Description

자세 교정용 쿠션
본 발명은 자세 교정용 쿠션에 관한 것으로서, 특히 엎드린 자세에서 거북목과 일자허리의 교정 효과를 얻을 수 있는 자세 교정용 쿠션에 관한 것이다.
근래 텔레비전, 컴퓨터, 휴대폰 등은 생활을 함에 있어 필수불가결한 물품이 되었으며, 이러한 물품을 이용하는데 많은 시간을 할애하고 있으며 사람들에게 다양한 정보와 편의를 제공하지만, 이를 이용하면서 이하에서 설명할 질환을 앓은 사람들이 많이 발생되고 있다.
대표적인 질환 중 하나인 거북목은 목을 앞으로 뺀 자세를 의미하며, 구체적으로는 아래쪽 목뼈는 과하게 구부러지는 방향으로 배열되고 위쪽 목뼈와 머리뼈는 머리를 젖히는 방향으로 배열되어 전체적으로 목뼈 전만이 소실되고 머리가 숙여지지 않은 상태에서 고개가 앞으로 빠진 자세를 말한다. 이러한 거북목은 나이가 들수록, 근육이 없을수록 잘 생기지만 컴퓨터나 휴대폰 등을 많이 하는 요즘에는 연령, 성별에 관계없이 유발되고 있다. 또한, 거북목 자세를 오래하면 목뼈의 정상적인 역학이 무너져서 경추부 디스크에 손상을 주고 경추 뼈의 관절염이 가속되어, 단순히 통증만 있는 것이 아니라 호흡에도 지장을 줄 수 있다.
거북목과 더불어 발생되는 질환 중 하나로 '척추 후만'이라고도 하는 일자 허리가 있으며, 이는 곡선을 이뤄야 할 허리가 일자로 펴지거나 반대 방향으로 휘는 증상을 말한다. 이러한 일자 허리는 나이가 들면서 하체 근육이 줄어 척추를 제대로 받쳐주지 못하여 유발되기도 하지만, 거북목과 마찬가지로 컴퓨터나 휴대폰 등을 장시간 이용하면서 구부정한 자세로 앉아있거나 누워 있는 것이 허리의 C자 굴곡을 망가뜨리는 원인이 되어, 허리와 어깨에 만성적인 통증과 퇴행성 질환까지 초래한다.
상술한 거북목과 일자 허리를 유발할 수 있는 자세 중 하나가 엎드린 자세이나, 많은 사람들이 엎드린 자세에서 텔레비전, 컴퓨터, 휴대폰 등을 이용하고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 엎드린 자세를 취하는 것만으로 거북목과 일자 허리를 교정하거나 예방할 수 있는 자세 교정용 쿠션을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명인 자세 교정용 쿠션은, 전방을 향해 상향 경사지도록 형성되어 사용자의 상체를 지지하는 쿠션본체를 포함하되, 상기 쿠션본체는 사용자의 목과 턱이 안착되게끔 전단에 상방으로 경추지지부가 돌출형성되고, 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단 사이가 오목하게 형성된다.
또한, 상기 경추지지부는 상면이 오목하게 형성되면서 상단이 전방을 향해 하향 경사지도록 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 쿠션본체는 사용자의 가슴이 안착되는 부분에 내측으로 가슴안착부가 함입형성되고, 상기 가슴안착부에 대응되는 크기를 가지면서 가슴안착부에 끼워지는 가슴안착쿠션이 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 쿠션본체는 전면(前面)에 내측으로 보관공간이 함입형성될 수 있다.
또한, 횡단면이 'ㄷ'자 형태를 이루며 상기 쿠션본체의 전단부를 둘러싸게끔 장착되는 보조쿠션을 더 포함하되, 상기 보조쿠션은 전방을 향해 상향 경사지게 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 사용자가 쿠션본체에 상체가 지지되게끔 엎드린 자세를 취할 시 사용자의 목과 턱이 경추지지부에 안착되어 목뼈가 앞쪽으로 볼록하게 휘어지는 완만한 C자형을 이루게 되므로 정상적인 C자형의 목뼈를 이루도록 유도함과 동시에, 사용자의 어깨가 뒤쪽으로 펴지게 됨으로써 굽은 어깨의 펴짐이 유도되고 등 근육이 단련되는바, 엎드린 자세를 취하는 것만으로 거북목과 일자 허리를 교정하거나 예방할 수 있다.

