本申请的有益效果为:本申请可夹持幅度大,通过所述渐开线驱动盘与所述夹持爪这两项部件,实现了快速变径且保持同心的配置,使用过程中可覆盖更多摄影器材;通过按键前端的棘爪与底壳的棘齿配合,可实现防逆转功能,更大限度保证了手机器材不会因为意外导致跌落产生损坏;通过基体的360°转盘可实现手机夹持模块在使用上无论习惯右手或习惯左手操作的用户都能兼顾。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
请参阅图1和图2,其中,图1为本申请一个实施例的结构示意图,图2为图1所示实施例的局部结构剖视图。一种手机摄影连接装置,包括望远镜夹持模块和手机夹持模块,所述望远镜夹持模块包括底壳1、夹持爪2和渐开线驱动盘4。其中,所述底壳上有多个呈圆周分布的夹持爪2,所述夹持爪2包括有固定端和夹持端。所述固定端通过螺钉202固定在底壳1上。所述夹持端具有往下延伸的定位柱201。所述夹持爪2的表面还有包覆的硅胶套3。所述底壳1内部还设有限位槽103,定位柱201穿过限位槽103往下延伸,使得所述限位槽103可以限定所述夹持爪2的张合范围。所述渐开线驱动盘4设置于所述底壳1背后,与所述底壳1通过连接套102结合并可以产生相对转动。所述渐开线驱动盘4底部设有多条呈圆周分布且与所述定位柱201对应的渐开线槽401。如图3和图4所示,图3为本实施例中渐开线槽401的示意图,图4为渐开线槽401对定位柱201进行定位的原理图,所述定位柱201穿过限位槽103并嵌 入渐开线槽401中,定位柱201的直径小于渐开线槽401的槽宽,并与渐开线槽401内壁相切。
手机夹持模块通过底壳1延伸出来的燕尾导轨104与底壳1连接,所述手机夹持模块包括基体6、与所述基体6连接的伸缩夹持器7和小旋钮8,与基体6连接的还有一组转盘,转盘包括固定盘9和活动盘10,手机夹持模块还有用于锁紧转盘以及手机夹持模块的大旋钮11。
请参阅图5和图6,为渐开线驱动盘4驱动夹持爪2开闭的原理示意图。其中,图5为夹持爪2闭合时的原理图,图6为夹持爪2张开时的原理图。如图5所示,夹持爪2处于最小夹持范围时的位置,此时渐开线槽401处于起始位置。当渐开线驱动盘4顺时针转动时,渐开线槽401以渐开线驱动盘4的圆心O为圆心,通过渐开线槽401驱动所述定位柱201在限位槽103中沿远离圆心O的方向移动,从而使夹持爪2扩大夹持范围。如图6所示,渐开线槽401以圆心O顺时针旋转角度α后,夹持爪2达到最大夹持范围。
请参阅图7和图8,其中,图7为棘爪501与单向棘齿101扣合时的示意图,图8为棘爪501与单向棘齿101打开时的示意图。所述底壳1外缘设有一个或多个呈圆周分布的单向棘齿101,所述渐开线驱动盘4外缘设有操作按键5,并通过定位销503固定在渐开线驱动盘4上;操作按键5的末端设有复位弹片502,按键5的前端设有与单向棘齿101对应的棘爪501。在默认状态下,复位弹片502的弹力使操作按键5前端的棘爪501下压,与单向棘齿101扣合,使底壳1和渐开线驱动盘4不能相对转动,如图7所示。当需要在底壳1中装上望远镜2001时,则按下操作按键5,棘爪501向上翘起,底壳1与渐开线驱动盘4可相对转动,如图8所示。扭转渐开线驱动盘4可调节夹持爪2的夹持范围,调节到指定夹持范围后,松开操作按键5,复位弹片502使棘爪501与单向棘齿101再度扣合,从而使夹持爪2夹紧望远镜2001。
请参阅图9、图10和图11,图9为转盘咬合时的局部示意图,图10为图1所示实施例中转盘分离的局部示意图,图11为转盘分离时的局部示意图,图 12为手机夹持模块旋转不同角度时的状态图。在本实施例中,底壳1延伸出来的部分设有燕尾导轨104,手机夹持模块中的活动盘10设有与燕尾导轨104对应的燕尾槽1001,通过燕尾槽1001与燕尾导轨104的配合可以使手机夹持模块沿燕尾导轨104上下移动,进而使手机摄像头与望远镜2001的镜头保持在同一水平线上。如图9和图10所示,固定盘9通过螺钉901固定在基体6上,活动盘10与固定盘9内部有用于分离转盘的弹簧902,通过旋转大旋钮11可以调节固定盘9和活动盘10之间的松紧,进而调节手机夹持模块与燕尾导轨104的松紧状态。拧松大旋钮11时,手机夹持模块既可以在燕尾导轨104中上下移动,也可以360度旋转。通过手机夹持模块的360度旋转,使得用习惯右手操作的用户或是习惯左手操作的用户都能得到兼顾。如图11所示,为手机夹持模块旋转不同角度时的状态图。
