本实用新型涉及洁具技术领域,具体为一种超新型厨房龙头结构。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效。水龙头的更新换代速度非常快,从老式铸铁工艺发展到电镀旋钮式的,现有的厨房龙头结构相对固定,不能灵活使用,无法针对指定区域进行清洗使用,易造成水资源浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种超新型厨房龙头结构,便于对指定区域进行冲洗,避免了水资源的浪费,实用性较高,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种超新型厨房龙头结构,包括弯头、出水头、固定套、安装座和开关阀,所述安装座顶端设置有固定套,且所述固定套的一侧设置有开关阀,所述固定套顶端设置有第二安装套,且所述第二安装套的内部套设有活动套,所述活动套顶端延伸至第二安装套外侧并设置有第一安装套,且所述第一安装套内部设置有柔性连接管,所述第一安装套顶端设置有弯头,且所述弯头远离第一安装套的一端设置有第一安装槽,且所述第一安装槽底端设置有安装头,所述安装头底端设置有出水头,所述固定套内部的上端通过垫圈设置有主水管,所述主水管顶端延伸至第一安装套内部并与柔性连接管底端连接,且所述柔性连接管顶端延伸至弯头内部并设置有出水管,所述出水管远离柔性连接管的一端通过导管与出水头的内部连通。
优选的,所述第二安装套底端与固定套顶端之间转动连接,且所述第二安装套底端的外侧设置有转动盘。
优选的,所述安装头与出水头之间螺纹连接,且出水头外侧设置有防滑纹。
优选的,所述安装头两侧设置有安装柱,且所述安装柱内侧设置有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧一端设置有卡块,且所述卡块的一端穿过安装柱并延伸至第一安装槽外侧。
优选的,所述活动套与第二安装套内侧滑动连接,且所述第二安装套上端对称设置有贯穿第二安装套侧壁的安装杆,所述安装杆一端延伸至第二安装套内部并设置有凹槽,且所述凹槽与第二安装套内侧之间设置有第二弹簧,所述活动套两侧设置有与凹槽相匹配的凸起。
优选的,所述柔性连接管呈“S”形设置,且所述出水管外侧缠绕有加强筋。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:
1、本实用新型通过柔性连接管的材料特性及结构设计,配合第二弹簧的弹性作用,通过手动移动活动套,由于第二弹簧的弹性作用,当活动套发生移动时,凹槽脱离凸起并压缩第二弹簧,当活动套达到指定位置后,凹槽在第二弹簧的弹力作用下再次与凸起卡和,从而实现了厨房龙头的高度锁定,也可通过手动转动转动盘,可使得厨房龙头的角度发生变化,一方面避免出现清洗死角,提高了清洗效率;另一方面,不用时将活动套收入第二安装套内部,可减小体积。
2、本实用新型通过设置的第一弹簧与卡块的配合,手动按压卡块,此时卡块一端向安装柱内侧滑动并压缩第一弹簧,当卡块完全与第一安装槽脱离时,可实现将出水头取下,通过柔性连接管的设置,手动握住防滑纹,拉动出水管使得柔性连接管处于拉伸状态,加强筋的作用可增加拉动时的稳定程度,因此便于对指定区域进行冲洗,避免了水资源的浪费,实用性较高。

请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种超新型厨房龙头结构,包括弯头1、出水头3、固定套7、安装座8和开关阀9,安装座8顶端设置有固定套7,且固定套7的一侧设置有开关阀9,固定套7顶端设置有第二安装套21;
第二安装套21底端与固定套7顶端之间转动连接,且第二安装套21底端的外侧设置有转动盘5;
可通过手动转动转动盘5,可使得厨房龙头的角度发生变化,避免了出现清洗死角;
且第二安装套21的内部套设有活动套20;
