Description

TITLE OF THE INVENTION
PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to personal health record and management system for storage, sorting and analyzing the health records and retrieves the records and information according to requirement. The present invention also provides a method for storage, sorting and analyzing the health records and retrieves the records and information according to user requirement.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The widespread use of internet and availability of medical information brought about tremendous revolution in the healthcare sector. The readily available information made patients much more aware of symptoms, diagnostic tests, diseases, and treatment options.
It is a well-known fact that most of the doctors follow traditional way to hand-written medical prescription. Further, the diagnostic and medical record that every hospital, doctor, or laboratory provides is different, leads to having many different medical records in patient's hands. Whenever there is need for a patient to go to hospital or diagnostic laboratory, patient is required to retrieve medical record, which is very cumbersome thing on part of patient. Many times, the handwritten prescriptions and medical records are lost and even electronic records are difficult to search.
The patient’s medical history is the most important aspect for assessing and analysing his present condition, compatible treatments, response to medicines and progress shown by patient to specific treatments. There are many platforms for electronic health record on part of laboratories and doctors but no platform is available to patients to keep record of their medical prescription, diagnostic reports and analysing them such that the patient can change health behaviours based on such analysis. CN109872784 discloses an Intelligent medical record generation method and device, computer device and storage medium comprising the steps of shooting a paper medical record book issued by a hospital to obtain an original medical record image; uploading and storing the original medical record image; classifying the saved original medical record image according to different hospital names; using an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to identity the classified original medical record image to obtain text information in the original medical record image; sorting the acquired text information according to the issue time of the medical record, and extracting the valid keywords in each text information, wherein the valid keywords are used to embody the main symptoms of the patient; and displaying the valid keywords in the form of statistical graphics. The intelligent medical record generation method based on image detection is convenient for the doctor to understand the past medical history of the patient, and prevents the loss of the medical record and the fuzzy description of the medical history information of the patient.
CN109741799 teaches a menu sorting method and device of consultation management system, storage medium and server. The menu sorting method comprises the steps of acquiring medical record information of a doctor-seeing person input by a login user of a current consultation management system and user identity information; Searching a target function module associated with the medical record information from function modules provided by the consultation management system; Sorting the target function modules according to the user identity information; and sequentially arranging the target function modules on a function menu page of the consultation management system according to the sequence. Through the arrangement, the arrangement sequence of the function modules on the function menu page of the system can be reasonably set according to the medical record information of the current doctor- seeing person and the identity information of the user who logs in the consultation management system at present, so that the user can conveniently search for the function modules commonly used by the user on the function menu page, and the user experience is effectively improved.
CN201710440557 discloses an electronic medical record archive management system comprising of a medical record searching module, a medical record sorting module, a medical record storage module, a medical record output module and a medical record reader. A user inputs retrieval fields and retrieval requirements in the medical record searching module to structure retrieval request information, and the medical record searching module transmits the retrieval request information to a medical record management server for information analysis, and required electronic medical records obtained through retrieval of electronic medical records in an archives are transmitted to a medical record homepage and returned to the medical record searching module in form of abstract; after receiving information of the medical record homepage, the user chooses an object with the complete medical record required, the medical record management server performs package and encryption treatment on the required complete medical record and transmits the required complete medical record to the medical record sorting module, the medical record sorting module completes importing and association treatment after the medical record is decrypted and stores corresponding information in the medical record storage module. Therefore, the electronic medical record archive management system can provide the functions of medical record collection, medical record management, medical record output and note taking for clinical scientific researchers and improve the archive management efficiency of clinical scientific research.
CN109753516 discloses a medical record search result sorting method and a related device comprising the steps of fields of all medical record documents of electronic medical records in a medical record library are classified, and first weights corresponding to the electronic medical records are obtained; performing clustering statistics on the value domains of all classified fields of the electronic medical record to obtain a second weight corresponding to the electronic medical record; and finally, sorting the searched electronic medical records according to the search term and the first weight and the second weight corresponding to each electronic medical record in the medical record library. The method can be used based on an existing medical electronic medical record model, and therefore field classification in medical record documents can be conveniently, rapidly, and efficiently achieved. In addition, the method is suitable for being combined with an existing correlation sorting algorithm, the importance degree and the correlation degree of the electronic medical records are considered in the sorting process, the electronic medical records more conforming to the search words are arranged preferentially, and therefore the user satisfaction degree is improved, and the efficiency of the user for obtaining the electronic medical records expected by the user is improved.
Apple also provided Apple Health Records to help close the gap between providers and patients.
However, no user-friendly platform is available to patients to keep a health record management system for storage, sorting and analyzing the health records in scientific manner and retrieve the records and information according to requirement.
OBJECT AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to obviate the drawbacks in the existing state of the art, the main objective of the present invention is to provide personal health record and management system for storage, sorting and analyzing the health records in scientific manner.
Another object of the present invention is to provide personal health record and management system to retrieve the records and information according to requirement in a user-friendly manner.
