由图1可知,所述存储箱1内部设有若干个拖鞋存储室11;所有的所述拖鞋存储室11在所述存储箱1的同一侧设有开口,在本实施例中,每个拖鞋存储室11被设定为只放置一双拖鞋,其放置拖鞋的方式可以是将两只水平放置,也可以是将两只相互插好叠放,相应的,拖鞋存储室11内部的空间大小应设置成恰好可以放置一双拖鞋的大小,便于提高存储箱的空间利用率。根据前述可知,由于拖鞋包括多种类型(塑料拖鞋、棉拖等)、也包括多种规格(例如成年男士用的较大号、女士用的中号以及儿童拖鞋等),不同种类拖鞋放置的空间有所不同,因此,在可行性实施例中,可相应设置多种规格的拖鞋存储室11,以采用不同规格放置相应的拖鞋,便于提供给不同需求的使用者。例如,所述拖鞋存储室11具有至少三种规格,即大号(一般包括男士的塑料拖鞋、棉拖,女士的棉拖)、中号(女士的塑料拖鞋、儿童棉拖)、小号(儿童塑料拖鞋),每种规格的所述拖鞋存储室11中存放相应规格的拖鞋。
进一步的,当设置了多种规格的拖鞋存储室11时,为了便于拿取,可将相同规格的 拖鞋存储室11就近设置,便于结构设计也能避免因排布杂乱引起拿取错误;更进一步的,为了更加适应使用者的拿取姿势,可在所述拖鞋存储室11之中,将较小规格的所述拖鞋存储室11设置在位于所述存储箱1的底部,将较大规格的所述拖鞋存储室11设置在位于较小规格的所述拖鞋存储室11的上方。例如共设置三层拖鞋存储室,其中最上层为前述的“大号”拖鞋存储室,方便身高较高的成人拿取拖鞋,避免弯腰过度;而其中最底层为前述的“小号”拖鞋存储室,方便个子比较小的儿童拿取自己的拖鞋。
进一步的,为了便于对各个拖鞋存储室11执行控制,可以为各个拖鞋存储室11及相应的电机13进行编号,例如存储室A、电机A、存储室B、电机B…等;当设置了多种规格的拖鞋存储室11时,编号可为存储室A1、A2、B1、B2、C1、C2等,其中A表示大号、B表示中号、C表示小号。
由图2可知,所述开口设有转动门12;所述转动门12与所述存储箱1铰接连接,并由设于所述转动门12一侧的电机13驱动以完成所述拖鞋存储室11的开闭;在本实施例中,转动门12的开闭方向可以是向上、向下翻转、向左右开合均可,电机13驱动转动门12开闭时,转动门12的运动轨迹需要保证关闭时转动门与存储箱1表面一致,开启时不影响拖鞋的拿取即可。
所述存储箱1的一侧设有接收器14;所述无线发送器22与所述接收器14无线连接,用于将所述第一压力传感器21检测到的压力值信号发送至所述接收器14;在本实施例中,接收器14可以是任何形式的无线接收功能模块,其可以单独设置,也可以配置在控制器15中作为控制器15的一个功能模块存在,在此不予限制。
所述存储箱1内置有控制器15,所述控制器15分别与所述电机13、所述接收器14电连接;所述控制器15用于根据所述接收器14接收到的压力值信号执行对相应所述转动门12的开闭控制。在本实施例中,控制器15需要完成根据采集到的应力值信号进行分析判断具体开启或关闭哪一个拖鞋存储室11的步骤,具体的分析过程可通过内置的多个功能模块如下,下面以具体过程为例进行说明:
由图3可知,控制器15可不限于包括接收模块151,分析模块152和执行模块153;其中,
所述接收模块151用于接收来自接收器14的压力值信号;该压力值信号如上述不仅包括压力数值,还包括受压的第一压力传感器的个数、分布情况等。
所述分析模块152用于根据接收到的压力值信号生成判断结果;所述判断结果包括使用者身份信息所对应的拖鞋存储室11的编号;所述编号可采用前述编制方法来编制。
所述执行模块153用于根据判断结果向对应的电机13发送控制指令。
在本实施例中,由于踩在感应脚垫2上的人可以是刚进门的人,还可以是即将要出门的人,因此所述分析模块152和执行模块153进行判断得出判断结果、执行相关指令的对象也应分为两种情况,即如果是刚进门的人,则就需要执行模块153对一个相应规格的内部放置有拖鞋的拖鞋存储室发出开启指令,以供人拿取拖鞋;反之,如果是即将要出门的人,则需要执行模块153对一个相应规格的内部空置的拖鞋存储室发出开启指令,以供人放置拖鞋进去。因此,分析模块152在进行判断前首先需要执行使用者是进门还是出门的判断,具体的,可以根据采集到的压力值信号中的压力值以及传感器分布情况来做判断,由于进门时和出门时人脚的方向不同,必然导致压力值分布不同,可通过压力值的分布数 据得出人脚朝向信息,进而完成判断。
