由此,通过凹孔以增强主体的承载力,且盖体均盖合收纳腔与凹孔,从而保持沙发扶手外表的平整度,提高沙发扶手的使用体验感。
进一步地,所述收纳腔内设置有至少一个增强所述主体承载力的凸起,所述凸起呈竖直布置。
由此,通过竖直布置的凸起以增强主体的承载力,避免主体因为设置收纳腔所造成的承载力下降的问题。
进一步地,所述凸起上设置有用于夹持固定电线的固定槽。
由此,通过固定夹持固定电线,防此电线在收纳腔内晃动造成异响,便于布线管理。
进一步地,所述主体的下方设置有遮挡板,所述遮挡板由所述主体一体成型吹塑制成。
由此,在沙发扶手底部悬空安装在沙发上时,可通过遮挡板挡住底部的沙发支撑底架,防止异物进入,且具有美化效果;由主体一体成型吹塑制成的遮挡板,强度更好,且不需再安装,减少组装步骤。
进一步地,所述主体的下方还可拆卸设置有支脚,所述支脚上设置有定位块,所述主体上设置有与所述定位块相配合的定位槽。
由此,该沙发扶手可适用于铁架着地和扶手着地式的沙发,并通过定位块与定位槽的相配合,便于支脚的定位安装,且支脚不易晃动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型的沙发扶手采用吹塑工艺制作,进而与传统的实心沙发扶手相比,具有重量低、生产速度快、所需制造原料少的优点;通过在主体内侧面上设置的面料安装槽和卡接槽,利用面料安装槽来安装扶手面料,从而控制扶手面料不突出沙发扶手的内侧面,利用卡接 槽安装沙发底架的连接件,从而便于沙发扶手与沙发底架之间的连接且无缝隙,当扶手面料受挤压变形时,杂物会积累在面料安装槽的下壁上或者座包面料上,便于灰尘、杂物的清理,以保持沙发的整体卫生;采用安装座以安装控制装置,以使得控制装置不用向扶手面料内凹陷,方便该控制装置的安装,方便使用者操作控制装置。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
需要说明的是,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、外、内……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
参阅图1至图4,本实用新型公开了一种沙发扶手,包括主体1 和盖体2,所述主体1采用吹塑制成,所述主体1具有向外侧开口且用于收纳电线的收纳腔11,所述主体1上设置有用于电线引入的进线孔12以及用于安装控制装置的安装孔13,所述进线孔12与安装孔13均连通所述收纳腔11;所述盖体2与所述主体1可拆卸连接以盖合所述收纳腔11。其中,所述进线孔12位于所述主体1的下端且靠近沙发的后端,所述安装孔13位于所述主体1的上端且靠近沙发的前端。
由于该沙发扶手的主体1采用吹塑工艺制作,故而主体1的内部具有空腔,进而与传统的实心沙发扶手相比,具有重量低、生产速度快、所需制造原料少的优点;另一方面,由于采用主体1与盖体2相结合的方式以盖合主体1上的收纳腔11,从而可将电线收纳在收纳腔11内,有效利用主体1的内部空间,便于收纳电线,便于检修,提高用电安全级别。
在本实施例中,所述盖体2同样采用吹塑制成。诚然,在其他较佳实施例中,所述盖体2还可采用注塑制成,本实用新型并不对所述盖体2的制作方法及材质做具体限制。
参阅图1和图2,为了实现所述盖体2与主体1的可拆卸连接,所述主体1的外侧面上端设置有卡槽113,所述盖体2的内侧面上端设置有与所述卡槽113相插接卡合的卡块22,所述盖体2的下端还设置有沉头孔21,安装时,所述盖体2由下向上运动,所述卡块22向上插入所述卡槽113内从而初步将所述盖体2定位至所述主体1上,然后通过螺钉穿过所述沉头孔21并螺接至所述主体1上,从而实现所述盖体2与主体1的相对固定。
在本实施例中,由于所述盖体2与主体1的吹塑精度问题,当所述卡槽113与卡块22相插接卡合时,所述盖体2与主体1之间保有较大的间隙,容易造成所述盖体2下端的摆动,这将导致所述沉头孔21难以对应上所述主体1上的相对应螺孔,使得最后的螺钉固定困 难。基于此,所述主体1的外侧面下端还设置有两个定位球槽17,所述盖体2的内侧面下端设置有与所述定位球槽17相配合的半球头23,所述定位球槽17与半球头23相配合从而加强所述盖体2与主体1的相对定位,便于后续的螺钉固定。
