Description

A Hygiene Automatic Machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to shopping baskets/trolleys with or without wheels, consisting of plastic or metal cages, used in all kinds of places where people can shop, such as markets and stores.
Prior Art
Shopping baskets or shopping trolleys are used in places where shopping is made such as markets and stores to take people's needs and carry them to the cash register and parking lot. Since the cage-shaped basket areas of the shopping baskets used and especially the handles are used by hundreds of people, they contain various bacteria, germs, and viruses. The mentioned market trolleys/baskets are cleaned periodically by people using various cleaning materials.
Various microorganisms and diseases can be passed from one person to another on the door handles used in places such as shopping malls, hospitals, and schools. Said door handles are cleaned periodically by people using various cleaning materials.
In the national utility model document coded 2014/04746 in the prior art, the shopping basket with barcode reader developed for supermarkets is mentioned. The mentioned shopping cart is about a barcode reader, which is designed for relatively large-scale shopping and mounted on wheeled and/or hand-held shopping baskets, and a system that allows users to directly record the barcodes of the products placed in the basket for purchase by the customers and display instant expenditure information. This system is designed to work in integration with the barcode readers in the cash registers when transferring the records (list and amount information) of the products that are placed in the shopping basket and whose barcode has been read to the cashier at the payment stage. Although the shopping baskets/trolleys or door handles used in the prior art are cleaned periodically by people with various cleaning materials, it is not possible to clean them after each use. However, today, when infectious diseases are increasing, even one person can become infected with this disease and cause thousands of people to die. For this reason, the handles of door handles and shopping baskets/trolleys that everyone touches must be always clean. In the prior art, there is no product or system used for the situation mentioned.
Purpose of the Invention
The aim of the invention is to obtain a shopping cart/trolley comprising a hygiene automat that prevents any disease from being transmitted from one person to another.
Another purpose of the invention is to obtain an automatic hygiene system that prevents the disease from being transmitted from one person to another through door handles used in public places such as hospitals.
Another purpose of the invention is to get a shopping cart/trolley with a smart payment system.
Hygiene automatic machine (1) developed to achieve the mentioned purposes contains a body (2), a handle (3), a sensor (4), a coin insert (5), a motor (6) a motherboard (7), a battery (8), a used hygiene cartridge bag (9) and a clean hygiene cartridge bag (10)

Explanation of the Invention
The invention relates to a hygiene automatic machine developed for use in shopping baskets/trolleys made of plastic or metal cages with or without wheels, used in all kinds of places where people can shop, such as markets and stores. Said hygiene automatic machine (1) contains a body (2), a handle (3), a sensor (4), a coin insert
(5), a motor (6) a motherboard (7), a battery (8), a used hygiene cartridge bag (9) and a clean hygiene cartridge bag (10).
The body (2) in the hygiene automatic machine (1) contains the motor (6), the motherboard (7), the battery (8), the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) and the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10), which should not be contacted by the external users. There is a space on the body (2) large enough for the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) and the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) to easily get in and take out. On the other hand, different spaces are left in such a size that a sensor (4) can be fixed and the coin entry (5) can be made.
The hygiene automatic machine (1) subject to the invention comprises rollers on which the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) roll and the used hygiene cartridge bag (10) can be fixed directly or indirectly. When the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) is ran out, a new one can be easily inserted, and the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) can be taken out.
There is a motor (6) connected to the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) reel. When the shopping cart/trolley, that is, the handle (3), is used once, the motor (6) is given a command and it is run for the specified time. When the motor (6) runs, it rotates the reel of the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) to wrap the used hygiene cartridge bag (9). By this means, a clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) is permanently found on the handle (3).
With the motherboard (7) in the hygiene automatic machine (1) subject to the invention, the operating time of the motor (6), the remaining used hygiene cartridge bag (9) data, the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) data, the sensor (4) and the coin entry (5) are controlled. As a result of the control when necessary, users are informed by giving warnings with both sound and light.
When starting the hygiene automatic machine (1) for the first time, only a clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) is inserted. After the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) is attached to the reel, it is fixed to the used hygiene cartridge bag (9) reel by manually passing it over the handle (3). After the fixing process is completed, the body (2) cover is closed, and an external intervention and contact is prevented.
There is a sensor (4) on the hygiene automatic machine (1) subject to invention, which enables the contactless system to run. The shopping cart/trolley user can make the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) come on the handle (3) by showing only his hand or any object in his hand to the sensor (4), without touching the hygiene automatic machine (1) in any way. In the alternative embodiment of the invention, instead of the sensor (4) or together with the sensor, a touch key or button may also be present. By pressing the button or the touch key physically, the system is operated.
In cases where it is desired to use the shopping cart/trolley for a fee, or in the places where the shopping cart/trolley with hygiene automatic machine (1) is offered for a fee, a coin entry (5) is positioned on the hygiene automatic machine (1) in order to obtain a fee. The operation of the system can be started by throwing coins or tokens from the coin entrance (5). In addition, there is a coin box (5.1) at the bottom of the coin entrance (5) for the storage of discarded coins or tokens. In alternative applications of the invention, instead of the coin entry (5), contactless payment systems such as QR code and NFC can be used.
The energy required for the operation of the hygiene automatic machine (1) subject to invention is supplied from the battery (8) positioned inside the body (2). With the said battery (8), the energy required for both the motherboard (7) and the motor (6) is provided. When the battery (8) is exhausted, it can be charged with an external charging cable. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the battery (8) can be charged when it is exhausted or a system where it can be easily replaced with its spare.
When the battery (8) is exhausted or low, it warns with a light positioned anywhere on the body (2). In the alternative embodiment of the invention, there is also a display placed on the body (2) that gives information about the battery (8) status, the remaining clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) and/or the used hygiene cartridge bag (9). With the display, the hygiene automatic machine (1) can be easily controlled, and in vain contact with the shopping cart/trolley whose battery (8) or the clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) has run out is prevented.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, there is a round counter that counts the clean hygiene cartridge bags (10) or used hygiene cartridge bags (9) in the hygiene automatic (1). With the cycle counter, information about the remaining clean cartridge bag (10) and the hygiene cartridge bags (9) used are collected. When the remaining clean hygiene cartridge bag (10) is exhausted or low, the user is informed by a warning light or a sound.
