5、不能清洗,单次使用费用高。口罩不能清洗是指口罩过滤面料不能清洗,而有的带有阀门的口罩也是用一次就丢了,浪费性很大。

图1为本发明文丘里负压口罩作用于定型式口罩的实施结构示意图。
图中:1—过滤布,2—右鼻管管口,3—右鼻管,4—左鼻管管口,5—左鼻管,6—嘴前管管口,7—嘴前管,8—单向排气阀,9—鼻尖堵片,10—口罩带。
具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在限制本发明。
图1示出本发明文丘里负压口罩的结构示意图。
请参见图1,文丘里负压口罩,包括过滤布1、设有右鼻管管口2的右鼻管3、设有左鼻管管口4的左鼻管5、设有嘴前管管口6的嘴前管7、单向排气阀8、鼻尖堵片9和口罩带10,在过滤布1的中部安装有单向排气阀8,在单向排气阀8的内侧设置嘴前管7,嘴前管7设计为离佩戴者的嘴唇有一定缝隙的文丘里管,左鼻管5、右鼻管3设置在嘴前管7上,左鼻管5和右鼻管3的一端通气口都与单向排气阀8的阀片活动部分位置相对并且离阀片有一定间隙,另一端通过鼻尖堵片9控制使左鼻管管口4、右鼻管管口2与佩戴者的鼻孔之间有一定缝隙,当佩戴者从鼻孔呼气时,左、右鼻孔出来的强劲气流首先会使左鼻管管口4、右鼻管管口2周围产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起吸入左鼻管5、右鼻管3,然后左鼻管5、右鼻管3内的强劲气流对着单向排气阀8的阀片冲出去时,嘴前管7内靠近单向排气阀8内侧周围就会产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起从单向排气阀8排出;当佩戴者从嘴唇呼气时,从嘴唇出来的强劲气流会使嘴前管管口6周围产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起被吸入到嘴前管7内继而经单向排气阀8排出,从而使过滤布1腔内总是处于负压的状况,很好地解决了嘴前空腔容积小过滤空气不畅、嘴前空腔容积大又废气置换率不高的问题,实现了废气完全置换、吸气特别轻松的理想佩戴效果。
嘴前管管口6的形状为圆形或者椭圆形或者唇形或者方形。
左鼻管5和右鼻管3可以一体成型,或者它们设计成与佩戴者左右鼻孔位置相对的同一支管。
左鼻管5、右鼻管3和嘴前管7为整体组合件,或者一体成型构件。优选的,嘴前管7与左鼻管5、右鼻管3结合在一起形成一个组件,这个组件与单向排气阀8采用可位移的灵活固定方式固定在过滤布1之上,用以调节不同脸形的人嘴鼻与鼻尖堵片9的松紧力度。左鼻管管口4、右鼻管管口2对中人的左右鼻孔后,嘴前管管口6就自然与嘴唇中心对中了。
进一步的,单向排气阀8与嘴前管7连接,并部分裸露在过滤布1的外侧。
单向排气阀8安装在嘴前管7上的部位根据过滤布1离嘴唇远近距离具体确定。安装在过滤布1上的单向排气阀8、嘴前管7及左鼻管5和右鼻管3可以以单个组合件生产,用于适配相应类型的口罩滤布。口罩带10的结构形式可以多种多样选择,其中一个优选方案是采用弹性松紧带。
在具体实施中,应该特别注意事项:嘴前管7离嘴唇有一定缝隙;左鼻管5、右鼻管3的一端通气口都与单向排气阀8的阀片活动部分位置相对并且离阀片有一定间隙;左鼻管5、右鼻管3另一端由鼻尖堵片9控制使左鼻管管口4、右鼻管管口2与佩戴者的鼻孔之间有一定缝隙。鼻尖堵片9高出多少由鼻孔中冲出来的气流尽量不散发在过滤布1内为标准设计。嘴前管管口6、左鼻管管口4、右鼻管管口2的形状或者为圆形、方形、椭圆等。如果嘴前管7与 左鼻管5、右鼻管3结合在一起形成一个组件,这个组件与单向排气阀8采用可位移的灵活固定方式固定在过滤布1之上,那么下一次更换时只需要更换过滤布1即可。
毫无疑问,本发明创造文丘里负压口罩还可以有多种变换及改型,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体结构,如嘴前管与左鼻管、右鼻管的形状、大小及安装位置的种种变幻等。总之,本发明创造文丘里负压口罩的保护范围还应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的交换、替代及改形。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种文丘里负压口罩,其特征在于,它包括过滤布(1)、设有右鼻管管口(2)的右鼻管(3)、设有左鼻管管口(4)的左鼻管(5)、设有嘴前管管口(6)的嘴前管(7)、单向排气阀(8)、鼻尖堵片(9)和口罩带(10),在过滤布(1)的中部设置单向排气阀(8),在单向排气阀(8)的内侧设置嘴前管(7),嘴前管(7)设计为离佩戴者的嘴唇有一定缝隙的文丘里管,左鼻管(5)、右鼻管(3)设置在嘴前管(7)上,左鼻管(5)和右鼻管(3)的一端通气口都与单向排气阀(8)的阀片活动部分位置相对并且离阀片有一定间隙,另一端通过鼻尖堵片(9)控制使左鼻管管口(4)、右鼻管管口(2)与佩戴者的鼻孔之间有一定缝隙,
    佩戴者从鼻孔呼气时,左、右鼻孔出来的强劲气流首先会使左鼻管管口(4)、右鼻管管口(2)周围产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起吸入左鼻管(5)、右鼻管(3),然后左鼻管(5)、右鼻管(3)内的强劲气流对着单向排气阀(8)的阀片冲出去时,嘴前管(7)内靠近单向排气阀(8)内侧周围就会产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起从单向排气阀(8)排出;
    佩戴者从嘴唇呼气时,从嘴唇出来的强劲气流会使嘴前管管口(6)周围产生负压,此周围的空气将随强劲气流一起被吸入到嘴前管(7)内继而经单向排气阀(8)排出,从而使过滤布(1)腔内总是处于负压的状况。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种文丘里负压口罩,其特征在于,所述嘴前管管口(6)的形状为圆形或者椭圆形或者唇形或者方形。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种文丘里负压口罩,其特征在于,所述左鼻管(5)和右鼻管(3)一体成型,或者左鼻管(5)和右鼻管(3)设计成与佩戴者左右鼻孔位置相对的同一支管。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种文丘里负压口罩,其特征在于,所述左鼻管(5)、右鼻管(3)和嘴前管(7)为整体组合件,或者一体成型构件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种文丘里负压口罩,其特征在于,所述单向排气阀(8)与嘴前管(7)连接,并部分裸露在过滤布(1)的外侧。
