传统的勾式太阳镜套架的结构一般如图1所示,包括镜框和镜片,镜框由金属或者塑料材质制成,镜框包围在镜片的外部,镜框上设置有若干勾部,当该太阳镜套架套设在其他眼镜,例如近视眼镜上时,通过勾部挂设在近视眼镜上。但是传统的勾式太阳镜套架,镜片被镜框包围,镜片严格受限于镜框的框形,如此,镜片的形状和尺寸均受到了限制,使得太阳镜套架的镜片不能像一般太阳镜镜片一样,具有较大的尺寸或者较新颖的形状。如果要改变镜片的形状和尺寸,则需要同时改变镜框的形状和尺寸,增加了制作难度、配合难度和成本。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型提供一种眼镜套架,以解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的眼镜套架,用于套设在另一眼镜上,包括弹性横梁、两个镜片和两个挂钩,其中,两个挂钩分别固定设置于两个镜片的内侧,每个所述挂钩均包括第一勾部和第二勾部,所述第一勾部位于镜片内侧的上方区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜的上方;所述第二勾部位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜的侧边;弹性横梁连接于所述两个镜片之间,所述弹性横梁处于收紧状态,使得两个镜片相互靠近,进而使得两个挂钩的第二勾部能够勾紧所述另一眼镜的侧边。

本实用新型的眼镜套架,通过合理设置挂钩的结构及挂钩、弹性横梁与镜片的连接关系,使得本实用新型的眼镜套架省去了传统的镜框也能够稳定地套设在另一眼镜上,同时,通过将挂钩设置在镜片的内侧,使得镜片脱离了传统镜框的限制,镜片的形状和尺寸可以根据用户的需求自由设计,提升了眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜上的美感,同时不会增加镜框的制作难度、镜框与镜片的配合难度和制作成本。另外,传统眼镜套架的镜框一般由金属材质制成,具有一定的重量,因此,本实用新型的眼镜套架,由于省去了传统的镜框,从而重量较轻,便于佩戴。
在一个实施例中,至少一个所述挂钩还包括第三勾部,所述第三勾部位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,所述第三勾部用于与所述第二勾部一起勾紧另一眼镜的侧边;或者,至少一个所述挂钩还包括直立螺杆,所述直立螺杆垂直于镜片设置,所述直立螺杆位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,所述直立螺杆用于卡住所述另一 眼镜的侧边,防止所述眼镜套架相对于另一眼镜旋转。
在一个实施例中,所述第二勾部位于镜片内侧的侧下方区域,所述第二勾部与所述第一勾部的连线与水平面之间的夹角为α,35°<α<45°。
在一个实施例中,所述镜片上设置有第一固定部,所述挂钩上设置有第二固定部。从而,挂钩能够通过第一固定部和第二固定部牢固地设置在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,眼镜套架还包括丝线,所述挂钩通过所述丝线固定在镜片的内侧。丝线的重量超轻并且柔韧性能好,从而能够将挂钩牢固地绑定在镜片的内侧。在一个具体的实施例中,丝线为透明尼龙丝线。在一个实施例中,所述丝线通过水手扣的方式绑住第一固定部和第二固定部,使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。水手扣的方式简单可靠,从而能够将挂钩牢固地绑定在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,所述第一固定部上开设有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔和第四通孔,所述第二固定部上开设有第五通孔、第六通孔、第七通孔和第八通孔,所述丝线的一端依次穿过第五通孔、第一通孔、第二通孔、第六通孔、第七通孔、第三通孔、第四通孔和第八通孔,以在第六通孔和第七通孔之间形成绑定部,丝线的两端均穿过所述绑定部进而被绑紧。通过上述绑定方式,不仅能够将挂钩牢固地绑定在镜片的内侧,另外,镜片的外侧仅存在两个绑定套环,结构简洁,不会影响眼镜套架的外部美观。
