Description

AUTOMAT FOR DISPOSABLE AND HYGIENIC COVER
Technical Field
The invention is an automat system and consumables that provide disposable antiviral covers, which can be performed especially in prayer worship in public spaces and places of worship, or a new automat system and supplies that provide tablecloths and antiviral cutlery cups in restaurants. Thanks to its internal structure, it does not contain particles harmful to human health (dust, pollen, bacteria, virus, microbe, various organisms, parasites and fungi), contains different layers and does not hold liquids. In addition, consumable covers contain different patterns and colors to distinguish between the upper and lower surfaces. These covers and sheath are available in cobs and can be easily removed from the vending cabinet if needed. In addition to these, on the automat cabinet, there are compartments where hygiene elements such as liquid disinfectant spraying apparatus, overshoes, bones, gloves are placed, and the medical waste chamber where the waste of these disposable materials are collected in the medical waste procedure.
Prior Art
There is no practice in prayer rooms and masjids that are still being used under the name of disposable antiviral prostrate cover. With this aspect, the invention is the first in its field. On the other hand, there are paper towels, nylon and similar structures used in areas such as home, office and dentist. However, they pose a major problem in terms of the growth of microbes and similar microorganisms due to their disadvantages in contact with liquids and their non-antibacterial nature. It is known that; The prayer room (mosque) floors are covered with carpets. People who want to worship enter these places by removing their shoes. They put their faces in touch while praying in these foot-pressed places. Considering that walking and prostration area is the same ground, this situation brings with it some hygiene problems. Although places of worship are frequently cleaned and people who come for worship are warned about hygiene, an active and effective solution for hygiene has not been revealed.
The fact that the prostration area and walking area are the same in mosques is a problem at this point. Coming to the place of worship without socks creates a bad picture when combined with the possibility of standing venereal diseases. A person with a fungus or l similar disease on his foot steps on the carpets of the place of worship and makes people touch their hands and faces by prostrating those areas. This situation causes the related disease to be transmitted. Although warnings and precautions have been taken in this regard, positive progress has not been achieved. Some visitors come to the place of worship without socks or dirty / wet socks.
According to a research conducted in Gaziosmanpa§a University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases; Fungal diseases are one of the most common skin diseases in the world and in our country. It is thought that it affects approximately 20- 25% of the world population. Although it is seen all over the world, it has been determined that it varies between 2.6 and 56.8% according to countries and regional data. The most common forms are tinea pedis and onychomycosis. Tinea infections rank second among the most common skin diseases in the USA. It is believed that about one tenth of people spend at least one period of their lives in tinea pedis. The way of life, socioeconomic status, hygienic conditions and geographical structure of societies affect the prevalence of tinea pedis and onychomycosis. At this point; In accordance with the hygiene measures, the need for auxiliary materials has arisen for individual hygiene and protection purposes.
Another known technique is that in places such as restaurants and hotels, there are disposable paper covers on the tables or disposable covers in which materials such as glasses, plates, forks / spoons / knives are placed after cleaning. Paper / cardboard / nylon sheaths where materials such as forks / spoons / knives, scoops, pots are preserved are not sufficient to prevent the exchange of substances with the external environment due to their nature. This causes the health-threatening microorganisms to enter the paper / cardboard / nylon sheath and cling to the aforementioned materials.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is about the antibacterial and antiviral covers and sheaths in restaurants, hotels and places of worship and the automat machine that provides them. Especially considering that hygiene is the most effective way to prevent various epidemic diseases that have emerged recently, this invention becomes more important. Thanks to this invention, the contamination of venereal and viral diseases by contact will be prevented and hygiene level will be increased by providing a cleaner prostrate area. On the other hand, effective protection will be provided against epidemic diseases transmitted by respiratory or direct contact. It offers a solution to a fundamental problem in mosques with its “antiviral prostrate cover”. Also, many people eat at the same table in restaurants and hotels at different times. Materials such as cups, forks, spoons that are open (uncovered) are found in these closed areas where many people are present.
At this point; In accordance with the hygiene measures, the need for auxiliary materials has arisen for individual hygiene and protection purposes. The invention, developed under the name of antiviral prostrate cover, was introduced to find a solution to this basic problem. The antiviral prostrate cover is made of antibacterial and antiviral fabric. They are positioned to be easily accessible at the entrance to places of worship. People who come to the mosque/masjid for worship can take this “antiviral prostrate cover” easily and perform their worship in the cleaner and healthier conditions.