본 발명에서는 엎드린 자세를 취하는 것만으로 거북목과 일자 허리를 교정하거나 예방할 수 있도록, 전방을 향해 상향 경사지도록 형성되어 사용자의 상체를 지지하는 쿠션본체를 포함하되, 상기 쿠션본체는 사용자의 목과 턱이 안착되게끔 전단에 상방으로 경추지지부가 돌출형성되고, 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단 사이가 오목하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션을 제안한다.
본 발명의 권리범위는 이하에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 기술분야의 통상적인 지식을 가진자에 의하여 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명인 자세 교정용 쿠션은 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 8을 참고로 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명인 자세 교정용 쿠션은, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 상체를 지지하는 쿠션본체(A)를 포함한다. 이때, 사용자는 엎드린 체로 누운 사용자를 의미하는바, 쿠션본체(A)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 상체 전면(前面)이 맞닿으며 지지된다. 또한, 엎드려 누운 사용자가 쿠션본체(A)에 지지된 상태로 팔을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록, 쿠션본체(A)의 최대폭은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 양 어깨 간 길이보다 짧게 형성되며, 쿠션본체(A)의 최대폭을 이루는 양측단은 사용자의 겨드랑이 부근에 위치되도록 형성됨이 바람직하다. 이러한 쿠션본체(A)는 다양한 소재로 이루어질 수 있으나, 사용자가 푹신함을 느낄 수 있게끔 EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 소재로 이루어짐이 바람직하다.
구체적으로 쿠션본체(A)는 도 1, 도 2b 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 전방을 향해 상향 경사지도록 형성되고, 쿠션본체(A)의 경사각도는 약 10°~40°임이 바람직하며, 이로 인해 사용자의 머리 측이 사용자의 허리보다 상대적으로 높은 위치에서 지지된다. 그리고 쿠션본체(A)는 전단에 상방으로 경추지지부(100)가 돌출형성되어, 경추지지부(100)에 사용자의 목과 턱이 안착된다.
즉, 쿠션본체(A)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 엎드린 자세를 취한 사용자의 허리 부근부터 가슴을 지나 목과 턱이 지지된다. 사용자의 목과 턱은 경추지지부(100)에 의해 지지되면서 목뼈가 앞쪽으로 블록하게 휘어지는 완만한 C자형을 이루게 되므로, 정상적인 C자형의 목뼈를 이루도록 유도하므로 거북목을 교정하거나 예방하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
경추지지부(100)는 구체적으로 사용자의 턱이 편안하게 지지될 수 있게끔 상면이 오목하게 형성되면서 부드러운 실리콘 소재로 이루어질 수 있으며, 쿠션본체(A)를 이용하여 엎드린 사용자의 시선이 정면 또는 정면보다 약간 하향되도록 도 2b에 도시된 바와 같이 상단이 전방을 향해 하향 경사지게 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 경추지지부(100)의 높이 방향을 따라 사용자의 목이 안착되면서 경추지지부(100)의 상면에 사용자의 턱이 안착되며, 전방으로 하향경사진 경추지지부(100)의 상면으로 인해 사용자의 목뼈가 과도하게 앞쪽으로 볼록하게 휘어지는 것을 방지할 수 있음과 더불어, 사용자는 쿠션본체(A)를 이용하면서 텔레비전을 시청하거나 노트북, 휴대폰 등을 사용할 수 있다.
