弹簧的基础上实施的;通过升降手柄控制升降拉绳,然后对所述的气弹簧拨片进行控制,通过气弹簧拨片对气弹簧的控制点是否按压,通常再借助外力来实现气弹簧活动部分的伸出量的调节;同样,本发明的升降调节组件相当于作为控制开关存在,仅需较小的力就能实现控制,故采用了升降拉绳作为控制媒介,具有结构简单,使用方便的特点;
4、本发明所述的椅座调节是指人们在使用椅子时,对椅座在水平且参照使用者正前方的方向上进行的伸出量的调节,这种调节对于椅子的使用舒适性同样具有较大的影响,如使用者为儿童,通常需要更小的伸出量,如使用者为成人,通常需要更大的伸出量;本发明中,采用了控制手轮、传动条、调控齿轮和调控齿条对椅座的伸出量进行调节,并通过限位壳对控制手轮进行转动方向上的限位,使得在非调节状态时,控制手轮不会因为误触而转动;而当需要调节时,将所述控制手轮略微向外拔出,可解除限位壳对控制手轮的限位,此时转动控制手轮便可对椅座的伸出量进行调节;而且,本发明为了避免控制手轮在非调节状态时因误触而拔出进入可调节的状态,还设置了定位钢珠、定位弹簧和钢珠导套的结构,通过定位钢珠弹性抵压控制手轮内部的定位段,可避免控制手轮因误触而被拔出。

以下结合说明书附图来对本发明进行进一步地解释说明。
本具体实施方式仅仅是对本发明的解释,并不是对本发明的限制。本领域技术人员在阅读了本发明的说明书之后所做的任何改变,只要在权利要求书的范围内,都将受到专利法的保护。
如图1所示,一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,包括用于连接气弹簧的托盘1、用于安装椅子坐垫的椅座连接件2、椅背连接件3、椅背松紧控制组件6、椅背倾仰控制组件8、升降调节组件9和椅座调节组件10。椅座连接件2与托盘1固定连接。
如图3所示,托盘1具有第一铰接点11和第二铰接点12。
如图4所示,椅背连接件3的一端为第一铰接部31,另一端为用于安装椅子的靠背的自由部33,并且,所述椅背连接件3的中部上端还设置有第二铰接部32。
参照图3和图4,第一铰接部31与第一铰接点11铰接。第二铰接部32通过一个连杆4和一个三角调节件5与所述的第二铰接点12铰接;所述连杆4具有第一端4a和第二端4b。所述三角调节件5具有呈三角形分布的分别是位于顶部的第一铰接位点51、位于下部前端的第二铰接位点52和位于下部后端的第三铰接位点53。第二铰接部32与连杆4的第一端4a铰接,连杆的第二端4b与三角调节件5的第一铰接位点51铰接,三角调节件5的第二铰接位点52与托盘1的第二铰接点12铰接。
如图2、图5和图7所示,椅背松紧控制组件6包括以转动方式进行调控的控制手柄61、万向节62、传动杆63、第一伞齿轮64、第二伞齿轮65、升降件66、升降件的安装座67和松紧调节杆68。第一伞齿轮64具有第一伞齿部64a和安装部64b,所述安装部64b与所述的传动杆63的一端固连,传动杆63的另一端跟万向节的第一端62a固连,万向节的第二端62b跟所述的控制手柄61固连。所述的第二伞齿轮65具有第二伞齿部65a和平齿部65b;所述的第二伞齿部65a与所述的第一伞齿轮64a啮合。所述的升降件66具有齿轮部66a、螺纹部66b和承载部66c;所述的平齿部65b与所述升降件66的齿轮部65a啮合;所述升降件66通过其螺纹部66b可升降的安装在所述的安装座67上。所述的松紧调节杆68的一端与一横杆69固接,另一端设置在所述的托盘1内;所述横杆69的中部承载在所述的承载部66c上,其两端分别通过第一铰接臂7a和第二铰接臂7b与所述的三角调节件5的第三铰接位点53铰接;并且,所述的横杆69靠近所述的第二铰接点12铰接设置。
如图2、图5和图6所示,椅背倾仰控制组件8包括与所述椅背连接件3固连的连接板81、倾仰调节件82、倾仰拉绳83和倾仰调节手柄84,所述倾仰拉绳83一端与所述倾仰调节件连接,另一端与所述倾仰调节手柄84连接;所述椅背倾仰控制组件8还包括倾仰调节件的安装座85。所述连接板81具有多排孔81a;所述倾仰调节件82具有相对所述多排孔81a进行嵌入或者脱出的活动插销82.1、控制所述活动插销82.1嵌入或者脱出的作动件82.2。所述作动件82.2具有用于跟所述的倾仰拉绳83的一端固连的连接端82.2a和用于控制所述的活动插销82.1的状态并与之配合连接的控制部82.2b。所述拉绳83的另一端与所述的倾仰调节手柄84固连;所述倾仰调节件82还包括作用于所述作动件82.2并使之在对所述活动插销82.1进行控制时产生复位作用的第一复位弹簧82.3。