参阅图1和图3,在本实施例中,所述主体1上设置有至少一个增强所述主体1承载力的凹孔14,且所述盖体2均盖合所述收纳腔11与凹孔14。具体的,所述凹孔14并排设置有四个,四个所述凹孔14均位于所述收纳腔11的上方,从而为所述主体1上端的沙发扶手面提供足够的支撑力。
较佳的,所述凹孔14呈圆锥状,且其横截面从主体1外侧向内逐渐缩小,由此,所述凹孔14可以在所述主体1的空腔中形成螺旋体,该螺旋体可进一步增强所述主体1的硬度,且当所述主体1受到外部物体挤压时,螺旋体的底部可以防止所述主体1进一步变形,如当所述主体1的外侧面受到物体挤压时,外侧面会向所述主体1的内侧面方向变形,在变形过程中,外侧面接触螺旋体的底部,进而变形遇到障碍,从而防止所述主体1进一步变形。
另一方面,由于所述盖体2均盖合所述收纳腔11与凹孔14,从而保持沙发扶手外表的平整度,提高沙发扶手的使用体验感。
参阅图1和图3,在本实施例中,所述收纳腔11内设置有至少一个增强所述主体1承载力的凸起111,所述凸起111呈竖直布置。具体的,所述凸起111呈拱形状,且所述凸起111的下端与所述收纳腔11的下壁相连接,所述凸起111的上端与所述收纳腔11的上壁相连接,从而通过竖直布置的所述凸起111以进一步增强所述主体1的承载力,避免所述主体1因为设置收纳腔11所造成的承载力下降的问题;另一方面,拱形状的所述凸起111在提供足够的承载力的情况下,可以减少原材料用量,亦可提高所述主体1的横向承载强度。
参阅图1和图3,在本实施例中,所述凸起111上设置有用于夹 持固定电线的固定槽112。当电线在所述收缩腔11内布线时,所述固定槽112可夹持固定电线,防此电线在收纳腔11内晃动造成异响,便于布线管理。
参阅图1,在本实施例中,本实用新型的沙发扶手安装在沙发上,而沙发有铁架着地和扶手着地两种支撑方式,当该沙发扶手应用于铁架着地式的沙发上时,该沙发扶手的底部将悬空,从而露出沙发底部的沙发支撑底架。基于此,本实用新型的所述主体1的下方设置有遮挡板3,由此,在该沙发扶手的底部悬空安装在沙发上时,可通过遮挡板3挡住沙发底部的沙发支撑底架,防止异物进入,且具有美化效果。
其中,较佳的,所述遮挡板3由所述主体1一体成型吹塑制成。由此,由主体1一体成型吹塑制成的遮挡板3,强度更好,且不需再安装,减少组装步骤。
参阅图1和图2,在本实施例中,当该沙发扶手应用于扶手着地式的沙发上时,该沙发扶手的底部需要支撑于地面,基于此,本实用新型的所述主体1的下方还可拆卸设置有支脚4。其中,所述支脚4设置有两个,两个所述支脚4对应连接于所述主体1的下端两侧,所述支脚4上设置有定位块41,所述主体1上设置有与所述定位块41相配合的定位槽15。由此,通过定位块41与定位槽15的相配合,便于支脚4的定位安装,且支脚4不易晃动。
具体的,所述支脚4上还设置有通孔,安装时,所述定位块41插入所述定位槽15内以完成所述支脚4在所述主体1上的定位,然后利用螺钉穿过所述支脚4上的通孔以将所述支脚4固定在所述主体1上,从而完成支脚4的安装。
通过上述的遮挡板3和支脚4的设置,该沙发扶手可适用于铁架着地和扶手着地式的沙发。
参阅图2和图4,在本实施例中,所述主体1内侧面大致呈阶梯 状,其中,所述主体1内侧面的上端向内凹陷形成用于安装扶手面料的面料安装槽8,所述面料安装槽8上向外侧突出形成用于安装控制装置的安装座19,所述安装孔13对应设置在所述安装座19上。使用时,控制装置安装在所述安装座19上且部分穿入所述安装孔13内,用于电连接该控制装置的电线由所述安装孔13延伸入所述收纳腔11内。
在现有技术中,沙发扶手的内侧面均为一平整的平面,在给沙发扶手拉皮安装扶手面料时,扶手面料会突出沙发扶手的内侧面,在沙发的使用过程中,扶手面料会受挤压变形,从而造成杂物从扶手面料的间隙处漏入沙发底架或者扶手面料与座包面料之间,容易积集杂物,不易清理,不利于保护卫生。在本实用新型中,通过在所述主体1内侧面设置面料安装槽8,扶手面料安装在所述面料安装槽8上,较佳的,所述面料安装槽8的深度与扶手面料的厚度相对应,当扶手面料受挤压变形时,杂物会积累在所述面料安装槽8的下壁上(即所述主体1内侧面的阶梯面处)或者座包面料上,便于灰尘、杂物的清理,以保持沙发的整体卫生;另一方面,由于所述安装座19突出所述面料安装槽8,扶手面料可开避位以避开所述安装座19,控制装置可安装在所述安装座19上,控制装置不用向扶手面料内凹陷安装,方便该控制装置的安装,方便使用者操作控制装置。