请继续参阅图12和图13,图12为无伸缩夹持器时手机夹持模块的正视图,图13为无伸缩夹持器时手机夹持模块的后视图。如图12所示,手机夹持模块当中的基体6与伸缩夹持器7还带有防滑片601,可以增大手机与伸缩夹持器7和基体6之间的摩擦力;所述基体6侧面还有1/4英寸的通用螺纹接口,通过1/4英寸通用螺纹接口可以连接外部的支架。
从图13可以看出,手机夹持模块的基体6与伸缩夹持器7通过两个导柱形成可调节开合宽度的夹持组件,所述基体6与伸缩夹持器7形成夹持装置,伸缩夹持器7通过导柱701在基体内滑动,所述伸缩夹持器7通过螺杆702驱动,固定在螺杆702末端的还有小旋钮8,通过旋转小旋钮8可以带动螺杆702旋转,从而实现伸缩夹持器7的伸缩功能。伸缩夹持器7的伸缩功能可以使其夹持不同尺寸的手机7001。
本申请可夹持幅度大,通过所述渐开线驱动盘4与所述夹持爪2这两项部件,实现了快速变径且保持同心的配置,使用过程中可覆盖更多摄影器材;通过按键5前端的棘爪501与底壳1的单向棘齿101配合,可实现防逆转功能,更大限度保证了手机器材不会因为意外导致跌落产生损坏;通过基体6的360° 转盘可实现手机夹持模块在使用上无论习惯右手或习惯左手操作的用户都能兼顾。
本申请还提供一种手机摄影装置,所述手机摄影装置包括上述实施例所述的手机摄影连接装置,该手机摄影连接装置中的所述夹持爪2用于固定望远镜2001,所述手机摄影连接装置中的所述伸缩夹持器7用于固定手机7001。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    望远镜夹持模块和手机夹持模块;
    所述望远镜夹持模块包括底壳、夹持爪和渐开线驱动盘;
    所述底壳内部设有一个或多个呈圆周分布的所述夹持爪,所述夹持爪包括夹持端,所述夹持端具有往下延伸的定位柱;
    所述渐开线驱动盘设置于所述底壳背后,所述渐开线驱动盘底部设有一条或多条呈圆周分布且与所述定位柱对应的渐开线槽,所述底壳与所述渐开线驱动盘通过连接套结合并产生相对转动,通过所述渐开线槽变径的形式驱动所述夹持爪张开与合拢;
    所述底壳向外延伸出燕尾导轨,所述手机夹持模块通过所述燕尾导轨与所述望远镜夹持模块进行连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述底壳内部还设有限位槽,并通过所述限位槽控制所述夹持爪的张合范围。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述夹持爪还包括固定端,所述固定端通过螺钉固定在所述底壳上,所述夹持爪表面包覆有硅胶套。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述渐开线驱动盘外缘设有锁定所述渐开线驱动盘的按键,所述按键通过定位销固定在所述渐开线驱动盘上;
    所述按键前端设有棘爪;
    所述按键末端设有复位弹片。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述底壳外缘设有一个或多个呈圆周分布的单向棘齿,在默认状态下,所述复位弹片的压力使所述按键前端的所述棘爪下压,实现与所述单向棘齿扣合, 以锁定所述渐开线驱动盘;当按下所述按键时,所述棘爪向上翘,进而与所述单向棘齿脱离,使得所述底壳与所述渐开线驱动盘可以相对转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于,所述手机夹持模块包括:
    基体、与所述基体连接的伸缩夹持器和小旋钮;
    所述基体与所述伸缩夹持器通过导柱形成可调节开合宽度的夹持组件;
    当所述小旋钮旋转时,带动所述小旋钮上的螺杆旋转,进而驱动所述伸缩夹持器通过所述导柱在所述基体内滑动,实现所述伸缩夹持器的伸缩。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于,所述基体的背部设有一组转盘:
    所述转盘包括固定盘和活动盘;
    所述固定盘通过螺钉固定在所述基体上;
    所述固定盘和所述活动盘内部均设有用于分离转盘的弹簧,用于将所述固定盘和所述活动盘分离,所述固定盘与所述活动盘的接触面为均带有齿状特征;
