背景技术
现有技术的饮水机,往往不设有蒸汽回收利用装置,热蒸汽直接排放,浪费了热能。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:针对现有技术的不足与缺陷,本实用新型提供一种蒸汽回收型饮水机,通过在水管外部套设蒸汽管,对水箱内产生的热蒸汽进行回收利用,对水体进行加热,减少了能源的损耗。
技术方案:本实用新型的一种蒸汽回收型饮水机,其特征在于:包括水箱并在水箱内部设有加热管且水箱顶部设有第一液位计并在水箱侧部设有第二液位计,水箱底部与水管连通并在水管外部套设有蒸汽管且蒸汽管与水箱顶部开设的出蒸汽口连通;所述蒸汽管位于水管与水箱连接处设有排液管并在排液管上设有阀体且蒸汽管的管壁由外至内依次设有外部橡胶层、金属支撑层、隔热层与内部橡胶层。
其中,所述的加热管位于第二液位计与水箱底部之间。
其中,所述的金属支撑层为金属质网组成的管状架体。
其中,所述的隔热层为泡沫材料层。
其中,所述的金属支撑层嵌于外部橡胶层与隔热层之间。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下显著优点:本实用新型通过在水管外部套设蒸汽管,对水箱内产生的热蒸汽进行回收利用,对水体进行加热,减少了能源的损耗。同时,本实用新型采用新型结构的蒸汽管,通过金属制成层对蒸汽管进行支撑,以套住水管,通过隔热层进行隔热,防止管壁过热导致热量流失或者烫伤使用者。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的描述。
本实用新型的一种蒸汽回收型饮水机,包括水箱1并在水箱1内部设有加热管4且水箱1顶部设有第一液位计2并在水箱1侧部设有第二液位计3,水箱1底部与水管7连通并在水管7外部套设有蒸汽管6且蒸汽管6与水箱1顶部开设的出蒸汽口5连通;蒸汽管6位于水管7与水箱1连接处设有排液管8并在排液管8上设有阀体9且蒸汽管6的管壁由外至内依次设有外部橡胶层10、金属支撑层11、隔热层12与内部橡胶层13。其中,加热管4位于第二液位计3与水箱1底部之间。金属支撑层11为金属质网组成的管状架体。隔热层12为泡沫材料层。金属支撑层11嵌于外部橡胶层10与隔热层12之间。
使用时,水体低于第二液位计3位置时,水管7向水箱1内注入水体,同时加热管4打开,对水体进行加热;当水体达到第一液位计2位置时,水管7停止向水箱1内注入水体,水体烧开后,加热管4停止工作。
在水管7注入水体时,水箱1顶部的出蒸汽口5向蒸汽管6内注入热蒸汽,热蒸汽与水管7内的水体进行热交换,对水体进行加热,对蒸汽进行了有效回收利用,也减少了能源的损耗。冷却的蒸汽变成水从排液管8排出。蒸汽管6的管壁由外至内依次设有外部橡胶层10、金属支撑层11、隔热层12与内部橡胶层13,通过金属制成层11对蒸汽管6进行支撑,以套住水管7,通过隔热层12进行隔热,防止管壁过热导致热量流失或者烫伤使用者。

  1. 一种蒸汽回收型饮水机,其特征在于:包括水箱(1)并在水箱(1)内部设有加热管(4)且水箱(1)顶部设有第一液位计(2)并在水箱(1)侧部设有第二液位计(3),水箱(1)底部与水管(7)连通并在水管(7)外部套设有蒸汽管(6)且蒸汽管(6)与水箱(1)顶部开设的出蒸汽口(5)连通;所述蒸汽管(6)位于水管(7)与水箱(1)连接处设有排液管(8)并在排液管(8)上设有阀体(9)且蒸汽管(6)的管壁由外至内依次设有外部橡胶层(10)、金属支撑层(11)、隔热层(12)与内部橡胶层(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽回收型饮水机,其特征在于:所述的加热管(4)位于第二液位计(3)与水箱(1)底部之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽回收型饮水机,其特征在于:所述的金属支撑层(11)为金属质网组成的管状架体。