Major living and inanimate matter / materials proven by scientific studies that have negative effects on human health; dust, pollen, bacteria, virus, microbe, various organisms, parasites and fungi. Since indoor environments, especially public, are not exposed to sunlight, they can be found and multiplied in such indoor areas. Because they are invisible, they can infect people over the floor they touch and cause various diseases, especially in places of worship. Virus outbreaks that are widespread today show us that hygiene rules are vital in public areas. Common closed areas and public transportation vehicles, which are constantly in contact with different people, have been reported as the most risky areas. The invention includes a multi-layered, disposable cover that is laid in areas where people contact with their hands and faces, especially when performing prayers, in the areas of worship or individual worship. Thanks to its different layers and antistatic properties, it does not contain dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, microbes, various organisms, parasites and fungi.
Antibacterial antiviral prostrate covers can be produced in various colors, shapes and patterns. Thus, the lower surface contacting the floor and the upper surface contacting the face are easily distinguished by the user. The cover also has antistatic properties. Thanks to the special fabric used, it does not stick to the hand or slip off the surface during use. It is placed in the automata as a roll wrapped ball, and when it is finished, the roll can be easily replaced with a new roll. The user can easily get this disposable cover from this automat machine in the desired length. When he completes his worship, he throws this cloth in the waste cabinet where it will be treated according to the medical waste procedure immediately afterward, he can clean his hands without contact with the automat machine which has a motion detection sensor on the hand sanitizer apparatus. He can supply hygiene items such as overshoes, bones, gloves when needed, or throw the waste of these elements into the same waste bin. Air and liquid sealing of the waste bin are ensured. It can be opened by foot thanks to the pedal, by hand thanks to its handle or without contact with its motion detection sensors. The automat machines of these antibacterial antiviral prostrate covers are positioned within easy reach of the community inside and outside the places of worship. Spare cover rolls have reservoirs where consumables such as overshoes, bonnets, gloves, liquid disinfectants are stored in.
These antimicrobial antiviral covers and sheaths can be used in many areas in daily life thanks to their superior properties obtained at low costs. It is inconvenient for materials such as glasses, plates, forks / spoons / knives, scoops, pots to remain open (coverless) after cleaning in places such as restaurants and hotels. Because it is a known fact that there are more dust, bacteria, viruses, microbes, various organisms, parasites and fungi in public closed areas. When the automat machines are placed in these areas; After cleaning these materials such as cups, plates, forks / spoons / knives, scoops, pots, they can be safely stored inside the sheaths which are provided by this automat machine, until they are used. Furthermore, hygiene can be provided by covering the tables with the cover provided by this automat machine before use.

The invention is about the automat machine and its consumables (11) that automatically provides antibacterial and antimicrobial covers and sheaths in various usage areas such as mosque, restaurants and hotels, in order to create an area where there are no particles harmful to human health such as dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, microbes, various organisms, parasites and fungi. This Antiviral cover automat machine is the automat where the covers are easily removed from the automat machine thanks to its Automatic cover housing (1). By removing the front cap easily, the finished cartridge of the covers taken from this point is easily replaced. Similarly, the sheath slot (2) included in the automat machine is the part where the sheaths cartridges it contains are easily taken and the finished cartridges can be easily replaced. The cover automat machine's waste collection chamber (3) contains used covers, overshoes, gloves, etc. It is the chamber where waste is collected. Air and liquid tightness of this part is ensured. It can be opened with the foot thanks to the pedal, by hand thanks to the handle or without contact with its motion-sensitive sensor. The spare cover cabinet (4) included in the automat machine is the part where the spare antiviral antibacterial covers and sheaths are kept. These are the consumables of the automat machine. The cover automat machine includes overshoes, bones, gloves, etc., multipurpose compartment (5) where the materials are placed in this compartment, where these materials can be easily obtained from this part. Different materials can be added to this section according to the need. These materials can be obtained from this section without being pulled or contacted by its motion-sensitive sensor.
For instance, the staff, who put the cutlery in these cases in the restaurant, starts doing this process after wearing the gloves and the mask obtained from this section. Thus, the relevant cutlery will be placed in antiviral sheaths and they will be kept from air and hand touch until reaching to end users. These sheaths can be used in different colors at different times since they are in different colors and patterns. Thus, if there is an airborne virus inside the sheath during the packaging, it will be completely ineffective a few hours after the sheath is closed and the sheaths of this color will not be used during this period. In addition to this, the type of cutlery or spoon included in the sheaths which have different colors and patterns will be known.
For example, only the sheaths containing dessert spoon-cutlery for sweets carry a symbol or color related to this food, while the sheaths containing spoon-cutlery for dinner contains different symbols or colors. Thus, the waiter or staff reaches the necessary materials faster, and these sheaths remain closed during the required time to make viruses inactive. When blue-sheathed materials are selected in the morning and green-sheathed materials in the evening, these materials can be used as completely isolated (100%) from the virus. This is a method that provides high protection from viruses.