在一个实施例中,眼镜套架还包括螺纹紧固件,所述挂钩通过所述螺纹紧固件固定在镜片的内侧。螺纹固定方式简单可靠,从而能够将挂钩牢固地绑定在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,所述螺纹紧固件包括螺钉和螺母,所述第一固定部上开设有第一穿孔,所述第二固定部上开设有第二穿孔,所述螺钉穿过第一穿孔和 第二穿孔与螺母连接,使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,所述镜片上设置有两个以上的第一固定部,所述挂钩上设置有两个以上的第二固定部。从而使得挂钩能够更加牢固地设置在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,每一个勾部对应一个第一固定部和一个第二固定部,第一固定部和第二固定部相配合使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。由于挂钩上每一个勾部均对应设置一个第二固定部,因此,第二固定部与第一固定部相配合,能够更好地分担每一个勾部的夹紧力,使得挂钩更加稳定地固定在镜片的内侧。
在一个实施例中,所述挂钩上的至少一个勾部为弹簧勾部,所述弹簧勾部具有弹性,用于适应不同尺寸的所述另一眼镜。

随着眼镜的发展,近视镜、太阳镜、偏光镜、老花镜、装饰镜等功能性眼镜越来越多,但眼镜对镜片的结构要求不同,并且存在一定的差异性,想要兼顾却比较难,故而出现了套镜,又称为套架,即在一种眼镜上套另外一种眼镜。比如开车族在通过较长的隧道时,会出现强光或弱光的交替,对眼睛刺激较大,存在安全风险,此时需要一个墨镜或者太阳镜,但是近视的已经佩戴了近视眼镜,再佩戴墨镜会导致看不清楚,此时需要在近视眼镜上套设墨镜或者太阳镜 的套架。或者在海边度假时,携带几幅眼镜的情况时有发生,近视镜一般都不带有墨镜或者太阳镜的功能,针对已经佩戴近视镜的人来说,想要佩戴一个墨镜或者太阳镜是十分的不方便。
传统的勾式太阳镜套架的结构一般如图1所示,包括镜框100和两个镜片200,镜框100由金属或者塑料材质制成,镜框100包围在镜片200的外部,镜框100上设置有若干勾部300,当该太阳镜套架套设在其他眼镜,例如近视眼镜上时,通过勾部300挂设在近视眼镜上。但是传统的勾式太阳镜套架,镜片200被镜框100包围,镜片200严格受限于镜框100的框形和尺寸,如此,镜片200的形状和尺寸均受到了限制,使得太阳镜套架的镜片200不能像一般太阳镜镜片一样,具有较大的尺寸或者较新颖的形状。如果要改变图1所示太阳镜套架镜片200的形状和尺寸,则需要同时改变镜框100的形状和尺寸,增加了镜框100的制作难度、镜框100与镜片200配合难度和成本。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种眼镜套架,用于套设在另一眼镜600上,在具体的实施例中,该另一眼镜600可以为近视眼镜、老花镜或者其他功能性眼镜。在一个实施例中,眼镜套架的结构如图2所示,包括弹性横梁400、两个镜片200和两个挂钩500,其中,两个挂钩500分别固定设置于两个镜片200的内侧,挂钩500单独的结构如图3所示,包括第一勾部510和第二勾部520,第一勾部510和第二勾部520分别位于挂钩500的两端,第一勾部510位于镜片200内侧的上方区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜600的上方;第二勾部520位于镜片200内侧的侧边区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边;弹性横梁400连接于两个镜片200之间,弹性横梁400处于收紧状态,使得两个镜片200相互靠近,进而使得两个挂钩500的第二勾部520能够勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边。
需要说明的是,挂钩500固定设置于镜片200的内侧,镜片200的内侧是指靠近用户眼睛的一侧。在一个具体的实施例中,眼镜套架可以为太眼镜套架,两个镜片200均为太阳镜镜片200,弹性横梁400为弹簧。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,弹性横梁400还可以由其他弹性材料制成,只要当眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜600上时,弹性横梁400处于收紧状态,能够提供收缩力使得两个镜片200相互靠近,进而使得两个挂钩500的第二勾部520能够勾紧另一眼镜600的相对两侧边即可。另外,在其他实施例中,眼镜套架还可以为其他功能类型,不仅限于太阳镜套架。
