Description

IMPROVEMENT TO DETACHABLE WIRELESS EARPIECE ENGAGEMENT FOR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND ITS CONFIGURATION THEREOF
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement to earpiece engagement, and more particularly to an improvement to detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device and its configuration thereof.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Mobile devices are becoming more useful to human users because of extended battery life, the additional benefits and features that are provided with the actual mobile devices and the various external accessories that interface with the devices. There has been a proliferation of wireless mobile communication devices in recent years in the field of telecommunications. Devices such as cordless and cellular telephones, pagers, wireless modems, wireless email devices, personal digital assistants (PDAs) with communications functions, and other mobile communication devices are becoming commonplace.
Known communication devices, however, are typically single-element or single-module designs. In order to enable hands-free operation of such single-module communication devices, specialized additional equipment or accessory is typically required. For example, a wired headset is often available for known communication devices that typically connect to the communication device through an electrical jack or plug. Another common hands-free accessory available for cellular or smart telephones is a docking cradle, which is typically intending for mounting the communication device in a vehicle. Various designs attempt to provide solutions to the current issues and problems of the market available communication devices. One well-known type of communication device is the combination of watch and smart phone, commonly known as phone watch, which enables the user to be carried wherever they may travel. The advantageous to have such a companion device is that such apparatus or device is integrally built into wrist watch providing an interface to the smart phones or other mobile devices for frequently use operations. However, a common problem with the portability of this device is that they are required to be provided with integral mouth and earpieces. Even when the earpiece and mouthpiece are provided at the extreme ends of the device, or the mouthpiece is provided as part of a flap which is unfolded for use, the size of the phone is determined by the requirement to have the mouthpiece and ear piece spaced apart in a manner that the device can be comfortably used.
Moreover, it has been found that some earpieces may be easily detached from the housing of the electronic device, especially in the event that any large movement involves in daily activities by the user. A regular plugging and unplugging of the earpieces may also cause damage to the locking engagement of the housing due to the unintentional stretching or tearing actions. As such, the earpieces may be lost or damaged if not being handled carefully. The earpieces may also be inadvertently misplaced, resulting in time wasted in locating the earpiece.
It has also been found that the wire or circuitry of the electronic device may easily destruct or damage under unpremeditated shock or impact caused by the user in some vigorous-intensity activities. The damage usually occurs, particularly on the wire or circuitry, which is electrically connected in between a microprocessor of the electronic device and a terminal interface for the earpiece. Various attempts have been made to improve the simplicity and costs involved in the circuitry design. However, most attempts have not been completely satisfied for one or more reasons. For example, some of the circuitry designs are unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of the shock or impact resistant, such that they have not been implemented. As such, in order to minimize the damage of the wire or circuitry, the length of the wire or circuitry should be minimized. Accordingly, the shorter the wire or circuitry, the higher the resistant to the unpremeditated shock or impact to minimize the damage.
In view of these and other shortcomings, it would therefore advantageous to find a way to allow a user to conveniently safe keep the earpieces after use. The present invention is adapted to provide an improvement to detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device and its configuration thereof so that to overcome the aforementioned problems, in an effective and simplistic manner. Accordingly, the present invention provides an improvement to detachable Bluetooth earpieces engagement for a smart communication device and its configuration thereof. It should be noted that the smart communication device may include an electronic communication device, such as phone watch, which is user-friendly, ergonomic, stylish and comfortable in use without the loss of paring or wireless connection. The improvement to detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device and its configuration thereof, including a combination of elements, parts and method will be exemplified in the detailed description. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement to a detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device and its configuration thereof. Accordingly, the a detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device, the detachable wireless earpiece engagement includes: a) at least one recess or housing formed on the electronic communication device; b) at least one detachable wireless earpiece detachably engaged with the at least one housing of the electronic communication device; wherein the at least one recess or housing is configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or in a pair side-by-side on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device or a wrist-band so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left- handed users.