参阅图2和图4,在本实施例中,所述主体1内侧面的下端设置有两个用于连接沙发底架的连接件的卡接槽161,两所述卡接槽161相对应设置,其中,一所述卡接槽161位于该沙发扶手靠近沙发靠背的一侧,另一所述卡接槽161位于靠近沙发前端的一侧。较佳的,所述卡接槽161的深度与所述连接件的厚度相适配,所述卡接槽161的形状与所述连接件的形状相适配,以便于所述连接件能完美契合在所述卡接槽161内,从而便于沙发扶手与沙发底架之间的连接且无缝隙。
在本实施例中,每个所述卡接槽161内均设置有所述连接通孔 16,即所述连接通孔16由所述卡接槽161贯穿所述主体1。当该沙发扶手与沙发底架相连接时,螺栓可由主体1的外侧向内穿过所述连接通孔16,从而将沙发底架上的连接件固定在所述卡接槽161内,完成该沙发扶手与沙发底架的固定连接。相比于现有技术中的打铆钉固定方式,本实用新型通过在所述主体1上设置所述连接通孔16,利用螺栓穿过所述连接通孔16并与沙发底架上的连接件固定连接,不用破坏主体1,以保持主体1的整体强度,延长该沙发扶手的使用寿命。
较佳的,所述盖体2安装在所述主体1上时,所述盖体2盖合所述连接通孔16,避免所述连接通孔16和安装在所述连接通孔16上的螺栓外露,以保持该沙发扶手表面的平整性,且可防止在使用过程中由于螺栓生锈或者螺栓上的油脂污染扶手面料。
在本实施例中,所述进线孔12位于靠近沙发靠背一侧的一所述卡接槽161内,所述主体1的内侧面上还设置有连通所述进线孔12的走线槽121。具体的,所述走线槽121由所述卡接槽161向内凹陷形成,并由所述进线孔12处延伸到主体1的下方。由此,在布线时,可以将电线顺着走线槽121布置,使得电线不凸起于主体1的侧面以及卡接槽161的表面,从而使得该沙发扶手能够与沙发底架贴合更紧密;且当沙发底架上的连接件安装至所述卡接槽161上时,所述连接件可盖合所述进线孔12以及走线槽121,防止灰尘或者小昆虫由进线孔12处进入主体1的收纳腔11内。
本实用新型方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种沙发扶手,其特征在于:包括采用吹塑制成的主体,所述主体内侧面的上端向内凹陷形成用于安装扶手面料的面料安装槽,所述主体内侧面的下端设置有用于连接沙发底架的连接件的卡接槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述面料安装槽上向外侧突出形成用于安装控制装置的安装座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述卡接槽上设置有用于固定沙发底架的连接件的连接通孔,所述连接通孔贯穿所述主体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:还包括盖体,所述主体具有向外侧开口且用于收纳电线的收纳腔,所述盖体盖合所述收纳腔,所述安装座上设置有连通至所述收纳腔的安装孔,所述主体1的内侧面上还设置有连通至所述收纳腔且用于电线引入的进线孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述卡接槽对应设置有两个,所述进线孔位于靠近沙发靠背一侧的一所述卡接槽内,所述主体上还设置有连通所述进线孔的走线槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述主体上设置有至少一个增强所述主体承载力的凹孔,且所述盖体均盖合所述收纳腔与凹孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述收纳腔 内设置有至少一个增强所述主体承载力的凸起,所述凸起呈竖直布置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述凸起上设置有用于夹持固定电线的固定槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述主体的下方设置有遮挡板,所述遮挡板由所述主体一体成型吹塑制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发扶手,其特征在于:所述主体的下方还可拆卸设置有支脚,所述支脚上设置有定位块,所述主体上设置有与所述定位块相配合的定位槽。