在一个实施例中,眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜600上的结构如图4所示,眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜600的外部,在眼镜套架的重力作用下,两个挂钩500的第一勾部510均勾紧另一眼镜600的上方,在弹性横梁400收紧力的作用下,两个挂钩500的第二勾部520均勾紧另一眼镜600的相对两侧边,从而将眼镜套架稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上,眼镜套架不会随意晃动或者掉落。在一个具体的实施例中,挂钩500由金属材料制成,在眼镜套架的重力以及弹性横梁400的收紧力作用下,挂钩500通过金属材料的弹性预紧力将眼镜套架夹紧套设在另一眼镜600上。
在一个实施例中,为了将挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧,挂钩500与镜片200的连接结构如图5所示,镜片200上设置有第一固定部530,挂钩500上设置有第二固定部540,眼镜套架还包括丝线700,挂钩500通过丝线700固定在镜片200的内侧。进一步地,丝线700通过水手扣的方式绑住第一固定部530和第二固定部540,进而使得挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧。在一个具体的实施例中,丝线700为透明尼龙丝线700,柔性好,重量超轻并且柔韧性能好。
具体地,如图5所示,第一固定部530上开设有第一通孔531、第二通孔532、第三通孔533和第四通孔534,第二固定部540上开设有第五通孔541、第六通孔542、第七通孔543和第八通孔544,丝线700的一端依次穿过第五通孔541、第一通孔531、第二通孔532、第六通孔542、第七通孔543、第三通孔533、第四通孔534和第八通孔544,以在第六通孔542和第七通孔543之间形成绑定部710,如图5和图6所示,丝线700的两端均穿过绑定部710进而被绑紧。另外,通过上述水手扣的方式,使得镜片200的外侧仅存在两个绑定套环720,如图7所示,结构简洁,不会影响眼镜套架的外部美观。
在另一个实施例中,为了将挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧,挂钩500与镜片200的连接结构如图8所示,镜片200上设置有第一固定部530,挂钩500上设置有第二固定部540,挂钩500通过螺纹紧固件800固定在镜片200的内侧。具体地,如图8所示,螺纹紧固件800包括螺钉810和螺母820,第一固定部530上开设有第一穿孔811,第二固定部540上开设有第二穿孔812,螺钉810依次穿过第一穿孔811和第二穿孔812与螺母820连接,使得挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧。
需要说明的是,在图5-图8所示的实施例中,镜片200上设置有一个第一固定部530,挂钩500上设置有一个第二固定部540,该第一固定部530与第二固定部540相配合,使得挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧。需要说明的是,本实用新型对第一固定部530和第二固定部540的数量不进行限定,在其他实施例中,镜片200上可以设置两个以上的第一固定部530,挂钩500上可以相应设置两个以上的第二固定部540,每一个第一固定部530与一个第二固定部540相配合,使得挂钩50牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧。
需要说明的是,当将眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜600上时,如图4所示,主 要是挂钩500的勾部300承受夹紧力,为了使得挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧,在图5-图8所示的实施例中,挂钩500上的第二固定部540设置在第一勾部510与第二勾部520之间,用于平衡并且分担第一勾部510与第二勾部520的夹紧力。
在一个实施例中,为了使得眼镜套架更加稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上,眼镜套架的结构如图9所示,挂钩500单独的结构如图10所示。在图9和图10所示的实施例中,挂钩500还包括第三勾部550,第三勾部550位于第一勾部510与第二勾部520之间,第三勾部550和第二勾部520间隔位于镜片200内侧的侧边区域,第三勾部550用于与第二勾部520一起勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边,使得眼镜套架更加稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上。