活动套20与第二安装套21内侧滑动连接,且第二安装套21上端对称设置有贯穿第二安装套21侧壁的安装杆24,安装杆24一端延伸至第二安装套21内部并设置有凹槽22,且凹槽22与第二安装套21内侧之间设置有第二弹簧23,活动套20两侧设置有与凹槽22相匹配的凸起19;
过手动移动活动套20,由于第二弹簧23的弹性作用,当活动套20发生移动时,凹槽22脱离凸起19并压缩第二弹簧23,当活动套20达到指定位置后,凹槽22在第二弹簧23的弹力作用下再次与凸起19卡和,从而实现了厨房龙头的高度锁定;
活动套20顶端延伸至第二安装套21外侧并设置有第一安装套12,且第一安装套12内部设置有柔性连接管11;
柔性连接管11呈“S”形设置,且出水管13外侧缠绕有加强筋14;
通过柔性连接管11的材料特性及结构设计,手动握住防滑纹4,拉动出水管13使得柔性连接管11处于拉伸状态,加强筋14的作用可增加拉动时的稳定程度;
第一安装套12顶端设置有弯头1,且弯头1远离第一安装套12的一端设置有第一安装槽2,且第一安装槽2底端设置有安装头16;
安装头16两侧设置有安装柱18,且安装柱18内侧设置有第一弹簧15,第一弹簧15一端设置有卡块17,且卡块17的一端穿过安装柱18并延伸至第一安装槽2外侧;
通过手动按压卡块17,此时卡块17一端向安装柱18内侧滑动并压缩第一弹簧15,当卡块17完全与第一安装槽2脱离时,可实现将出水头3取下;
安装头16与出水头3之间螺纹连接,且出水头3外侧设置有防滑纹4;
通过安装头16与出水头3之间螺纹连接,可实现对出水头3进行拆卸,便于对出水头3进行清洗,避免堵塞;
安装头16底端设置有出水头3,固定套7内部的上端通过垫圈6设置有主水管10,主水管10顶端延伸至第一安装套12内部并与柔性连接管11底端连接,且柔性连接管11顶端延伸至弯头1内部并设置有出水管13,出水管13远离柔性连接管11的一端通过导管与出水头3的内部连通。
工作原理:该超新型厨房龙头结构使用时,首先对该厨房龙头进行安装,将安装座8与水管连接,通过控制开关阀9的可实现用水调节;
通过手动移动活动套20,由于第二弹簧23的弹性作用,当活动套20发生移动时,凹槽22 脱离凸起19并压缩第二弹簧23,当活动套20达到指定位置后,凹槽22在第二弹簧23的弹力作用下再次与凸起19卡和,从而实现了厨房龙头的高度锁定,可通过手动转动转动盘5,可使得厨房龙头的角度发生变化;
通过手动按压卡块17,此时卡块17一端向安装柱18内侧滑动并压缩第一弹簧15,当卡块17完全与第一安装槽2脱离时,可实现将出水头3取下,通过柔性连接管11的设置,手动握住防滑纹4,拉动出水管13使得柔性连接管11处于拉伸状态,加强筋14的作用可增加拉动时的稳定程度。

  1. 一种超新型厨房龙头结构,包括弯头(1)、出水头(3)、固定套(7)、安装座(8)和开关阀(9),其特征在于:所述安装座(8)顶端设置有固定套(7),且所述固定套(7)的一侧设置有开关阀(9),所述固定套(7)顶端设置有第二安装套(21),且所述第二安装套(21)的内部套设有活动套(20),所述活动套(20)顶端延伸至第二安装套(21)外侧并设置有第一安装套(12),且所述第一安装套(12)内部设置有柔性连接管(11),所述第一安装套(12)顶端设置有弯头(1),且所述弯头(1)远离第一安装套(12)的一端设置有第一安装槽(2),且所述第一安装槽(2)底端设置有安装头(16),所述安装头(16)底端设置有出水头(3),所述固定套(7)内部的上端通过垫圈(6)设置有主水管(10),所述主水管(10)顶端延伸至第一安装套(12)内部并与柔性连接管(11)底端连接,且所述柔性连接管(11)顶端延伸至弯头(1)内部并设置有出水管(13),所述出水管(13)远离柔性连接管(11)的一端通过导管与出水头(3)的内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超新型厨房龙头结构,其特征在于:所述第二安装套(21)底端与固定套(7)顶端之间转动连接,且所述第二安装套(21)底端的外侧设置有转动盘(5)。
