The present invention relates to rewarding the loyalties with 100% cashback discount, redeemable at the time subsequent purchases, on-one-hand, and on-other-hand still ensures the seller's expense towards such cashbacks never exceeds the pre-decided percentage of the gross-sale. Note, a seller can be a manufacturer or retailer or wholesaler or supplier or merchant or dealer or distributer, all of them can use ASC for rewarding their end-user. The present invention uses indigenously-derived complex mathematical equations and formulas for dynamically computing the cashbacks of all the registered customers, simultaneously, based upon their bill date & amount, with respect to the cumulative sales after their respective purchases, till the cashback gradually equals to what the customer has paid hence amounting to 100% cashback, while the expense towards cashbacks always remains exactly within any pre-decided percentage of the gross-sale, at all the times.

Description

Filed of the Invention:
The Present invention the "Auto-referral System for 100% Cashback - ASC", relates to rewarding the loyalties with 100% cashback discount, redeemable at the time subsequent purchases, on-one-hand, and on- other-hand still ensures the seller's expense towards such cashbacks never exceeds the pre-decided percentage of the gross-sale.
Note, a seller can be a manufacturer or retailer or wholesaler or supplier or merchant or dealer or distributer, all of them can use ASC for rewarding their end-user.
The present invention uses indigenously-derived complex mathematical equations and formulas for dynamically computing the cashbacks of all the registered customers, simultaneously, based upon their bill date & amount, with respect to the cumulative sales after their respective purchases, till the cashback gradually equals to what the customer has paid hence amounting to 100% cashback, while the expense towards cashbacks always remains exactly within any pre-decided percentage of the gross-sale, at all the times.
Background of the Invention:
There are number of Invention generally relates to a customer loyalty program to be run by a business and, in particular, to a method for rewarding customers or the buyers. For many years now, airlines, hotels, retail stores, petrol-pumps and rental cars etc. have used reward programs to maintain their customer base and to attract new customers. In many of these programs, a customer earns points for undertaking some activity, such as taking flights on a particular airline or a companion airline. In some programs, points may be earned by simply charging purchased items to a particular type of credit card. The points which are earned in these programs can be redeemed for various goods and services. As more and more of these programs come into existence, there becomes a need for new and innovative programs for maintaining the loyalty of one's customer base as well as for enhancing the customer base. In direct-marketing-systems, where one has to refer-vouchers or make- members and even otherwise one has to wait for discount-sales, to get the rewards. However unlike conventional systems, in the invented Auto referral System, as name suggest, one is not bothered to refer (vouchers) or recommend or make members, the ASC, internally assumes that anyone shopping after one's purchase are referred by him /her only and hence rewards all those who has ever shopped, barring the last who shall also be rewarded as soon as someone shop after him, along with others, non- linearly. Object of the Invention:
The main objectives of the present invention - ASC, while applied either as product or service is to earn along by ultimately accelerating and increasing the sales by retaining the customers by rewarding the loyalists, the ones who, inspite of many choices available in the market, still opt to shop from a particular store / portal or a brand. The present invention system is auto reward system so, the customer will not have to bother referring vouchers or remember their loyalty points etc.
The 100% cashback is more than enough to retain and ensure the customer comes back more-&-more often and more excited! So the consumers do not have wait for discount sales or festive time and can shop as and when the needs arise and still can get rewards of life time i.e. 100% cashbacks or discounts on their next purchases.
Further the shoppers are not supposed to remember their transactions details etc. in order to get the reward. Summary of the Invention:
ASC works on both online & walk-in shopping models, alike. ASC can calculate and offers a never before 100% (or whatever is desired, percentage is adjustable) Cashback Discount, to each and every one who has ever shopped after the implementation of ASC. ASC, internally through auto-referral, now able to reward as per past- performance (frequency & bill-amount), 'the one who deserves more will get the most and foremost'. However the rewards will not be limited for few most loyal(s), everyone who shops shall also be queued for 100% cashbacks for their next purchases.
Every purchase is awarded, proportionate to one's absolute date of association and respective bill amount. ASC 100% cashback not only ensure 'more & more will join you as soon as possible' but they will shop more and more-frequently.
In a very real-time, ASC gradually keep on incrementing till rewards equal the respective bill amount, so that one do not have to wait, and their accrued loyalty points can automatically be adjusted as they shop or can be preserved by them for some occasional purchases.
ASC's dynamic calculation can surprise the shoppers with something extra then what they might have expected, this shall create an ever-lasting faith in your brand. Further, the utter transparency will retain and re-inforce this faith even when they will not be shopping.