    所述活动盘还设有燕尾槽,用于与所述燕尾导轨固定连接,以将所述望远镜夹持模块和所述手机夹持模块进行连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述手机摄影连接装置还包括大旋钮,通过旋转所述大旋钮,控制所述手机夹持模块与所述望远镜夹持模块锁紧和放松。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的手机摄影连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述基体与所述伸缩夹持器均带有防滑片,所述基体的侧面设有1/4通用螺纹接口。
  10. 一种手机摄影装置,其特征在于,包括所述手机摄影连接装置,所述手机摄影连接装置包括:望远镜夹持模块和手机夹持模块;
    所述望远镜夹持模块包括底壳、夹持爪和渐开线驱动盘;
    所述底壳内部设有一个或多个呈圆周分布的所述夹持爪,所述夹持爪包括 夹持端,所述夹持端具有往下延伸的定位柱,所述夹持爪用于固定望远镜;
    所述渐开线驱动盘设置于所述底壳背后,所述渐开线驱动盘底部设有一条或多条呈圆周分布且与所述定位柱对应的渐开线槽,所述底壳与所述渐开线驱动盘通过连接套结合并产生相对转动,通过所述渐开线槽变径的形式驱动所述夹持爪张开与合拢;
    所述底壳向外延伸出燕尾导轨,所述手机夹持模块通过所述燕尾导轨与所述望远镜夹持模块进行连接;
    所述手机摄影连接装置中的所述伸缩夹持器用于固定手机。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述底壳内部还设有限位槽,并通过所述限位槽控制所述夹持爪的张合范围。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述夹持爪还包括固定端,所述固定端通过螺钉固定在所述底壳上,所述夹持爪表面包覆有硅胶套。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述渐开线驱动盘外缘设有锁定所述渐开线驱动盘的按键,所述按键通过定位销固定在所述渐开线驱动盘上;
    所述按键前端设有棘爪;
    所述按键末端设有复位弹片。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述底壳外缘设有一个或多个呈圆周分布的单向棘齿,在默认状态下,所述复位弹片的压力使所述按键前端的所述棘爪下压,实现与所述单向棘齿扣合,以锁定所述渐开线驱动盘;当按下所述按键时,所述棘爪向上翘,进而与所述单向棘齿脱离,使得所述底壳与所述渐开线驱动盘可以相对转动。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于,所述手机夹持模块包括:
    基体、与所述基体连接的伸缩夹持器和小旋钮;
    所述基体与所述伸缩夹持器通过导柱形成可调节开合宽度的夹持组件;
    当所述小旋钮旋转时,带动所述小旋钮上的螺杆旋转,进而驱动所述伸缩夹持器通过所述导柱在所述基体内滑动,实现所述伸缩夹持器的伸缩。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于,所述基体的背部设有一组转盘:
    所述转盘包括固定盘和活动盘;
    所述固定盘通过螺钉固定在所述基体上;
    所述固定盘和所述活动盘内部均设有用于分离转盘的弹簧,用于将所述固定盘和所述活动盘分离,所述固定盘与所述活动盘的接触面为均带有齿状特征;
    所述活动盘还设有燕尾槽,用于与所述燕尾导轨固定连接,以将所述望远镜夹持模块和所述手机夹持模块进行连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述手机摄影连接装置还包括大旋钮,通过旋转所述大旋钮,控制所述手机夹持模块与所述望远镜夹持模块锁紧和放松。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的手机摄影装置,其特征在于:
    所述基体与所述伸缩夹持器均带有防滑片,所述基体的侧面设有1/4通用螺纹接口。
