一万五千年前,人类在拉斯科洞穴的岩壁上记录了精彩的影像。今天,利用无处不在的互联网,随时随地地记录影像,美化影像、分享影像几乎成为“全民”的需求。用户在使用相机拍摄照片后,通常会将照片进行分享,比如将相机的照片分享到自己的终端设备或者其他人的终端设备上。
而作为提供影像的工具——数码影像提供设备及类似设备,受限于网络连接能力,无法及时地将影像分享给其他终端设备,因此,影像分享是目前亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种影像传输系统和方法,能够实现影像的记录、优化和分享,提高了影像的传输效率和分享效率。

本申请实施例提供了一种影像传输系统,包括影像提供设备和云服务器;其中,

如图1所示,本申请第一实施例提供了一种影像传输系统,该影像传输系统可以包括影像提供设备101和云服务器102,其中,
影像提供设备,可以被配置成获取指定影像以及指定影像对应的影像集合标识,将指定影像和影像集合标识发送给云服务器。
云服务器,可以被配置成接收指定影像和影像集合标识,根据影像集合标识对指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个影像集合进行处理。
本申请实施例中,影像提供设备在获取了指定影像后,可以生成该指定影像对应的影像集合标识。上述影像提供设备可以通过第一通信协议与云服务器建立第一通信链路,在第一通信链路建立完成后,影像提供设备可以通过建立的第一通信链路将指定影像和指定影像对应的影像集合标识一并上传至云服务器。可选地,在一些可能的实施方式中,影像提供设备可以为相机,指定影像可以为相机拍摄的照片。

中间处理设备根据第一设备信息生成授权标识时,作为一种可能的实施方式,中间处理设备可以将至少一个第一设备信息按照预设的排列顺序进行组合,得到该第一设备信息对应的授权标识;作为另一种可能的实施方式,中间处理设备可以将第一设备信息输入到预先训练好的授权标识生成模型中,将该 授权标识生成模型的生成结果,作为该第一设备信息对应的授权标识。
需要说明的是,授权标识可以在特定时间内有效,比如,在生成后1个小时内有效,也可以永久有效,如果授权标识在特定时间内有效,则云服务器在接收到来自影像授权查看设备的失效的授权标识后,可以不执行将该影像授权查看设备对应的第二设备信息加入到影像提供设备(第一设备信息)的授权列表中的操作。

如图9所示,本申请第九实施例提供了一种影像传输方法,应用于影像传输系统,该影像传输系统可以包括影像提供设备、中间处理设备和云服务器;影像提供设备与中间处理设备连接,中间处理设备与云服务器连接,该影像传输方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤901、影像提供设备在监控到指定影像后,获取指定影像以及指定影像对应的标识信息,将指定影像和标识信息发送给中间处理设备。
步骤902、中间处理设备将指定影像和标识信息发送给云服务器。
步骤903、云服务器接收指定影像和标识信息,根据标识信息生成指定影像对应的影像集合标识,并将影像集合标识发送给中间处理设备,以及根据影像集合标识对指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个影像集合进行处理。
本申请实施例提供的影像传输方法,采用云服务器生成影像集合标识的方式,在影像提供设备无法生成影像集合标识的情况下,能够实现影像的记录、优化和分享,同时,使用中间处理设备作为影像提供设备与云服务器之间的通信中转设备,间接地为影像提供设备扩展了网络能力,提高了影像的传输效率和分享效率。
基于同一发明构思,本申请第十实施例中还提供了与第五实施例提供的影像传输系统对应的影像传输方法,由于本申请实施例中的方法解决问题的原理与本申请第五实施例中影像传输系统相似,因此,方法的实施可以参见系统的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
如图10所示,本申请第十实施例提供了一种影像传输方法,应用于影像传输系统,该影像传输系统可以包括影像提供设备、中间处理设备和云服务器;影像提供设备与中间处理设备连接,中间处理设备与云服务器连接,该影像传输方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1001、影像提供设备在监控到指定影像后,获取指定影像以及指定影像对应的标识信息,根据标识信息生成指定影像对应的影像集合标识,将指定影像和影像集合标识发送给中间处理设备。
步骤1002、中间处理设备接收指定影像和影像集合标识,并将指定影像和影像集合标识发送给云服务器。
步骤1003、云服务器接收指定影像和影像集合标识,根据影像集合标识对指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个影像集合进行处理。
本申请实施例提供的影像传输方法,使用中间处理设备作为影像提供设备与云服务器之间的通信中转设备,间接地为影像提供设备扩展了网络能力,提高了影像的传输效率和分享效率。

通过影像提供设备获取指定影像以及指定影像对应的影像集合标识,并将指定影像和影像集合标识发送给云服务器;云服务器接收指定影像和影像集合标识,根据影像集合标识对指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个影像集合进行处理;如此,为影像提供设备扩展网络能力,能够实现影像的记录、优化和分享,提高了影像的传输效率和分享效率。
并且,影像提供设备还可以对获取的指定影像进行加密处理,通过对指定影像进行加密传输和存储, 避免了指定影像在存储和传输过程中泄露的风险,提高了影像的安全性,从而保护了用户的隐私安全。

  1. 一种影像传输系统,其特征在于,包括影像提供设备和云服务器;其中,
    所述影像提供设备,被配置成获取指定影像以及所述指定影像对应的影像集合标识,将所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识发送给所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器,被配置成接收所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识,根据所述影像集合标识对所述指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个所述影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个所述影像集合进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的影像传输系统,其特征在于,所述影像提供设备获取所述指定影像对应的影像集合标识,包括:

  36. 一种影像传输方法,其特征在于,应用于影像传输系统,所述影像传输系统包括影像提供设备、中间处理设备和云服务器;所述影像提供设备与所述中间处理设备连接,所述中间处理设备与所述云服务器连接;所述方法包括:
    所述影像提供设备在监控到指定影像后,获取所述指定影像以及所述指定影像对应的标识信息,将所述指定影像和所述标识信息发送给所述中间处理设备;
    所述中间处理设备将所述指定影像和所述标识信息发送给所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器接收所述指定影像和所述标识信息,根据所述标识信息生成所述指定影像对应的影像集合标识,并将所述影像集合标识发送给所述中间处理设备,以及根据所述影像集合标识对所述指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个所述影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个所述影像集合进行 处理。
  37. 一种影像传输方法,其特征在于,应用于影像传输系统,所述影像传输系统包括影像提供设备、中间处理设备和云服务器;所述影像提供设备与所述中间处理设备连接,所述中间处理设备与所述云服务器连接;所述方法包括:
    所述影像提供设备在监控到指定影像后,获取所述指定影像以及所述指定影像对应的标识信息,根据所述标识信息生成所述指定影像对应的影像集合标识,将所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识发送给所述中间处理设备;
    所述中间处理设备接收所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识,并将所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识发送给所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器接收所述指定影像和所述影像集合标识,根据所述影像集合标识对所述指定影像进行分组存储,得到每个所述影像集合标识对应的影像集合,并按预设程序对每个所述影像集合进行处理。