In another preferred exemplary of the present invention, the detachable wireless earpiece engagement includes: a) a pivot rib configured on at least one detachable wireless earpiece to allow a pivot movement of the earpiece for plugging and unplugging actions; b) a pivot support configured in at least one recess or housing adapted to pivotally engage with the pivot rib of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece; wherein the at least one recess or housing is configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or in a pair side-by-side on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device or a wrist-band so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users. The present invention consists of several novel features and a combination of parts hereinafter fully described and illustrated in the accompanying description and drawings, it being understood that various changes in the details may be made without departing from the scope of the invention or sacrificing any of the advantages of the present invention.

Hereinafter, this specification will describe the present invention according to the preferred exemplary of the present invention. However, it is to be understood that limiting the description to the preferred exemplary of the invention is merely to facilitate discussion of the present invention and it is envisioned that those skilled in the art may devise various modifications and equivalents without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
The improvement to the detachable wireless earpiece engagement for the electronic communication device and its configuration thereof according to the preferred exemplary of the present invention will now be described in accordance to the accompanying drawings FIGS. 1a to 5b, either individually or in any combination thereof.
Referring initially to FIGS. 1a to 5b, the figures show a detachable wireless earpiece engagement for an electronic communication device in accordance with a preferred exemplary of the present invention. Accordingly, the detachable wireless earpiece engagement (200) of the another preferred exemplary of the present invention generally includes: a) at least one recess or housing (030) formed on the electronic communication device (20); and b) at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) detachably engaged with the at least one housing of the electronic communication device (20). It should be noted that the at least one recess or housing (030) may be selectively configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display (see FIGS. 1a and 1b), or in a pair side-by-side on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces (see FIG. 1c) in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users.
In the preferred exemplary, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may be a single earpiece configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display (see FIGS. 1a and 1b), or a pair of earpieces side-by-side disposed on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces (see FIG. 1c) in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (10) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left- handed users. It should be noted that at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is designed in such a way that it is able to be matingly encapsulated the at least one recess or housing (030), and in-line with a surface of the electronic communication device (20) or the wrist-band (22) after being inserted into the at least one housing or recess (030).
By way of example but not limitation, the at least one recess or housing (030) and the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may be configured in a range from one unit at one side, to four units, i.e. two units at each side of the surface of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) (see FIGS. 1a to 1c). It will be appreciated that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) can be a Bluetooth or other short-range wireless interface earpiece, or hands-free accessory including a mini headphone or headset, a mini mouth-piece, microphone or speaker, or in combination thereof, that is able to be detachably connected or paired with the electronic communication device (20). In accordance with the another preferred exemplary of the present invention, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) includes a body (12), a limb (14) and an engaging portion (16) (see FIG. 1a). Accordingly, the limb (14) is a protruded part that serves as a retaining means for the earpiece. It should be noted that the limb (14) is provided with a pivot rib (14c) to allow the pivot movement of the earpiece for plugging and unplugging actions. In the preferred exemplary, the pivot rib (14c) is provided with at least one conductive element (213). By way of example but not limitation, the at least one conductive element (213) may be a pit or hole corresponding to at least one resilient terminal (334). Preferably, but not limited to, the engaging portion (16) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is disposed at an upper part of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010). The engaging portion (16) may be a groove adapted to provide a gripping effect to maximize the fingers grasp without any slip.
In the preferred exemplary of the present invention, the at least one conductive element (213) and the at least one resilient terminal (334) are of pivotally engagement (see FIGS. 2a and 2b). It should be noted that the pivotally engagement allow the earpiece to be forcibly pulled out by pressing the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) towards a room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030). It will be appreciated the room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030) may be a gap or a space in between the at least one recess or housing (030) and the limb (14), such that to allow the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) to be pressed inward for unplugging actions (see FIGS. 3a and 3b). Without the room (032), the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may not be pivotally turned. It should also be noted that the room (032) and the pivotally engagement may also enable the pull out of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) by placing a finger or nail on the groove of the engaging portion (16) and pull out the earpiece by force (see FIGS. 3b and 4). It will be appreciated that the at least one recess or housing (030) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is provided with a holding surface (212) (see FIG. 3a). Preferably, but not limited to, the holding surface (212) is configured to be correspondingly matching with a contour or a body shape of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010). Accordingly, the holding surface (212) is adapted to maximize the surface contact with the earpiece to sufficiently hold and to prevent the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) from any inadvertently disengagement during the plugging and unplugging actions.
