本申请折叠显示装置包括一个显示器件,该显示器件具有第一显示部、第二显示部以及可弯曲的连接部,并且在第一显示部的背部连接有第一支撑板,在第二显示部的背部连接有第二支撑板,其中,在第一支撑板上连接有书写板。因此,当折叠显示装置处于断电状态时,第一支撑板和第二支撑板可通过弯曲连接部实现相对转动,直至用户看到书写板并得以在书写板上书写,以便进行教学任务或者展示任务。

为了使本申请所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。
需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“前”、“后”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

请一并参阅图1及图2,现对本申请提供的折叠显示装置进行说明。折叠显示装置,包括显示器件100、支撑组件200以及书写板300。
其中,显示器件100具有用于显示画面的显示面,显示器件100沿显示面延伸方向包括依次连接的第一显示部110、连接部120及第二显示部 130,至少连接部120能够弯曲,显示器件100具有第一显示部110、连接部120及第二显示部130均位于同一平面的展平状态以及第一显示部110与第二显示部130呈小于180°的夹角设置的折叠状态。
具体地,该显示器件100由显示屏140和触摸屏150组成,并且该显示屏140和触摸屏150均为柔性屏,显示屏140与第一支撑板210和第二支撑板220连接,用于显示图像信息,此处的图像信息可以为文字信息、动画信息、图片信息或数字信息。
可选地,显示屏140为AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体)显示屏140,AMOLED显示屏140的基础是有机物发光体。其中,成千上万个只能发出红、绿或蓝色这三者颜色之中的一种的光源被以一种特定的形式安放在显示屏140的基板上,这些发光体在被施加电压的时候会发出红、绿或者蓝色。这其中,电压的变换同样需要依靠TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管),在调节三原色的比例之后,才能发出各种颜色。相较于传统的LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)显示屏,AMOLED显示屏的屏幕非常薄,并且可以在屏幕中集成触摸层、AMOLED自发光,单个像素在显示黑色时下不工作,显示深色时低功耗。所以AMOLED在深色下省电,并且具有传统LCD几百倍的对比度,还不会漏光、柔韧性好,不易损坏并且色域非常广。
在一实施例中,触摸屏150从外到内由厚度为50/70um的玻璃面板、OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive)胶材、柔性导电薄膜、OCA胶材以及柔性导电薄膜组成,该触摸屏150用于用户触摸操作以改变显示屏140显示的图像信息。
支撑组件200包括连接于第一显示部110背向显示面的一侧的第一支撑板210以及连接于第二显示部130背向显示面的一侧的第二支撑板220, 第一支撑板210用于支撑第一显示部110,第二支撑板220用于支撑第二显示部130。
书写板300固定连接于第一支撑板210并用于书写。具体地,该书写板300可以为传统的黑板、塑料黑白板或者其它任何能够达到书写效果的板状结构均在本申请所考虑的范围之内。
本申请提供的折叠显示装置,与现有技术相比,本申请折叠显示装置包括一个显示器件100,该显示器件100具有第一显示部110、第二显示部130以及可弯曲的连接部120,并且在第一显示部110的背部连接有第一支撑板210,在第二显示部130的背部连接有第二支撑板220,其中,在第一支撑板210上连接有书写板300,当折叠显示装置处于断电状态时,通过弯曲连接部120,第一支撑板210和第二支撑板220实现相对转动,直至用户看到书写板300并得以在书写板300上书写,以便进行教学任务或者展示任务。
请一并参阅图1至图3,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,书写板300包括第一分板310,第一分板310连接于第一支撑板210背向显示面的一侧。具体地,第一分板310的尺寸小于第一显示部110的尺寸,并且第一分板310的板边与第一显示部110的边缘平齐设置。当折叠显示装置断电的情况下,折叠第一显示部110,能够将连接于第一支撑板210背部的第一分板310折叠至正面,以供用户在第一分板310上进行书写。
