背景技术
目前建筑施工现场,都需要用到配电箱,而现有的配电箱,是一个简单的箱体,移动不便,放置不牢固容易倾倒,且因配电箱内没有可调节的固定架来安装设备,也没有合理的走线装置,经常将线路连接的比较乱,维护麻烦,安全隐患非常大,建筑施工由于使用的电器功率较大,在进行配电操作时,大量的电流产生的热效应积累会对电路元件造成极大的损伤,因此需要对配电箱进行一定的改造。
技术问题
现有的建筑施工用设备配电箱存在的缺陷是。
1、在现有的配电箱内部没有可根据设备尺寸来调节安装的安装架,导致安装设备的时候需要加装辅助工具,安装起来比较麻烦。
2、现有的配电箱内没有走线装置,导致排线比较乱,接线麻烦,后期维护比较困难,安全隐患非常大。
3、现有的配电箱散热效果差、且散热口没有防尘功能,在施工现场灰尘很容易进入箱体,对电路元件设备造成损伤。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑施工用设备配电箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

1、本发明通过在箱体的内部的两侧安装有调节槽的固定架,可使安装架根据电路元件设备的高度通过调节槽来进行上下调节,同时安装架表面设有固定槽,可根据电路元件设备的宽度直接使用螺栓固定,安装方便快捷,增加了作业人员的安装效率。
2、本发明通过在箱体内部中央位置安装有排线盒,排线盒的两侧分布有走线孔,可根据不同的位置将线路通过走线孔顺着排线盒来排线,使线路整齐明确,后期维护线路也便捷,降低了安全隐患,同时箱体两侧的上下皆设有进出线口,既能作为出线口用也能作为进线口用,可根据实际需求自由选择,为作业人员的接线提高了便利性。
3、本发明通过在箱体底部的两侧和箱门的底部皆设有通风口并安装有防尘网,能够在通风散热的同时能有效的防止外界灰尘进入箱内,同时在箱体的顶部位置安装有两组散热风扇,能有效的将箱体内产生的热量排出,降低了电器元件因热量过高和灰尘大带来的损伤。
4、本发明通过在底座安装有滚轮和调节旋钮支撑座,通过调节旋钮可以将箱体固定在地面上不容易晃动,同时在施工过程中或者施工结束后通过底座安装的滚轮可以移动箱体,给作业人员带来了便利。
5、本发明通过在箱体的外侧周围安装有防护栏,可以防护在施工过程中因受到外力对箱体产生的变形损坏,很好的保护了配电箱的正常的工作。

工作原理:在使用该建筑施工用设备配电箱时,首先将底座20的底部分别使用螺栓固定安装滚轮16和转向轮17,然后将箱体2使用螺栓固定安装在底座20的顶部,在把顶板1使用螺栓固定安装在箱体2的顶部,然后在箱体2背面的顶部使用螺栓将两组散热风扇5镶嵌安装,在箱体2内部的顶部使用螺栓安装照明灯3,然后在箱体2内部的正面使用螺栓固定安装排线盒4,在箱体2内部的两侧使用螺栓安装固定架8,然后在固定架8的前面使用固定栓902对应调节槽801固定好安装架9,在箱体2两侧的底部使用螺栓镶嵌安装侧防尘网11,然后在箱体2的正面使用铰链连接箱门13,然后将透明板14对应放进箱门13背面的固定卡槽1303内,在透明板14一侧箱门13的背面使用螺丝安装工具盒1301,然后在透明板14下方的箱门13上使用螺栓安装防尘网15,然后将调节旋钮12贯穿安装在底座20的两侧,并通过螺栓在调节旋钮12的底部安装配套的支撑座1201。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用设备配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱门(13)的内壁中间位置设有与固定卡槽(1303)配套使用的透明板(14),所述透明板(14)的一侧箱门(13)的背面固定安装有工具盒(1301),且在工具盒(1301)下方的箱门(13)上安装有门锁(1302),所述透明板(14)下方的箱门(13)上安装有防尘网(15)。