It should be noted the at least one recess or housing (030) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may include a pivot support (210) (see FIGS. 2a and 2b). Accordingly, the pivot support (210) is adapted to pivotally engage with the pivot rib (14c) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010). In the preferred exemplary of the present invention, the pivot rib (14c) is preferably configured on at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) so that to allow a pivot movement of the earpiece for plugging and unplugging actions.
It will be appreciated that the at least one recess or housing (030) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may further include at least one resilient terminal (334) (see FIGS. 2a and 2b). Preferably, but not limited to, the at least one resilient terminal (334) is a side projection configured to align with the pivot support (210) at the least one recess or housing (030). It must be noted that the side projection of the at least one resilient terminal (334) is able to reduce a length of at least one wire or circuity for higher unpremeditated shock or impact-resistant so that to minimize the damage of the said wire or circuitry. In accordance with the preferred exemplary of the present invention, the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served as an electrical contact or an interface to a conductive element (213) for the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010). Accordingly, the at least one resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) are served as a pivot point for leverage movement of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) during plugging and unplugging actions. The resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) enable the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) to be pivotally engaged in the at least one recess or housing (030). It will be appreciated that the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served to facilitate battery charging or data transferring in between the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) and the electronic communication device (20).
It will be appreciated that the electronic communication device (20) of the present invention may be a smart device adapted to be configured or worn around a wrist of the user through the wrist-band (22). Accordingly, the smart device may include phone watch, smart watch, or intelligent watch or electronic devices including smart phone, cordless or wireless mobile broadband, multimedia player, Global Positioning System (GPS) navigator, wireless email device, personal digital assistant (PDA) with communications functions or wrist-band mobile electronic devices. Optionally, the electronic communication device (20) may be a single display (23) or multiple displays with foldable screen (25). Optionally, but not limited to, the foldable screen (25) may be configured to include at least one recess or housing (030) to accommodate at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) (see FIG. 5b).
By way of example but not limitation, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) of the present invention may be configured to operate in two modes, i.e. a hands free operating mode and an attaching operating mode. In the hands-free operating mode, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may be separated from the electronic communication device (20). Accordingly, in this mode, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may be disengaged from the electronic communication device (20) to enable hands-free operating mode without the loss of Bluetooth paring or wireless interface connection. In the attaching operating mode, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may be securely mounted to the electronic communication device (20). Particularly, the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) may become an integral part of the electronic communication device (20) when the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is securely mounted to the at least one recess or housing (030) of the electronic communication device (20).
It will be appreciated that both hands-free operating and attaching operating modes of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) enables the communication between the user and the network conducted through the Bluetooth paring or wireless interface connection with the electronic communication device (20), either by short- range transceivers or long-range transceiver (if desired).
It should be noted that configurations of various mechanical parts, components, elements and/or methods used in carrying out the above-mentioned embodiments are illustrative and exemplary only. One of ordinary skill in the art would recognize that those configurations, mechanical parts, components elements and/or methods used herein may be altered in a manner so as to obtain different effects or desired operating characteristics. As such, the approached as described above should not be construed as limiting, but as the best mode contemplated by the inventor for carrying out the invention. The invention being thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the principle and scope of the invention, and all such modifications as would obvious to one skilled in the art intended to be included within the scope of following claims.

Claims

1. A detachable wireless earpiece engagement (200) for an electronic communication device (20), the detachable wireless earpiece engagement (200) includes: a) at least one recess or housing (030) formed on the electronic communication device (20); b) at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) detachably engaged with the at least one housing of the electronic communication device (20); wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) is configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or in a pair side-by-side on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users.
2. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is a single earpiece configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or a pair of earpieces side-by- side disposed on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users.
3. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 2, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be matingly encapsulated the at least one recess or housing (030), and in-line with a surface of the electronic communication device (20) or the wrist-band (22) after being inserted into the at least one housing or recess (030).
4. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 2, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) and the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is range from one unit at one side, to four units, i.e. two units at each side of the surface of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist band (22).
5. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is a Bluetooth or other short- range wireless interface earpiece, or hands-free accessory including a mini headphone or headset, a mini mouth-piece, microphone or speaker, or in combination thereof, that is able to be detachably connected or paired with the electronic communication device (20).
6. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) includes a body (12), a limb (14) and an engaging portion (16).
7. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 6, wherein the limb (14) is a protruded part that serves as a retaining means for the earpiece.
8. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 7, wherein the limb (14) is provided with a pivot rib (14c) to allow the pivot movement of the earpiece for plugging and unplugging actions.
9. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 6, wherein the engaging portion (16) is disposed at an upper part of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
10. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 9, wherein the engaging portion (16) is a groove adapted to provide a gripping effect to maximize the fingers grasp without any slip.
11 . The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 8, wherein the pivot rib (14c) is provided with at least one conductive element (213).
12. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 11 , wherein the at least one conductive element (213) is a pit or hole corresponding to at least one resilient terminal (334).
13. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 12, wherein the at least one conductive element (213) and the at least one resilient terminal (334) are of pivotally engagement.
14. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 13, wherein the pivotally engagement allow the earpiece to be forcibly pulled out by pressing the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) towards a room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030), or by placing a finger or nail on the groove of the engaging portion (16) and pull out the earpiece by force.
15. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 14, wherein the room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030) is a gap or a space in between the at least one recess or housing (030) and the limb (14), such that to allow the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) to be pressed inward for unplugging actions.
16. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) includes a holding surface (212) configured correspondingly matching with a contour or a body shape of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
17. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 16, wherein the holding surface (212) is adapted to maximize the surface contact with the earpiece to sufficiently hold and to prevent the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) from any inadvertently disengagement during the plugging and unplugging actions.
18. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) is further provided with a pivot support (210) adapted to pivotally engage with the pivot rib (14c) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
19. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 18, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) includes at least one resilient terminal (334).
20. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 19, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is a side projection configured to align with the pivot support (210) at the least one recess or housing (030).
21 . The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 20, wherein the side projection of the at least one resilient terminal (334) is able to reduce a length of at least one wire or circuity for higher unpremeditated shock or impact- resistant so that to minimize the damage of the said wire or circuitry.
22. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 19, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served as an electrical contact or an interface to a conductive element (213) for the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
23. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 22, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) are served as a pivot point for leverage movement of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) during plugging and unplugging actions.
24. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 23, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) allow the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) pivotally engaged in the at least one recess or housing (030).
25. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 19, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served to facilitate battery charging or data transferring in between the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) and the electronic communication device (20).
26. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 1 , wherein the electronic communication device (20) is a smart device adapted to be configured or worn around a wrist of the user through the wrist-band (22).
27. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 26, wherein the smart device includes phone watch, smart watch, or intelligent watch or electronic devices including smart phone, cordless or wireless mobile broadband, multimedia player, Global Positioning System (GPS) navigator, wireless email device, personal digital assistant (PDA) with communications functions or wrist-band mobile electronic devices.
28. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 26, wherein the electronic communication device (20) is a single display (23) or multiple displays with foldable screen (25).
29. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 28, wherein the foldable screen (25) is configured to include at least one recess or housing (030) to accommodate at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
30. A detachable wireless earpiece engagement (200) for an electronic communication device (20), the detachable wireless earpiece engagement (200) includes: a) a pivot rib (14c) configured on at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) to allow a pivot movement of the earpiece for plugging and unplugging actions; b) a pivot support (210) configured in at least one recess or housing (030) adapted to pivotally engage with the pivot rib (14c) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010); wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) is configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or in a pair side-by-side on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users.