在一个实施例中,为了使得挂钩500更加稳定地固定在镜片200的内侧,如图2和图10所示,挂钩500的每一个勾部均对应设置一个第二固定部540,镜片200上对应每一个第二固定部540的位置均设置一个第一固定部530,即在图2所示的实施例中,挂钩500的两端分别设置有第一勾部510和第二勾部520,挂钩500上靠近第一勾部510和第二勾部520的位置均设置有第二固定部540,镜片200上与每一个第二固定部540相对应的位置均设置一个第一固定部530。在图9所示的实施例中,挂钩500的上设置有第一勾部510、第二勾部520和第三勾部550,第三勾部550位于第一勾部510和第二勾部之间,挂钩500上靠近第一勾部510、第二勾部520和第三勾部550的位置均设置有第二固定部540,镜片200上与每一个第二固定部540相对应的位置均设置一个第一固定部530。在图2和图10所示的实施例中,由于挂钩500上每一个勾部均对应设置一个第二固定部540,因此,第二固定部540与第一固定部530相配合,能够更好地分担每一个勾部的夹紧力,使得挂钩500更加稳定地固定在镜片200的内侧。需 要说明的是,在图2和图10所示的实施例中,挂钩500上第一固定部530和镜片200上第二固定部540的具体结构均未示出,第一固定部530和第二固定部540的具体结构可以参考图5至图8所示实施例中的结构。
另外,在图9和图10所示的实施例中,第三勾部550位于镜片200的侧边,第三勾部550用于与第二勾部520一起勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边,使得眼镜套架更加稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,挂钩还可以包括直立螺杆,直立螺杆垂直于镜片200设置,直立螺杆的设置位置与第三勾部550相同,直立螺杆可以替代第三勾部550,直立螺杆用于卡住另一眼镜600的庄头610下方,用于防止眼镜套架相对于另一眼镜600旋转。需要说明的是,如图12所示,此处所述的庄头610是指另一眼镜600框架上用于连接镜脚的连接部。
需要说明的是,在图5-图8所示的实施例中,挂钩500的第一勾部510和第二勾部520通过连接杆连接,镜片200上设置有一个第一固定部530,挂钩500上设置有一个第二固定部540,第二固定部540位于第一勾部510与第二勾部520之间的连接杆上,该第一固定部530与第二固定部540相配合,使得挂钩500牢固地设置在镜片200的内侧。在图2和图10所示的实施例中,挂钩500的每一个勾部均对应设置一个第二固定部540,镜片200上对应每一个第二固定部540的位置均设置一个第一固定部530。可以理解的是,在图2和图10所示的实施例中,挂钩500上的每一个勾部均可以独立地与镜片200固定连接,即不同勾部之间可以不通过连接杆连接。
在另一个实施例中,如图11和图12所示,挂钩500的每一个勾部均对应设置一个第二固定部540,每一个勾部均独立地与镜片200固定连接。镜片200上对应每一个第二固定部540的位置均设置一个第一固定部530(图11和图12 中未示出),第二固定部540与第一固定部530通过螺纹紧固件800连接,使得挂钩500更加稳定地固定在镜片200的内侧。另外,在图11和图12所示的实施例中,第二勾部520位于镜片200内侧的侧下方区域,第二勾部520与第一勾部510的连线与水平面之间的夹角为α,35°≤α≤45°。如此设置,使得第二勾部520一方面能够辅助第二勾部520一起勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边,另一方面还能够从底部拖住眼镜套架,防止眼镜套架从底部外翻或者向上移动。需要说明的是,此处所说的外翻是指朝向背离另一眼镜600的方向翻动。
另外,在图11和图12所示的实施例中,第三勾部550位于镜片200的侧边,第三勾部550用于与第二勾部520一起勾紧另一眼镜600的侧边,使得眼镜套架更加稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,挂钩还可以包括直立螺杆,直立螺杆的设置位置与第三勾部550相同,直立螺杆可以替代第三勾部550,直立螺杆用于卡住另一眼镜600的庄头610下方,用于防止眼镜套架相对于另一眼镜600旋转。需要说明的是,如图12所示此处所述的庄头610是指另一眼镜600框架上用于连接镜脚的连接部。
