Description
本实用新型涉及口腔护理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种深紫外线风干牙刷消毒盒。
牙刷作为日常口腔护理的常用用具之一,普通的牙刷通常由刷柄和牙刷头组成,其本身是不具备消毒杀菌功能的,日常生活使用完牙刷后若不及时对牙刷头情理或者长期以潮湿状态暴露在空气,都容易易造成细菌滋生,损害使用者口腔。而目前市面上流通的牙刷消毒盒都是采用单一紫外线管杀菌或者对牙刷进行简单的烘干处理,其对细菌处理不够彻底,杀菌效果不佳,因此有必要予以改进。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种深紫外线风干牙刷消毒盒,能够彻底杀菌并抑制细菌二次滋生。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种深紫外线风干牙刷消毒盒,其包括上盖和下盖,上盖锁紧或者压紧于下盖,上盖和下盖之间设置有一安装座,安装座安装有至少一深紫外线LED灯组和至少一烘干风扇,安装座与下盖之间形成一横向延伸的牙刷定位通道,用于导引牙刷插入消毒盒内;
上盖和下盖的一方设置有进风口,另一方设置有出风口,进风口和出风口分别对称位于牙刷定位通道的相对的上下两侧,至少在烘干风扇抽风时,进风口和出风口之间形成一竖直方向的风干对流通道。
进一步的技术方案中,所述上盖和/或下盖的一端部设置成一供牙刷伸入的开口,安装座设置有一牙刷柄固定件,牙刷柄固定件的中部掏空设置成一与牙刷柄形状相适配的牙刷定位槽,所述开口与该牙刷定位槽对称设置,以形成所述牙刷定位通道,牙刷定位通道的端部至少延伸至风干对流通道处。

进一步的技术方案中,所述消毒盒还包括设置于安装座的主控电路板和电性连接于主控电路板的蓄电电池,主控电路板电性连接有一充电接口,该充电接口显露出上盖或者下盖。
进一步的技术方案中,所述上盖的内侧成型有多个盲孔,所述安装座对应各个盲孔的位置分别凸设有固定柱。

采用上述结构后,本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本实用新型所提供的消毒盒通过深紫外线对牙刷头杀毒灭菌,与此同时,本实用新型通过一对对流设置的风口对牙刷头起到除湿烘干的作用,彻底抑制细菌二次再生,其杀菌效果佳。

如图1至4所示,本实用新型提供的一种深紫外线风干牙刷消毒盒,包括上盖1和下盖2,上盖1锁紧或者压紧于下盖2,上盖1和下盖2之间设置有一安装座3,安装座3安装有至少一深紫外线LED灯组30和至少一烘干风扇31,安装座3与下盖2之间形成一横向延伸的牙刷定位通道4,以导引牙刷插入消毒盒内,实际应用中,牙刷经由牙刷定位通道4插入该消毒盒内,深紫外线LED灯组30所发出的深紫外线破坏照射在牙刷头上,造成细菌DNA链断裂,抑制细菌DNA复制与转录,以达到灭菌效果。其中,本实用新型选用深紫外线LED灯组30以代替传统的水银灯,其不含重金属汞,对人体无害,优选的是,深紫外线LED灯组30所发出的紫外线波长为260nm-280nm, 其杀菌效果更佳。上盖1和下盖2的一方设置有进风口20,另一方设置有出风口10,进风口20和出风口10分别对称位于牙刷定位通道4的相对的上下两侧,至少在烘干风扇31抽风时,进风口20和出风口10之间形成一竖直方向的风干对流通道,风干对流通道与牙刷定位通道4交叉设置。本实用新型所提供的消毒盒通过深紫外线对牙刷杀毒灭菌的同时,还能够对牙刷头起到除湿烘干的作用,彻底抑制细菌二次再生,其杀菌效果佳。
具体的,所述上盖1和下盖2的一端部分别设置成开口,在上盖1和下盖2相对锁紧时,两个上下开口分别对合形成一供牙刷伸入的插口,安装座3设置有一牙刷柄固定件32,牙刷柄固定件32的中部掏空设置成一与牙刷柄形状相适配的牙刷定位槽320,所述开口与该牙刷定位槽320对称设置,以形成所述牙刷定位通道4,牙刷定位通道4的端部至少延伸至风干对流通道处,实际使用中,将牙刷柄卡设在牙刷定位槽320,使得牙刷头对准风干对流通道,以达到牙刷头起到除湿烘干的作用。
在优选的实施方式中,所述消毒盒对应进风口20的位置处设置有一进风遮蔽罩21,消毒盒对应出风口10的位置处设置有一出风遮蔽罩11,进风遮蔽罩21和出风遮蔽罩11的罩面分别间隔设置有多段通风槽,以分别形成一进风区和一出风区,进风区的横截面积大于等于出风区的横截面积。
具体的,所述出风口10是设置在上盖1,所述进风口20设置在下盖2,以使得所述风干对流通道的气流流向与深紫外线LED灯组30的光照方向相反,以打到对牙刷进行双向消毒,能够更加彻底地消灭细菌。
在更为具体的实施方式中,所述消毒盒还包括设置于安装座3的主控电路板33和电性连接于主控电路板33的蓄电电池34,主控电路板33电性连接有一充电接口35,该充电接口35显露出上盖1或者下盖2。上盖1的内侧成 型有多个盲孔,所述安装座3对应各个盲孔的位置分别凸设有固定柱36,简化消毒盒的整体构造,便于用户携带。