31 . The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) formed on the electronic communication device (20).
32. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) detachably engaged with the at least one housing of the electronic communication device (20).
33. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 32, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is a single earpiece configured at one side, or at both sides in between a display, or a pair of earpieces side-by-side disposed on front or rear surface, or at both front and rear surfaces in between the display of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22) so that the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be conveniently handled by both right-handed and left-handed users.

The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 33, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is able to be matingly encapsulated the at least one recess or housing (030), and in-line with a surface of the electronic communication device (20) or the wrist-band (22) after being inserted into the at least one housing or recess (030).

The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claims 31 and 32, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) and the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is range from one unit at one side, to four units, i.e. two units at each side of the surface of the electronic communication device (20) or a wrist-band (22).

The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 32, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) is a Bluetooth or other short- range wireless interface earpiece, or hands-free accessory including a mini headphone or headset, a mini mouth-piece, microphone or speaker, or in combination thereof, that is able to be detachably connected or paired with the electronic communication device (20).
37. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 32, wherein the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) includes a body (12), a limb (14) and an engaging portion (16).
38. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 37, wherein the limb (14) is a protruded part that serves as a retaining means for the earpiece.
39. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 37, wherein the engaging portion (16) is disposed at an upper part of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
40. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 39, wherein the engaging portion (16) is a groove adapted to provide a gripping effect to maximize the fingers grasp without any slip.
41 . The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the pivot rib (14c) is provided with at least one conductive element (213).
42. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 41 , wherein the at least one conductive element (213) is a pit or hole corresponding to at least one resilient terminal (334).
43. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 42, wherein the at least one conductive element (213) and the at least one resilient terminal (334) are of pivotally engagement.
44. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 43, wherein the pivotally engagement allow the earpiece to be forcibly pulled out by pressing the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) towards a room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030), or by placing a finger or nail on the groove of the engaging portion (16) and pull out the earpiece by force.
45. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 44, wherein the room (032) of the at least one recess or housing (030) is a gap or a space in between the at least one recess or housing (030) and the limb (14), such that to allow the limb (14) of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) to be pressed inward for unplugging actions.
46. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) includes a holding surface (212) configured correspondingly matching with a contour or a body shape of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
47. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 46, wherein the holding surface (212) is adapted to maximize the surface contact with the earpiece to sufficiently hold and to prevent the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) from any inadvertently disengagement during the plugging and unplugging actions.
48. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the at least one recess or housing (030) includes at least one resilient terminal (334).
49. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 48, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is a side projection configured to align with the pivot support (210) at the least one recess or housing (030).
50. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 49, wherein the side projection of the at least one resilient terminal (334) is able to reduce a length of at least one wire or circuity for higher unpremeditated shock or impact- resistant so that to minimize the damage of the said wire or circuitry.
51 . The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 48, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served as an electrical contact or an interface to a conductive element (213) for the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
52. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 51 , wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) are served as a pivot point for leverage movement of the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) during plugging and unplugging actions.
53. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 52, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) and the conductive element (213) allow the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) pivotally engaged in the at least one recess or housing (030).
54. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 48, wherein the at least one resilient terminal (334) is served to facilitate battery charging or data transferring in between the at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010) and the electronic communication device (20).
55. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 30, wherein the electronic communication device (20) is a smart device adapted to be configured or worn around a wrist of the user through the wrist-band (22).
56. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 55, wherein the smart device includes phone watch, smart watch, or intelligent watch or electronic devices including smart phone, cordless or wireless mobile broadband, multimedia player, Global Positioning System (GPS) navigator, wireless email device, personal digital assistant (PDA) with communications functions or wrist-band mobile electronic devices.
57. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 55, wherein the electronic communication device (20) is a single display (23) or multiple displays with foldable screen (25).
58. The detachable wireless earpiece engagement according to Claim 57, wherein the foldable screen (25) is configured to include at least one recess or housing (030) to accommodate at least one detachable wireless earpiece (010).