当完成进门或出门步骤的判断后,进一步的,为了准确得出拖鞋存储室11内部是否存在有拖鞋的信息,在一种可行性实施例中,可在所述拖鞋存储室11的底面均布有多个第二压力传感器111,所述第二压力传感器111电连接至所述控制器15,这时,控制器15将会得到所有拖鞋存储室11内部的压力值信息,存在拖鞋的拖鞋存储室11将会有数值而反之将不会有数值,这样,执行模块153将会向准确的拖鞋存储室11发送开启指令。
由上述技术方案可知,本申请提供的装置的使用过程为:
一、由感应脚垫上的第一压力传感器检测获取压力值信号,并通过无线发送器发送到接收器处,再由接收器传入控制器;
二、控制器首先根据获取到的信号判断使用者为进门或出门状态;
三、根据压力值的分布得出使用者脚部大致形状大小,并判断适合哪种规格的拖鞋,并锁定放置该种拖鞋的拖鞋存储室;
这里需要举例说明的是,在判断适合哪种规格的拖鞋时,可以是采用脚部大小来判断,即设置代表各规格所包含的范围阈值,例如当拖鞋分为大中小三个型号时,则三个型号分别表示大于或等于25mm、15mm-25mm之间、小于15mm,当根据压力值得出使用者脚部长度落入哪个区间时,即可确定其适合于哪种型号的拖鞋,相应进行后续处理即可。
还需要考虑的是一种特殊情况,即假设一个使用者的脚部大小接近25mm,但其由于脚部相对比较壮硕,如果穿中号拖鞋容易感觉不适,而此时简单通过阈值将不能使得其获得大号的拖鞋。那么此时,在判断过程中就需要增加一项参考因素,例如根据压力值得到使用者的体重信息,并通过设定的体重阈值执行相应判断,当体重超过阈值时,将给使用者较大一号的拖鞋等。
四、若为进门状态,则在锁定的拖鞋存储室中选取一个放置有拖鞋的拖鞋存储室,发送开启指令;若为出门状态,则在锁定的拖鞋存储室中选取一个空置的拖鞋存储室,发送开启指令;
五、当使用者从拖鞋存储室中拿取拖鞋或放置拖鞋到拖鞋存储室中后,执行关闭指令;该过程可以预设一端时间内自动关闭,也可通过检测拖鞋存储室内的压力值变化后发送指令,在此不作限制。
前述是以单一使用者为例进行描述的,但本申请所提供并不限制于使用者的个数,当使用者个数大于一人时,控制器在获取到压力值信息后,还需要执行信息分离的步骤,即通过数据整合判断出人数以及各自所适应的拖鞋规格,例如,当使用者为一个大人及一个儿童时,此时所能获取到的压力值信号应包括四只脚所在位置的压力值分布,通过分析可以得到其中两只脚属于一个人、另外两只脚属于另一个人,这时再分别为两个不同脚部规格的人选取相应适应规格的拖鞋,分别发送各自的控制指令。
进一步的,在图4所示出的一种可行性实施例中,为了更加便于使用者拿取拖鞋,所述拖鞋存储室11的底面设有移动板112;所述移动板112与所述拖鞋存储室11的底面滚动连接;所述移动板112远离所述开口的一端设有控制装置113;所述控制装置113电连接至所述控制器15;所述控制装置113的输出端与所述移动板112固定连接,用于控制所述移动板112移出或移入所述开口。在此实施例中,可通过控制装置113将拖鞋运出,更加方便使用者拿取,控制器15对于控制装置113的控制,可在对相应电机13的控制指令 发送之后,即当电机13驱动转动门12完全打开后,控制装置113随即将移动板112推出。更进一步的,为了准确判断拖鞋存储室中是否放置有拖鞋,亦可将前述实施例中的第二压力传感器111设置在所述移动板112的表面,以达到前述实施例中的相同效果,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,由图1可知,在一种可行性实施例中,所述感应脚垫2上设有温湿度传感器23;所述温湿度传感器23与所述无线发送器22电连接;
所述接收器14还用接收所述无线发送器22发送的所述温湿度传感器23检测的温湿度信号;
所述控制器15用于根据所述接收器14接收到的压力值信号及温湿度信号执行对相应所述转动门12的开闭控制。
在本实施例中,设置温湿度传感器23的目的在于,通过检测周围的温湿度数据,可以大致获得家中的体感温度,这对于专门设置了放置棉拖的拖鞋存储室来说,温湿度数据将是判断是否选取棉拖给使用者的重要判断依据,在此情况下,当得到使用者脚部大小的数据后,还要根据该项数据判断开启塑料拖鞋还是棉拖,进一步提高了装置的智能分配程度。
进一步的,由图1可知,在一些可行性实施例中,所述存储箱1的上部设有摆放层16,摆放层16可以用于摆放使用者脱掉的鞋子,这就使得原本放置拖鞋的装置增加了装载能力,有效利用空间。并且,将出门时穿的鞋子与在家穿的拖鞋上下设于同一架体,方便使用者拿取。