请参阅图1至图3,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,书写板300包括第二分板320,第二分板320连接于第二支撑板220朝向第一支撑板210的一端,第二分板320具有朝向显示器件100的书写面。书写面能够在显示器件100处于展平状态时贴合于第一支撑板210,在显示器件100处于折叠状态时与第一支撑板210间隔设置。通过在第二 支撑板220上连接第二分板320,在显示器件100处于折叠状态时,第二分板320与第一分板310能够沿着显示器件100的长度方向并列排布,相较于只在第一支撑板210上连接第一分板210,增加的第二分板220能够增大书写板300的面积,进一步提高了用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,第一分板310粘接于第一支撑板210上,或者第一分板310可拆卸连接于第一支撑板210上。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,折叠显示装置还包括连接于第一支撑板210及第二支撑板220的转动组件400,第一支撑板210与第二支撑板220能够通过转动组件400实现转动连接,转动组件400包括主链条410,第一支撑板210于其朝向第二支撑板220的端面开设有第一避位槽2100,主链条410连接于第一避位槽2100的槽底及第二支撑板220,主链条410与第一避位槽2100背向显示器件100的槽壁间隔设置。在连接部120弯曲,第一显示部110和第二显示部130发生相对转动时,主链条410也随之弯曲。其中,第一避位槽2100的设置为主链条410的弯曲提供了避让空间,使得主链条410的一部分在第一避位槽2100内发生弯曲变形,并使得主链条410上受到弯曲应力的面积更大,避免了主链条410在长时间折叠重压下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。需要说明的是,主链条410能够对第一显示部110和第二显示部130的连接起到支撑作用,同时链条状结构只能发生单一方向的弯曲。在本实施例中,主链条410只能在垂直于显示面的平面进行弯曲变形,而不会发生在平行于显示面的平面上的弯曲变形,这样主链条410便能够在平行于显示面的方向上对连接部120提供足够的支撑力,使得第一显示部110和第二显示部120在处于展平状态时,第一显示部110和第二显示部120在平行于显示面的方向上不会发生错位,避免了其出现波浪形变。
在另一实施例中,第二支撑板220于其朝向第一支撑板210的端面开设有第二避位槽2200,主链条410连接于第一支撑板210及第二避位槽2200的槽底,主链条410还与第二避位槽2200背向显示器件100的槽壁间隔设置。在连接部120弯曲,第一显示部110和第二显示部130发生相对转动时,主链条410也随之弯曲。其中,第二避位槽2200的设置为主链条410的弯曲提供了避让空间,使得主链条410的一部分在第二避位槽2200内发生弯曲变形,并使得主链条410上受到弯曲应力的面积更大,避免了主链条410在长时间折叠重压下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。需要说明的是,主链条410能够对第一显示部110和第二显示部130的连接起到支撑作用,同时链条状结构只能发生单一方向的弯曲。在本实施例中,主链条410只能在垂直于显示面的平面进行弯曲变形,而不会发生在平行于显示面的平面上的弯曲变形,这样主链条410便能够在平行于显示面的方向上对连接部120提供足够的支撑力,使得第一显示部110和第二显示部120在处于展平状态时,第一显示部110和第二显示部120在平行于显示面的方向上不会发生错位,避免了其出现波浪形变。
可选地,第一支撑板210开设有第一避位槽2100且第二支撑板220开设有第二避位槽2200,第一避位槽2100与第二避位槽2200正对设置。分别在第一支撑板210上开设第一避位槽2100,在第二支撑板220上开设第二避位槽2200,增大了主链条410的避位空间,主链条410上受到弯曲应力的面积更大,进一步避免了主链条410在长时间折叠重压下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,转动组件400还包括辅助链条420,辅助链条420与主链条410间隔设置;第一避位槽2100贯通至第一支撑板210朝向显示器件100的一侧,辅助链条420连接于显示器件100背向显示面的侧面并与第一支撑板210 及第二支撑板220连接。通过将第一避位槽2100贯通至第一支撑板210朝向显示器件100的一侧,给辅助链条420留出了避让空间,使得辅助链条420在发生弯曲时,弯曲处的受力面积更大,避免辅助链条420在长时间弯曲下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。
在另一实施例中,第二避位槽2200贯通至第二支撑板220朝向显示器件100的一侧,辅助链条420与主链条410间隔设置,辅助链条420连接于显示器件100背向显示面的侧面并与第二支撑板220及第一支撑板210连接。通过将第二避位槽2200贯通至第二支撑板220朝向显示器件100的一侧,给辅助链条420留出了避让空间,使得辅助链条420在发生弯曲时,弯曲处的受力面积更大,避免辅助链条420在长时间弯曲下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。
