Abstract
Noise reduction headphones with common noises already built in as to increase the level of noise pollution. The idea is to create a wave opposite of the incoming sound wave as to cancel the waves out. This works decently. But with a computer the sound wave can be identified by the beginning of the "sound wave" and greatly reduce sound pollution. You can also program sounds in that need to be heard. Such as an ambulance or fire truck. Military uses are applicable in this case. They can be used to amplify a sound and provide direction towards that particular area.

Noise reduction headphones with common noises already built in as to increase the level of noise pollution.