进一步的,由于拖鞋长时间使用容易产生异味、细菌等,在一些实施例中,可采取相应措施,例如,在所述拖鞋存储室11的侧壁设有通风孔114;所述通风孔114通过通风管道115与所述存储箱1外部连通;通风管道115可采用排风扇等装置、增加排风效果,保持存储箱1内部空气清新;需要说明的是,本申请中的通风孔114及通风管道115并不限于图1中所示出的结构形式,根据实际需求可相应设计连通所有内部空间与外部空间的管道。
此外,还可以在所述拖鞋存储室11的侧壁设有紫外线灯116,所述紫外线灯116电连接至所述控制器15,用于提供杀菌功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,包括存储箱(1)和感应脚垫(2);
    所述感应脚垫(2)内部均布有多个第一压力传感器(21);
    所述感应脚垫(2)的一端设有无线发送器(22);所述无线发送器(22)与每一个所述第一压力传感器(21)电连接;
    所述存储箱(1)内部设有若干个拖鞋存储室(11);所有的所述拖鞋存储室(11)在所述存储箱(1)的同一侧设有开口,所述开口设有转动门(12);所述转动门(12)与所述存储箱(1)铰接连接,并由设于所述转动门(12)一侧的电机(13)驱动以完成所述拖鞋存储室(11)的开闭;
    所述存储箱(1)的一侧设有接收器(14);所述无线发送器(22)与所述接收器(14)无线连接,用于将所述第一压力传感器(21)检测到的压力值信号发送至所述接收器(14);
    所述存储箱(1)内置有控制器(15),所述控制器(15)分别与所述电机(13)、所述接收器(14)电连接;所述控制器(15)用于根据所述接收器(14)接收到的压力值信号执行对相应所述转动门(12)的开闭控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述控制器(15)包括接收模块(151),分析模块(152)和执行模块(153);
    所述接收模块(151)用于接收来自接收器(14)的压力值信号;
    所述分析模块(152)用于根据接收到的压力值信号生成判断结果;所述判断结果包括使用者身份信息所对应的拖鞋存储室(11)的编号;
    所述执行模块(153)用于根据判断结果向对应的电机(13)发送控制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11)的底面均布有多个第二压力传感器(111),所述第二压力传感器(111)电连接至所述控制器(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11)的底面设有移动板(112);所述移动板(112)与所述拖鞋存储室(11)的底面滚动连接;所述移动板(112)远离所述开口的一端设有控制装置(113);所述控制装置(113)电连接至所述控制器(15);所述控制装置(113)的输出端与所述移动板(112)固定连接,用于控制所述移动板(112)移出或移入所述开口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述感应脚垫(2)上设有温湿度传感器(23);所述温湿度传感器(23)与所述无线发送器(22)电连接;
    所述接收器(14)还用接收所述无线发送器(22)发送的所述温湿度传感器(23)检测的温湿度信号;
    所述控制器(15)用于根据所述接收器(14)接收到的压力值信号及温湿度信号执行对相应所述转动门(12)的开闭控制。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述存储箱(1)的上部设有摆放层(16)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11) 的侧壁设有通风孔(114);所述通风孔(114)通过通风管道(115)与所述存储箱(1)外部连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11)具有至少三种规格,每种规格的所述拖鞋存储室(11)中存放相应规格的拖鞋。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11)之中,较小规格的所述拖鞋存储室(11)位于所述存储箱(1)的底部,较大规格的所述拖鞋存储室(11)位于较小规格的所述拖鞋存储室(11)的上方。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拖鞋分配装置,其特征在于,所述拖鞋存储室(11)的侧壁还设有紫外线灯(116),所述紫外线灯(116)电连接至所述控制器(15)。