可选地,转动组件400还包括辅助链条420,第一避位槽2100贯通至第一支撑板210朝向显示器件100的一侧,第二避位槽2200贯通至第二支撑板220朝向显示器件100的一侧,辅助链条420与主链条410间隔设置,辅助链条420连接于显示器件100背向显示面的侧面并与第一避位槽2100的槽底及第二避位槽2200的槽底连接。通过将第一避位槽2100贯通至第一支撑板210朝向显示器件100的一侧,将第二避位槽2200贯通至第二支撑板220朝向显示器件100的一侧,给辅助链条420留出了更大的避让空间,使得辅助链条420在发生弯曲时,弯曲处的受力面积更大,更加有利于避免辅助链条420在长时间弯曲下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。
上述通过在显示器件100背向显示面的侧面设置辅助链条420并且该辅助链条420与第一支撑板210和第二支撑板220连接。其中,辅助链条420与显示器件100贴紧连接,在第一显示部110和第二显示部130处于展平状态时,该辅助链条420能够对第一显示部110和第二显示部130提供一定的支撑力,防止了第一支撑板210和第二支撑板220由于支撑力不足, 第一显示部110和第二显示部130发生逆向折叠的情况出现,保证了显示器件100在展平状态下的平面度,并且该辅助链条420能够一定程度防止显示器件100出现死折,从而影响画质。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,转动组件400包括至少一个转轴430,转轴430连接于主链条410和辅助链条420并用于支撑主链条410和辅助链条420,使得主链条410和辅助链条420的稳定性更好。主链条410的弯曲极限为贴合盘绕于转轴430周向外表面,而转轴430截面呈圆形或椭圆形,防止主链条410出现折角,进一步防止死折,转轴430的径长还限制了主链条410发生的弯曲程度。需要说明的是,转轴430与第一支撑板210和第二支撑板220间隔设置,具体地,转轴430与第一避位槽2100的槽底或者与第二避位槽2200的槽底间隔设置,或者,转动轴430与第一避位槽2100的槽底和第二避位槽2200的槽底间隔设置,如此设置,给主链条410留出了避让空间,利于防止死折。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,转轴430设有两个,两转轴430间隔设置并沿主链条410延伸方向排布,具体地,该显示器件100具有一折叠线,两个转轴430沿该折叠线所在的面对称设置。将转轴430设为两个,减小了弯曲后的主链条410与转轴430相接触的圆心角大小,同时也减小了辅助链条420与转轴430相接触的圆心角大小,进一步防止了主链条410和辅助链条420出现死角。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,第一避位槽2100的槽底开设有第一间隔槽2110,第一间隔槽2110贯通至第一支撑板210朝向显示器件100的一侧,辅助链条420连接于第一间隔槽2110的槽底。在第一避位槽2100的槽底开设第一间隔槽2110,在显示器件100开设发生折叠时,该第一间隔槽2110能够给显示器件100 提供避让空间,显示器件100在发生折叠时,显示器件100上受到弯曲应力的面积更大,避免了显示器件100在长时间折叠重压下由于受力面积过小而发生死折现象。转轴430与第一间隔槽2110的槽底及第二支撑板220间隔设置,增大了第一间隔槽2110给辅助铰链420留出的避位空间。
请参阅图4及图5,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,第二避位槽2200的槽底开设有第二间隔槽2210,第二间隔槽2210贯通至第二支撑板220朝向显示器的一侧,辅助链条420连接于第二间隔槽2210的槽底。在第一避位槽2100的基础上又在第二避位槽2200的槽底开设第二间隔槽2210,在显示器件100开设发生折叠时,该第二间隔槽2210能够给显示器件100提供避让空间,显示器件100在发生折叠时,显示器件100的折叠受力面积更大,更加有效的避免了显示器件100在长时间折叠重压下由于受力面积过小发生死折现象,保证了显示器件100的结构稳定性。转轴430与第二间隔槽2210的槽底及第一支撑板220间隔设置,增大了第一间隔槽2110给辅助铰链420留出的避位空间。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的折叠显示装置的一种具体实施方式,支撑组件200还包括连接于第二支撑板220背部的挂靠件230,该挂靠件230用于将显示器件100悬挂安装在墙上,结构简单,方便用户使用。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种折叠显示装置,包括:
    显示器件,具有用于显示画面的显示面,所述显示器件沿所述显示面延伸方向包括依次连接的第一显示部、连接部及第二显示部,至少所述连接部能够弯曲,所述显示器件具有所述第一显示部、所述连接部及所述第二显示部均位于同一平面的展平状态以及所述第一显示部与所述第二显示部呈小于180°的夹角设置的折叠状态;