如图2和图7所示,升降调节组件9包括升降手柄91、升降拉绳92、气弹簧拨片93和拨片安装座94,所述气弹簧拨片93包括用于将所述气弹簧拨片安装到所述拨片安装座的铰接部和用于控制气弹簧的拨动部。所述升降拉绳92一端与所述的气弹簧拨片93固连,用于控制所述的气弹簧拨片93的状态,另一端与所述的升降手柄91连接;所述的升降调节组件9还包括作用于所述气弹簧拨片93并使之在对所述气弹簧控制时产生复位作用的第二复位弹簧。
如图1和图2所示,椅座调节组件10包括安装在所述椅座的控制手柄101、调控齿轮102和调控齿条103,所述调控齿轮102和调控齿条103配合连接,并且所述的调控齿条103相对所述的托盘1固定连接。
如图8所示,所述椅座调节组件10还包括限制控制手轮转动的限位壳104.1和传动条104.2;所述控制手轮101具有呈台阶式分布的手握段101.1、控制段101.2和定位段101.3,所述手握段101.1靠外设置,所述控制段101.2居中设置,所述定位段101.3靠内设置;所述控制段101.2的外侧壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凸条,所述限位壳104.1的内壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凹槽,所述转动限位凸条和所述转动限位凹槽配合连接;所述传动条104.2具有内外两端,内端与所述的调控齿轮102固定连接,外端与所述的控制手轮101轴向滑移套接;所述椅座调节组件10还包括定位钢珠105.1、定位弹簧105.2和钢珠导套105.3,所述定位钢珠105.1通过所述定位弹簧105.2可弹性伸缩地设置在所述的钢珠导套105.3内;所述控制手轮101的定位段101.3的外侧壁上设置有多个在轴向上具有不同位置的定位槽,所述定位钢珠105.1与所述定位槽弹性抵压配合连接。所述的传动条104.2的外端还设置有限制所述控制手轮101因滑移而脱出的限位端头104.3。所述椅座调节组件10还包括轴套106,所述轴套106设置在所述的限位壳104.1和传动条104.2之间,所述传动条104.2通过所述轴套106相对于所述限位壳104.1可转动连接。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,包括用于连接气弹簧的托盘(1)和用于安装椅子坐垫的椅座连接件(2),所述椅座连接件(2)与所述托盘(1)固定连接或者活动连接;其特征在于:所述托盘(1)具有第一铰接点(11)和第二铰接点(12);所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背连接件(3),所述椅背连接件(3)的一端为第一铰接部(31),所述椅背连接件(3)的另一端为用于安装椅子的靠背的自由部(33);所述椅背连接件(3)的中部上端还设置有第二铰接部(32),所述第一铰接部(31)与所述托盘(1)的第一铰接点(11)铰接,第二铰接部(32)通过一个连杆(4)和一个三角调节件(5)与所述的第二铰接点(12)铰接;所述连杆(4)具有第一端(4a)和第二端(4b),所述三角调节件(5)具有呈三角形分布的分别是位于顶部的第一铰接位点(51)、位于下部前端的第二铰接位点(52)和位于下部后端的第三铰接位点(53);所述第二铰接部(32)与所述连杆(4)的第一端(4a)连接,连杆的第二端(4b)与所述三角调节件(5)的第一铰接位点(51)铰接,三角调节件(5)的第二铰接位点(52)与所述的托盘(1)的第二铰接点(12)铰接;
    所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背松紧控制组件(6),所述椅背松紧控制组件(6)包括以转动方式进行调控的控制手柄(61)、万向节(62)、传动杆(63)、第一伞齿轮(64)、第二伞齿轮(65)、升降件(66)、升降件的安装座(67)和松紧调节杆(68);
    所述的第一伞齿轮(64)具有第一伞齿部(64a)和安装部(64b),所述安装部(64b)与所述的传动杆(63)的一端固连,传动杆(63)的另一端跟万向节的第一端(62a)固连,万向节的第二端(62b)跟所述的控制手柄(61)固连;
    所述的第二伞齿轮(65)具有第二伞齿部(65a)和平齿部(65b);所述的第二伞齿部(65a)与所述的第一伞齿轮(64a)啮合;
    所述的升降件(66)具有齿轮部(66a)、螺纹部(66b)和承载部(66c);所述的平齿部(65b)与所述升降件(66)的齿轮部(65a)啮合;所述升降件(66)通过其螺纹部(66b)可升降的安装在所述的安装座(67)上;