在又一个实施例中,如图13所示,挂钩上的至少一个勾部为弹簧勾部560,弹簧勾部560具有弹性,当另一眼镜600在长宽方向上的尺寸有变化时,例如,当另一眼镜600的长宽尺寸变大时,如图13中的虚线所示,弹簧勾部560能够通过自身的弹性进行调整,勾紧另一眼镜600,从而使得眼镜套架能够适应不同长宽尺寸的另一眼镜600。
本实用新型的眼镜套架,通过合理设置挂钩500的结构及挂钩500、弹性横梁400与镜片200的连接关系,使得本实用新型的眼镜套架虽然省去了传统的镜框100,但是也能够稳定地套设在另一眼镜600上。同时,通过将挂钩500设置在镜片200的内侧,使得镜片200脱离了传统镜框100的限制,镜片200的 形状和尺寸可以根据用户的需求自由设计,提升了眼镜套架套设在另一眼镜600上的美感,同时不会增加镜框100的制作难度、镜框100与镜片200的配合难度以及制作成本。另外,传统眼镜套架的镜框100一般由金属材质制成,具有一定的重量,因此,本实用新型的眼镜套架,由于省去了传统的镜框100,从而重量较轻,便于佩戴。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种眼镜套架,用于套设在另一眼镜上,其特征在于,包括:
    两个镜片;
    两个挂钩,分别固定设置于两个镜片的内侧,每个所述挂钩均包括第一勾部和第二勾部,所述第一勾部位于镜片内侧的上方区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜的上方;所述第二勾部位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,用于勾紧另一眼镜的侧边;
    弹性横梁,连接于所述两个镜片之间,所述弹性横梁处于收紧状态,使得两个镜片相互靠近,进而使得两个挂钩的第二勾部能够勾紧所述另一眼镜的侧边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,至少一个所述挂钩还包括第三勾部,所述第三勾部位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,所述第三勾部用于与所述第二勾部一起勾紧另一眼镜的侧边;或者,至少一个所述挂钩还包括直立螺杆,所述直立螺杆垂直于镜片设置,所述直立螺杆位于镜片内侧的侧边区域,所述直立螺杆用于卡住所述另一眼镜的侧边,防止所述眼镜套架相对于另一眼镜旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述第二勾部位于镜片内侧的侧下方区域,所述第二勾部与所述第一勾部的连线与水平面之间的夹角为α,35°<α<45°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述镜片上设置有第一固定部,所述挂钩上设置有第二固定部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,还包括丝线,所述挂钩通过所述丝线固定在镜片的内侧;所述丝线通过水手扣的方式绑住第一固定部和第二固定部,使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述第一固定部上开设 有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔和第四通孔,所述第二固定部上开设有第五通孔、第六通孔、第七通孔和第八通孔,所述丝线的一端依次穿过第五通孔、第一通孔、第二通孔、第六通孔、第七通孔、第三通孔、第四通孔和第八通孔,以在第六通孔和第七通孔之间形成绑定部,丝线的两端均穿过所述绑定部进而被绑紧。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,还包括螺纹紧固件,所述挂钩通过所述螺纹紧固件固定在镜片的内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述螺纹紧固件包括螺钉和螺母,所述第一固定部上开设有第一穿孔,所述第二固定部上开设有第二穿孔,所述螺钉穿过第一穿孔和第二穿孔与螺母连接,使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述镜片上设置有两个以上的第一固定部,所述挂钩上设置有两个以上的第二固定部。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,每一个勾部对应一个第一固定部和一个第二固定部;第一固定部和第二固定部相配合使得挂钩固定在镜片的内侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的眼镜套架,其特征在于,所述挂钩上的至少一个勾部为弹簧勾部,所述弹簧勾部具有弹性,用于适应不同尺寸的所述另一眼镜。
