当今市场上,药品或者是保健品在药店或商场超市里面随处可见,其中有相当数量的药品和保健品都是片、颗粒、丸或囊状,这些药品和保健品有很多都是采用瓶装方式进行售卖,消费者在将药品或保健品购买回去之后直接按照说明书的剂量进行服用即可,在服用的时候,服用人员都是直接将药品颗粒按数量倒在手上送入嘴中吞服,这种情形下,一是人的手皮肤直接与药物发生了接触对药物产生了一定程度的污染,不卫生,但是很多人都不在意,二是在从药瓶向外倒药物颗粒的时候,很容易发生数量多了或少了的情况,如果多了就直接从手上又反倒回药瓶中,如果少了就再次从瓶中向外倒药,增加了倒药次数就增加了药品与外界空气接触的时间,这都是不好的,会影响药物的使用效果;还有就是现在仍然有很多人比较习惯于直接从瓶中向嘴中倒药服用,但是顾虑仍然是无法实现定量的倾倒药品颗粒。
目前,专利申请号为201621099908.3的专利文件涉及到这种定量给药的药瓶,但是该申请的药瓶也存在以下几个方面的问题,一是其在向外倒药的时候是通过旋转让孔对齐来倒出药丸,只能一颗一颗的向外倒药;二是该药瓶的结构设计还是相对复杂,制造成本上升;三是其药品倒出来的时候仍然倒在手上再送入口中服用,仍然与人体皮肤有直接接触,存在污染药物的机会;与此同时,该公开的专利文件中涉及的分药装置与药瓶是两个装置,药瓶是消毒的,分药装置是否卫生不确定,既使卫生,但使用完一种药物后,如果第二次使用,该装置必须消毒(避免药物二次污染),由于该装置内部结构比较复杂,很难彻底消毒,实用性不强,其次两个装置在一起用,操作步骤多,并且出口的药物又要用手或其他物体接住,又存在卫生污染的风险。

由于药瓶在患者服药时,会打开药品容器上的封口签,平时在不使用时为防止潮气通过拨动贯穿孔进入药品容器内部,所以本发明通过在拨动贯穿孔中沿着孔口内壁设有一圈柔性密封体,拨动块紧密贴合柔性密封体并在其中移动,这样的设计就使得拨动块既能正常实现拨动操作,又避免了空气中的水分和污染物的渗入对药品造成的污染,更加安全卫生。
上述实施例仅是一种较佳实施例描述,任何通过本发明的本质原理所作出的一些改进或等同变换均落入本发明的保护范围,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种卫生定量给药器,具有药品容器和盖体,盖体内侧壁上设有一段内螺纹,其特征在于:位于盖体和药品容器口部之间还设有分药柱体,分药柱体的上口和下口上分别设有一段外螺纹和一段内螺纹,其中分药柱体上的外螺纹与盖体上的内螺纹匹配,分药柱体上的内螺纹与药品容器口部螺纹连接,分药柱体上还设有分药隔板,该分药隔板与所述分药柱体上的内螺纹侧壁通过可旋转式结构连接,分药隔板上设有若干个给药孔,分药柱体上还设有数量与给药孔数量相同的分药贯穿柱形孔,分药贯穿柱形孔与给药孔一一对应布置,分药贯穿柱形孔将药品容器侧和盖体侧贯穿连通,所述给药孔的直径大于分药贯穿柱形孔的直径,分药隔板与盖体之间的分药贯穿柱形孔形成定量给药空间,该定量给药空间的厚度等于所给药物颗粒的厚度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生定量给药器,其特征在于:所述可旋转式结构包括有设在分药柱体上的内螺纹侧壁上的环槽、设在分药隔板侧边缘上的拨动块以及开设在所述环槽处的拨动贯穿孔,所述拨动贯穿孔为条形孔且其将环槽与分药柱体外侧壁贯穿,所述拨动块从拨动贯穿孔中向外穿出并通过人工拨动实现带动分药隔板在环槽中的旋转,所述分药隔板安置在所述环槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生定量给药器,其特征在于:所述拨动贯穿孔中沿着孔口内壁设有一圈柔性密封体,所述拨动块紧密贴合柔性密封体并在其中移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种卫生定量给药器,其特征在于:所述柔性密封体由海绵或橡胶材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生定量给药器,其特征在于:所述分药贯穿柱形孔和给药孔的形状保持一致且均随药物颗粒的形状而确定。