    所述的松紧调节杆(68)的一端与一横杆(69)固接,另一端设置在所述的托盘(1)内;所述横杆(69)的中部承载在所述的承载部(66c)上,其两端分别通过第一铰接臂(7a)和第二铰接臂(7b)与所述的三角调节件(5)的第三铰接位点(53)铰接;并且,所述的横杆(69)靠近所述的第二铰接点(12)铰接设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述椅座连接装置还包括椅背倾仰控制组件(8),所述椅背倾仰控制组件(8)包括与所述椅背连接件(3)固连的连接板(81)、倾仰调节件(82)、倾仰拉绳(83)和倾仰调节手柄(84),所述倾仰拉绳(83)一端与所述倾仰调节件连接,另一端与所述倾仰调节手柄(84)连接;所述椅背倾仰控制组件(8)还包括倾仰调节件的安装座(85);
    所述连接板(81)具有多排孔(81a);
    所述倾仰调节件(82)具有相对所述多排孔(81a)进行嵌入或者脱出的活动插销(82.1)、控制所述活动插销(82.1)嵌入或者脱出的作动件(82.2),所述作动件(82.2)具有用于跟所述的倾仰拉绳(83)的一端固连的连接端(82.2a)和用于控制所述的活动插销(82.1)的状态并与之配合连接的控制部(82.2b);所述拉绳(83)的另一端与所述的倾仰调节手柄(84)固连;所述倾仰调节件(82)还包括作用于所述作动件(82.2)并使之在对所述活动插销(82.1)进行控制时产生复位作用的第一复位弹簧(82.3)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述椅座连接装置还包括升降调节组件(9),所述升降调节组件(9)包括升降手柄(91)、升降拉绳(92)、气弹簧拨片(93)和拨片安装座(94),所述气弹簧拨片(93)包括用于将所述气弹簧拨片安装到所述拨片安装座的铰接部和用于控制气弹簧的拨动部;所述升降拉绳(92)一端与所述的气弹簧拨片(93)固连,用于控制所述的气弹簧拨片(93)的状态,另一端与所述的升降手柄(91)连接;所述的升降调节组件(9)还包括作用于所述气弹簧拨片(93)并使之在对所述气弹簧控制时产生复位作用的第二复位弹簧或复位弹片。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述椅座连接装置还包括椅座调节组件(10),所述椅座调节组件(10)包括安装在所述椅座的控制手轮(101)、调控齿轮(102)和调控齿条(103),所述调控齿轮(102)和调控齿条(103)配合连接,并且所述的调控齿条(103)相对所述的托盘(1)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述椅座调节组件(10)还包括限制控制手轮转动的限位壳(104.1)和传动条(104.2);所述控制手轮(101)具有呈台阶式分布的手握段(101.1)、控制段(101.2)和定位段(101.3),所述手握段(101.1)靠外设置,所述控制段(101.2)居中设置,所述定位段(101.3)靠内设置;所述控制段(101.2)的外侧壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凸条,所述限位壳(104.1)的内壁上具有多个轴向设置的并且呈阵列分布的转动限位凹槽,所述转动限位凸条和所述转动限位凹槽配合连接;所述传动条(104.2)具有内外两端,内端与所述的调控齿轮(102)固定连接,外端与所述的控制手轮(101)轴向滑移套接;所述椅座调节组件(10)还包括定位钢珠(105.1)、定位弹簧(105.2)和钢珠导套(105.3),所述定位钢珠(105.1)通过所述定位弹簧(105.2)可弹性伸缩地设置在所述的钢珠导套(105.3)内;所述控制手轮(101)的定位段(101.3)的外侧壁上设置有多个在轴向上具有不同位置的定位槽,所述定位钢珠(105.1)与所述定位槽弹性抵压配合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述的传动条(104.2)的外端还设置有限制所述控制手轮(101)因滑移而脱出的限位端头(104.3)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可调节靠背的椅座连接装置,其特征在于:所述椅座调节组件(10)还包括轴套(106),所述轴套(106)设置在所述的限位壳(104.1)和传动条(104.2)之间,所述传动条(104.2)通过所述轴套(106)相对于所述限位壳(104.1)可转动连接。