    支撑组件,包括连接于所述第一显示部背向所述显示面的一侧的第一支撑板以及连接于所述第二显示部背向所述显示面的一侧的第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板用于支撑所述第一显示部,所述第二支撑板用于支撑所述第二显示部;
    书写板,固定连接于所述第一支撑板并用于书写。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述书写板包括第一分板,所述第一分板连接于所述第一支撑板背向所述显示面的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述书写板包括第二分板,所述第二分板连接于所述第二支撑板朝向所述第一支撑板的一端,所述书写板具有朝向所述显示器件的书写面,所述书写面能够在所述显示器件处于所述展平状态时贴合于所述第一支撑板,在所述显示器件处于所述折叠状态时与所述第一支撑板间隔设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括连接于所述第一支撑板及第二支撑板的转动组件,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板能够通过所述转动组件实现转动连接,所述转动组件包括主链条;
    所述第一支撑板于其朝向所述第二支撑板的端面开设有第一避位槽,所述主链条连接于所述第一避位槽的槽底及所述第二支撑板,所述主链条与所述第一避位槽背向所述显示器件的槽壁间隔设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动组件还包括辅助链条,所述辅助链条与所述主链条间隔设置;
    所述第一避位槽贯通至所述第一支撑板朝向所述显示器件的一侧,所述辅助链条连接于所述显示器件背向所述显示面的侧面并与所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板连接。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括连接于所述第一支撑板及第二支撑板的转动组件,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板能够通过所述转动组件实现转动连接,所述转动组件包括主链条;
    所述第二支撑板于其朝向所述第一支撑板的端面开设有第二避位槽,所述主链条连接于所述第一支撑板及第二避位槽的槽底,所述主链条还与所述第二避位槽背向所述显示器件的槽壁间隔设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动组件还包括辅助链条,所述辅助链条与所述主链条间隔设置;
    所述第二避位槽贯通至所述第二支撑板朝向所述显示器件的一侧,所述辅助链条连接于所述显示器件背向所述显示面的侧面并与所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板连接。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动组件包括至少一个转轴,所述转轴连接于所述主链条和所述辅助链条,并位于所述主链条和所述辅助链条之间,所述转轴用于支撑所述主链条和所述辅助链条,所述转轴与所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板间隔设置。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动组件包括至少一个转轴,所述转轴连接于所述主链条和所述辅助链条,并位于所述主链条和所述辅助链条之间,所述转轴用于支撑所述主链条和所述辅助链条,所述转轴与所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板间隔设置。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转轴设有两个,两所述转轴间隔设置并沿所述主链条延伸方向排布。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一避位槽的槽底开设有第一间隔槽,所述第一间隔槽贯通至所述第一支撑板朝向所述显示器件的一侧,所述辅助链条连接于第一间隔槽的槽底,所述转轴与所述第一间隔槽的槽底及所述第二支撑板间隔设置。
  12. 如权利要求9任一项所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二避位槽的槽底开设有第二间隔槽,所述第二间隔槽贯通至所述第二支撑板朝向所述显示器的一侧,所述辅助链条连接于所述第二间隔槽的槽底,所述转轴与所述第二间隔槽的槽底及所述第一支撑板间隔设置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述支撑组件还包括至少一个连接于所述第二支撑板背向所述第二显示部一侧的挂靠件,所述挂靠件用于悬挂安装所述折叠显示装置。