Antiviral sheaths and covers provided by the automat machine contain different layers. These; The microfiber outer fabric (6), which is the outermost layer and produced from various purposeful fabrics and contains different colors and patterns, is produced from the material that has antimicrobial properties. It helps to reduce and eliminate the negativities caused by microorganisms and viruses. Antibacterial fiber layer (7), which prevents the formation of bad odor that may occur due to bacteria, is a cotton lap/support layer (8) that provides a softer and good texture in the Antiviral cover and provides a structure that does not contain viruses and bacteria. (8) In addition, it acts like a thermos and keep cold items cold and hot items warm. The outer bottom fabric microfiber layer (9), which is the outer layer that is resistant to liquid and solid materials and can have different colors and patterns. Covers and sheaths contain at least one of these different layers.
The antiviral covers and sheaths provided by the automat machine do not attract particles from the external environment due to their anti-static properties. They can be chosen in different sizes according to the request of the user. For example, the cover can be used in the prayer room only in the prostrated area, or they can be cut in the automat machine in different sizes. The covers have adhesive tapes that prevent them from slipping. When the cover stuck on the ground outside the mosque, it is prevented from flying due to wind. Thanks to the pattern on it, the lower surface contacting the floor and the upper surface contacting the hand / face can be easily identified by the user. There are also adhesive tapes at the entrance of the sheaths. In this way, they are easily closed and their contact with air is cut.
Consumable covers and sheaths are placed in cobs in the Cover slot (1) and the sheath slot (2) of the automat machine. It can be easily taken to the desired or predetermined lengths. While it is being taken, it can be taken with the help of motion-sensitive sensor without touching the vending machine or by hand. Includes a consumables cabinet for storage of consumables in the automat machine, where spare covers and sheaths are kept without contact with air. Thus, the user can store a daily/weekly consumable in this section without coming into contact with air, and can quickly replace the cartridges from here if necessary. The automat machine also contains a hand sanitizer that sprays liquid disinfectant. When hands are placed under this apparatus, it sprays a sufficient amount of disinfectant without contact. Thus, users can disinfect their hands after throwing used covers, masks, etc. in the waste collection chamber and, they can use this apparatus before packing or as per request.
In mosques, for instance, when shoes are placed inside the covers provided by this automat machine. Their contact with the air is interrupted by this way, and the possibility of spreading viruses or germs in the shoe cabinet where they are placed is eliminated. The user who covers his shoes in this way should then disinfect his hands using the disinfectant apparatus. After this procedure, he can provide an antiviral cover for the worship area and perform his worship safely. Then, he leaves the covers and sheaths he uses in the waste container and disinfects his hands again. According to the request, Galosh, bonnet, gloves, etc. can obtain from the relevant multipurpose compartment (5). They can be supplied from the compartments without contact with the help of motion-sensitive sensors located on them.
These Automatic cover housing (1) and manual cover housing (2) can be used in home, office, social areas, public transportation vehicles, dentist clinics, dining hall, etc. It can be used in kitchens of places, caravans, wherever a sterile floor is desired. If necessary, they can be cleaned for re-use as well as for single use.
Antiviral cover for home use; dining table top, in the kitchen, cabinet and drawer interiors hidden by kitchen utensils are examples. Antiviral cover; By laying on the floor of the cages of pets such as pet budgerigars, the function of cleaning easily is provided. In addition, due to the antibacterial properties of the cover and the inner fiber and cotton structure, bad smell will not occur.
Tools such as prosthetic teeth, prosthetic mouthpieces, in-ear hearing aids, which are removed at night and left on any floor, are health risks when integrated into the body again. Various bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites can be found on the ground where the relevant material is placed and this can be taken into our body with our own hands. These medical products placed on this cover are protected from external factors. Complete hygiene is also provided by periodic replacement of the antiviral covering. Toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc. in home use or in public areas (barracks, boarding schools, etc.). It ensures that the cosmetics are left on the sink with hygiene.
Antiviral covers can be used in dental clinics. It can be used effectively in the tray that is changed in each patient and put on the tools and equipment of the physician. It is an important advantage that the cover does not hold fluid and prevents the formation of bacteria. These covers can be used in areas where kitchen and living areas are intertwined and wherever hygiene is preferred. This helps isolation of auxiliary materials from various floors of the kitchen during cooking in the kitchen.
Antiviral covers can be used in transportation vehicles where long journeys are made, such as planes, trains and buses. In these vehicles, the risk of catching various diseases from this area, which is included in the use of society, is eliminated by laying on the tables where food is eaten.