The past performance is defined considering date-time, bill-amount and subsequent cumulative purchases-by-others i.e. his /her absolute position in the customer pyramid, justifying his loyalty and ensuring in a hierarchy, 'one who deserves the more gets the most and foremost' similarly each- and-everyone in the downline gets reward non-linearly proportionate to their respective performance
Other salient features of the invention are ass follows: (1) Seeks minimal and non-confidential information as input data for computation and also assures this data remains on the retailers billing servers abiding to their data-security standards.
(2) The reward-points / loyalty-bonus / cashbacks can be calculated retrospectively on the previously stored data as well as can be dynamically be derived in the in real-time while data is still poring-in.
(3)ASC ensures utter-transparency, by making available the non- confidential information to verify that his / her cashbacks are gradually being credited and before those who shopped after him/ her. All the reward points are being credited in a virtual wallets of each user till it becomes equal to 100% or any pre-defined percentage, of his / her bill amounts paid.
(4) The ASC calculates the dynamics and offers the cashback-discount in a very real-time. (5) The shoppers are not supposed to remember their transactions details etc. in order to get the reward. Merely OTP for off-line customers and secured logins for online suffice.
(6) Most importantly, while doing all this for the customers / shoppers, ASC ensure the ongoing amount being distributed amongst the users, towards cashbacks, never exceeds what has been set aside for the cashbacks, before-hand. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The invented ASC primarily consist of following: (1) Frontend - auto trigger based on events or manual interface from where the data can be offered / assigned to respective constituent / variables of the main code though the URL. Here, the data is passed through a URL to a PHP API. (2) The pre-compiled / executable / API / code encapsulating the process and mathematical formulas. This is done in set of many open and closed loops, using the indigenously-derived mathematical formula. Based on received data and calling-event, the API returns (i) the net amount to be charge i.e. the difference of present bill and accrued points right till the bill payment, or (ii) adjust this net amount received against his / her previously accrued cashback, or (iii) calculate what percentage of cashback has been achieved, till any given point of time, out of what has been committed (may be 100% or whatever the ACS owner / leaser chooses), (iv) ensures the payment towards cashback-payouts, at any given point of time, is mathematically equals to the pre-definable percentage of the gross-sale.
(3) Backend, tables in database to store raw and processed data like unique - user code, transaction / bill code, date of bill, reward points to be offered along with computed / derived information like percentage progress of cashback of respective transactions / bill, progress date, differed date, etc.
While, the invention has been described with respect to the given embodiment, it will be appreciated that many variations, modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

:
1. The method and System consists with following steps
(a) Add minimal and non-confidential information as input data for computation,
(b) the reward-points / loyalty-bonus / cashbacks can be calculated retrospectively on the previously stored data as well as can be dynamically be derived in the in real-time while data is still poring-in;
(c) ASC ensures utter-transparency, by making available the non-confidential information to verify that his / her cashbacks are gradually being credited and before those who shopped after him/ her, where all the reward points are being credited in a virtual wallets of each user till it becomes equal to 100% or any pre-defined percentage, of his / her bill amounts paid;
(d) the ASC calculates the dynamics and offers the cashback- discount in a very real-time;
(e) the ASC ensure the ongoing amount being distributed amongst the users, towards cashbacks, never exceeds what has been set aside for the cashbacks, before-hand;
(f) ASC ensures when he/she finally checks-out / pay, one should get auto-refreshed or incremental cashback amount, considering the impact of the very last purchase by others even a fraction of second before.
2. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the system enable retailers to offer dynamic up-to-date, personized cashback discount, considering (a) customer's past purchase(s) and (b) the 'incremental impact of the very-last sale, calculate & pass-on the benefits in the very real-time.

The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein one at the top in hierarchy gets 'the most and foremost' and while everyone-else in the pyramid simultaneously gets something though non-linearly, such that the 'expense of the retailer' towards such cashbacks is always limited to a pre-defined percentage of their gross-sales, while their customers are not asked to refer-vouchers or make-members to avail 100% cashbacks.
4. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the percentage of 'cashbacks' and 'gross-sale' are customizable and left upon the retailers to decide.
5. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the indigenously-derived system is to calculate the respective cashbacks as per customer's absolute position in the sales pyramid i.e. bill date-&-time and amount with respect to their cumulative subsequent sales, such that the one who deserves more gets the most ant foremost, and all the others still gets something respective to their absolute position, non-linearly.
6. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the cashbacks / reward generated as a result of any transaction / shopping are distributed amongst all, while the expense of the retailer is always limited within a pre-defined percentage of the gross-sale.
7. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the dynamically calculate the 'percentage progress of cashback', 'net to be charged' - the difference of 'present bill amount' and the 'accrued cashback credited because of other's shopping', in real time.

The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the encapsulating software primarily consists of (i) executable or compiled codes, bridging interface program (API) for communicating between frontend and backend, encapsulating the idea / logic / mathematical formulas that delivers the desired outcome, and (ii) database to handle data like storing and processing data - raw & computed, at the backend.
9. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the Input data, if desired, may remain on the retailer's billing servers abiding to their data-security standards.
10. The method and system as claimed in claim 1 wherein merely OTP for off-line customers and secured logins for online suffice, to claim the cashback discount.