그리고 쿠션본체(A)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단 사이가 오목하게 형성된다. 이에 따라, 쿠션본체(A)에 엎드린 사용자는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 어깨가 쿠션본체(A)의 양측단에 의해 펴지게 되므로 굽은 어깨의 펴짐이 유도됨과 동시에 등 근육이 단력되는 효과를 얻을 수 있는바, 일자 허리를 교정하거나 예방할 수 있다. 또한, 쿠션본체(A)에서 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단은 전후방향으로 오목하게 형성되면서 부드러운 실리콘 소재로 이루어짐이 바람직하다.
한편, 쿠션본체(A)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 가슴이 안착되는 부분, 즉 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단 사이에 내측으로 함입된 가슴안착부(200)가 형성될 수 있으며, 가슴안착부(200)에 대응되는 크기를 가지면서 가슴안착부(200)에 끼워질 수 있는 가슴안착쿠션(300)이 구비될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자의 신체 구조에 따라 가슴안착부(200)를 선택적으로 분리시켜 사용할 수 있다.
즉, 사용자가 여성인 경우 남성에 비해 가슴이 두드러져 있는바, 가슴안착쿠션(300)을 제거하여 쿠션본체(A)를 이용하여 엎드린 자세를 취할 시 가슴이 가슴안착부(200) 내에 수용되도록 함으로써 가슴이 압박되지 않도록 할 수 있으며, 사용자가 남성인 경우 가슴안착쿠션(300)이 가슴안착부(200)에 끼워진 상태로 쿠션본체(A)를 사용할 수 있는바, 사용자의 성별에 따라 편의성을 제공할 수 있다. 더불어, 가슴안착쿠션(300)은 쿠션본체(A)로부터 분리시켜 별도로 베개, 쿠션 용도로 사용할 수도 있다.
그리고 쿠션본체(A)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 전면(前面)에 내측으로 보관공간(400)이 함입형성될 수 있다. 이러한 보관공간(400)은 그 크기와 형태가 다양하게 형성될 수 있으며, 안경, 리모컨 등과 같은 물품을 보관할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명인 자세 교정용 쿠션은 상술한 쿠션본체(A)와 함께 또는 쿠션본체(A)와 별도로 사용될 수 있는 보조쿠션(B)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 보조쿠션(B)은 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 횡단면이 'ㄷ'자 형태를 이루도록 형성되어, 쿠션본체(A)의 전단부를 둘러싸게끔 장착될 수 있다. 이러한 보조쿠션(B)은 쿠션본체(A)를 이용하여 엎드린 자세를 취한 사용자가 팔을 앞쪽으로 할 때 팔을 지지하거나, 사용자의 전방에 사용할 물건을 올려놓음에 사용될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 보조쿠션(B)을 사용시 사용자가 편안함을 느낄 수 있도록, 보조쿠션(B)은 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 전방을 향해 상향 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 팔을 살짝 굽혀 보조쿠션(B)에 지지되도록 하고, 핸드폰 등과 같은 물품도 보조쿠션(B)에 지지되도록 하여 핸드폰 등을 편안하게 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 전방을 향해 상향 경사지도록 형성되어 사용자의 상체를 지지하는 쿠션본체(A)를 포함하되,
    상기 쿠션본체(A)는 사용자의 목과 턱이 안착되게끔 전단에 상방으로 경추지지부(100)가 돌출형성되고, 사용자의 겨드랑이가 안착되는 양측단 사이가 오목하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 경추지지부(100)는 상면이 오목하게 형성되면서 상단이 전방을 향해 하향 경사지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 쿠션본체(A)는 사용자의 가슴이 안착되는 부분에 내측으로 가슴안착부(200)가 함입형성되고, 상기 가슴안착부(200)에 대응되는 크기를 가지면서 가슴안착부(200)에 끼워지는 가슴안착쿠션(300)이 구비되어, 상기 가슴안착쿠션(300)을 선택적으로 분리시켜 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 쿠션본체(A)는 전면(前面)에 내측으로 보관공간(400)이 함입형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    횡단면이 'ㄷ'자 형태를 이루며 상기 쿠션본체(A)의 전단부를 둘러싸게끔 장착되는 보조쿠션(B)을 더 포함하되,
    상기 보조쿠션(B)은 전방을 향해 상향 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세 교정용 쿠션.
