一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件 技术领域
本发明涉及绳索装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件。
背景技术
钢丝绳扣也称钢丝绳卡子,主要用于钢丝绳的临时连接或钢丝绳穿绕连接环后的固定,它是起重吊装作业、悬挑脚手架分担荷载及物料提升机揽风绳中应用最广的钢丝绳夹具。
最常用的钢丝绳卡子为骑马式U型卡扣,但由于该种卡扣的单个强度不高,所以实际应用中,一个点位的固定就需要安装多个卡扣,同时由于单个卡扣就有两个螺丝,安装复杂且易造成应力集中,对钢丝绳有损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,提高钢丝绳的连接强度,减小应力损伤。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,包括两端开口且中空的壳套,壳套内设有转轴,转轴上固定有椭圆形的锁止轮,所述锁止轮垂直于转轴的两侧与壳套内壁之间形成安装通道。
进一步的,所述锁止轮为齿轮。
进一步的,所述转轴的一端穿出壳套并固定有把手。
本发明的优点在于:
1.利用椭圆形锁止轮作为锁止结构,结构简单可靠,摩擦力分布均匀,不易损伤钢丝绳;
2.具有自锁止效果,钢丝绳越拉越紧,安全可靠;
3.采用半封闭结构的壳套,保证内部结构能长期使用不易损坏;
4.操作简单易学,一体式结构不易丢失零件,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明提出一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,包括两端开口且中空的壳套1,壳套1的两个开口端便于钢丝绳5的穿入和穿出,壳套1内沿钢丝绳5的穿入方向依次设有两根转轴2,两根转轴2上均固定有椭圆形的锁止轮3,所述锁止轮3垂直于转轴2的两侧与壳套1内壁之间形成安装通道4,锁止轮3平行于转轴2的两侧与壳套1内壁之间间隙配合。
该紧固件的使用如图1至4所示:
步骤一:如图1所示,此时壳套1内椭圆形的锁止轮3处于竖直状态,两个安装通道4的口径大于钢丝绳5的直径,将钢丝绳5从左侧的安装通道4下端穿入,上端穿出,穿出后绕过拉结系吊点再穿入右侧的安装通道4,如图2所示,为钢丝绳5穿过两个安装通道4时的状态示意图;
步骤二:如图3所示,将处于竖直状态的锁止轮3偏转,偏转后,安装通道4的口径小于钢丝绳5的直径,即锁止轮3的外周顶压两侧的钢丝绳5;
步骤三:如图4所示,下拉钢丝绳5,由于摩擦力作用,处于偏转状态的锁止轮3会进一步偏转,导致锁止轮3顶压钢丝绳5的力度加大,最终达到锁止作用,并且可以达到越拉越紧的效果。
由于安装通道4内的钢丝绳5被顶压时,钢丝绳5与壳套1内壁之间的作用面较大,相对于现有技术的骑马式U型卡扣来说,可以大幅减小钢丝绳5受到的应力,不易损伤钢丝绳5。
为便于锁止轮3的偏转,本实施例转轴2的一端穿出壳套1并固定有把手6。
为增加锁止轮3与钢丝绳5之间的摩擦力,本实施例的锁止轮3为齿轮。
上述实施例仅用于解释说明本发明的构思,而非对本发明权利保护的限定,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应落入本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,其特征在于:包括两端开口且中空的壳套,壳套内设有转轴,转轴上固定有椭圆形的锁止轮,所述锁止轮垂直于转轴的两侧与壳套内壁之间形成安装通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,其特征在于:所述锁止轮为齿轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳自锁式紧固件,其特征在于:所述转轴的一端穿出壳套并固定有把手。
